Description

本发明涉及餐具技术领域,具体涉及基于物联网的外卖餐具租赁运营方法、电子设备、存储介质、外卖餐具租赁运营装置及外卖餐具租赁运营系统。
背景技术
随着移动互联网的普及,去平台化、去中心化趋势日渐明朗,许多餐饮企业和新型创业者也在勇于触网,想靠O2O模式做餐饮,最直接的落地形式就是外卖业务。据餐饮外卖市场分析权威数据显示,我国餐饮业规模近23万亿元,目前餐饮O2O市场处于爆发式增长期。2015年我国餐饮外卖市场分析详情如下:餐饮O2O外卖市场长久以来被美团外卖、百度外卖、饿了么这三巨头所垄断,并且通过巨头们的疯狂补贴使得互联网餐饮外卖市场规模越来越大,用户习惯也迅速培养起来,前景看好。随之而来的是众多定位于新市场与新模式互联网外卖品牌异军突起,正在侵蚀三巨头的市场份额,令人期待。
但是,互联网外卖模式的发展,产生了一次性餐具,并得到大力普及。一次性餐具是快节奏生活的产物,然而,目前一次性餐具的质量卫生状况的确令人担忧。按规定,生产餐盒的主要原料是聚丙烯,含量在80%左右;工业碳酸钙作为填充物,含量不能超过20%。合格的餐盒表面应该是光洁,无杂质或黑点。而劣质的一次性餐盒含大量工业碳酸钙、石蜡等有毒物质。有些还使用废旧塑料、滑石粉生产餐盒。长期使用含有大量工业碳酸钙的一次性餐盒,对人体的危害较大。这些一次性塑料餐盒,用热水一泡、微波炉加热甚至食品的温度稍高一些,饭盒中所添加的化学物质就会和食物中所含的水、醋、油等相互溶解,随食物进入人体内,从而引发消化不良、腹痛以及肝脏等方面的疾病。工业碳酸钙含有大量的重金属—铅,它对人体的消化道、神经系统也有很大的危害,尤其是儿童,处于发育期,摄入大量的铅后,可能会对神经系统造成影响,比如出现多动症等情况。具体的症状:病菌感染:经过消毒的一次性筷子保质期最长为4个月,一旦过了保质期很可能带上黄色葡萄菌、大肠杆菌及肝炎病等;损害消化功能:一次性筷子在制作过程中用双氧水漂白,双氧水具有强烈的腐蚀性,对口腔、食道甚至胃肠造成腐蚀;打磨过程中使用滑石粉,清除不干净,在人体内慢慢累积,会使人患上胆结石损害呼吸功能:一次性筷子制作过程中须经过硫磺熏蒸,所以在使用过程中遇热会释放SO 2,侵蚀呼吸道黏膜;例如聚苯乙烯制快餐盒,已它经成为我们日常生活的一部分,无论是豪华酒店,还是沿街的小吃摊;无论是汽车站,还是飞机场,随处都可以见到它们的影子。不仅对人体有伤害,而且很难降解,污染环境。
目前现有技术大多线下操作,无法完成预知需求,资源不能合理调配,餐具卫生无法保障。所以循环可重复使用的餐具只有在实体消费的茶楼,酒店等餐饮服务的企业或个体经营者。具体原因在于:
1、在外卖行业中,都是通过网上订餐或者电话的形式进行订餐,然后商家配送,用户就餐,就餐完网上评价就表示这个外卖过程就结束了。
2、近年来,商家为了获得更大的利润,通过推广使用一次性餐具减少人力成本和获得更多的客户,丝毫不顾忌一次性餐具的危害性。
3、厂家为了谋取暴利,一次性餐具的质量卫生状况令人堪忧。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种餐具租赁运营方法,其为无固定取还的餐具共享技术,大幅降低企业餐餐固定成本和管理成本,用户卫生餐具得到有效保证。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种餐具租赁运营方法,所述餐具为外卖使用的可回收重复利用的餐具,其包括以下步骤:
接收步骤:接收餐具使用主体发出的餐具使用请求,所述餐具使用请求包括餐具类型、餐具数量、使用地址和/或身份信息;
发送步骤:向相对应的清洁消毒点发送所述餐具使用请求,所述相对应的清洁消毒点为距离使用地址附近的一个或多个清洁消毒点;
反馈步骤:向发出餐具使用请求的餐具使用主体发送反馈信息;
餐具回收点设置步骤:根据所述餐具使用主体向外提供的外卖数据设置餐具回收点;所述餐具回收点的设置所依据的外卖数据信息包括以下的一种或多种:外卖配送地点、外卖配送时间、外卖配送频率、外卖配送类型。
