Description

Synthetic resin cap and container
The present invention relates to, for example, a synthetic resin cap attached to the mouth of a container for containing contents such as beverages, and a container provided with the same.
BACKGROUND ART A cap that is attached to the mouth of a container for containing contents such as a beverage and configured to be able to confirm the presence or absence of opening at a glance is widely known. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the cap disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a cap main body 53 having a skirt wall (main portion) 52 provided with a female screw 51 screwed to the male screw M1 of the container mouth M; A tamper evidence band (tamper evident foot) 55 connected to the lower part of the wall 52 via an annular weakening part (break line) 54 is provided.
In the above-mentioned cap, the hook (locking means) 56 provided on the inner periphery of the tamper evidence band 55 along with the opening operation (first opening operation) from the state of being attached to the container opening M is the container opening M The annular weakening portion 54 defining the tamper evidence band 55 and the skirt wall 52 is broken after being locked to the annular protrusion (locking jaw) M2 provided on the outer periphery of the cap, and the cap main body 53 and the tamper evidence band 55 Are separated from each other. Therefore, by visually recognizing the presence or absence of breakage of the bridge (bridge) formed between the perforation-like slits constituting the annular weakening portion 54, it can be easily confirmed whether or not the opening operation has been performed. it can.

By the way, the female screw 51 of the cap shown in FIG. 7 is an intermittent screw, and a plurality of unthreaded portions (notches) 57 are provided at intervals in the extending direction of the screw. The thickness of the skirt wall 52 is not constant, and the portion corresponding to the non-threaded portion 57 is a thin portion 58 which is subjected to meat theft and smaller in thickness than the other portions. This thin portion 58 is a skirt It extends in the axial direction of the wall 52.
Then, the present inventors have found that in the cap having the thin portion 58 as described above, there is a possibility that a weld portion leading to a longitudinal crack of the tamper evidence band 55 may be formed when the cap is formed.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and an object thereof is to provide a synthetic resin cap and container capable of preventing the occurrence of a longitudinal crack of a tamper evidence band.
In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin cap according to the present invention has a skirt wall provided with an internal thread screwed on an external thread formed on the outer periphery of a container opening, and an annular weakening portion at the lower part of the skirt wall. A cap provided with a tamper evidence band connected via a hook, and a hook that can be locked from below to an annular protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the container opening on the inner peripheral side of the tamper evidence band A plurality of internal threads are provided at intervals in the direction, and the internal thread is an intermittent thread in which a thread and a non-threaded portion are alternately arranged, and each non-threaded portion extends circumferentially in the axial direction of the skirt wall. It is comprised so that the clearance gap provided between the said hooks adjacent in direction may not be located (Claim 1).
The synthetic resin cap may be configured such that the center of any one of the screw threads is located at the tip of each of the gaps extended in the axial direction of the tamper evidence band (claim 2).
In the synthetic resin cap, five hooks may be provided, and ten threads may be provided per one circumference (claim 3).
On the other hand, in order to achieve the above object, in the container according to the present invention, the synthetic resin cap according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is attached to the mouth (claim 4).
In the present invention, it is possible to obtain a synthetic resin cap and container capable of preventing the occurrence of longitudinal cracks in the tamper evidence band.
That is, as a result of addressing the problem of the vertical crack of the cap having the thin portion 58 shown in FIG. 7, the present vertical crack does not occur randomly in the tamper evidence band 55 as a result of the problem of the vertical crack of the thin portion 58. It is found that the lines tend to be concentrated on the extension line, and furthermore, the gap 59 (see FIG. 7) between the adjacent hooks 56 is prominently generated in the gap 59 when located on the extension line of the thin portion 58, As a result of earnest research, it was found that the formation mode of the weld portion in the tamper evidence band 55 greatly affects the longitudinal crack, and furthermore, the occurrence of the longitudinal crack can be prevented by changing the formation mode of the weld portion. I thought.
In the synthetic resin cap of the invention according to each claim of the present application, the position of the gap between each non-threaded portion and each hook is shifted in the circumferential direction, and with such a configuration, the weld portion connected to the vertical crack of the tamper evidence band The occurrence can be prevented.
