本方案提供了一种反馈信息的处理方法、装置、终端设备及介质,适用于互联网技术领域,该方法包括:发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;获取预设周期内基于每一信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并获取其中的有效响应信息;分别获取每一有效响应信息的属性类型;对于具备相同标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出预设周期内与标识帧对应的交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;将交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。本方案使得计算得到的反馈信息评价参数更具参考价值,由此提高了反馈信息处理结果的有效利用率。

Description

反馈信息的处理方法、装置、终端设备及介质
本申请要求于2017年10月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710979746.5 、发明名称为“反馈信息的处理方法及终端设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种反馈信息的处理方法、装置、终端设备及介质。
背景技术
目前,各大企业通常会定期电话回访客户,从而实现对客户反馈信息的收集。通过对收集得到的各类反馈信息进行分析处理,能够及时地了解客户的需求,以根据客户的实时需求相应性地改进内部的服务、产品,提高企业的竞争力。例如,净推荐值(NPS,Net Promoter Score),又称净促进者得分或口碑,是一种计量某个客户将会向其他人推荐某个企业或服务可能性的指数,其为当前社会较为流行的一种顾客忠诚度分析指标。通过密切跟踪反馈信息以计算净推荐值,能够在一定的程度上促使企业能够稳健、快速地发展。
现有技术中,通过电话回访客户,电销人员可基于客户的态度反馈状况来确定客户的满意度,进而在回访过程执行完毕后,对收集得到的大量反馈信息进行综合分析处理,以确定企业的整体客户满意度。然而,在实际销售模式中,企业往往是通过多种类型的业务交互通道与客户进行交互操作的,由于上述反馈信息的处理结果只能反映企业的总体竞争力,因此难以根据该结果来对不同业务交互通道的销售方式进行改进。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种反馈信息的处理方法、装置、终端设备及介质,以解决现有技术中难以根据获取得到的反馈信息处理结果来对不同业务交互通道的销售方式进行改进的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例的第一方面提供了一种反馈信息的处理方法,包括:
发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;
获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型;
分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定;
对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;
将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
本申请实施例的第二方面提供了一种反馈信息的处理装置,该反馈信息的处理装置包括用于执行上述第一方面所述的反馈信息的处理方法的单元。
本申请实施例的第三方面提供了一种终端设备,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如第一方面所述的反馈信息的处理方法的步骤。
本申请实施例的第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的反馈信息的处理方法的步骤。
有益效果
本申请实施例中,通过发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文,能够根据接收到的每一信息响应报文所携带的标识帧以及分值信息,自动计算出预设周期内与标识帧对应的交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;通过将各项反馈信息评价参数共同展示于反馈信息评价表,保证了企业管理者只需定时查看反馈信息评价表,便能迅速获知最新的时间周期内各个交互通道所分别对应的反馈信息评价参数,以基于该反馈信息评价参数执行企业服务、产品在交互通道上的竞争力分析,从而有利于企业制订出适应性的销售改进方案,因此,本申请实施例使得计算得到的反馈信息评价参数更具参考价值,由此提高了反馈信息处理结果的有效利用率。

本发明的实施方式