作为进一步的改进,在所述的餐具回收点设置步骤中,包括以下一种或多种具体设置步骤:根据外卖配送地点的密度值设置餐具回收点的位置,使得多个外卖配送地点与餐具回收点的距离最小;根据外卖配送时间设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;根据外卖配送频率设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;根据外卖配送类型设置餐具回收点的回收存量、周转时间和/或干湿垃圾分类情况。
作为进一步的改进,所述外卖数据由餐具使用主体相关的各外卖饮食平台所记录,或/和,由餐具使用主体的送外卖信息所记录。
作为进一步的改进,所述反馈步骤中,反馈信息包括相对应的清洁消毒点的位置信息,在餐具使用主体向相对应的清洁消毒点取餐具时,还需要认证步骤:餐具使用主体将自身的身份信息与清洁消毒点接收到的餐具使用请求中的身份信息进行比对,当二者相匹配时进行取餐具操作,反之,则清洁消毒点对此次取餐具操作不予理会。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种电子设备,其为无固定取还的餐具共享技术,大幅降低企业餐餐固定成本和管理成本,用户卫生餐具得到有效保证。

请求终端,所述请求终端为餐具使用主体发送餐具使用请求的终端设备;

清洁消毒点终端,向所述电子设备发送餐具拥有信息,接收电子设备发送的餐具调配信息,在取餐具时,对请求终端的身份信息进行验证;
回收点终端,接收餐具使用主体放回的餐具,并向所述电子设备发送餐具回收信息。
作为进一步改进,所述请求终端包括第一处理单元,用户输入单元、用户输出单元、第一存储单元、第一定位单元、第一信号接收单元和第一信号发送单元;其中:
所述用户输入单元、用户输出单元、第一存储单元、第一定位单元、第一信号接收单元和第一信号发送单元均与第一处理器单元电性连接;

作为进一步改进,所述回收点终端包括第三处理单元、第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元,其中:所述第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元均与第三处理单元电性连接;所述第二餐具数量采集单元用于采集回收点终端所在餐具回收点的餐具回收信息,所述第三处理单元用于将所述餐具回收信息发送给第三存储单元进行存储。

具体实施方式
实施例一
餐具租赁运营方法,涉及一种无固定回收点的餐具共享技术,特别适应于互联网外卖模式下,(当然,餐具使用主体可以包括餐饮企业、学校、园区以及个人等,因此,除互联网外卖模式下的餐饮企业可以适用外,普通的不含有外卖的餐饮企业学校、园区以及个人也可以实现餐具共享,这里为了区分,将前者称为外卖模式餐具共享,或者称为其他模式餐具共享,二者不同在于,其他模式餐具共享取还都是相应的餐具使用主体相关人员,而外卖模式餐具共享取餐具的为餐具使用主体相关人员,还餐具的是用户方,这里称为客户方),这里仅以互联网外卖模式下进行解释和阐述本发明的保护范围,因此,这里的餐具即为外卖使用的可回收重复利用的餐具,餐具共享即为外卖模式餐具共享,餐具使用主体为外卖模式的餐饮企业。
请参照图1所示,餐具租赁运营方法主要包括以下步骤:
S10、接收餐具使用主体发出的餐具使用请求(又称为餐具请求或用餐具请求),所述餐具使用请求包括餐具类型(例如不锈钢碗[型1231],不锈钢匙[1232])、餐具数量(例如不锈钢碗[型1231]的数量为50个,不锈钢匙[1232]的数量为50个)、使用地址以及身份信息。
S20、将餐具使用请求发送给相对应的清洁消毒点,以便于其对餐具使用主体的身份进行认证,所述相对应的清洁消毒点为距离使用地址最近的一个或多个清洁消毒点,清洁消毒点也即是餐具共享点,即餐具共享点可以实现消毒的功能,消毒后的餐具即保存在该餐具共享点,供餐具使用主体取用。
S30、向发出餐具使用请求的餐具使用主体发送反馈信息,从而使得餐具使用主体可以去相对应的清洁消毒点取餐具,或者使得餐具使用主体确定使用请求由清洁消毒点向餐具使用主体进行餐具派送。反馈信息包括相对应的清洁消毒点的位置信息,必要时还可包括取餐具的时间段。
在餐具使用主体向相对应的清洁消毒点取餐具时,还需要认证步骤:
