Abstract

一种辅助肺部健康的营养剂及其制备方法。所述营养剂由按重量份计的:贝母13~17份、桑枝18~22份、麦门冬7~11份、金荞麦14~18份、蒲公英18~22份、芦根27~33份、石斛8~12份、竹笋18~22份、莱菔子8~12份、螺旋藻45~55份组合而成;其粒径在75μm以下。其制法是将螺旋藻以外的成分分别冷冻至-24℃以下,用20000转/分钟以上转速的粉碎机粉碎,用孔径75μm的筛网过筛,将筛下部分与螺旋藻混合,得原料粉末;将筛上部分用水煮提,用75μm的筛网过滤,将滤液浓缩至原料粉末的30~40%,将其与原料粉末混合、干燥,即得成药粉末。营养剂可长期服用,能明显地增强体质,提高免疫力,特别是对肺部健康十分有利。

辅助肺部健康的营养剂及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及功能性营养品及其制备方法,具体地说,涉及辅助肺部健康的营养剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
2003年“非典”期间,几乎天天可以听到病亡的讯息,一些奋不顾身的医务人员被感染后,大量施用激素“胸腺肽”,这样虽然保住了性命,但余生却处于不可逆转的“骨自溶”的痛苦中(激素造成的副作用)。而现代中医在这场瘟疫中,也只是起到缓解病情的有限作用。在这场惨烈的抗击“非典”的战斗中,一线的医务人员都看到这样一个事实,躲过这一劫的病人,无论病情轻重,几乎全是靠着自身的抵抗力来恢复健康。这一至关重要的事实,明确地向人们明示:人类与生俱来的自我免疫和自我修复的代偿功能,才是保障健康的根基,健康不能单纯依靠药物。这种功能由强到弱,是导致机体从正常态到病态转变的直接因素。比如肺,由于呼吸与外界直接相通,各种病原微生物、有害气体、粉尘等,均可随空气进入呼吸系统,引起病变。但人体正常状态下就具有与生俱来的自净、自愈能力和免疫功能,只有这些能力与功能降低或遭到破坏时,疾病才会发生。而疾病的发生必然会刺激人体的自稳调节紊乱,出现全身性的异常生命活动。因此,只有不断发掘、强化人的免疫、修复功能,才能最大限度地从根本上避免、减少像“非典”之类灾难带给人类的伤害。
科学的共识是,决定人类代偿功能强弱的因素不止一个。但不论现代医学和生物学、中医学、营养学,还是传统医学都一致认为,首要因素是饮食而不是其他因素。也就是说,人一般只要正常饮食,是不会打破自身的“自稳调节”而引 发疾病的。2016年的国际营养学大会已经明确提出了食物是最好的药物的理论。这与中国传统医学的食药兼用的理念完全一致。在贯穿中国几千年的饮食文化中,对这一理念表述得更独特、更具体——“药食同源”。即中药与食物是同时起源的,对那些既可作可口食品,又可作治病药材的统称为“药食”。比如粮食发酵的酒,是人们的日常饮品,可是却有消毒、杀菌、活血化瘀的治疗作用;再比如桂皮、丁香、白芷、花椒等,是日常饮食中的香料、调味品和防腐剂,但它们也可用作杀菌、安神、止痛的药物。
现代科学对整个生物界的同源性研究发现,即地球上所有生物体所含的化学元素种类都是一致的,所有生物细胞代谢过程中的电子传递系统也都是一样的(只是电子的多少和氨基酸的不同排列,使大千世界呈现了无数的物种和态势)。与此同时,作为遗传物质的核酸在生物界中,也拥有相同的遗传密码。这种同源性的探索,也促进了西药的发展。比如常见的阿司匹林是从柳树和冬青植物中提取的;具有兴奋神经、止痛、利尿作用的咖啡碱,是从咖啡和茶叶中提取的;临床常用的肾上腺素是从怀山药中提取的;等等。另外,现代医学在对一些中药、食品、野菜的分析中发现,番茄、西瓜、胡萝卜、辣椒、藏红花、蒲公英、百合、海藻、桔、柚等多种中药和食物中都含有胡萝卜素,它们在肝脏中转化成维生素A的同时,还具有西药所没有的消炎、活血、抗病毒作用。由此可以看到现代研究与远祖“药食同源”具有异曲同工之妙。
“药食同源”不仅是中华民族上千年与疾病斗争的深厚积累,也是祖先对这种积累深入浅出的表述。更难能可贵的是,祖先将“药食同源”这种大智慧,融入到世人都可以实施的、简便易行的方法中,这种方法就是中华民族饮食中的瑰宝——药膳。让人们在药膳的养育传承中,感受三分治七分养的健康生存和繁衍,感受自身各个脏腑之间的互相为用,相互依存的生命活动,感受即便认知不足时, 也可以在此方式方法的实施中得以弥补。可是,随着自然环境、人类体质和生活方式的改变,祖传的古方药膳效果已不尽人意。特别是近20多年来雾霾的频繁发生,导致人们的肺部健康受到严重的损害,以致于在2003年发生了“非典”的广泛传染,造成了众多的人员死亡或致残。所以人们迫切希望获得一种能够预防肺部传染病、辅助肺部健康的营养剂。这就是目前的现状。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种辅助肺部健康的营养剂及其制备方法。为此,本发明人等经过十多年的探索、研究和试验,结果发现,通过将下述十种成分分别磨细后混合,即可获得一种预防和治疗效果均很好的辅助肺部健康的营养剂。另外,本发明人还发现,通过将药物的颗粒粒径从传统的250~180μm(60~80目)降低至75μm(200目)以下,也就是将颗粒的体积变成传统颗粒体积的1/13或更小,这样可以提高机体对药物的吸收率,从而使药物的疗效明显增加,例如可使通常需要一周治愈的疾病变为可2~3天治愈。另外,本发明人还发现,在将植物类药物粉碎至75μm以下的过程中极易引起药物的温度升高,这会使药物的有效成分损失,导致药物的疗效降低。但是,通过首先将药物冷冻至-24℃以下,然后再用超高速粉碎机在短时间内将其粉碎即可避免这一缺点。由于上述的几个发现,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的技术方案如下:
