目前,车载吸尘器是一种在车上使用的小型吸尘器。由于其轻便、无线的特点使用户体验更好,但是其电源一直是一个大问题。需要在车上充电,用户单次驾驶时间未必能为吸尘器充入足够的电量,这就需要将吸尘器长时间连结在充电口,利用每一次出行的时间不断充电。所以,急需一种车载吸尘器,来解决传统车载吸尘器充电难的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种车载吸尘器,包括壳体、风机、过滤器,所述壳体为筒型结构,所述壳体前端设置有吸灰嘴且内部同轴由前向后依次设置所述的过滤器、风机,所述过滤器将所述壳体由前端开口进入的灰尘阻隔并使所述风机产生的气流由所述过滤器通过,所述吸灰嘴为空腔吸嘴结构,所述吸灰嘴的空腔与所述过滤器之间形成封闭的灰仓,所述壳体后端设置有电源模块;
所述壳体后端开口处支撑固定有触点固定板,所述触点固定板上设置有所述风机的接电触点用于对接电源模块的电源触点,所述电源模块内部设置有电池,所述电源模块前端设置有触点支撑板,所述 触点支撑板上设置有电源触点,所述壳体后端开口处设置有卡扣与所述电源模块前端的卡槽对应设置并扣合固定,所述电源触点与所述接电触点接触为所述风机供电,所述触点固定板、触点支撑板及所述电源模块后端均设置有通气孔使气流由所述壳体前端通过并最终排出所述吸尘器。

所述筒形凸起与所述转接孔同轴套接筒形的所述固定层,所述手柄位于所述壳体外通过所述旋转孔外套在所述按钮帽上,所述固定限位块插入所述固定限位槽内与其啮合固定,所述定位限位块插入至少其中一个所述定位限位槽中相互啮合,所述柱体空腔内套接有所述弹簧,所述弹簧的底端与所述弹簧座相抵,所述弹簧的顶端与所述柱体空腔的顶端相抵,所述定位层的上端面与所述筒形凸起的下端面相抵。
进一步的,当向下按压所述按钮帽时,所述定位限位块与所述定位限位槽啮合脱开,旋转所述手柄使所述定位限位块至少对准另外 一个所述定位限位槽,抬起所述按钮帽时,所述定位限位块与另外一个所述定位限位槽啮合固定。
进一步的,所述手柄为U字形,其两端对称通过所述手柄转动机构设置于主体两侧。使其力学特性更好。
进一步的,所述按钮杆的所述柱体空腔内竖直设置有导柱,所述弹簧套接在所述导柱上,所述弹簧座为水平设置的平板结构,使所述弹簧具有稳定导向伸缩方向。
采用上述技术方案,包括以下有益效果:
本申请的车载吸尘器的电池模块可拆卸,用户可以大部分时间将吸尘器分别存放,更加小型的电池模块可以单独进行充电。不用将整体吸尘器挪动进行充电,充电更加方便。电池模块与主体部分模块化设计,安装后整体外形整齐划一。通过卡口和卡槽扣合电池模块与所述壳体,结合面对应设置,安装方便。更重要的是,提供了一种所述壳体内部气流由所述吸灰嘴进入最后排出所述电源模块的技术方案。

如图1-14所示,一种车载吸尘器,包括壳体2、风机20、过滤器30,所述壳体2为筒型结构,所述壳体2前端设置有吸灰嘴40且内部同轴由前向后依次设置所述的过滤器30、风机20,所述过滤器30将所述壳体2由前端开口进入的灰尘阻隔并使所述风机20产生的气流由所述过滤器30通过,所述吸灰嘴40为空腔吸嘴结构,所述吸灰嘴40的空腔与所述过滤器30之间形成封闭的灰仓50,所述壳体2后端设置有电源模块70;
所述壳体2后端开口处支撑固定有触点固定板60,所述触点固 定板60上设置有所述风机20的接电触点601用于对接电源模块70的电源触点701,所述电源模块70内部设置有电池702,所述电源模块70前端设置有触点支撑板703,所述触点支撑板703上设置有电源触点701,所述壳体2后端开口处设置有卡扣101与所述电源模块70前端的卡槽705对应设置并扣合固定,所述电源触点701与所述接电触点601接触为所述风机20供电,所述触点固定板60、触点支撑板703及所述电源模块70后端均设置有通气孔80使气流由所述壳体2前端通过并最终排出所述吸尘器。
进一步的,所述触点固定板60、触点支撑板703均为薄板结构,所述触点固定板60将所述壳体2后端开口封闭并向所述壳体2内部凹陷形成圆台一,所述圆台一的上底面位于所述壳体2内侧设置有所述接电触点601,所述接电触点601与所述风机20的电源连接点连接并穿过所述触点固定板60伸出所述壳体2外;