餐具使用主体将自身的身份信息与清洁消毒点接收到的餐具使用请求中的身份信息进行比对,当二者相匹配时进行取餐具操作,反之,则清洁消毒点对此次取餐具操作不予理会,取餐具的方式包括两种:一种是餐具使用主体自行前往相应的清洁消毒点进行提取,提取时需要经过认证,另一种是先通过认证,然后有清洁消毒点相关物流人员向餐具使用主体所在地进行派送。
S40、餐具回收点设置步骤:根据所述餐具使用主体向外提供的外卖数据设置餐具回收点。
餐具回收点设置步骤是在外卖数据积累一段时间后形成的。其与前述步骤也并不存在先后顺序。餐具回收点是可以固定的,也是可以移动的,即可根据一段时间的外卖数据重新设置其位置,当然,最极端的情况也可以是每天根据实际外卖数据进行调整。
外卖数据来源主要有:与餐饮使用主体关联的外卖饮食平台(例如大众点评、饿了么、 百度外卖等),也可以是餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录,或者是二者的结合,如果是餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录,则优选是多个餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录的结合,否则并不具有参考性。外卖数据包括但不限于:外卖配送地点、外卖配送时间、外卖配送频率以及外卖配送类型(例如饭、面、汤、粥等)。
餐具回收点的餐具信息根据实际情况会上传到运营服务平台,该餐具信息包括餐具类型和餐具数量。上传到运营服务平台的时间可以是在餐具回收点每次餐具变更时,也可以设定时间段。其变更包括增加部分,即客户方向餐具回收点发送的餐具回收信息,所述餐具回收信息包括餐具回收类型,餐具回收数量,以及身份信息,为了激励客户方尽快还回餐具,可以对其归还时,按照一定的机制进行奖励,例如,在规定的时间内还回则有奖励,该奖励可以应用于互联网外卖模式下的消费,也可以是微信或支付宝红包等,当然,或者采用另外一种机制使得客户方尽快归还,例如与互联网外卖模式的相关平台连通,在预定外卖时增加餐具押金,在规定时间内归还可以全额退款,而在规定时间外归还则有一定的惩罚等等。变更部分还包括减少部分,减少部分即为向清洁消毒点输送的餐具。
餐具回收点会对餐具通过清洗消毒后才会向清洁消毒点输送,卫生得到了保证。同时,餐具回收点采用智能管理,例如,可以对回收餐具附带的餐饮垃圾进行干湿分类,对餐具进行清洁操作后,可以分类密封储存,当然,清洁消毒点也同样是可以分类存放,密封保存。当然,二者也均可采用现有餐饮企业所用餐具进行不同类型的打包存放(例如将汤勺、餐碟、碗、杯等打包存放)。
实施例二
实施例二为执行实施例一餐具租赁运营方法时的一种电子设备,该餐具租赁运营方法通过运营服务平台实现,而电子设备为运营服务平台的支撑结构,该电子设备主要由处理器、存储介质以及计算机程序,其中,计算机程序存储于存储介质中,并且计算机程序由处理器来执行,该处理器执行计算机程序时实现实施例一中的餐具租赁运营方法。显示终端可以是平板电脑、计算机、以及专用的触摸显示面板,甚至是手机。即只要带有上述三部分组成且能执行实施例一的方法的电子设备均可。
实施例三
实施例三为存储实施例一提及的方法的计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质用于存储可被处理器处理的计算机程序,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,能够实现实施例一中的餐具租赁运营方法。计算机可读存储介质包括但不限于U盘、硬盘、移动硬盘、云技术下的云盘,甚至也包括网页(这里的网页特指能够记载上述计算机程序的网页)。
实施例四
对应实施例一,该实施例四为实施例一的虚拟装置,主要涉及一种可以实现实施例一 餐具租赁运营方法的装置。请参照图2所示,该装置由接收模块、发送模块、反馈模块以及餐具回收点设置模块组成。其中,接收模块用于接收餐具使用主体发出的餐具使用请求,所述餐具使用请求包括餐具类型、餐具数量、使用地址以及身份信息;发送模块用于向相对应的清洁消毒点发送所述餐具使用请求,所述相对应的清洁消毒点为距离使用地址最近的一个或多个清洁消毒点;反馈模块用于向发出餐具使用请求的餐具使用主体发送反馈信息;餐具回收点设置模块用于根据所述餐具使用主体向外提供的外卖数据设置餐具回收点。