1、辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其由按重量份计的:贝母13~17份、桑枝18~22份、麦门冬7~11份、金荞麦14~18份、蒲公英18~22份、芦根27~33份、石斛8~12份、竹笋18~22份、莱菔子8~12份、螺旋藻45~55份组合而成;其粒径在75μm以下。
2、如1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其剂型为粉剂、片剂或胶囊剂。
3、如1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其中所述的贝母是浙贝。
4、如1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其中所述的贝母是川贝。
5、如1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其中所述的石斛是铁皮石斛。
6、辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
分别称取按重量份计的:贝母13~17份、桑枝18~22份、麦门冬7~11份、金荞麦14~18份、蒲公英18~22份、芦根27~33份、石斛8~12份、竹笋18~22份、莱菔子8~12份、螺旋藻45~55份;
将除了螺旋藻以外的其他9种成分分别置于冷冻设备中冷冻至-24℃以下,然后分别用20000转/分钟以上转速的超高速粉碎机粉碎1~2分钟,用孔径75μm的筛网过筛,收集筛下的部分,将筛上的部分重复进行上述冷冻、粉碎和过筛的操作,直至全部筛下部分所占的重量百分比达到40%以上,分别收集筛下部分和筛上部分,将各成分的筛下部分与螺旋藻一起混合,得原料粉末,待用;
将各成分的筛上部分合并,按照常规的中草药煎药方式,用水煮提2~4次,将煮提液用孔径75μm的筛网过滤,将各次滤液合并,用中微火浓缩至上述原料粉末重量的30~40%,待浓缩液冷却后,倒入上述原料粉末并混合均匀,干燥,即得成药的粉末。
7、如5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其中所述的贝母是浙贝。
8、如5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其中所述的贝母是川贝。
9、如5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其中所述的石斛是铁皮石斛。
10、如5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其中所述的“冷冻至-24℃以下”,为“冷冻至-36℃以下”。
下面对本发明的技术方案进行必要的解释。
1、技术方案1将各成分粉末的粒径限定在75μm以下。这是因为,本发明人发现,老年人、儿童、病人或体弱者对药物的吸收能力较差,要想提高药效就必须减小药物粉末的粒径,所以本发明人将药物粒径减小到传统的1/2.4或更细,也就是将传统药物的一个颗粒分散成13个颗粒或更多。这样往往能使病人的痊愈速度明显地加快。
2、技术方案6的粉碎步骤中使用20000转/分钟以上转速的超高速粉碎机。这是因为,以往的3000~5000转/分钟的高速粉碎机在用于制备粒径为75μm以下的微细粉时,会因粉碎时间过长而导致各成分的药效降低。只是在近10年来才出现20000转/分钟以上转速的超高速粉碎机,本发明人将其应用于药物的粉碎,这样可以大大缩短粉碎时间,减少了粉碎过程中有效成分的损失,明显地提高了药效。
3、技术方案6中,首先将各成分冷冻至-24℃以下的低温,然后再用超高速粉碎机将其粉碎。这样可以避免各成分在超高速粉碎过程中因发热而导致药效降低。另外,深度冷冻可使药物变硬、变脆,从而提高粉碎效果,特别是对桑枝等纤维较多的成分,其效果更加明显。另外,如果使用-18℃的冷冻设备,则冷冻速度较慢,并且粉碎的效果也较差。故本发明将温度限定为-24℃以下,优选为-36℃以下。
4、技术方案6中没有对螺旋藻进行粉碎。这是因为,螺旋藻本身很微小,只有约35微米,不用粉碎就能通过孔径75μm的筛网。