所述电源模块70为筒型结构,所述触点支撑板703封闭所述电源模块70前端并向外凸出形成圆台二,所述圆台二的上底面位于所述电源模块70内侧设置有所述电源触点701,所述电源触点701与所述电池702的触点连接并伸出所述电源模块70外。
进一步的,所述壳体2上靠近所述卡扣101处设置有按键孔102,所述卡扣101设置于支撑杆90一端并一体成型,所述支撑杆90平行所述壳体并设置于所述壳体内,所述支撑杆90的另一端固定在所述壳体2内,所述支撑杆90中段上设置有一凸起形成按键901,所述按键901露出所述按键孔102,所述按键901与所述支撑杆90的固定一端之间设置有一弹簧固定端902与弹簧903一端固定,所述弹簧903的另一端与位于所述固定端在所述壳体2内径向方向上设置的弹簧座904相抵。
进一步的,所述通气孔80设置于所述圆台一、圆台二的侧面上,根据权利要求2所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体2与所述电源模块70的直径筒型直径相同,所述圆台一与所述圆台二对应设置,所述圆台一内套入所述圆台二内。
进一步的,所述壳体2后端开口处设置有咬合卡槽1001,所述电源模块70前端设置有咬合卡扣1002。
进一步的,所述吸灰嘴40设置有吸灰嘴盖100。
进一步的,它还包括手柄1、壳体2,所述手柄1一端通过旋转定位机构在所述壳体2上转动并定位;
所述旋转定位机构包括旋转定位座3、按钮4、弹簧5;

所述按钮杆42同轴内套在所述通孔34内,所述按钮卡扣43与所述卡扣缺口35扣合,所述按钮帽41的下端面与所述扣合层33的上端面相抵形成固定的整体结构,所述壳体2上设置有转接孔21,所述转接孔21贯穿所述壳体2的外壁,位于所述转接孔21的所述壳体2外壁底部设置有筒形凸起22,所述筒形凸起22与所述转接孔21同心设置,所述筒形凸起22的内孔底部向外设置有与所述定位限位块311对应设置的定位限位槽23,所述定位限位槽23至少为互成角度的两个,所述筒形凸起22下方设置有固定在所述壳体2上的弹簧座6,所述手柄1上设置有旋转孔11,所述旋转孔11贯穿所述手柄1,所述旋转孔11向外设置有与所述固定限位块321对应设置的固定限位槽12;
所述筒形凸起22与所述转接孔21同轴套接筒形的所述固定层 32,所述手柄1位于所述壳体2外通过所述旋转孔11外套在所述按钮帽41上,所述固定限位块321插入所述固定限位槽12内与其啮合固定,所述定位限位块311插入至少其中一个所述定位限位槽23中相互啮合,所述柱体空腔44内套接有所述弹簧5,所述弹簧5的底端与所述弹簧座6相抵,所述弹簧5的顶端与所述柱体空腔44的顶端相抵,所述定位层31的上端面与所述筒形凸起22的下端面相抵。
进一步的,当向下按压所述按钮帽41时,所述定位限位块311与所述定位限位槽23啮合脱开,旋转所述手柄使所述定位限位块311至少对准另外一个所述定位限位槽23,抬起所述按钮帽41时,所述定位限位块311与另外一个所述定位限位槽23啮合固定。
进一步的,所述手柄1为U字形,其两端对称通过所述手柄转动机构设置于主体两侧。使其力学特性更好。
进一步的,所述按钮杆42的所述柱体空腔44内竖直设置有导柱45,所述弹簧5套接在所述导柱45上,所述弹簧座6为水平设置的平板结构,使所述弹簧5具有稳定导向伸缩方向。
具体使用方法和基本原理:
所述壳体1、风机2、过滤器3由前向后设置并且形成内部的空腔,而吸回嘴4为流线型结构用于吸灰。所述过滤器将灰尘堵在所述灰仓5内,这种结构是后方安装所述电源模块7的基础,不同于传统的一般车载吸尘器。一般的车载吸尘器由于后方不设置所述电源模块7,所以风阻会比较小并设置有出风口,不需用筒形的壳体设计。
更重要的是,本申请提供了一种气流由所述吸回嘴4,最终排出所述电源模块7的具体技术方案。尤其是所述电机2与所述电源模块7的连接方式,及气流在所述壳体1并穿过所述电源模块7的具体实施方式,实现了供电和通气的双重设计目的。
通过触点固定板6、触点支撑板73相互接触对正所述的接电触点61及所述电源触点71达到连通所述电池72的目的,使风机旋转产生吸力并通过所述通气孔8排出。触点固定板6、触点支撑板73圆台套接的方式进行对正,操作方便。
所述卡槽75和所述卡扣11扣合紧密,其结构采用了所述支撑杆9作为执行机构,通过按压按键孔12的所述按键91,由于所述支撑杆9一端固定形成支点,使卡扣向下移动退出所述卡槽75。所述弹簧座94与所述弹簧固定端92之间的所述弹簧93不断提供压力,使所述支撑杆9复位。