实施例五提供了一种实现实施例一餐具租赁运营方法的餐具租赁运营系统。
请参照图3、4所示,该餐具租赁运营系统主要包括请求终端、实施例二中运载运营服务平台的电子设备、回收点终端和清洁消毒点终端;其中:
请求终端为餐具使用主体的自有终端,餐具使用主体可以通过该请求终端发送餐具使用请求。
电子设备用于实现实施例一中步骤S10-S40的操作。
回收点终端安装于餐具回收点处,用于接收餐具使用主体放回的餐具,并向所述电子设备发送餐具回收信息。
清洁消毒点终端安装于清洁消毒点处,用于向所述电子设备发送餐具拥有信息,接收电子设备发送的餐具调配信息,在取餐具时,对请求终端的身份信息进行验证。
这里需要说明的是:对餐具回收点位置的设置可以通过电子设备中实现,当然,该部分功能也可以放在回收点终端中实现。
请参照图6所示,请求终端包括第一处理单元,用户输入单元、用户输出单元、第一存储单元、第一定位单元、第一信号接收单元和第一信号发送单元;其中:

请参照图8所示,清洁消毒点终端包括第二处理单元、第二信号接收单元、第二信号发送单元、第二存储单元、第二定位单元以及第一餐具数量采集单元,其中:所述第二信号接收单元、第二信号发送单元、第二存储单元、第二定位单元以及第一餐具数量采集单元均与第二处理单元电性连接;所述第一餐具数量采集单元用于采集清洁消毒点终端所在 清洁消毒点的餐具拥有信息,所述第二定位单元用于获取清洁消毒点终端所在清洁消毒点的位置信息,所述第二处理单元用于将所述餐具拥有信息和清洁消毒点的位置信息发送给第二存储单元进行存储,还通过第二信号发送单元发送给电子设备;所述第二信号接收单元用于接收电子设备发送的调配信息,所述第二信号接收单元还与请求终端进行通讯,用于对请求终端的身份认证。
请参照图10所示,回收点终端包括第三处理单元、第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元、第三定位单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元,其中:所述第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元、第三定位单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元均与第三处理单元电性连接;所述第二餐具数量采集单元用于采集回收点终端所在餐具回收点的餐具回收信息,所述第三定位单元用于采集回收点终端所在餐具回收点的位置信息,所述第三处理单元用于将所述餐具回收信息和餐具回收点的位置信息发送给第三存储单元进行存储。如果将对餐具回收点位置的设置放在回收点终端中实现,则该回收点终端还接收请求终端或请求终端相关外卖饮食平台的外卖数据,并根据外卖数据对餐具回收点进行设置或调整。
请参照图4、5、7和9所示,餐具租赁运营系统的工作原理是:
首先,餐具使用主体通过请求终端向运营服务平台发送餐具使用请求。该请求可以是具体的餐具数量和类型,比如,餐具使用主体向运营平台发出不锈钢碗(型1231)50个,不锈钢匙(型1231)50个。
其次,运营服务平台根据餐具使用请求查找餐具使用主体附近的清洁消毒点,并接收该清洁消毒点内的餐具拥有信息(通过清洁消毒点终端实现);
然后,运营服务平台向餐具使用主体的请求终端进行反馈信息的发送;
再后,餐具使用主体前往相应的清洁消毒点取餐具,或者清洁消毒点主动配送,取餐具前先通过身份认证,即将其携带的请求终端的身份信息与清洁消毒点事先收到的运营服务平台发送的餐具使用请求中的身份信息进行比对,验证后则可进行取餐具操作,反之,则不予理会。取餐具操作完成后,则回收点终端会对此次操作进行相应的计费,然后将计费信息发送给运营服务平台,由其负责扣费;
最后,餐具使用主体进行餐饮配送,相应的客户方完成饮食后,将餐具就近归还餐具回收点(客户方可登陆运营服务平台查询就近的餐具回收点,也可以是与运营服务平台对接的第三方的外卖平台提供就近的餐具回收点查询),由餐具回收点对餐具进行清洗消毒处理后再发往清洁消毒点。
