所述锁紧件主体3固定在挂墙物件上,所述锁紧件主体3与挂墙物件间的固定形式不限,为便于安装,具体在本实施例中,所述锁紧件主体3上螺接有连接件17,所述连接件17呈管状,所述挂墙物件的后侧壁上贯穿有安装孔19,所述锁紧件主体3位于挂墙物件后侧壁内侧,所述连接件17位于挂墙物件后侧壁外侧,并穿入至所述安装孔19内,所述连接件17在挂墙物件后侧壁外侧径向外凸形成有挡肩20,所述连接件17外壁设置有螺纹段,所述连接件17端部插入、螺接在所述锁紧件主体3上,连接件17上的挡肩20与锁紧件主体3配合,使所述连接件17和锁紧件主体3一同夹紧固定在挂墙物件后侧壁上;所述锁紧件主体3内开设有滑腔9、供所述固定杆1贯穿的插孔10,所述连接件17上贯穿有导向孔21,所述导向孔21与所述插孔10同轴延伸、互相连通,共同供所述固定杆1穿过,所述滑腔9位于所述插孔10径向一侧,与所述插孔10径向连成一体,所述滑腔9形成有沿所述插孔10轴向延伸的导向部16,所述滑腔9的顶壁从靠近墙体向远离墙体的方向上依次设置有解锁部11、锁止部12;
所述滑块4在所述滑腔9内,并在所述导向部16的限定下沿导向部16延伸方向滑动,本实施例中,所述插孔10的宽度小于所述滑腔9的宽度,所述插孔10与所述滑腔9的相接处即形成所述导向部16,所述导向部16承接所述滑块4,进而限定所述滑块4仅能够沿固定杆1轴向方向移动,所述滑块4上设有朝向墙体的抵接面13;
所述锁止块5活动连接在所述滑块4上,所述锁止快5随所述滑块4一同移动,所述锁止块5位于固定杆1的卡接段8处,所述锁止快5在随所述滑块4移动到解锁部11或锁止部12时,受所述解锁部11或锁止部12驱动,分别远离或逼紧所述固定杆1上的卡接端8;
所述推动件6与所述锁紧件主体3连接,并活动伸入于所述滑腔9内,并抵靠所述抵接面13,所述推动件6推动所述滑块4在所述滑腔9内向背离墙体的方向滑动,具体 在本实施例中,所述推动件6活动方向垂直于所述固定杆1,所述抵接面13为向上倾斜的斜面,所述推动件6为螺钉,所述推动件6贯穿并螺接在所述锁紧件主体3上,以便于通过位于挂墙物件侧壁的扳手插孔22,随时插入扳手23,对推动件6进行旋钮,并且为使扳手23在插入后更容易到达所述推动件6处,所述锁紧件主体3开设有漏斗形导向口15,所述漏斗形导向口15开口较大的一端正对所述扳手插孔22,并导向延伸至所述推动件6尾端,所述推动件6尾端设置有用于旋钮所述推动件6的夹持部18,本实施例中,所述夹持部18为内六角螺孔,进而通过旋入所述推动件6,使推动件6推动所述滑块4,所述锁止块5随所述滑块4移动的过程中,实现当所述锁止块5位于解锁部11时,所述锁止块5脱离固定杆1的卡接段8,当所述锁止块5位于锁止部12时,所述锁止块5夹紧固定杆1的卡接段8,具体地,再重点结合图4-7所示,在挂墙物件安装前,所述滑块4位于初始位置(即滑腔9内靠近挂墙物件后侧壁的一端),进而使所述锁止快5处于解锁部11所在位置,在使固定杆1插入所述插孔10后,此时所述锁止快5不与固定杆1上的卡接段8进行卡接,所述滑块4和所述锁紧件主体3随挂墙物件任意移动,实现锁紧前对挂墙物件位置的快速调整,在将挂墙物件移动到合适的位置后,插入扳手23,内旋所述推动件6,推动件6抵接滑块4上的抵接面13,使滑块4向远离腔体的方向移动,滑块4带动锁止快5从解锁部11移动到锁止部12,锁止部12驱动锁止快5夹紧固定杆1的卡接段8,继续内旋所述推动件6,由于推动件6是螺接在所述锁紧件主体3上的,使推动件6能够继续推动滑块4在所述滑腔9内滑动,使锁紧件主体3和滑块4继续产生相对位移,由于此时滑块4已经固定在固定杆1上,从而将带动所述锁紧件主体3向靠近墙体方向移动,直至将挂墙物件逼紧锁固在墙体上。
更具体地实施例中,所述滑块4上设置有导向口24,所述导向口24垂直于插孔10,贯穿开设在所述滑块4上,所述锁止块5安装在导向口24上,在导向口24的限定下,沿导向口24延伸方向运动,进而使所述锁止块5在所述滑块4上的活动方向垂直于插在插孔20内的固定杆1,所述锁止块5与所述滑块4间设置有弹性件14,所述弹性件 14上推所述锁止块5,所述解锁部11使所述锁止块5上行脱离卡接段8,所述锁止部12使所述锁止块5下行夹紧卡接段8,更具体地,所述滑腔9的顶壁上凹形成所述解锁部11,所述锁止部12相对所述解锁部11下凸,并在所述滑腔9顶部沿固定杆1轴向延伸,所述锁止块5顶端顶接所述解锁部11或锁止部12,优选在本实施例中,所述卡接段8的侧壁螺旋延伸有外螺纹,所述锁止块5上设置有螺牙,所述锁止块5夹紧卡接段8时,使螺牙啮合在外螺纹上,以限制锁止块5沿固定杆1轴向移动,更具体地,所述锁止块5包括上下连接固定的顶接头25、牙块26,顶接头25用于上顶解锁部11或锁止部12,解锁部11为设置在滑腔9顶面的通孔,锁止部12由滑腔9的顶面形成,所述顶接头25顶端为锥形,以在所述锁止块5由解锁部11下方向锁止部12下方运动的过程中,通过顶接头25的锥形面进行导向,使锁止块5下行,并移出解锁部11,所述螺牙设置在牙块26底端。
