在一个实施例中,服务器在将车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识后,若还分析出车险报案信息中包括出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识中至少一种时,则当服务器判断出险地点相应的城市标识与应灾城市标识相匹配、出险原因标识与预设原因标识相匹配和事故标识与预设事故标识相匹配中至少存在一种时,则将车险报案信息的应灾处理标识修正为常规处理标识,以按照正常流程处理重新标记上常规处理标识的车险报案信息。

在一个实施例中,应灾受理配置信息还包括应灾专员标识;上述车险的应灾处理方法还包括:判断标记应灾处理标识的车险报案信息是否能够触发预设直赔条件;若是,则发送电话定损信息;若否,则选取应灾受理配置信息中包括的应灾专员标识,并发送根据应灾专员标识生成的应灾派工信息。
其中,应灾专员标识是用于处理按照简化流程处理的车险报案信息的工作人员相应的标识。直赔条件是符合无需车辆定损的条件。

在一个实施例中,还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行如下方法的步骤:接收灾害警戒消息和车险报案信息;根据灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识从车险报案信息筛选出城市标识,城市标识与灾害城市标识相匹配;分析所筛选出的车险报案信息和相应的接收频率;当车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息;按照应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与应灾受理配置信息相匹配的车险报案信息。
上述计算机可读存储介质,通过根据灾害警戒消息对车险报案信息进行筛选,可以根据灾害城市标识对车险报案信息进行筛选,使得筛选出来的车险报案信息是需要应灾的,从而使得车险报案消息相应的接收频率能够反映出车险报案消息所包括的城市标识相应的区域当前的灾害程度。而在根据接收频率超过警戒阈值时,可以判断出该区域当前的灾害程度会导致接收到的车险案件信息冗余。因此在判断出车险案件信息会冗余后,根据灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息,再根据应灾受理配置信息处理车险报案信息,可以使得在车险案件急剧增多时,能够按照应灾受理配置信息快速处理车险报案信息,从而使得车险报案信息能够被及时处理,进而提高在灾害发生时车险案件信息处理的效率。
在一个实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行当车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息的步骤,包括:获取灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识和灾害时间段;根据灾害城市标识配置应灾城市标识,以及根据灾害时间段配置应灾时间段;从应灾机构标识列表中获取指定的应灾机构标识;根据配置的应灾 城市标识和应灾时间段、及应灾机构标识生成应灾受理配置信息。
在一个实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行按照应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与应灾受理配置信息相匹配的车险报案信息的步骤,包括:分析车险报案信息,得到车险报案信息包括的报案时间点、报案电话号码和指定机构标识;判断报案时间点与应灾时间段、报案电话号码相应的归属地标识与应灾城市标识以及机构标识与应灾城市标识匹配是否同时成立;若是,则将车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识;若否,则将车险报案信息标记上常规处理标识。
在一个实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行将接收到的车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识的步骤之后,还使得处理器执行以下步骤:分析车险报案信息,得到车险报案信息包括的出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识;判断出险地点相应的城市标识与应灾城市标识、出险原因标识与预设原因标识以及事故标识与预设事故标识三者中至少有一项匹配不成立;若是,则将已标记上应灾处理标识的车险报案信息重新标记常规处理标识。
在一个实施例中,应灾受理配置信息还包括应灾专员标识;计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,还使得处理器执行以下步骤:判断标记应灾处理标识的车险报案信息是否能够触发预设直赔条件;若是,则发送电话定损信息;若否,则选取应灾受理配置信息中包括的应灾专员标识,并发送根据应灾专员标识生成的应灾派工信息。
在一个实施例中,应灾派工信息包括修理厂标识链接;计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,还使得处理器执行以下步骤:接收触发修理厂标识链接所反馈的修理厂标识获取指令;根据修理厂标识获取指令发送维修厂标识网页文件;维修厂标识网页文件对应打开维修厂标识网页;接收对维修厂标识网页所显示的维修厂标识的确定信息;根据确定信息修正并发送应灾派工信息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种车险的应灾处理方法,包括:
    接收灾害警戒消息和车险报案信息;
    根据所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识从所述车险报案信息筛选出城市标识,所述城市标识与所述灾害城市标识相匹配;
    分析所筛选出的所述车险报案信息和相应的接收频率;
    当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息;及
    按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息,包括:
    获取所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识和灾害时间段;
    根据所述灾害城市标识配置应灾城市标识,以及根据所述灾害时间段配置应灾时间段;
    从应灾机构标识列表中获取指定的应灾机构标识;及
    根据配置的所述应灾城市标识和所述应灾时间段、及所述应灾机构标识生成应灾受理配置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息,包括:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的报案时间点、报案电话号码和指定机构标识;
    判断所述报案时间点与所述应灾时间段、所述报案电话号码相应的归属地标识与所述应灾城市标识以及所述机构标识与所述应灾城市标识匹配是否同时成立;
    若是,则将所述车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识;及
    若否,则将所述车险报案信息标记上常规处理标识。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将接收到的车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识之后,所述方法还包括:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识;
    判断所述出险地点相应的城市标识与所述应灾城市标识、所述出险原因标识与预设原因标识以及所述事故标识与预设事故标识三者中至少有一项匹配不成立;及
    若是,则将已标记上所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息重新标记所述常规处理标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应灾受理配置信息还包括应灾专员标识;所述方法还包括:
    判断标记所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息是否能够触发预设直赔条件;
    若是,则发送电话定损信息;及
    若否,则选取所述应灾受理配置信息中包括的所述应灾专员标识,并发送根据所述应灾专员标识生成的应灾派工信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应灾派工信息包括修理厂标识链接;所述方法还包括:
    接收触发所述修理厂标识链接所反馈的修理厂标识获取指令;
    根据所述修理厂标识获取指令发送维修厂标识网页文件;所述维修厂标识网页文件对应打开维修厂标识网页;
    接收对所述维修厂标识网页所显示的维修厂标识的确定信息;及
    根据所述确定信息修正并发送所述应灾派工信息。
  7. 一种车险的应灾处理装置,所述装置包括:
    信息接收模块,用于接收灾害警戒消息和车险报案信息;
    信息筛选模块,用于根据所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识从所述车险报案信息筛选出城市标识,所述城市标识与所述灾害城市标识相匹配;