In the synthetic resin cap of the invention according to claim 2, the effect of preventing the generation of the longitudinal crack of the tamper evidence band can be greatly enhanced.

In FIG. 1, the right half of the cap 1 is not shown.
The cap 1 has a top wall 2 (see FIG. 2) having a substantially circular shape in a plan view and a substantially cylindrical skirt wall 3 extending downward from an outer peripheral portion of the top wall 2 (see FIG. 3). Here, the knurled groove 4 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall 3 and the female screw 5 is provided on the inner peripheral surface, and the female screw 5 can be coupled to the male screw M1 formed on the outer periphery of the container opening M See Figure 1).
Then, when the cap 1 is rotated and attached to the container opening M so that the female screw 5 of the skirt wall 3 is coupled to the external screw M1 of the container opening M, an annular shape continuously provided on the inner surface (lower surface) of the ceiling wall 2 The middle foot (inner ring) 6, the annular rib 7, and the annular outer foot (outer ring) 8 are in close contact with the container opening M, whereby the container opening M is sealed (FIGS. 1 to 3). reference). That is, when the cap 1 is attached to the container opening M, the middle foot 6 is inserted into the container opening M and is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the container opening M. The outer foot 8 is configured to be in close contact with the annular upper end surface, and in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container opening M. In FIG. 1, the middle foot 6 and the container opening M are overlapped in order to show the original shape of the middle foot 6 in an easy-to-understand manner. It deforms along the surface.
In addition, the cap 1 is a pill fur proof cap having a function of proving unopened (the fact that the opening has never been made), and at the time of opening the unopened cap 1 attached to the container opening M (first When the cap 1 is turned so that the connection between the male screw M1 and the female screw 5 is released at the time of opening the cap, the cap 1 is detached from the container opening M, but the tamper evidence connected to the lower part of the skirt wall 3 A band (hereinafter simply referred to as a "band") 9 is configured to remain at the container opening M.
That is, the band 9 is connected to the lower portion of the skirt wall 3 through the annular weakening portion 10 extending all around the skirt wall 3 (see FIGS. 1, 3 and 4). Consists of (perforated) slits intermittently extending in the circumferential direction of the skirt wall 3 and the band 9 so as to define the skirt wall 3 and the band 9 up and down, and a bridge existing between adjacent slits The bridge breaks when it is pulled by a predetermined force.
And in this example, while the outer diameter of the band 9 is made uniform over the upper and lower sides, the hook which protrudes inward on the inner peripheral side of the band 9 and in which the amount of inward projection increases toward the upper side The five 11 (one example) are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each hook 11 is substantially below an annular protrusion (bead portion) M2 (see FIG. 1) formed below the male screw M1 on the outer periphery of the container opening M in a state where the cap 1 is attached to the container opening M. It is located on the side and is locked to the annular projection M2 by the opening operation. That is, the hook 11 is configured to be able to be locked to the annular protrusion M2 from below.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, on the inner peripheral side of the band 9, the hook 11 protrudes above the hook 11 and the amount of projection is smaller than that of the hook 11 (the inner diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the hook 11) A first fitting portion 12 is provided, and further, a first inclined portion 13 having a larger inner diameter toward the upper side is continued above the first fitting portion 12. Then, above the first inclined portion 13, the band 9 protrudes inside, and the amount of projection is smaller than that of the first fitting portion 12 (the inner diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the first fitting portion 12). A mating portion 14 is provided, and a second inclined portion 15 having a larger inner diameter toward the upper side is continued above the second fitting portion 14.
Thus, the cap 1 of this example is in a sealed state for sealing the container by being attached to the container opening M (see FIG. 1), and from this sealed state, the cap 1 is opened (opened) The cap 1 is raised relative to the container opening M, and eventually the hook 11 is engaged with the annular projection M2 from below. When the cap 1 is further rotated in the opening direction, the annular weakening portion 10 eventually breaks and the band 9 remains at the container opening M, while the cap body consisting of the upper wall 2 and the skirt wall 3 above it is a container It will be detached from the mouth M.