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的反馈信息的处理方法的实现流程,该方法流程包括步骤S101至S105。各步骤的具体实现原理如下。
S101:发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文。
交互通道,即触点,是指企业与客户进行交互的接触对象,包括如营业网点、企业的网络公众平台服务号、企业的官网网页以及企业服务APP等。企业可通过上述多种不同的交互通道来推广服务、产品。通过上述任一交互通道,企业能够接触各种类型的客户,以使客户完成服务/产品的购买流程。
本申请实施例中,获取各个交互通道所对应的历史交互信息。根据历史交互信息中的客户通信账号,将预先生成的信息请求报文下发至该历史交互信息关联的客户通信账号。由于各个交互通道的历史交互信息不同,因而使得发出的同一类型的信息请求报文能够到达不同的客户通信账号。根据历史交互信息所对应的交互通道,在发送信息请求报文时,用于描述交互通道的标识帧添加于信息请求报文中。
例如,当客户通信账号为电子邮件地址时,对于不同交互通道所对应的不同历史交互信息中的电子邮件地址,将指定格式的信息请求报文分别发送至各个历史交互客户的电子邮件地址,由此实现关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文的发送。
S102:获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型。
当客户通过终端设备接收到信息请求报文时,可以在终端设备中浏览信息请求报文所携带的报文信息,报文信息包括企业所需调研的问题的详细内容。举例性地,报文信息可以是一份回访问卷信息。若客户在报文信息中完成反馈意见的填写或完成调研问题答案选项的选取操作,在客户点击提交按键或确定按键时,可接收到基于上述信息请求报文的信息响应报文。信息响应报文包括上述客户在报文信息中填写的反馈意见或选取的答案选项。并且,信息响应报文携带有有标识帧,其与相应的信息请求报文中的标识帧相同。
本申请实施例中,获取预设周期内基于每一信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,其中,预设周期为用户所输入的时间段信息。例如,若预设周期为24小时,则每隔24小时,筛选出最近24小时之内所接收到的各条信息响应报文。
由于客户的反馈意见可能包含客户误输入或者恶意输入的与实际建议意见无关的字符,因此,需要将接收到的各条信息响应报文进行分析处理,以筛选出其中的有效响应信息。该过程包括:通过预设算法识别出信息响应报文中连续出现的多个字符是否能够构成包含实际语义的词语;若信息响应报文中连续出现的多个字符均无法构成包含实际语义的词语,则确定该信息响应报文为无效响应信息。若信息响应报文中连续出现的多个字符能够构成包含实际语义的词语,则确定该信息响应报文为有效响应信息。
S103:分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定。
本申请实施例中,客户在报文信息中可选取调研问题的答案选项,根据答案选项的不同生成不同的分值信息,由此使得基于信息请求报文所返回的有效响应信息包含不同的分值信息。
示例性地,上述报文信息中的调研问题例如可以是“您是否会愿意将本产品推荐给您的朋友或者同事?”,且该调研问题的答案选项为0-10分。从分值选项0至分值选项10,客户对产品的推荐指数依次递增。若客户选取的答案选项为10,则获取得到的基于该报文信息的有效响应信息的分值信息为10。
读取每一有效响应信息的分值信息后,根据该分值信息所属的分值区间,确定出有效响应信息的属性类型。属性类型包括推荐属性、中立属性以及批评属性。具体地,若有效响应信息的分值信息属于第一数值区间,则将该有效响应信息的属性类别确定为推荐属性;若有效响应信息的分值信息属于第二数值区间,则将该有效响应信息的属性类别确定为批评属性。其中,第一数值区间的最小值大于第二数值区间的最大值。
例如,在上述示例中,第一数值区间可以为9至10分,第二数值区间可以为0至6分。若某一有效响应信息的分值信息为9至10分之间,则该有效响应信息的属性类别将被确定为推荐属性。
作为本申请的一个实施例,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的反馈信息的处理方法S103的具体实现流程,详述如下:
S1031:对不存在所述分值信息的所述有效响应信息,提取所述有效响应信息中的各个特征项。
由于客户可以在上述信息请求报文中选择与调研问题相关的分值信息选项,也可以输入文字反馈意见,因此,若客户仅输入了文字反馈意见而未选取分值信息,则检测到的有效响应信息中则会出现仅包含有文字反馈意见而不包含分值信息的情况。此时,对未包含分值信息的各条有效响应信息进行筛选,并分别提取其中每一条有效响应信息的特征项。特征项表示有效响应信息中,具有褒贬词性以及能够体现用户情感态度的字符。
