Description

The present invention relates to, for example, a synthetic resin cap attached to the mouth of a container for containing contents such as beverages.

As a cap attached to the mouth of a container for containing contents such as a beverage, those having a structure capable of confirming the presence or absence of opening at a glance are widely used. As such a cap, a cap body having a skirt wall provided with an internal thread screwed to an external thread of a container mouth, and a tamper evidence band connected to the lower portion of the skirt wall via an annular weakening portion It has been known.

In the conventional cap described above, the hook (locking means) provided on the inner periphery of the tamper evidence band is the outer periphery of the container opening along with the opening operation (first opening operation) from the state of being attached to the container opening. And the bridge (bridge) formed between the perforation-like slits that define the tamper evidence band and the skirt wall is broken, and the cap body And the tamper evidence band are separated from each other (see Patent Document 1). Therefore, whether or not the opening operation has been performed can be easily confirmed by visually recognizing the presence or absence of breakage of the bridge constituting the annular weakening portion.

Patent No. 5554574 gazette

However, in the cap described in Patent Document 1, a fitting having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the annular protrusion above the hook on the inner circumferential surface of the tamper evidence band and extending 0.3 to 0.7 mm in the vertical direction Since the lower portion is provided, when the cap attached to the container opening is opened, the cap main body is prevented from rattling, and consequently the cap main body is detached from the container opening without breaking the bridge. It is possible to prevent through holes and improve tamper evidence, but at the same time the torque required for opening may increase, which may make opening difficult.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and an object thereof is to provide a synthetic resin cap which can suppress the increase in the opening torque while improving the tamper evidence property.

In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin cap according to the present invention has a skirt wall provided with an internal thread screwed on an external thread formed on the outer periphery of a container opening, and an annular weakening portion at the lower part of the skirt wall. A cap provided with a tamper evidence band connected via a hook, and a hook that can be locked from below to an annular protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the container opening on the inner peripheral side of the tamper evidence band A plurality of protrusions are provided at intervals in the direction, and on the inner peripheral side of the tamper evidence band, a protrusion projecting to the inside of the tamper evidence band is continuous above the hook, and a lower portion of the protrusion is A contact portion is provided, and the contact portion extends from the inner circumferential surface of the protrusion toward the upper surface of the hook such that the inner diameter decreases with a gradient of 20 degrees or more (Claim 1)

The synthetic resin cap protrudes on the inner peripheral side of the tamper evidence band above the protrusion and further inward of the tamper evidence band than the protrusion, and contacts the outer peripheral surface of the container opening. You may have (Claim 2).

In the present invention, it is possible to obtain a synthetic resin cap which can suppress the increase in the opening torque while making the tamper evidence property favorable.

That is, in the synthetic resin cap of the invention according to each claim of the present application, when the cap attached to the container opening is unsealed, the contact portion is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the annular projection of the container opening. By setting it in this way, the cap is prevented from being lifted obliquely, and the annular weakened portion breaks almost uniformly without deviation, so that the tamper evidence property becomes good.

In addition, a slope of 20 degrees or more is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the contact portion, and this gradient exerts an adjusting function of the degree of contact of the contact portion with the annular projection, and the projection and the annular projection in the closed state Even if the gap between the two is relatively large or small, it is easy to configure the contact portion to be in good contact with the annular projection at the time of unsealing, and it is possible to prevent an increase in free end and opening torque. .

In the synthetic resin cap of the invention according to the second aspect, the protrusion abuts against the annular projection at the time of unsealing, thereby preventing rattling and tilting of the cap, thereby further enhancing the effect that the end of the cap is prevented. It will be.

It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows roughly the structure of the synthetic resin caps which concern on one embodiment of this invention. (A) And (B) is explanatory drawing which shows roughly the structure of the principal part of the said synthetic resin cap of an opening process. It is explanatory drawing which shows roughly the structure of the principal part of the modification of the said synthetic resin cap.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A synthetic resin cap (hereinafter referred to as a cap) 1 shown in FIG. 1 is used by being attached to the mouth of a container (not shown) such as a plastic bottle, for example, and integrally made of polyethylene by compression molding or injection molding. It has been molded. In addition, the raw material which forms the cap 1 is not specifically limited, In addition to the polyethylene used by this embodiment, a polypropylene etc. are used suitably.

The cap 1 has a ceiling wall 2 having a substantially circular shape in a plan view, and a skirt wall 3 having a substantially cylindrical shape extending downward from the outer peripheral portion of the ceiling wall 2. Here, a knurled groove 4 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall 3 and a female screw 5 is provided on the inner peripheral surface, and this female screw 5 is coupled to a male screw (not shown) formed on the outer periphery of the container opening. It is possible.