And, as shown in FIG. 3, the female screw 5 of the skirt wall 3 in this example is an intermittent screw in which the thread 16 and the non-screw portion 17 are alternately arranged, and each non-screw portion 17 is an axis of the skirt wall 3 The gap 18 provided between the hooks 11 adjacent in the circumferential direction is not located at the end of the extension in the direction (downward in FIG. 3) (see FIGS. 5 and 6). In other words, the positions of the unthreaded portions 17 and the gaps 18 are shifted in the circumferential direction.
More specifically, while the five hooks 11 are provided as described above, the female screw 5 extends so as to make two turns in the spiral in the skirt wall 3 and ten threads 16 are provided per one circumference. (See Figure 6). And, in this example, before each gap 18 is extended in the axial direction of the band 9, the center of any of the threads 16 (the center in the direction in which the screw extends) is positioned.
That is, as already described, the longitudinal cracks of the cap having the thin portion 58 shown in FIG. 7 tend not to occur randomly in the tamper evidence band 55 but to concentrate particularly on the extension of the thin portion 58. Furthermore, when the gap 59 (see FIG. 7) between the adjacent hooks 56 is located on the extension of the thin portion 58, the gap 59 is prominent.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as described above, each unscrewed portion 17 is configured such that the gap 18 is not positioned at the end where it extends in the axial direction of the skirt wall 3. It is possible to prevent the generation of welds leading to cracking. In fact, the present inventors circumferentially position the unthreaded portions 17 and the gaps 18 for the cap in which the longitudinal cracks occur in the band 9 at positions where the positions of the unthreaded portions 17 and the gaps 18 are not shifted in the circumferential direction. Tests have confirmed that no longitudinal cracks will occur if the direction is shifted.
And, in particular, when each gap 18 is extended in the axial direction of the band 9 and the center of any of the screw threads 16 is positioned, the positions of the unthreaded portions 17 and the gaps 18 Since the state is shifted to the circumferential direction as much as possible, it is considered that the effect is the highest in terms of preventing the generation of the vertical crack (the generation of the weld portion connected to the vertical crack).
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present invention. That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, it is important to have a relationship in which the positions of the unthreaded portions 17 and the gaps 18 are offset in the circumferential direction of the skirt wall 3 or the band 9. The configuration of the internal thread 5 including the unthreaded portion 17 and the configuration of the hook 11 defining the gap 18 can be changed as long as
For example, in the above embodiment, the female screw 5 extends so as to make two spirals in the skirt wall 3, but the female screw 5 may be extended or shortened from this. However, in the case where the female screw 5 spirally extends over one circumference in the skirt wall 3, the other unthreaded portion 17 is necessarily present in the axial direction (upper or lower) of each unthreaded portion 17. It is preferable to leave.
In the above embodiment, five hooks 11 and ten screw threads 16 are provided per round, but the number of hooks 11 and screw threads 16 is not limited to this. For example, the number of screw threads 16 per round is not limited. The number of hooks 11 may be larger than the number of threads 16 per round, and may not be an integral multiple or an integral multiple such as twice or three times the number of hooks 11 .
Moreover, in the example of FIG. 6, although the thread 16 and the hook 11 are provided in the circumferential direction at equal intervals (the thread 16 is every 36 degrees, the hook 11 is every 72 degrees), it does not restrict to this. The hooks 11 need not be equally spaced in the circumferential direction, for example, the circumferential length of the thread 16, the circumferential width of the non-threaded portion 17, the circumferential length of the hook 11, and the gap 18 May be uneven.
Furthermore, in the example of FIG. 6, the centers of any of the screw threads 16 are positioned before the gaps 18 are extended in the axial direction of the band 9, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the center or end of any thread 16 may be positioned before the axial extension of the band 9.
From the viewpoint of preventing formation of welds leading to vertical cracks in the band 9, it is preferable not to provide the skirt wall 3 of the present invention with a thin portion corresponding to the thin portion 58 shown in FIG. It may be provided, and even in this case, the effect of preventing the generation of the longitudinal crack of the band 9 can be expected.