与本领域的现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的产品可以作为营养剂长期服用,能明显地增强人的体质,提高免疫力,特别是对肺部健康十分有利,当将其与治疗肺部疾病的药物并用时,能使患者的肺部疾病得到更快的康复。
本发明的方法使用20000转/分钟以上转速的超高速粉碎机,可使药物迅速粉碎至75μm以下。另外,本发明采用首先将药物深度冷冻然后再粉碎的方法,可以避免药物因过度升温而导致药效降低,从而保证药物质量。同时,深度冷冻更有利于药物的粉碎,可以明显缩短粉碎时间,提高药效。
具体实施方式
下面列举实施例来更具体地解释本发明,但本发明不限定于该实施例。
实施例1
按照下述表1称取各种原料成分。将冷冻机的温度调节至-36℃,冷冻时间定为24小时。经事先试验,24小时足以将物料冷冻至-36℃;将超高速粉碎机的转速调节为40000转/分钟,粉碎时间为1.5分钟,用75μm(200目)的筛网过筛。将此冷冻、粉碎、过筛的操作作为一次循环,收集筛下的合格细粉,将筛上的物料返回进行第2次循环。处理结果列于表1。

原料成分总用量为200kg,处理后,共获得合格细粉110kg。将全部细粉混合,待用。将筛上部分粒径大于75μm的物料混合,共90kg,用900kg水煮提3小时,用75μm的筛网过滤后,收集滤液。将筛上物料再用600kg水煮提2小时,过滤后,将筛上物料再用300kg水煮提1小时,过滤,将筛上部分弃去,将三次滤液合并,用中微火浓缩,浓缩8小时后获得浓缩液40kg。将上述合格细粉110kg倒入其中,搅拌均匀,再将其在50~60℃的温度下干燥,获得成药的粉末。然后将其按0.4g/粒的净含量分装入药用胶囊中,即获得成品胶囊制剂。
应用例1
在2008年-2014年之间,曾有17位65岁以上的有哮喘病史的老人,往年一到秋末冬初就会因哮喘症状加重而住院治疗。当他们分别在上述期间的9月至10月之间出现轻度哮喘症状时,经咨询本发明人后,决定当年暂不住院治疗,而是服用本发明人研制的上述营养剂胶囊,按照每天早、中、晚各两粒的用量空腹服用。结果,其中有7人在服用20天之后症状消失,有6人在服用30天之后症状消失,有3人在服用40天之后症状消失,只有1人由于高龄(84岁)且病情较重,病史长,药力起效稍迟,但也在服用45天之后症状明显减轻。他们之后去医院复查,医生诊断认为均不再需要住院治疗。这17人在哮喘病康复后,继续按每天早晚各1粒的维持量长期服用。到目前为止,他们的身体状况一直良好,均未曾因哮喘住过院。
予以说明,上述列举的实施例只是用于实施本发明的一个例子,本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明特征的条件下可以进行各种变更。但是,所有包含本发明区别特征的变更方案,均属于本发明的范畴。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其特征在于,其中所述的贝母是川贝。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂,其特征在于,其中所述的石斛是铁皮石斛。
  6. 辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括下述步骤:
    分别称取按重量份计的:贝母13~17份、桑枝18~22份、麦门冬7~11份、金荞麦14~18份、蒲公英18~22份、芦根27~33份、石斛8~12份、竹笋18~22份、莱菔子8~12份、螺旋藻45~55份;
    将除了螺旋藻以外的其他9种成分分别置于冷冻设备中冷冻至-24℃以下,然后分别用20000转/分钟以上转速的超高速粉碎机粉碎1~2分钟,用孔径75μm的筛网过筛,收集筛下的部分,将筛上的部分重复进行上述冷冻、粉碎和过筛的操作,直至全部筛下部分所占的重量百分比达到40%以上,分别收集筛下部分和筛上部分,将各成分的筛下部分与螺旋藻一起混合,得原料粉末,待用;
    将各成分的筛上部分合并,按照常规的中草药煎药方式用水煮提2~4次,将 煮提液用孔径75μm的筛网过滤,将各次滤液合并,用中微火浓缩至上述原料粉末重量的30~40%,待浓缩液冷却后,倒入上述原料粉末并混合均匀,干燥,即得成药的粉末。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中所述的贝母是浙贝。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中所述的贝母是川贝。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中所述的石斛是铁皮石斛。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的辅助肺部健康的营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中所述的“冷冻至-24℃以下”,为“冷冻至-36℃以下”。
