Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de traitement d'informations de rétroaction, un dispositif terminal et un support, étant applicables au domaine des communications. Le procédé consiste à : envoyer des paquets de demande d'informations concernant une pluralité de différents canaux d'interaction ; acquérir des paquets de réponse d'informations renvoyés sur la base de chacun des paquets de demande d'informations dans une période prédéfinie, et acquérir des informations de réponse efficace à l'intérieur de ceux-ci ; acquérir respectivement un type d'attribut de chaque élément d'informations de réponse efficace ; en ce qui concerne les informations de réponse efficace avec le même cadre d'identification, acquérir respectivement le nombre d'éléments d'informations de réponse efficace dans chaque type d'attribut, et entrer le nombre acquis d'éléments d'informations de réponse efficace dans un modèle de calcul de paramètre prédéfini de façon à délivrer en sortie des paramètres d'évaluation d'informations de rétroaction de types de canaux d'interaction correspondant aux trames d'identification dans la période prédéfinie ; et afficher les paramètres d'évaluation d'informations de rétroaction correspondant aux types de canaux d'interaction dans un tableau d'évaluation d'informations de rétroaction. Au moyen de la présente solution, le paramètre d'évaluation d'informations de rétroaction calculé est plus intéressant pour la référence, ce qui permet d'améliorer le taux d'utilisation efficace d'un résultat de traitement d'informations de rétroaction.
