Definitions
- the present invention describes a sanitizable cannula for plastic surgery. More specifically, it comprises a tube, preferably made of stainless steel, which has a silver-welded stamped tip which results in a rounded shape which enables easy cleaning of the cannula and improves its use. At the opposite end, it has a handle with a relief that is provided with a hole that serves as a sucker for the suction system, allowing the user to control with the thumb the moment of maintaining or not the suction at the tip of the cannula.
- This new construction improves sanitization of the cannula due to the rounded shape of the tip that prevents the deposition of debris.
- the rounded tip with no sharp angles allows the entire internal area of the cannula to be cleaned easily, avoiding the risk of contamination and infection to patients.
- this new construction improves the functionality of using the cannula through the suction control system.
- Plastic surgery is now a very broad area of action, which can be defined by the set of clinical and surgical procedures used by the physician to repair and rebuild parts of the outer lining of the human body. Since the main treatments performed to correct deformities of the body contour are: liposculptures, lipoenxertias, liposuction and lipoplasties. These procedures are performed through the use of cannulas that have as purpose to treat the fatty or adipose layer. [05] The cannulas used for these procedures allow the removal of localized fat (liposuction) and / or reimplantation (lipoenxertias), so the cannulas are designed to model, withdraw and aspirate excess fat.
- the cannulas used in these procedures are made by a tube endowed with a hollow end segment that extends to the tip, which prevents brushing for the removal of the debris. Therefore, the cannulas used make impossible a complete brushing, making it difficult to remove the proteins that are not eliminated by the autoclave.
- BRPI0805769-9 discloses an instrument made of rigid metal or plastic or rigid or similar silicone in the form of cannulas of varying thicknesses for liposuction with (1 to 8) suction holes and fixed solid tips or solid threaded tips, for better and complete surgical sterilization of such equipment.
- This prior art document discloses a cannula provided with solid threaded tips that allow disassembly of the cannula for sanitizing.
- the constructiveness proposed in this document presents a product endowed with several components which add more complexity to its use and still do not solve the problem of sanitizing the cannulas definitively.
- the present owner developed a new constructivity applied to plastic surgery cannulas that improves the sanitation of the cannula due to the rounded shape of the tip that prevents the deposition of debris, avoiding the risk of contamination and infection to patients.
- the suction control system improves the functionality of using the cannula through the suction control system.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula which comprises a tube, preferably made of stainless steel, which has a silver-welded stamped tip that results in an angled shape that allows easy cleaning of the cannula and improves its use.
- a handle with a bas-relief provided by a hole that serves as a suction system sucker allowing the user to control with the thumb the moment of maintaining or not the suction at the tip of the cannula.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula provides a tube, preferably made of stainless steel, which has a silver-welded stamped tip which results in an angled shape so as to close all possible pores accumulation of debris.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula that provides a stamped tip in an angled shape that facilitates hygiene so as to avoid the accumulation of debris.
- a sanitizing cannula for plastic surgery which provides greater ease of sanitization is characteristic of the invention privilege because the cannula does not have restrictions or grooves that allow the accumulation of debris.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula provides a rounded, non-angled tip which allows the entire inner area of the cannula to be easily cleaned, avoiding the risk of contamination and infection to patients.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula provides a handle with a bas-relief provided by a hole.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula providing the bore in the handle serves as a suction system sucker, allowing the user to control with the thumb the moment of maintaining or not the suction in the handle. the tip of the cannula.
- a sanitizing cannula for plastic surgery which optionally provides for the arrangement of various apertures along the cannula body according to the need for use is characteristic of the invention privilege.
- a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula optionally provides for the use of any handle cable model, provided that it has the disposition of the bas-relief and the bore.
- Figure 1 shows the side view of the cannula and the cable, detailing the tip and opening of the cannula.
- Figure 2 shows the lower view showing the cannula and the cable, in order to detail the opening near the tip of the cannula.
- Figure 3 shows the top view of the cannula and the cable, detailing the bas-relief and bore disposed in the cable.
- Figure 4 shows the side view of detail A, showing the tip and opening of the cannula.
- Figure 4A shows the top view of detail B, showing the tip and opening of the cannula.
- Figure 5 shows the cross-sectional view of the cannula, detailing the rounded tip, opening and the internal arrangement of the tube.
- Figure 6 shows the cross-sectional view of the cannula, showing the entrance of the cleaning brush
- Figure 6A shows the movement of the cleaning brush inside the tube
- Figure 6B shows the exit of the cleaning brush through the aperture of the tip, in order to demonstrate the ease of brushing without restriction.
- the sanitizing cannula for plastic surgery, object of the present invention comprises a tube (10), preferably made of stainless steel, which has a silver-welded stamped tip (20) that results in an angled shape with an aperture (21). ) that allows easy cleaning of the cannula and improves its use.
- the tip 20 resulting from the silver solder stamp process allows all pores of the tube 10 to be closed, resulting in angulation 201 which allows for greater ease of sanitization through the use of cleaning brushes.
- the tube 10 has a hollow inner portion 101 from the aperture 21 and tip 20 to the opposing end, said inner portion 101 which enables easy cleaning by the wiper blade. without restrictions, as shown in Figures 6, 6A and 6B.
- the system for easy sanitizing of the tube 10 is due to the rounded shape 201 of the tip 20, said angulation 201 accompanying the shape of the aperture 21 and continues through the inner portion 101 of the tube 20, tube (10) to the cable (30).
- a cable (30) of varied shape which has on one of its faces the arrangement of a concave-shaped bas-relief (31), provided by a (32) which serves as a suction system sucker.
- the relief (31) provided by a hole (32) allows the user to control with the thumb the moment of maintaining or not the suction at the tip of the cannula, adding greater ease in the handling of the product and in the withdrawal of the material required.
- the bas-relief 31 provided by bore 32 is disposed in the reverse portion of the opening 21 of the cannula 10, as described in Figure 3.
- the tube 10 may have a number of apertures similar to the aperture 21 along its body in accordance with the need for use and application of the product.
- the cable (30) may be of any shape, as long as it has the arrangement of the bas-relief and the bore.
- the subject of the present invention is a sanitizable plastic surgery cannula which comprises a tube (10), preferably made of stainless steel, having a silver-welded stamped tip (20) which results in an angled shape (201 ) that allows easy cleaning of the cannula and improves its use.
- This new construction improves sanitization of the cannula because of the rounded shape 201 of the tip 20 that prevents the deposition of debris.
- the rounded tip with no sharp angles allows the entire internal area of the cannula to be cleaned easily, avoiding the risk of contamination and infection to patients.