餐具回收点的设置是本发明的重要改进点,为了方便客户就就归还餐具,必须合理的配置餐具的回收点。回收点的设置是根据外卖数据进行设置的,便于实施通过距离的远近来配置回收点。优选的,根据外卖配送地点的密度值设置餐具回收点的位置,使得多个外卖配送地点与餐具回收点的距离最小;根据外卖配送时间设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;根据外卖配送频率设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;根据外卖配送类 型设置餐具回收点的回收存量、周转时间和/或干湿垃圾分类情况。
外卖数据的获取可以是与餐饮使用主体关联的外卖饮食平台(例如大众点评、饿了么、百度外卖等),也可以是餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录,或者是二者的结合,如果是餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录,则优选是多个餐饮使用主体在配送外卖时的记录的结合,否则并不具有参考性。外卖数据包括但不限于:外卖配送地点、外卖配送时间、外卖配送频率以及外卖配送类型(例如饭、面、汤、粥等)。
同时,回收点终端也可以是具有回收后存储餐具、信息发送功能的智能装置,该装置除了具有干湿分离或餐具密封等功能外,还能够实时向运用服务平台反馈回收信息以及接收运营服务平台发送的调配指令。比如,还有的优选实施方式是,该回收点可以是自动运行的装置,通过运营平台的数据,自动根据配置的最佳回收点位置信息,运行到系统指定位置,并同时在运营平台相关的APP上显示回收点的位置信息,便于客户完成餐具的归还。
在上述过程中,运营服务平台可根据一段时间的外卖数据对餐具回收点进行增设或位置调整等。当然,该餐具回收点进行增设或位置调整也可以由餐具回收点处的回收点终端来完成。具体增设或调整餐具回收点位置的方法可以参考实施例一中的步骤S40。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种餐具租赁运营方法,其特征在于,所述餐具为外卖使用的可回收重复利用的餐具,其包括以下步骤:
    接收步骤:接收餐具使用主体发出的餐具使用请求,所述餐具使用请求包括餐具类型、餐具数量、使用地址和/或身份信息;
    发送步骤:向相对应的清洁消毒点发送所述餐具使用请求,所述相对应的清洁消毒点为距离使用地址附近的一个或多个清洁消毒点;
    反馈步骤:向发出餐具使用请求的餐具使用主体发送反馈信息;
    餐具回收点设置步骤:根据所述餐具使用主体向外提供的外卖数据设置餐具回收点;所述餐具回收点的设置所依据的外卖数据信息包括以下的一种或多种:外卖配送地点、外卖配送时间、外卖配送频率、外卖配送类型。
  2. 根据权利要1所述的餐具租赁运营方法,其特征在于,在所述的餐具回收点设置步骤中,包括以下一种或多种具体设置步骤:
    根据外卖配送地点的密度值设置餐具回收点的位置,使得多个外卖配送地点与餐具回收点的距离最小;
    根据外卖配送时间设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;
    根据外卖配送频率设置餐具回收点的回收存量和/或周转时间;
    根据外卖配送类型设置餐具回收点的回收存量、周转时间和/或干湿垃圾分类情况。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的餐具租赁运营方法,其特征在于,所述外卖数据由餐具使用主体相关的各外卖饮食平台所记录,或/和,由餐具使用主体的送外卖信息所记录。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的餐具租赁运营方法,其特征在于,所述反馈步骤中,反馈信息包括相对应的清洁消毒点的位置信息,在餐具使用主体向相对应的清洁消毒点取餐具时,还需要认证步骤:
    餐具使用主体将自身的身份信息与清洁消毒点接收到的餐具使用请求中的身份信息进行比对,当二者相匹配时进行取餐具操作,反之,则清洁消毒点对此次取餐具操作不予理会。