示例性地,获取有效响应信息中的各个分词,并通过预设的语义识别算法对每一分词进行识别处理,以提取出具有褒贬词性的分词,则将提取出的每一分词输出为有效响应信息中的一个特征项。
S1032:获取前邻接所述特征项的特征字符,并检测所述特征字符的量化等级。
对于有效响应信息中的每一特征项,检测位于该特征项之前的特征字符。特征字符为程度副词,其可以为一个或多个字符。根据预先建立的特征字符以及量化等级的对应关系表,确定与当前时刻所检测到的特征字符相对应的量化等级。特征字符对特征项的限定程度越高,其对应的量化等级越高。
S1033:根据所述特征字符的正负极性以及所述量化等级,确定所述特征项的权重浮动系数。
通过预设的语义识别算法,确定特征字符的正负极性。其中,正极性表示特征字符为肯定副词,负极性表示特征字符为否定副词。举例性地,若特征字符为“很”,则其为正极性;若特征字符为“几乎不”,则其为负极性。
根据每一特征项之前的特征字符的正负极性以及量化等级,计算出该特征项的权重浮动系数,具体地,将正极性数字化为用于表示正值的符号“+”,将负极性数字化为用于表示负值的符号“-”。将特征字符的正负极性与其量化等级做乘法运算处理,得出该特征项的权重浮动系数。
例如,若有效响应信息中所包含的字符为“我很不喜欢这个产品的交互界面,操作太繁琐”,则识别出的特征项为“喜欢”以及“繁琐”,相邻的特征字符分别为“很不”以及“太”。其中,特征字符“很不”具有负极性,特征字符“太”具有正极性。在预先建立的特征字符以及量化等级的对应关系表中,若查询得出特征字符“很不”所对应的量化等级为8,特征字符“太”所对应的量化等级为10,则特征项“喜欢”的权重浮动系数为-8,特征项“繁琐”的权重浮动系数为+10。
S1034:根据每一所述特征项所对应的权重比值及所述权重浮动系数,计算所述有效响应信息对应的分值信息,以根据所述分值信息确定所述有效响应信息的属性类型。
本申请实施例中,不同的特征项对应不同的权重比值。特征项所对应的权重比值表示该特征项对其所在语句呈现出积极态度的贡献程度。每一特征项与权重比值的对应关系预先存储于信息库中。在预设信息库中,查找出特征项对应的权重比值进行读取。基于特征项的权重比值以及权重浮动系数,计算每一特征项的子项分值,并将有效响应信息中各个特征项的子项分值的和输出为有效响应信息对应的分值信息。
基于计算出的分值信息,获取有效响应信息的属性类型。由于该过程与上述S103中的步骤实现原理相同,因此不再一一赘述。
示例性地,若有效响应信息中仅包含“如果你们在移动应用中增加信息搜索这一功能,我就愿意推荐这个产品”等这一文字反馈意见,则表示客户依然有可能推荐此次的产品/服务,但推荐程度可能不是很高,因此,通过上述步骤S1031至S1034所获取得到的该有效响应信息所对应的分值信息可能为6分或7分。
本申请实施例中,通过对未包含分值信息的有效响应信息进行分析处理,使得客户即使未在信息请求报文中选取具体的分值信息,也能基于客户输入的反馈意见来确定出客户的主观推荐程度,避免了未包含分值信息的有效响应信息无法用于计算与交互通道类型对应的反馈信息评价参数,因而提高了有效响应信息的有效利用率。
S104:对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数。
由于信息响应报文携带有用于表征交互通道类型的标识帧,因而有效响应信息中同样携带有上述标识帧。在多条有效响应信息中,将标识帧相同的有效响应信息作为一个交互通道类型对应的分类。在每一分类中,分别统计属性类型为推荐属性的有效响应信息的第一总数以及属性类型为批评属性的有效响应信息的第二总数。
本申请实施例中,参数计算模型中包含有多个预设的计算公式。作为本申请的一个具体实现示例,参数计算模型用于分别计算信息请求报文的反馈回复率、推荐者量、批评者量、推荐者占比、批评者占比以及NPS值等NPS参数。
具体地,各项NPS参数的计算公式分别如下:
反馈回复率=携带标识帧A的有效响应信息的总数/携带标识帧A的信息请求报文的总数;
推荐者占比=携带标识帧A且属性类型为推荐属性的有效响应信息的第一总数/携带标识帧A的有效响应信息的总数;
批评者占比=携带标识帧A且属性类型为批评属性的有效响应信息的第二总数/携带标识帧A的有效响应信息的总数;
NPS值=推荐者占比-批评者占比;
其中,上述标识帧A为上述各个分类所分别对应的标识帧。
在每一分类中,将属性类型为推荐属性的有效响应信息的第一总数、属性类型为批评属性的有效响应信息的第二总数、有效响应信息的总数以及信息请求报文的总数输入上述参数计算模型,以将各项输入参数代入上述各项计算公示后,输出该分类对应的各项反馈信息评价参数,包括反馈回复率、推荐者量、批评者量、推荐者占比、批评者占比以及NPS值等NPS参数。
S105:将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
在终端界面的监控窗口中,展示当前时刻所实时生成的反馈信息评价表。在反馈信息评价表中,分别显示每一交互通道类型对应的反馈回复率、推荐者量、批评者量、推荐者占比、批评者占比以及NPS值等反馈信息评价参数。
