By the way, in the conventional lightweight cap, the weight is reduced by thinning the skirt wall. In order to further reduce the weight, the present inventors have attempted to reduce the thickness of the locking piece, but due to the thinner locking piece, the locking force on the annular projection of the container mouth is insufficient. There is a fear.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and an object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin cap capable of sufficiently maintaining the locking force to the annular projection of the container mouth while reducing the weight. There is.
In order to achieve the above object, a synthetic resin cap according to the present invention includes a skirt wall provided with a female screw that is screwed into a male screw formed on the outer periphery of a container mouth portion, and an annular weakening portion at a lower portion of the skirt wall. It is a bottom view showing roughly the composition of the synthetic resin cap concerning one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1. (A) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 1, and (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
A synthetic resin cap (hereinafter referred to as a cap) 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3A and 3B is attached to a mouth M (see FIG. 3A) of a container such as a PET bottle. And is integrally molded with polyethylene by compression molding or injection molding. In addition, the raw material which forms the cap 1 is not specifically limited, Polypropylene etc. other than the polyethylene used by this embodiment are used suitably.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cap 1 has a substantially circular top wall 2 in a plan view, and a substantially cylindrical skirt wall 3 extending downward from the outer peripheral portion of the top wall 2. Yes. Here, a knurled groove 4 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall 3, and a female screw 5 is provided on the inner peripheral surface. The female screw 5 is a male screw M1 formed on the outer periphery of the container mouth (see FIG. 3A). ).
Then, when the cap 1 is rotated so that the female screw 5 of the skirt wall 3 is coupled to the male screw M1 of the container mouth part M and attached to the container mouth part M, the annular shape connected to the inner surface (lower surface) of the top wall 2 is provided. The middle leg (inner ring) 6, the annular rib 7 and the annular outer leg (outer ring) 8 are in close contact with the container mouth M, whereby the container mouth M is sealed (FIG. 3A). reference). That is, as indicated by a virtual line in FIG. 3A, in the state where the cap 1 is attached to the container mouth portion M, the middle leg 6 is inserted into the container mouth portion M and the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion M is inserted. The annular rib 7 is configured to be in close contact with the annular upper end surface of the container mouth portion M, and the outer leg 8 is configured to be in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion M.
The cap 1 is a pilfer-proof cap having a function of proving that it has not been opened (that has never been opened). When the unopened cap 1 attached to the container mouth M is opened (first time) When the cap 1 is rotated so that the coupling between the male screw M1 and the female screw 5 is released, the cap 1 is detached from the container mouth M, but the tamper evidence connected to the lower part of the skirt wall 3 A band (hereinafter simply referred to as “band”) 9 is configured to remain in the container mouth M.
That is, the band 9 is connected to the lower part of the skirt wall 3 via an annular weakened portion 10 extending over the entire circumference of the skirt wall 3 (see FIG. 3). The annular weakened portion 10 is connected to the skirt wall 3 and the band 9. A plurality of bridges 10a existing on the inner peripheral side of the boundary between the skirt wall 3 and the slits 10b extending in the circumferential direction of the skirt wall 3 and the band 9 so as to vertically define the skirt wall 3 and the band 9, and the bridge 10a A part (outer peripheral part) of the bridge 10a is also cut by the slit 10b so that it is broken when pulled by a predetermined force.
In addition, a plurality of locking pieces (flaps) 11 protruding inward are provided on the inner peripheral side of the band 9 (eight in this example) at intervals in the circumferential direction (see FIGS. 1 to 3). ). Each locking piece 11 is positioned substantially below an annular protrusion (bead portion) M2 formed below the male screw M1 on the outer periphery of the container mouth M in a state where the cap 1 is mounted on the container mouth M. Then, it is locked to the annular projection M2 by an opening operation (see FIG. 3A). That is, the locking piece 11 is configured to be able to be locked to the annular protrusion M2 from below, and the cap main body portion (the skirt wall 3 and the top wall 2) above the annular weakening portion 10 when opened is the container mouth portion. The band 9 which is separated from M and below the annular weakened portion 10 remains in the container mouth M, and the annular weakened portion 10 is broken accordingly.