本申请的车载吸尘器的电池模块可拆卸,用户可以大部分时间将吸尘器分别存放,更加小型的电池模块可以单独进行充电。不用将整体吸尘器挪动进行充电,充电更加方便。
另外,就其手柄结构而言:
首先,按动向下所述按钮帽41后带动所述按钮4向下移动,压住所述弹簧5向下,此时,由所述按钮4与所述旋转定位座3整体结构同时向下移动,所述定位限位块311与所述定位限位槽23啮合脱开,但是所述固定限位块321依然插在所述固定限位槽12内与其啮合固定。所以,当转动所述手柄1时,所述旋转定位座3一同旋转,使脱开的所述定位限位块311对正另外一个所述定位限位槽23并在抬起所述按钮4插入新的所述固定限位槽12内,具体如图7、14所示,本申请则是采用180度夹角的方式对称设置。当然也可以采用其它角度,依使用的具体技术情况而定。就本申请图5、6所示,实则为尾位安装电池装置的一种车载吸尘器,当手柄位于图5所示位置时,缩短了吸尘器的长度,方便收纳,另外可以更换尾部的电池装置。当手柄位于图6所示位置时,方便把掉前端的扣盖用于使用时,手柄不会来回晃动影响使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车载吸尘器,包括壳体(2)、风机(20)、过滤器(30),其特征在于:所述壳体(2)为筒型结构,所述壳体(2)前端设置有吸灰嘴(40)且内部同轴由前向后依次设置所述的过滤器(30)、风机(20),所述过滤器(30)将所述壳体(2)由前端开口进入的灰尘阻隔并使所述风机(20)产生的气流由所述过滤器(30)通过,所述吸灰嘴(40)为空腔吸嘴结构,所述吸灰嘴(40)的空腔与所述过滤器(30)之间形成封闭的灰仓(50),所述壳体(2)后端设置有电源模块(70);
    所述壳体(2)后端开口处支撑固定有触点固定板(60),所述触点固定板(60)上设置有所述风机(20)的接电触点(601)用于对接电源模块(70)的电源触点(701),所述电源模块(70)内部设置有电池(702),所述电源模块(70)前端设置有触点支撑板(703),所述触点支撑板(703)上设置有电源触点(701),所述壳体(2)后端开口处设置有卡扣(101)与所述电源模块(70)前端的卡槽(705)对应设置并扣合固定,所述电源触点(701)与所述接电触点(601)接触为所述风机(20)供电,所述触点固定板(60)、触点支撑板(703)及所述电源模块(70)后端均设置有通气孔(80)使气流由所述壳体(2)前端通过并最终排出所述吸尘器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述触点固定板(60)、触点支撑板(703)均为薄板结构,所述触点固定板(60)将所述壳体(2)后端开口封闭并向所述壳体(2)内部凹陷形成圆台一,所述圆台一的上底面位于所述壳体(2)内侧设置有所述接电触点(601),所述接电触点(601)与所述风机(20)的电源连接点连接并穿过所述触点固定板(60)伸出所述壳体(2)外;
    所述电源模块(70)为筒型结构,所述触点支撑板(703)封闭所述电源模块(70)前端并向外凸出形成圆台二,所述圆台二的上底面位于所述电源模块(70)内侧设置有所述电源触点(701),所述电源触点(701)与所述电池(702)的触点连接并伸出所述电源模块(70)外。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)上靠近所述卡扣(101)处设置有按键孔(102),所述卡扣(101)设置于支撑杆(90)一端并一体成型,所述支撑杆(90)平行所述壳体并设置于所述壳体内,所述支撑杆(90)的另一端固定在所述壳体(2)内,所述支撑杆(90)中段上设置有一凸起形成按键(901),所述按键(901)露出所述按键孔(102),所述按键(901)与所述支撑杆(90)的固定一端之间设置有一弹簧固定端(902)与弹簧(903)一端固定,所述弹簧(903)的另一端与位于所述固定端在所述壳体(2)内径向方向上设置的弹簧座(904)相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述通气孔(80)设置于所述圆台一、圆台二的侧面上,根据权利要求2所