优选地,仅在预设时间间隔到达时,才获取各分类的上述各项输入参数以及计算交互通道类型对应的各项反馈信息评价参数,由此使得终端界面的监控窗口能够以预定的时间周期,刷新显示反馈信息评价表。本申请实施例中使得管理员能够从反馈信息评价表中快速、直观地查看各个交互通道类型在预设时长内所对应的各项反馈信息评价参数。
例如,对于企业的官网网页这一交互通道类型,仅在晚上12点才统计最近24小时内所接收到与该交互通道类型对应的有效响应信息的总数、属性类型为推荐属性的有效响应信息的总数以及属性类型为批评属性的有效响应信息的总数,保证每天晚上12点能够刷新当天各个交互通道类型所分别对应的反馈信息评价参数。
本申请实施例中,自动计算出预设周期内与标识帧对应的交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;通过将各项反馈信息评价参数共同展示于反馈信息评价表,保证了企业管理者只需定时查看反馈信息评价表,便能迅速获知最新的时间周期内各个交互通道所分别对应的反馈信息评价参数,以基于该反馈信息评价参数执行企业服务、产品在交互通道上的竞争力分析,从而有利于企业制订出适应性的销售改进方案,因此,本申请实施例使得计算得到的反馈信息评价参数更具参考价值,由此提高了反馈信息处理结果的有效利用率。
作为本申请的另一个实施例,如图4所示,在上述S106之后,还包括:
S107:获取所述有效响应信息的第一特征向量,并检测所述第一特征向量与预设的非法信息的第二特征向量的相似度。
S108:若所述第一特征向量与所述第二特征向量的相似度大于第一预设阈值,则获取所述有效响应信息对应的对象标识,所述对象标识由所述有效响应信息所对应的登录信息确定。
S109:将所述对象标识添加至拒绝请求记录表,以在再次发出信息请求报文时,对与所述拒绝请求记录表中的所述对象标识相关的所述信息请求报文进行阻断。
有效响应信息对应的登录信息用于唯一标识发出该条有效响应信息的客户。例如,若客户基于网络公众平台服务号所接收到的信息请求报文返回信息响应报文,则其产生的有效响应信息所对应的登录信息即为该客户的平台账号。根据客户在响应信息请求报文时所使用的登录信息,生成与该登录信息匹配的对象标识,以将该对象标识添加至报文响应信息中。
本申请实施例中,在非法信息库中存储有各种类型的非法信息,如政治信息、垃圾信息以及脏话信息。通过预设算法对各条非法信息进行向量化处理,以获取各条非法信息的特征向量。并且,通过该预设算法,对每一条有效响应信息进行向量化处理,以获取各条有效响应信息的特征向量。
对于每一有效响应信息的特征向量,若检测到该特征向量与任一非法信息的特征向量的余弦相似度大于预设阈值,则初步判断客户极度不愿意响应其接收到的信息请求报文,因此,获取该有效响应信息所携带的对象标识,以将该对象标识存储至预设的拒绝请求记录表中。
当再次执行上述S101时,预先检测历史交互信息所记录的对象标识是否存在于拒绝请求记录表。若预先检测历史交互信息所记录的对象标识存在于拒绝请求记录表,则将发送至该对象标识的信息请求报文进行阻断;若预先检测历史交互信息所记录的对象标识不存在于拒绝请求记录表,则将信息请求报文发送至该对象标识。
本申请实施例中,通过设置拒绝请求记录表,并将与非法信息相似度较高的有效响应信息所对应的对象标识增添至拒绝请求记录表,使得与对象标识关联的客户在后续过程中都不会再接收到信息请求报文,避免了对客户造成骚扰,从而能够间接提高客户对企业产品的满意程度。
图5示出了本申请又一实施例提供的反馈信息的处理方法的实现流程,详述如下:
S110:根据获取得到的所述有效响应信息的第一信息总数以及所述信息响应报文的第二信息总数,确定所述信息请求报文的反馈回复率。
在确定出各条客户反馈信息中的有效响应信息后,将有效响应信息的总数除以客户反馈信息的总数,得到与客户回访问卷相关的反馈回复率。
S111:若所述反馈回复率低于第二预设阈值,则发出信息请求报文参数调整提示。
本申请实施例中,若反馈回复率低于预设阈值,则可能是由于信息请求报文的页面参数不适应于客户的实际需求,使得基于该信息请求报文所生成的报文信息难以吸引客户主动答复调研问题,因此,在终端界面所弹窗的窗口中,发出信息请求报文参数调整提示,以提示管理员是否需要对信息请求报文的页面参数进行调整。上述窗口中包括三个选项按键,一个选项按键用于接收用户发出的层叠样式调整指令;一个选项按键用于接收用户发出的跳转地图调整指令;另一选项按键用于接收用户发出的取消调整指令。
S112:若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的层叠样式调整指令,则生成多个层叠样式控件,每一所述层叠样式控件对应于预存储的一个层叠样式表,以在检测到其中任一所述层叠样式控件被触发时,将所述信息请求报文的页面样式参数替换为该层叠样式控件所对应的所述层叠样式表的参数。
