外桶内盖的锁紧结构及洗干一体机
本申请要求申请日为2017年10月09日、申请号为201710928697.2、名称为“一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构及洗干一体机”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及锁紧结构技术领域,例如涉及一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构及洗干一体机。
背景技术
相关技术中的洗干一体机的外桶盖上通常设置有内盖,该内盖设置为防止衣物在高速脱水的时候被抛出,出现衣物刮坏、卡住等情况;而且还能在高速脱水的时候,防止儿童把盖子打开把手伸进内筒,存在安全隐患的情况。通常锁紧结构设置为将内盖与外桶盖锁紧,而相关技术中的锁紧结构通过在内盖上设置内盖把手,内盖把手上设置盖锁,盖锁包括拨动开关和弹簧,外桶盖上设置有与拨动开关插合连接的插孔,通过拨动开关压缩弹簧后插入插孔,以锁紧内盖;拨动开关脱出插孔,实现内盖的解锁。上述锁紧结构较为复杂,开合不方便,而且上述结构设置插孔,不便于外桶盖和内盖的清洁。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构及洗干一体机,解决了相关技术中的外桶内盖的锁紧结构的结构复杂,开合不方便,而且不便于清洁的问题。
一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构,包括转动设置在内盖上的锁合本体;设置在外桶盖上的连接部;及磁体;其中,所述锁合本体设置为通过所述磁体与所述连接部相互吸引并连接,以使所述内盖和所述外桶盖锁合;所述锁合本体设置为当所述锁合本体转动时,所述锁合本体克服所述磁体的吸引力与所述连接部分离,以使所述内盖和所述外桶盖解锁。

具体实施方式
本实施方式提供了一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构,该结构设置为锁合外桶盖200与内盖100,如图1-11所示,锁紧结构包括转动设置在内盖100上的锁合本体1和设置在外桶盖200上的连接部2,锁合本体1和连接部2通过磁体吸引相连以将内盖100和外桶盖200锁合;转动锁合本体1,锁合本体1与连接部2分离以将内盖100和外桶盖200解锁。
在一实施例中,磁体包括设置在锁合本体1上的第一磁体11和设置在连接部2上的第二磁体21,第一磁体11和第二磁体21相互吸引以将锁合本体1与连接部2连接,从而将内盖100与外桶盖200锁合;转动锁合本体1,锁合本体1带动第一磁体11转动,从而使第一磁体11与第二磁体21分离,从而将内盖100与外桶盖200解锁,该结构简单,操作方便,而且便于内桶100和外桶盖200的清洁。
在一实施例中,锁合本体1上设置的第一磁体11为铁片或磁铁,相应的连接部2上设置第二磁体21为磁铁或铁片。本实施例中,如图2-图4所示,在锁合本体1上设置铁片,连接部2上设置磁铁,通过磁铁与铁片之间的吸引作用将内盖100和外桶盖200锁合(如图5和图6所示);通过锁合本体1转动,锁合本体1的第一磁体11脱离外桶盖200上的第二磁体21,实现内盖100与外桶盖200的解锁(如图1和图2所示),操作方便。
如图8和图9所示,锁合本体1上设置有容置部(图中未示出),容置部内设置有第一磁体11。容置部设置为容纳第一磁体11。容置部靠近连接部2的一端设置有卡合盖12,卡合盖12与容置部卡合。卡合盖12设置为防止第一磁体11脱离容置部。卡合盖12可以为边框结构,卡合盖12的第一端与锁合本体1转动连接,卡合盖12的第二端与锁合本体1的容置部相卡合,以将第一磁体11限制在容置部内。卡合盖12还可以为板状结构,卡合盖12的第一端与锁合本体1转动连接,卡合盖12的第二端与锁合本体1的容置部相卡合,以将第一磁体11密封在容置部内,从而防止第一磁体11脱离容置部。
如图9所示,锁合本体1上的第一磁体11靠近连接部2一端的端面和外桶盖200上的第二磁体21靠近锁合本体1一端的端面相贴合。上述结构使得当锁合本体1转动时,第一磁体11与第二磁体21之间的角度发生变化,第一磁体11和第二磁体21间的吸力减弱,用较小的力即可将锁紧结构解锁,从而将内盖100打开,通过调整磁铁磁力的大小,以改变打开锁紧结构的力,一般将锁合主体1转动后需要50N的力才能将锁紧结构解锁,而本实施例减小了解锁锁紧结构的力。还可以将第二磁体21靠近锁合本体1一端的端面与卡合盖12相贴合,此时第一磁体11可以为任意结构,此结构使得当锁合本体1转动时,锁合本体1与第二磁体21之间的角度发生变化,锁合本体1和第二磁体21间的吸力减弱,内盖100打开。