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)与所述电源模块(70)的直径筒型直径相同,所述圆台一与所述圆台二对应设置,所述圆台一内套入所述圆台二内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)后端开口处设置有咬合卡槽(1001),所述电源模块(70)前端设置有咬合卡扣(1002)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吸灰嘴(40)设置有吸灰嘴盖(100)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:它还包括手柄(1)、壳体(2),所述手柄(1)一端通过旋转定位机构在所述壳体(2)上转动并定位;
    所述旋转定位机构包括旋转定位座(3)、按钮(4)、弹簧(5);
    所述旋转定位座(3)包括定位层(31)、固定层(32)、扣合层 (33),所述定位层(31)、固定层(32)、扣合层(33)由下向上依次叠落并固定形成上小下大的三层阶梯结构,所述旋转定位座竖直设置贯穿所述的三层阶梯结构的通孔(34),所述固定层(32)为筒形且与所述通孔(34)同轴设置,位于所述固定层(32)阶梯的上端面竖直设置有固定限位块(321),所述定位层(31)阶梯的上端面竖直设置有定位限位块(311),所述定位层(31)的所述通孔(34)底部设置有卡扣缺口(35);
    所述按钮(4)包括按钮帽(41)、按钮杆(42),所述按钮帽(41)、按钮杆(42)均为柱体,且所述按钮帽(41)同轴设置于所述按钮杆(42)顶部形成螺栓结构,所述按钮杆(42)底端设置有与卡扣缺口(35)对应设置的按钮卡扣(43),所述按钮杆(42)为筒形结构,其内部设置有柱体空腔(44);
    所述按钮杆(42)同轴内套在所述通孔(34)内,所述按钮卡扣(43)与所述卡扣缺口(35)扣合,所述按钮帽(41)的下端面与所述扣合层(33)的上端面相抵形成固定的整体结构,所述壳体(2)上设置有转接孔(21),所述转接孔(21)贯穿所述壳体(2)的外壁,位于所述转接孔(21)的所述壳体(2)外壁底部设置有筒形凸起(22),所述筒形凸起(22)与所述转接孔(21)同心设置,所述筒形凸起(22)的内孔底部向外设置有与所述定位限位块(311)对应设置的定位限位槽(23),所述定位限位槽(23)至少为互成角度的两个,所述筒形凸起(22)下方设置有固定在所述壳体(2)上的弹簧座(6),所述手柄(1)上设置有旋转孔(11),所述旋转孔(11)贯穿所述手柄(1),所述旋转孔(11)向外设置有与所述固定限位块(321)对应设置的固定限位槽(12);
    所述筒形凸起(22)与所述转接孔(21)同轴套接筒形的所述固定层(32),所述手柄(1)位于所述壳体(2)外通过所述旋转孔(11)外套在所述按钮帽(41)上,所述固定限位块(321)插入所述固定限位槽(12)内与其啮合固定,所述定位限位块(311)插入至少其中一个所述定位限位槽(23)中相互啮合,所述柱体空腔(44)内套接有所述弹簧(5),所述弹簧(5)的底端与所述弹簧座(6)相抵,所述弹簧(5)的顶端与所述柱体空腔(44)的顶端相抵,所述定位 层(31)的上端面与所述筒形凸起(22)的下端面相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:当向下按压所述按钮帽(41)时,所述定位限位块(311)与所述定位限位槽(23)啮合脱开,旋转所述手柄使所述定位限位块(311)至少对准另外一个所述定位限位槽(23),抬起所述按钮帽(41)时,所述定位限位块(311)与另外一个所述定位限位槽(23)啮合固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述手柄(1)为U字形,其两端对称通过所述手柄转动机构设置于主体两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车载吸尘器,其特征在于:所述按钮杆(42)的所述柱体空腔(44)内竖直设置有导柱(45),所述弹簧(5)套接在所述导柱(45)上,所述弹簧座(6)为水平设置的平板结构。