Here, the band 9 is integrally formed with the cap body (the skirt wall 3 and the top wall 2), and the locking piece 11 provided on the band 9 protrudes downward as shown in FIG. However, when the cap 1 is attached to the container mouth M, the cap 1 is pushed up by the annular projection M2 to be inverted, and protrudes upward as indicated by a virtual line in FIG.
And in this embodiment, as shown to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 (A) and (B), the thick part 12 is provided in the edge of the latching piece 11, and the rib effect based on this thick part 12 is, While the strength of the locking piece 11 is improved, the weight of the locking piece 11 as a whole and the weight of the cap 1 can be reduced as a whole.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the thick portion 12 is provided across the edge on the front end side of the locking piece 11 and the edges on both the left and right sides. And the thick part 12 provided in the edge part of the right-and-left both sides of the locking piece 11 is comprised so that it may become thin gradually toward the base end side of the locking piece 11, as shown to FIG. 3 (A). It is. Accordingly, the base end portion of the locking piece 11 can be provided with appropriate flexibility, and when the locking piece 11 is pushed up by the annular projection M2 and reversed when capping, the base end portion of the locking piece 11 Is difficult to break.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper surface of the locking piece 11 is substantially flush, and is surrounded by the thick portion 12 from the three sides at the center of the lower surface of the locking piece 11 and on the upper side. Since the recessed portion 13 to be recessed is formed, when the locking piece 11 is pushed up by the annular protrusion M2 and reversed when capping, the annular protrusion M2 does not come into contact with the thin recessed portion 13. Since it comes into contact with the thick portion 12 having a relatively high strength, it is difficult to cause a problem that the annular protrusion M2 collides with the thin recessed portion 13 and the locking piece 12 is broken.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the blurring surface part which is gradually thickened and widened toward the thick part 12 provided in the edge part of the right and left both sides is provided in the both ends of the recessed part 13. As shown in FIG. Therefore, when the locking piece 11 is contacted by the annular protrusion M2, it is difficult for stress to concentrate on both ends of the recessed portion 13, thereby preventing the locking piece 11 from being damaged.
Here, when the locking piece 11 that protrudes upward at the time of opening largely falls down, the locking piece 11 is easily reversed by receiving contact with the annular protrusion M2 and protrudes downward. The piece 11 does not lock well with the annular protrusion M2. However, in the present embodiment, since the thick portion 12 provided on the distal end side of the locking piece 11 is configured to bulge to the lower surface side, the locking piece 11 that protrudes upwardly falls greatly. This (falling down) is prevented by the abutment of the thick portion 12 against the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion M (the portion M3 located immediately below the annular projection M2), whereby the locking piece 11 against the annular projection M2 is prevented. The locking is performed well.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the following modifications can be given.
In the above-described embodiment, the blurring surface portions 14 are provided at both ends of the recessed portion 13, and the portion of the recessed portion 13 that is in contact with the thick portion 12 on the distal end side of the locking piece 11 is gradually moved toward the thick portion 12. The thickened blur surface portion 15 (see FIG. 1) is provided, but such a blur surface portion may also be provided in other parts.
In the above-described embodiment, the upper surface of the locking piece 11 is substantially flush, and the recessed portion 13 is formed in the center of the lower surface of the locking piece 11 by being surrounded by the thick portion 12 from three sides and recessed upward. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the bottom surface of the locking piece 11 is substantially flush, and the recessed portion 13 is recessed in the upper side by being surrounded by the thick portion 12 at the center of the top surface of the locking piece 11 from three sides. May be formed.
In the above embodiment, the thick portions 12 are provided on all the locking pieces 11, but the thick portions 12 may be provided only on some of the locking pieces 11. It is also possible that the locking pieces 11 provided with the meat portion 12 and the locking pieces 11 not provided are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the band 9.
In the above embodiment, each locking piece 11 is made independent, but for example, the tips of adjacent locking pieces 11 may be connected to each other, and all the locking pieces 11 may be connected in a ring shape.
Needless to say, the modifications described in this specification may be combined as appropriate.