若接受到根据信息请求报文参数调整提示所发出的层叠样式调整指令,则调用预先存储的与当前交互通道类型的信息请求报文相匹配的多个CSS层叠样式表。通过不同的CSS样式表,可以表现出信息请求报文中不同的HTML或XML等文件样式参数。
具体地,以一个层叠样式控件来表示调用得到的一个CSS样式表的参数,且层叠样式控件的图案可以为CSS样式表的效果示意图。例如,若CSS1与CSS2的区别在于背景色彩不同,CSS1的背景色彩为蓝色,CSS2的背景色彩为红色,则在终端界面中,用于表示CSS1样式表的层叠样式控件为蓝色图标控件,用于表示CSS2样式表的层叠样式控件为红色图标控件。
当检测到基于任一层叠样式控件的触发指令时,将信息请求报文的信息请求报文调整为该层叠样式控件所对应的CSS样式表的参数。例如,在信息请求报文中,将其调用的CSS样式表名替换为当前层叠样式控件所对应的CSS样式表名。
S113:若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的跳转地图调整指令,则将所述信息请求报文中的页面跳转参数变更为所述跳转地图调整指令所指示的页面跳转参数。
在用户终端基于信息请求报文展示报文信息时,在报文信息中,每一调用问题可依序展示于一显示页面。当排序在前的调研问题已经反馈完毕或者被取消反馈时,才刷新当前显示页面,以在刷新后的显示页面中显示排序在后的另一调研问题。
本申请实施例中,若接受到根据信息请求报文参数调整提示所发出的跳转地图调整指令,则展示信息请求报文所对应的各个调研问题,并在每一调研问题的下方展示该调研问题所对应的各个答案选项。为每一答案选项以及每一调研问题分别配置一个标识号。在终端界面中,当检测到管理员选取的一个答案选项时,生成跳转地图编辑框,以请求管理员输入该答案选项关联的页面跳转参数或该答案选项关联的调研问题的标识号,上述页面跳转参数例如为页面跳转链接。当检测到跳转地图编辑框中存在调研问题的标识号时,根据该标识号确定调研问题所对应的页面跳转链接,以将该答案选项与该页面跳转参数进行关联,由此实现对信息请求报文中页面跳转参数的调整。
在基于页面跳转参数调整后的信息请求报文所生成的报文信息中,若客户在调研问题显示页面中选取任一答案选项,则可根据该答案选项所关联的页面跳转参数,跳转至与该页面跳转参数对应的显示页面。
作为本申请的一个实施例,如图5所示,上述S101具体包括:
S1011:获取多个不同的所述交互通道。
S1012:对于每一所述交互通道,分别发出关于预设的多个所述对象标识的信息请求报文。
本申请实施例中,通过不同的交互通道发出信息请求报文。具体地,读取各个交互通道的历史交互信息,历史交互信息包括对象标识,以分别发出关于读取得到的每一对象标识的信息请求报文。其中,对象标识表示客户在交互通道中所使用的登录信息。
对于同一客户在不同交互通道所对应的历史交互信息,其具有不同的对象标识,故发送关于对象标识的信息请求报文时,需要通过各种类型的交互通道进行发送,从而使得同一客户能够在不同的交互通道中接收到信息请求报文。
例如,客户能够通过其微信号接收到来自企业微信公众号推送的信息请求报文,也能够通过其移动应用APP登录号接收到移动应用APP后台服务器所推送的信息请求报文。
本申请实施例中,通过多个不同的交互通道发送信息请求报文,使得客户在购买企业产品/服务完成时,就能实时接收到信息请求报文,从而提高了客户对信息请求报文的响应概率。基于数量更多的反馈信息进行分析处理,能够获得参考价值更高的反馈信息处理结果。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
对应于上文实施例所述的反馈信息的处理方法,图6示出了本申请实施例提供的反馈信息的处理装置的结构框图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分。
参照图6,该装置包括:
发送单元601,用于发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文。
第一获取单元602,用于获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型。
第二获取单元603,用于分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定。
输出单元604,用于对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数。
展示单元605,用于将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
可选地,所述第二获取单元603包括:
提取子单元,用于对不存在所述分值信息的所述有效响应信息,提取所述有效响应信息中的各个特征项。
获取子单元,用于获取前邻接所述特征项的特征字符,并检测所述特征字符的量化等级。
确定子单元,用于根据所述特征字符的正负极性以及所述量化等级,确定所述特征项的权重浮动系数。
计算子单元,用于根据每一所述特征项所对应的权重比值及所述权重浮动系数,计算所述有效响应信息对应的分值信息,以根据所述分值信息确定所述有效响应信息的属性类型。
