表面消毒杀菌装置 技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌领域,尤其涉及一种表面消毒杀菌装置。
背景技术
在生活或工作中,对物体表面的干净度,用户提出更高的洁净度需求。以工作台为例,工作台广泛应用在医疗、制药、食品、电子、仪器仪表以及生物工程等行业。随着上述行业以及科技的快速发展,用户对上述行业使用的工作台的洁净度提出更高的要求。
现有的工作台通过消毒处理的方式,以提升洁净度。具体地,现有的消毒处理方式主要包括如下几种:
1、采用汞灯进行消毒处理,但是,汞灯容易产生影响工作人员身体健康的臭氧。
2、采用消毒气体进行消毒处理,但是,残留的消毒气体存在影响工作人员身体健康的隐患。
3、在工作台内固定位置设置紫外杀菌装置,通过紫外杀菌装置进行消毒处理。但是,紫外杀菌装置的位置固定,因此,存在盲区,从而存在杀菌不全面的问题。此外,每一台工作台需增加紫外杀菌装置,从而增加了工作台的制造成本。进一步地,只适用于设置有紫外杀菌装置的工作台,因此,存在适用对象以及使用范围受限的问题。

为了提升基板的结构稳定性,以及进一步提升散热速率,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,参见图3,密封容置腔501内设有至少一个支撑柱5012,支撑柱5012一端与密封容置腔501的顶面内侧连接,支撑柱5012另一端与密封容置腔501的底面内侧连接。本实施例通过设置至少一个支撑柱,既确保了中空的基板结构的稳定性,也可以通过支撑柱快速将底部的热量传输至顶部的散热风道,从而进一步提升了散热效率。
本实施例通过给该杀菌光源板设置散热结构,避免了杀菌光源板在高温状态下工作,从而延长了杀菌光源板的使用寿命。进一步地,本实施例通过风扇吹向鳍片风道,以实现杀菌光源板的快速散热,从而进一步提升了散热效率。此外,本实施例通过形成多个独立的散热通道,以致风扇吹出来的风,快速进入这些散热通道,从而迅速带走热量,达到了进一步提升散热效率的效果。
为了提升该表面消毒杀菌装置的上盖与下盖之间的安装与拆卸的便携性能。参见图2,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,上盖1的前后分别设有耳部(图中未示出),下盖3的前后分别设有与耳部对应的凹口31;下盖3 设有左侧壁32和右侧壁33,电路板组件6与左侧壁32抵接,外接电源接入组件5设置于右侧壁33上。
本实施例由于左侧壁处设置电路板组件,右侧壁处设置外接电源接入组件,因此,通过前后设置的耳部和凹口的配合,致使上盖与下盖之间便于安装与拆卸,从而进一步提升了用户使用体验。
具体地,在上述实施例的基础上,在其他实施例中,参见图2,耳部上设有第一凸起(图中未示出),凹口31设有与第一凸起对应的卡扣311。本实施例通过第一凸起与卡扣的扣合,实现了上盖与下盖之间的连接。
需要说明的是,本实施例还可以通过磁吸等方式实现上盖与下盖之间的连接,以进一步提升上盖与下盖之间的安装与拆卸的便携性能。
进一步地,为了提升该表面消毒杀菌装置的使用安全性,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,参见图2,下盖3内设有孔柱34,上盖1设有与孔柱34匹配的通孔(图中未示出)。
本实施例通过螺丝穿过通孔进入该孔柱,以实现上盖与下盖之间的固定连接,避免了该表面消毒杀菌装置使用过程中,上盖与下盖出现分离现象的发生,从而提升了使用安全性能。
为了便于该表面消毒杀菌装置移动和保护透光器件,在上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,参见图4,该下盖3的前后分别设置一第二凸起60。
本实施例通过在下盖的前后分别设置第二凸起,因此,减少了该表面消毒杀菌装置与工作台的接触面积,从而降低了接触摩擦组件,以致易于移动该表面消毒杀菌装置。此外,通过第二凸起,致使该透光器件不易被工作台上的物质(譬如:颗粒性物质)刮伤。
在保证上述的移动效果以及保护透光器件的基础上,则需要进一步保证杀菌效果,因此,上述实施例的基础上,其他实施例中,第二凸起的高度范围2-4mm。优选地,第二凸起的高度为3mm
本实施例通过设置适宜的高度,达到了在保证上述的移动效果以及保护透光器件的基础上,进一步保证了杀菌效果。
以上对发明的具体实施方式进行了详细说明,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制与以上描述的具体实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,任何对该发 明进行的等同修改或替代也都在本发明的范畴之中,因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和原则范围下所作的均等变换和修改、改进等,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    上盖;
    手柄,设置于所述上盖的后部;
    下盖,与所述上盖配合形成一容置腔,所述容置腔内设有外接电源接入组件、与所述外接电源接入组件电性连接的电路板组件、与所述电路板组件电性连接的杀菌光源板,所述电路板组件设置于所述容置腔的一端,所述外接电源接入组件设置于所述容置腔的另一端,所述杀菌光源板设置于所述外接电源接入组件、所述电路板组件之间,所述下盖底部中间设有一与所述杀菌光源板匹配的出光窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的前后分别设有耳部,所述下盖的前后分别设有与所述耳部对应的凹口;所述下盖设有左侧壁和右侧壁,所述电路板组件与所述左侧壁抵接,所述外接电源接入组件设置于所述右侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述耳部上设有第一凸起,所述凹口设有与所述第一凸起对应的卡扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述下盖内设有孔柱,所述上盖设有与所述孔柱匹配的通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述电路板组件包括层叠设置的电路板、与所述电路板电性连接的显示板,所述电路板的下方设置散热器件,所述显示板的上方设置与所述显示板电性连接的显示屏,所述上盖的前部设有与所述显示屏匹配的显示窗口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的前部设有操作按键,所述操作按键与所述电路板电性连接,所述电路板用于接收用于按压所述操作按键产生的操作指令,并根据所述操作指令控制所述显示板,以输出显示与所述操作指令的对应的显示内容至所述显示屏。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述出光窗口处设有透光器件,所述杀菌光源板正对所述透光器件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述容置腔内 还设有固定组件、设置于所述固定组件上的散热结构,所述固定组件设置于所述下盖上,所述杀菌光源板固定设置于所述散热结构上;所述固定组件包括固定柱和支架,所述支架的一端与所述固定柱连接,所述支架的另一端与所述散热结构连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述散热结构包括基板、鳍片风道和风扇,所述基板与所述支架连接,所述鳍片风道设置于所述基板上,所述风扇朝向所述鳍片风道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述鳍片风道包括鳍片上片、多个鳍片支撑片和鳍片下片,每一个鳍片支撑片的一端与所述鳍片上片连接,另一端与所述鳍片下片连接,相邻的两个鳍片支撑片形成一独立的散热通道。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述下盖的前后分别设置一第二凸起。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的表面消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述第二凸起的高度范围2-4mm。
