一种内置电池的电动自行车,包括电池(1)、左后叉(2)和右后叉(3),左后叉(2)和右后叉(3)至少设置有一个中空腔,电池(1)为一个或两个,置于中空腔内,另外,还包括上管(4),上管(4)与左后叉(2)或者右后叉(3)为一体中空结构。通过对左后叉(2)和右后叉(3)设置中空腔,实现了电池(1)的内置,既起到了保护电池(1)的作用,又防止了骑行时意外触碰电池(1)电极发生意外,同时,又起到了传导电池(1)热量的作用,实现电池(1)的散热,另外,通过上管(4)与左后叉(2)或者右后叉(3)一体中空设置,增加了电池(1)的容纳空间,即增加了电池(1)的容量,提高了电动自行车的续航能力。

Description

一种内置电池的电动自行车 技术领域 本发明涉及一种电动自行车, 特别涉及一种内置电池的电动自行车。 背景技术 现有技术中,电动自行车包括车架和电池,电池一般直接固定在车上, 为了美观, 电池的大小做的很小, 但是, 这样直接影响到电池的容量和电 动自行车的续航能力, 如果增加电池容量, 整个电动自行车则闲的臃肿; 另外, 电池外置, 如果在下雨天, 电池可能会与水接触, 出现短路等现象, 长期如此, 电池的接口会出现生锈腐蚀, 使电阻增大, 温度升高, 大大减 少电池的使用寿命, 一般也只采取在接头处卷绕绝缘胶布, 以达到防水效 果, 但是长期如此, 存在安全隐患。 发明内容 针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷, 本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术 的不足之处, 公开了一种内置电池的电动自行车, 包括电池、 左后叉和右 后叉, 其特征在于, 所述左后叉和右后叉至少设置有一个中空腔, 所述电 池为一个或两个, 置于所述中空腔内。
进一步地, 还包括上管, 所述上管与所述左后叉为一体中空结构。 进一步地, 还包括上管, 所述上管与所述右后叉为一体中空结构。 进一步地, 所述电池为锂电池。
本发明取得的有益效果:
( 1 ) 通过对左后叉和右后叉设置中空腔, 实现了电池的内置, 既起 到了保护电池的作用, 又防止了骑行时意外触碰电池电极发生意外。 ( 2 ) 电池与中空腔接触, 由于电动自行车的支架一般为金属材质, 金属有很好的导热性, 使电池有良好的散热性。
( 3 ) 通过上管与左后叉或者右后叉一体中空设置, 增加了电池的容 纳空间, 即增加了电池的容量, 提高了电动自行车的续航能力。 附图说明 图 1为本发明一种实施例的结构示意图;

1、 电池, 2、 左后叉, 3、 右后叉, 4、 上管。 具体实施方式 为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 下面结合附图 及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施 例仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1所示, 本发明的一种内置电池的电动自行车, 包括电池 1、 左 后叉 2和右后叉 3, 左后叉 2和右后叉 3用于固定后车轮。
在一个实施例中, 再次如图 1所示, 左后叉 2设置有中空腔, 电池 1 放置于左后叉 2的中空腔内, 这样利用了左后叉 2的空间, 容置电池 1, 使电池 1内置, 不会暴露在外, 既起到了保护电池 1的作用, 又防止在骑 行时触碰电池电极发生触电的风险; 另外, 还可以防止电池 1被水等液体 泼溅从而出现电池短路等现象。 同样的, 也可以在右后叉 3设置中空腔, 电池 1放置于右后叉 3的中空腔内,这样可以取得与左后叉 2设置中空腔 同样的效果。
在上述实施例中, 为了增加电池 1的容量, 可以将左后叉 2和右后叉 3均设置有中空腔, 对应的, 设置有两个电池 1, 分别将两个电池 1设置 在左后叉 2和右后叉 3的中空腔内,实现两个电池 1对电动自行车的供电, 增加续航能力。
如图 2-3所示, 在上述实施例中, 还包括上管 4, 上管 4与左后叉 2 连接, 为一体中空结构, 电池 1置于这中空结构中, 可以容纳电池 1的空 间增加, 电池 1容量增加, 续航能力提升。 同样的, 上管 4也可以与右后 叉 3为一体中空结构, 得到同样的效果。
另外, 如果需要更大的电池容量, 上管 4与左后叉 2连接时, 右后叉 也同时设置中空腔, 或者上管与右后叉 3连接时, 左后叉也同时设置中空 腔, 这样又增加了电池的容纳空间, 即提高了续航能力。
其实, 电池 1可以但不限于使用锂电池。
本发明的一种内置电池的电动自行车的有益效果如下所述:
( 1 ) 通过对左后叉和右后叉设置中空腔, 实现了电池的内置, 既起 到了保护电池的作用, 又防止了骑行时意外触碰电池电极发生意外。
( 2 ) 电池与中空腔接触, 由于电动自行车的支架一般为金属材质, 金属有很好的导热性, 使电池有良好的散热性。
( 3 ) 通过上管与左后叉或者右后叉一体中空设置, 增加了电池的容 纳空间, 即增加了电池的容量, 提高了电动自行车的续航能力。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种内置电池的电动自行车,其特征在于, 还包括上管, 所述上管与所述左后叉为一体中空结构。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种内置电池的电动自行车,其特征在于, 还包括上管, 所述上管与所述右后叉为一体中空结构。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种内置电池的电动自行车,其特征在于, 所述电池为锂电池。