优选地,为使所述推动件6螺接在所述锁紧件主体3上后的强度更高,所述锁紧件主体3上设置有螺母27,所述螺母27嵌入至所述锁紧件主体3,所述漏斗形导向口15位于所述螺母27外端,与所述锁紧件主体3螺接连接,并且压紧所述螺母27的外端,进而将所述螺母27固定在所述锁紧件主体3上。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:包括固定杆(1)、锁紧组件(2),所述锁紧组件(2)包括锁紧件主体(3)、滑块(4)、锁止块(5)、推动件(6);
    所述固定杆(1)包括固定在墙体内的固定段(7)、伸出墙体外的卡接段(8);
    所述锁紧件主体(3)固定在挂墙物件上,所述锁紧件主体(3)内开设有滑腔(9)、供所述固定杆(1)贯穿的插孔(10),所述滑腔(9)位于所述插孔(10)径向一侧,与所述插孔(10)径向连成一体,所述滑腔(9)形成有沿所述插孔(10)轴向延伸的导向部(16),所述滑腔(9)的内壁从靠近墙体向远离墙体的方向上依次设置有解锁部(11)、锁止部(12);
    所述滑块(4)在所述滑腔(9)内,并在所述导向部(16)的限定下沿导向部(16)延伸方向滑动,所述滑块(4)上设有朝向墙体的抵接面(13);
    所述锁止块(5)活动连接在所述滑块(4)上,所述锁止块(5)位于固定杆(1)的卡接段(8)处;
    所述推动件(6)与所述锁紧件主体(3)连接,并活动伸入于所述滑腔(9)内,抵靠所述抵接面(13),所述推动件(6)推动所述滑块(4)在所述滑腔(9)内向背离墙体的方向滑动,所述锁止块(5)随所述滑块(4)移动,当所述锁止块(5)位于解锁部(11)时,所述锁止块(5)脱离固定杆(1)的卡接段(8),当所述锁止块(5)位于锁止部(12)时,所述锁止块(5)夹紧固定杆(1)的卡接段(8),进而使所述推动件(6)带动所述锁紧件主体(3)向靠近墙体方向移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述卡接段(8)的侧壁螺旋延伸有外螺纹,所述锁止块(5)上设置有螺牙,所述锁止块(5)夹紧卡接段(8)时,使螺牙啮合在外螺纹上,以限制锁止块(5)沿固定杆(1)轴向移动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述锁止块(5)在所述滑块(4)上的活动方向垂直于所述固定杆(1),所述解锁部(11)使所述锁止块(5)上行脱离卡接段(8),所述锁止部(12)使所述锁止块(5)下行夹紧卡接段(8)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述滑腔(9)的顶壁上凹形成所述解锁部(11),所述锁止部(12)相对所述解锁部(11)下凸,并在所述滑腔(9)顶部沿固定杆(1)轴向延伸,所述锁止块(5)顶端顶接所述解锁部(11)或锁止部(12)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述锁止块(5)与所述滑块(4)间设置有弹性件(14),所述弹性件(14)上推所述锁止块(5)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述推动件(6)为螺钉,所述推动件(6)贯穿并螺接在所述锁紧件主体(3)上,进而通过旋入所述推动件(6),使推动件(6)推动所述滑块(4)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧件主体(3)开设有漏斗形导向口(15),所述漏斗形导向口(15)导向延伸至所述推动件(6)尾端,所述推动件(6)尾端设置有用于旋钮所述推动件(6)的夹持部(18)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述推动件(6)活动方向垂直于所述固定杆(1),所述抵接面(13)为向上倾斜的斜面。
  9. 如权利要求1所述一种挂墙物件的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧件主体(3)上螺接有连接件(17),所述锁紧件主体(3)位于挂墙物件后侧壁内侧,所述连接件(17)位于挂墙物件后侧壁外侧,所述锁紧件主体(3)与所述连接件(17)螺接后,夹紧固定在挂墙物件后侧壁上。