可选地,所述反馈信息的处理装置还包括:
检测单元,用于获取所述有效响应信息的第一特征向量,并检测所述第一特征向量与预设的非法信息的第二特征向量的相似度。
第三获取单元,用于若所述第一特征向量与所述第二特征向量的相似度大于第一预设阈值,则获取所述有效响应信息对应的对象标识,所述对象标识由所述有效响应信息所对应的登录信息确定。
阻断单元,用于将所述对象标识添加至拒绝请求记录表,以在再次发出信息请求报文时,对与所述拒绝请求记录表中的所述对象标识相关的所述信息请求报文进行阻断。
可选地,所述反馈信息的处理装置还包括:
确定单元,用于根据获取得到的所述有效响应信息的第一信息总数以及所述信息响应报文的第二信息总数,确定所述信息请求报文的反馈回复率。
提示单元,用于若所述反馈回复率低于第二预设阈值,则发出信息请求报文参数调整提示。
生成单元,用于若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的层叠样式调整指令,则生成多个层叠样式控件,每一所述层叠样式控件对应于预存储的一个层叠样式表,以在检测到其中任一所述层叠样式控件被触发时,将所述信息请求报文的页面样式参数替换为该层叠样式控件所对应的所述层叠样式表的参数。
变更单元,用于若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的跳转地图调整指令,则将所述信息请求报文中的页面跳转参数变更为所述跳转地图调整指令所指示的页面跳转参数。
图7是本申请一实施例提供的终端设备的示意图。如图7所示,该实施例的终端设备7包括:处理器70以及存储器71,所述存储器71中存储有可在所述处理器70上运行的计算机可读指令72,例如反馈信息的处理程序。所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各个反馈信息的处理方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至105。或者,所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图6所示模块601至605的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令72可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器71中,并由所述处理器70执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令72在所述终端设备7中的执行过程。
所述终端设备7可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述终端设备可包括,但不仅限于处理器70和存储器71。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7仅仅是终端设备7的示例,并不构成对终端设备7的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器70可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器71可以是所述终端设备7的内部存储单元,例如终端设备7的硬盘或内存。所述存储器71也可以是所述终端设备7的外部存储设备,例如所述终端设备7上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器71还可以既包括所述终端设备7的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器71用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器71还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种反馈信息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;
    获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型;
    分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定;
    对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;
    将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的反馈信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,包括:
    对不存在所述分值信息的所述有效响应信息,提取所述有效响应信息中的各个特征项;
