Abstract
본 발명은 전류차단 부재의 벤딩 공정의 생산 자동화를 이루어 제품 균일성을 확보하고 제조 비용을 절감한 전지팩용 전류차단 부재 벤딩 장치를 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 전지팩용 전류차단 부재 벤딩 장치는, 전지셀의 전극 리드와 전기적으로 연결된 전류차단 부재가 상부에 안착되도록 받침대가 형성된 절곡 지그; 상기 절곡 지그가 회전축을 중심으로 회전 운동하도록 일부위가 상기 절곡 지그와 연결된 회전 구동부; 및 상기 전지셀의 전극 리드의 절곡되는 부분과 절곡되지 않는 부분을 구획하는 절곡선이 설정되도록 전극 리드를 가압 고정하는 절곡 가이드 부;를 포함한다.