  5. 一种电子设备,其包括处理器、存储介质以及计算机程序,所述计算机程序存储于存储介质中,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-4任一项所述的餐具租赁运营方法。
  6. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-4任一项所述的餐具租赁运营方法。
  7. 一种餐具租赁运营装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    接收模块:用于接收餐具使用主体发出的餐具使用请求,所述餐具使用请求包括餐具类型、餐具数量、使用地址以及身份信息;
    发送模块:用于向相对应的清洁消毒点发送所述餐具使用请求,所述相对应的清洁消 毒点为距离使用地址最近的一个或多个清洁消毒点;
    反馈模块:用于向发出餐具使用请求的餐具使用主体发送反馈信息;
    餐具回收点设置模块:用于根据所述餐具使用主体向外提供的外卖数据设置餐具回收点;所述餐具回收点的设置所依据的外卖数据信息包括以下的一种或多种:外卖配送地点、外卖配送时间、外卖配送频率、外卖配送类型。
  8. 一种餐具租赁运营系统,其特征在于,其包括:
    请求终端,所述请求终端为餐具使用主体发送餐具使用请求的终端设备;
    权利要求5所述的电子设备;
    清洁消毒点终端,向所述电子设备发送餐具拥有信息,接收电子设备发送的餐具调配信息,在取餐具时,对请求终端的身份信息进行验证;
    回收点终端,接收餐具使用主体放回的餐具,并向所述电子设备发送餐具回收信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的餐具租赁运营系统,其特征在于,所述请求终端包括第一处理单元,用户输入单元、用户输出单元、第一存储单元、第一定位单元、第一信号接收单元和第一信号发送单元;其中:
    所述用户输入单元、用户输出单元、第一存储单元、第一定位单元、第一信号接收单元和第一信号发送单元均与第一处理器单元电性连接;
    用户输入单元用于输入餐具类型、餐具数量以及身份信息,第一存储单元通过第一处理单元与用户输入单元连接,用于存储所述身份信息,所述第一定位单元用于获取使用地址;所述第一处理单元接收所述餐具类型、餐具数量、身份信息和使用地址并生成餐具使用请求信息,通过第一信号发送单元将信号发送给电子设备,同时,第一信号发送单元还与清洁消毒点终端进行通讯,用于清洁消毒点终端对请求终端的身份认证;
    所述第一信号接收单元用于接收电子设备的反馈信息;所述用户输出单元通过第一处理单元与第一信号接收单元相连接,用于在接收到所述反馈信息或认证信息时进行指示。
    所述清洁消毒点终端包括第二处理单元、第二信号接收单元、第二信号发送单元、第二存储单元、第二定位单元以及第一餐具数量采集单元,其中:
    所述第二信号接收单元、第二信号发送单元、第二存储单元、第二定位单元以及第一餐具数量采集单元均与第二处理单元电性连接;
    所述第一餐具数量采集单元用于采集清洁消毒点终端所在清洁消毒点的餐具拥有信息,所述第二定位单元用于获取清洁消毒点终端所在清洁消毒点的位置信息,所述第二处理单元用于将所述餐具拥有信息和清洁消毒点的位置信息发送给第二存储单元进行存储,还通过第二信号发送单元发送给电子设备;所述第二信号接收单元还与请求终端进行通讯,用于对请求终端的身份认证。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的餐具租赁运营系统,其特征在于,所述回收点终端包括第三处理单元、第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元,其中:
    所述第三信号接收单元、第三信号发送单元、第三存储单元以及第二餐具数量采集单元均与第三处理单元电性连接;
    所述第二餐具数量采集单元用于采集回收点终端所在餐具回收点的餐具回收信息,所述第三处理单元用于将所述餐具回收信息发送给第三存储单元进行存储。