    信息分析模块,用于分析所筛选出的所述车险报案信息和相应的接收频率;
    信息配置模块,用于当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息;及
    信息处理模块,用于按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程、处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息配置模块包括:
    城市标识获取模块,用于获取所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识和灾害时间段;
    标识信息配置模块,用于根据所述灾害城市标识配置应灾城市标识,以及根据所述灾害时间段配置应灾时间段;
    机构标识获取模块,用于从应灾机构标识列表中获取指定的应灾机构标识;及
    配置信息生成模块,用于根据配置的所述应灾城市标识和所述应灾时间段、及所述应灾机构标识生成应灾受理配置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息处理模块包括:
    报案信息分析模块,用于分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的报案时间点、报案电话号码和指定机构标识;
    判断模块,用于判断所述报案时间点与所述应灾时间段、所述报案电话号码相应的归属地标识与所述应灾城市标识以及所述机构标识与所述应灾城市标识匹配是否同时成立;
    标识标记模块,用于在判断为是时,将所述车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识;及
    所述标识标记模块,还用于在判断为否时,将所述车险报案信息标记上常规处理标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述报案信息分析模块,还用于分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识;
    所述判断模块,还用于判断所述出险地点相应的城市标识与所述应灾城市标识、所述出险原因标识与预设原因标识以及所述事故标识与预设事故标识三者中至少有一项匹配不成立;及
    所述标识标记模块,还用于当判断三者中至少有一项匹配不成立时,则将已标记上所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息重新标记所述常规处理标识。
  11. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收灾害警戒消息和车险报案信息;
    根据所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识从所述车险报案信息筛选出城市标识,所述城市标识与所述灾害城市标识相匹配;
    分析所筛选出的所述车险报案信息和相应的接收频率;
    当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息;及
    按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器执行所述当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息的步骤,包括:
    获取所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识和灾害时间段;
    根据所述灾害城市标识配置应灾城市标识,以及根据所述灾害时间段配置应灾时间段;
    从应灾机构标识列表中获取指定的应灾机构标识;及
    根据配置的所述应灾城市标识和所述应灾时间段、及所述应灾机构标识生成应灾受理配置信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器执行所述按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息的步骤,包括:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的报案时间点、报案电话号码和指定机构标识;
    判断所述报案时间点与所述应灾时间段、所述报案电话号码相应的归属地标识与所述应灾城市标识以及所述机构标识与所述应灾城市标识匹配是否同时成立;
    若是,则将所述车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识;及
    若否,则将所述车险报案信息标记上常规处理标识。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器在执行所述将接收到的车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识的步骤之后,所述一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识;
    判断所述出险地点相应的城市标识与所述应灾城市标识、所述出险原因标识与预设原因标识以及所述事故标识与预设事故标识三者中至少有一项匹配不成立;及
    若是,则将已标记上所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息重新标记所述常规处理标识。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述应灾受理配置信息还包括应灾专员标识;所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    判断标记所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息是否能够触发预设直赔条件;
    若是,则发送电话定损信息;及
    若否,则选取所述应灾受理配置信息中包括的所述应灾专员标识,并发送根据所述应灾专员标识生成的应灾派工信息。
  16. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收灾害警戒消息和车险报案信息;
    根据所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识从所述车险报案信息筛选出城市标识,所述城市标识与所述灾害城市标识相匹配;
    分析所筛选出的所述车险报案信息和相应的接收频率;
    当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息;及
    按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器执行所述当所述车险报案信息的接收频率超过警戒阈值时,根据所述灾害警戒消息配置应灾受理配置信息的步骤,包括:
    获取所述灾害警戒消息所指定的灾害城市标识和灾害时间段;
    根据所述灾害城市标识配置应灾城市标识,以及根据所述灾害时间段配置应灾时间段;
    从应灾机构标识列表中获取指定的应灾机构标识;及
    根据配置的所述应灾城市标识和所述应灾时间段、及所述应灾机构标识生成应灾受理配置信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器执行所述按照所述应灾受理配置信息相应的简化流程,处理与所述应灾受理配置信息相匹配的所述车险报案信息的步骤,包括:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的报案时间点、报 案电话号码和指定机构标识;
    判断所述报案时间点与所述应灾时间段、所述报案电话号码相应的归属地标识与所述应灾城市标识以及所述机构标识与所述应灾城市标识匹配是否同时成立;
    若是,则将所述车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识;及
    若否,则将所述车险报案信息标记上常规处理标识。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个处理器在执行所述将接收到的车险报案信息标记上应灾处理标识的步骤之后,所述一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    分析所述车险报案信息,得到所述车险报案信息包括的出险地点、出险原因标识和事故标识;
    判断所述出险地点相应的城市标识与所述应灾城市标识、所述出险原因标识与预设原因标识以及所述事故标识与预设事故标识三者中至少有一项匹配不成立;及
    若是,则将已标记上所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息重新标记所述常规处理标识。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述应灾受理配置信息还包括应灾专员标识;所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    判断标记所述应灾处理标识的所述车险报案信息是否能够触发预设直赔条件;
    若是,则发送电话定损信息;及
    若否,则选取所述应灾受理配置信息中包括的所述应灾专员标识,并发送根据所述应灾专员标识生成的应灾派工信息。