Also, the cap 1 is a pilfer-proof cap having a function of proving unopened (unclogging is never done), and in the lower part of the skirt wall 3, an annular weakening extending around the entire circumference of the skirt wall 3 A tamper evidence band (hereinafter simply referred to as "band") 7 is connected via part 6.

That is, the annular weakening portion 6 divides the skirt wall 3 and the band 7 up and down, and (perforated) slits which extend intermittently in the circumferential direction of the skirt wall 3 and the band 7 and adjacent slits The bridge is broken when it is pulled by a predetermined force.

Then, on the inner peripheral side of the band 7, a plurality of (for example, five) hooks 8 protruding inward and configured such that the amount of inward protrusion increases toward the upper side are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction. It is Each hook 8 has an annular protrusion (bead portion) 9 (see FIGS. 2A and 2B) formed below the male screw on the outer periphery of the container opening with the cap 1 attached to the container opening. ) And is locked to the annular projection 9 by an opening operation. That is, the hook 8 is configured to be able to be locked to the annular projection 9 from below.

As shown in FIG. 2A, on the inner peripheral side of the band 7, the projecting portion 10 projecting inward of the band 7 is continuous above the hook 8 and the outer periphery of the annular projection 9 is in the lower portion of the projecting portion 10. An abutment 11 is provided which abuts the surface. The upper and lower width L11 of the contact portion 11 is preferably one third to two thirds of the upper and lower width L10 of the entire projection 10 including the contact portion 11. In this example, about half (L10) And L11 is 0.58 mm).

Further, the contact portion 11 extends from the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 10 toward the upper surface of the hook 8 such that the inner diameter decreases with a gradient θ of 20 degrees or more (preferably 20 degrees to 30 degrees). If the gradient θ is less than 20 degrees, the function of adjusting the degree of contact of the contact portion 11 with the annular projection 9 of the contact portion 11 is reduced, and the gap between the projection 10 and the annular projection 9 in the closed state is relatively small. If the size is large, there is a risk that the contact portion 11 does not contact the annular projection 9 well at the time of unsealing, and the cap 1 is inclined to cause tailing off. When the gap with the annular projection 9 is relatively small, the contact portion 11 strongly abuts on the annular projection 9 and the torque required for opening the cap 1 may be excessive.

In the unopened state of the cap 1 having the above configuration attached to the container opening, the annular projection 9 is positioned inside or above the projecting portion 10 (the position shown in FIG. 2A or above) Position), when the cap 1 is rotated in the unsealing direction from this state, the cap 1 ascends relatively to the container opening, and as shown in FIG. The hook 8 is in contact with the annular projection 9 from below. Then, when the cap 1 attached to the container opening is unsealed by further rotating the cap 1 in the unsealing direction, the contact portion provided on each hook 8 with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the annular projection 9 of the container opening 10 prevents the cap 1 from being lifted obliquely, and the annular weakened portion 6 breaks almost uniformly without deviation, so that the tamper evidence is improved. In FIG. 2B, the hook 8 locked to the annular projection 9 is drawn overlapping the annular projection 9, but in actuality, both of the actual entities do not overlap in this way. The side is biased by the container opening and elastically deformed outward, but the illustration after the elastic deformation is omitted.

Further, as described above, the inner circumferential surface of the contact portion 11 is provided with a gradient θ of 20 degrees or more, and this gradient exerts an adjusting function of the contact degree of the contact portion 11 with the annular projection 9 Even when the gap between the projection 10 and the annular projection 9 in the closed state is relatively large or small, it is easy to configure so that the contact portion 11 favorably contacts the annular projection 9 at the time of opening, It is possible to prevent the disengagement and the increase in the opening torque.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, the following modifications can be mentioned.

In the above embodiment, the projecting portion 10 and the contact portion 11 are provided corresponding to each hook 8, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, at least one of the projecting portion 10 and the contact portion 11 The circuit may be provided continuously in the direction.

The slope θ of each contact portion 11 may be uniform or may have variations. For example, three contact portions 11 having a gradient θ of 20 degrees and a gradient θ of 30 degrees may be provided. It is also possible to provide two abutments 11.

As shown in FIG. 3, on the inner peripheral side of the band 7, the upper part of the projecting part 10 is protruded below the annular weakening part 6, and protrudes inside the band 7 more than the projecting part 10, and the cap 1 is attached to the container opening The projection 12 may be provided to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container opening (annular projection 9) in the state where it is in the closed state. The projections 12 may be provided over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction of the band 7 or may be provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the band 7. In the latter case, for example, each hook 8 is made to correspond to the hook 8 It is conceivable that one or more of them are provided right above. Further, by providing such a projection 12, the projection 12 abuts on the annular projection 9 at the time of unsealing to prevent the cap 1 from rattling or tilting, and the end of the cap 1 is prevented The effect will be further enhanced.

Needless to say, the above-described modifications may be combined as appropriate.