    获取前邻接所述特征项的特征字符,并检测所述特征字符的量化等级;
    根据所述特征字符的正负极性以及所述量化等级,确定所述特征项的权重浮动系数;
    根据每一所述特征项所对应的权重比值及所述权重浮动系数,计算所述有效响应信息对应的分值信息,以根据所述分值信息确定所述有效响应信息的属性类型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的反馈信息的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述有效响应信息的第一特征向量,并检测所述第一特征向量与预设的非法信息的第二特征向量的相似度;
    若所述第一特征向量与所述第二特征向量的相似度大于第一预设阈值,则获取所述有效响应信息对应的对象标识,所述对象标识由所述有效响应信息所对应的登录信息确定;
    将所述对象标识添加至拒绝请求记录表,以在再次发出信息请求报文时,对与所述拒绝请求记录表中的所述对象标识相关的所述信息请求报文进行阻断。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的反馈信息的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据获取得到的所述有效响应信息的第一信息总数以及所述信息响应报文的第二信息总数,确定所述信息请求报文的反馈回复率;
    若所述反馈回复率低于第二预设阈值,则发出信息请求报文参数调整提示;
    若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的层叠样式调整指令,则生成多个层叠样式控件,每一所述层叠样式控件对应于预存储的一个层叠样式表,以在检测到其中任一所述层叠样式控件被触发时,将所述信息请求报文的页面样式参数替换为该层叠样式控件所对应的所述层叠样式表的参数;
    若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的跳转地图调整指令,则将所述信息请求报文中的页面跳转参数变更为所述跳转地图调整指令所指示的页面跳转参数。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的反馈信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文,包括:
    获取多个不同的所述交互通道;
    对于每一所述交互通道,分别发出关于预设的多个所述对象标识的信息请求报文。
  6. 一种反馈信息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送单元,用于发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;
    第一获取单元,用于获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型;
    第二获取单元,用于分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定;
    输出单元,用于对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;
    展示单元,用于将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的反馈信息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元包括:
    提取子单元,用于对不存在所述分值信息的所述有效响应信息,提取所述有效响应信息中的各个特征项;
    获取子单元,用于获取前邻接所述特征项的特征字符,并检测所述特征字符的量化等级;
    确定子单元,用于根据所述特征字符的正负极性以及所述量化等级,确定所述特征项的权重浮动系数;
    计算子单元,用于根据每一所述特征项所对应的权重比值及所述权重浮动系数,计算所述有效响应信息对应的分值信息,以根据所述分值信息确定所述有效响应信息的属性类型。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的反馈信息的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测单元,用于获取所述有效响应信息的第一特征向量,并检测所述第一特征向量与预设的非法信息的第二特征向量的相似度;
    第三获取单元,用于若所述第一特征向量与所述第二特征向量的相似度大于第一预设阈值,则获取所述有效响应信息对应的对象标识,所述对象标识由所述有效响应信息所对应的登录信息确定;