如图7和图8所示,锁合本体1远离连接部2的一端设置有旋转把手13。通过转动旋转把手13带动锁合本体1转动,方便锁合本体1与连接部2的锁合和解锁。
如图10和图11所示,连接部2还包括设置在外桶盖200上的支撑座22,支撑座22上设置有与第一磁体11对应的两个凹槽221,每个凹槽221内均设置有第二磁体21,上述凹槽221设置为固定第二磁体21,防止第二磁体21与锁合本体1一同转动。在一实施例中,第二磁体21的端部伸出凹槽221。该结构使得锁合本体1与第二磁体21相贴合。
锁合本体1上的第一磁体11和连接部2上的第二磁体21的相互吸引,能够将内盖100和外桶盖200锁合;转动锁合本体1,锁合本体1与连接部2分离,实现内盖100与外桶200的解锁,该结构简单,外观美观,操作方便,而且不需要设置插孔便于外桶盖200和内盖100的清洁。
本实施方式还提供了一种洗干一体机,包括内盖100、外筒盖200及上述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,内盖100的第一端与所述外筒盖200的第一端可转动连接,内盖100的第二端与外筒盖200的第二端通过锁紧结构解锁或锁合。该洗干一体 机通过设置上述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构能够方便的实现内盖100和外桶盖200的锁合和分离,操作方便,便于清洁。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种外桶内盖的锁紧结构,包括:
    设置在内盖(100)上的锁合本体(1);
    设置在外桶盖(200)上的连接部(2);及
    磁体;
    其中,所述锁合本体(1)设置为通过所述磁体与所述连接部(2)相互吸引并连接,以使所述内盖(100)和所述外桶盖(200)锁合;所述锁合本体(1)设置为当转动时,所述锁合本体(1)克服所述磁体的吸引力与所述连接部(2)分离,以使所述内盖(100)和所述外桶盖(200)解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述磁体包括设置在所述锁合本体(1)上的第一磁体(11)和设置在所述连接部(2)上的第二磁体(21),所述第一磁体(11)和所述第二磁体(21)相互吸引以使所述锁合本体(1)与所述连接部(2)连接,所述第一磁体(11)设置为当所述锁合本体(1)转动时,与所述第二磁体(21)分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述第一磁体(11)靠近所述连接部(2)一端的端面和所述第二磁体(21)靠近所述锁合本体(1)一端的端面相贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述锁合本体(1)包括容置部,所述容置部设置于所述锁合本体(1)上,所述第一磁体(11)设置于所述容置部内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述容置部包括卡合盖(12),所述卡合盖(12)设置为靠近所述连接部(2)的一端,所述卡合盖(12)与所述容置部卡合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述锁合本体(1)包括旋转把手(13),所述旋转把手(13)设置在远离所述连接部(2)的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5中任一所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述连接部(2)包括设置在所述外桶盖(200)上的支撑座(22),所述支撑座(22)上设置有凹槽(221),所述第二磁体(21)固定于所述凹槽(221)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述第二磁体(21)的端部伸出所述凹槽(221)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,其中,所述支撑座(22)上 设置有两个所述凹槽(221),每个所述凹槽(221)内均设置有所述第二磁体(21)。
  10. 一种洗干一体机,包括:内盖(100)、外筒盖(200)及权利要求1-9中任一所述的外桶内盖的锁紧结构,所述内盖(100)的第一端与所述外筒盖(200)的第一端可转动连接,所述内盖(100)的第二端与所述外筒盖(200)的第二端通过锁紧结构解锁或锁合。