    阻断单元,用于将所述对象标识添加至拒绝请求记录表,以在再次发出信息请求报文时,对与所述拒绝请求记录表中的所述对象标识相关的所述信息请求报文进行阻断。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的反馈信息的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定单元,用于根据获取得到的所述有效响应信息的第一信息总数以及所述信息响应报文的第二信息总数,确定所述信息请求报文的反馈回复率;
    提示单元,用于若所述反馈回复率低于第二预设阈值,则发出信息请求报文参数调整提示;
    生成单元,用于若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的层叠样式调整指令,则生成多个层叠样式控件,每一所述层叠样式控件对应于预存储的一个层叠样式表,以在检测到其中任一所述层叠样式控件被触发时,将所述信息请求报文的页面样式参数替换为该层叠样式控件所对应的所述层叠样式表的参数;
    变更单元,用于若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的跳转地图调整指令,则将所述信息请求报文中的页面跳转参数变更为所述跳转地图调整指令所指示的页面跳转参数。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的反馈信息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元包括:
    交互通道获取子单元,用于获取多个不同的所述交互通道;
    发送子单元,用于对于每一所述交互通道,分别发出关于预设的多个所述对象标识的信息请求报文。
  11. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;
    获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型;
    分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定;
    对于具备相同所述标识帧的所述有效响应信息,分别获取每一所述属性类型中有效响应信息的数量,并将获取到的所述有效响应信息的数量输入预设的参数计算模型,以输出所述预设周期内与所述标识帧对应的所述交互通道类型的反馈信息评价参数;
    将所述交互通道类型对应的所述反馈信息评价参数展示于反馈信息评价表。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,包括:
    对不存在所述分值信息的所述有效响应信息,提取所述有效响应信息中的各个特征项;
    获取前邻接所述特征项的特征字符,并检测所述特征字符的量化等级;
    根据所述特征字符的正负极性以及所述量化等级,确定所述特征项的权重浮动系数;

    获取所述有效响应信息的第一特征向量,并检测所述第一特征向量与预设的非法信息的第二特征向量的相似度;
    若所述第一特征向量与所述第二特征向量的相似度大于第一预设阈值,则获取所述有效响应信息对应的对象标识,所述对象标识由所述有效响应信息所对应的登录信息确定;
    将所述对象标识添加至拒绝请求记录表,以在再次发出信息请求报文时,对与所述拒绝请求记录表中的所述对象标识相关的所述信息请求报文进行阻断。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    根据获取得到的所述有效响应信息的第一信息总数以及所述信息响应报文的第二信息总数,确定所述信息请求报文的反馈回复率;
    若所述反馈回复率低于第二预设阈值,则发出信息请求报文参数调整提示;
    若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的层叠样式调整指令,则生成多个层叠样式控件,每一所述层叠样式控件对应于预存储的一个层叠样式表,以在检测到其中任一所述层叠样式控件被触发时,将所述信息请求报文的页面样式参数替换为该层叠样式控件所对应的所述层叠样式表的参数;
    若接收到根据所述信息请求报文参数调整提示返回的跳转地图调整指令,则将所述信息请求报文中的页面跳转参数变更为所述跳转地图调整指令所指示的页面跳转参数。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文,包括:
    获取多个不同的所述交互通道;
    对于每一所述交互通道,分别发出关于预设的多个所述对象标识的信息请求报文。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    发出关于多个不同交互通道的信息请求报文;
    获取预设周期内基于每一所述信息请求报文所返回的信息响应报文,并过滤掉其中的无效响应信息后,得到一条或多条有效响应信息,所述信息响应报文中携带有标识帧,不同的所述标识帧对应不同的交互通道类型;
    分别获取每一所述有效响应信息的属性类型,所述属性类型根据所述有效响应信息中的分值信息确定;
