技术领域
本公开实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种拍摄方法及移动终端。
背景技术
相关技术中,移动终端设计的趋势是显示屏幕占整机的比例越来越大,以使外形达到美观以及无边框的效果。
在高屏占比的移动终端设计中,一种可行的方法是去掉移动终端的前置摄像头,只使用移动终端的后置摄像头来进行拍摄。在这种设计中,由于取消了前置摄像头,会影响用户的自拍操作。
为了保证用户可以使用移动终端进行自拍,相关技术中的解决手段是在移动终端的背面增加一块显示屏幕,配合后置摄像头实现移动终端的自拍功能。
在移动终端主芯片带宽和功耗的限制下,相关技术中,移动终端前、后侧面设置的两块显示屏幕在同一时间只能有一块处于显示状态,这样就存在两块显示屏幕之间如何进行显示控制的问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种拍摄方法,应用于移动终端,该移动终端包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏,设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏和摄像头,其中,第一侧面和第二侧面为移动终端相对的两个侧面;
所述拍摄方法包括:
判断所述摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;
若所述图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一 控制操作;
根据所述第一控制操作,开启所述第二触控屏显示所述摄像头获取的图像信息;
基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
本公开实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏,设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏和摄像头,其中,第一侧面和第二侧面为移动终端相对的两侧;
所述移动终端还包括:
判断模块,用于判断所述摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;
检测模块,用于若所述判断模块判断出所述图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作;
开启模块,用于根据所述检测模块检测到的所述第一控制操作,开启所述第二触控屏显示所述摄像头获取的图像信息;
拍摄模块,用于基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。

本公开实施例提供了一种拍摄方法,应用于移动终端,如图1、2所示,该移动终端包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏(例如前置显示屏幕),设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏(例如后置显示屏幕)和摄像头,其中,第一侧面和第二侧面为移动终端相对的两个侧面。
如图3所示,该拍摄方法具体可以包括:
步骤301,判断摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息。
当用户需要利用移动终端进行拍摄时可开启移动终端的拍摄功能,并利用设置于移动终端第二侧面的摄像头进行取景。在利用摄像头进行取景后, 可提取摄像头取景时获取的图像信息,通过图像分析,判断该图像信息中是否包括人像信息。
在一具体实施例中,判断摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息的过程具体可以包括:
识别摄像头获取的图像信息中包括的人像信息;
判断人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值;
当占屏比大于等于第一预设值时,确定图像信息中包括人像信息。
这样,通过判断人像信息在整个图像信息中所占的比例即占屏比来确定图像信息中是否包括人像信息。
图像信息中是否人像信息的分析确认结果,可以有助于识别用户使用移动终端进行拍摄时的拍摄方式,确保触控屏显示控制的正确性。
举例说明,如果图像分析结果表明摄像头取景时所获取的图像信息中不包括人像信息,说明用户是在利用移动终端进行景物的拍摄。而在对景物进行拍摄时,通常是使设置于移动终端第二侧面即后置的摄像头对准景物,与摄像头相对的一侧即移动终端第一侧面设置的第一触控屏面向用户,用户通过前置的第一触控屏所显示图像来确定移动终端摄像头取景时所获取的景物。那么基于此时的图像分析结果,可以控制移动终端前置的触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第一触控屏处于显示状态,即开启第一触控屏以显示摄像头取景时所获取的景物,并控制与摄像头同侧设置的后置触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第二触控屏处于不显示状态。后续可基于用户在移动终端上的控制操作进行拍摄。
如果图像分析结果表明摄像头取景时所获取的图像信息中包括人像信息,说明用户是在利用移动终端进行人物的拍摄。而人物拍摄有两种可能,一种是用户利用移动终端对他人进行拍摄,一种是用户利用移动终端进行自拍。如果是对他人进行拍摄,通常是使设置于移动终端第二侧面的摄像头对准他人,与摄像头相对的一侧即移动终端第一侧面的触控屏面向用户,此时可控制移动终端第一侧面所设置触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第一触控屏处于显示状态以显示摄像头取景时所获取的人物图像,并控制与摄像头同侧设置的触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第二触控屏处于不显示状态。如果是用户 在进行自拍,则移动终端的摄像头会对准用户自己,此时可控制与摄像头同侧设置的移动终端触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第二触控屏处于显示状态以显示摄像头取景时所获取的人物图像,并控制与摄像头相对一侧设置的触控屏即本公开实施例所涉及的第一触控屏处于不显示状态。
可见,如果图像分析结果表明摄像头取景时所获取的图像信息中包括人像信息,存在以上不同的触控屏显示方式。因此,本公开实施例为了实现精确的触控屏显示控制,还包括了以下对于用户握持移动终端方式的检测步骤。
步骤302,若图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作。
用户在利用移动终端对他人进行拍摄和利用移动终端进行自拍时,用户对于移动终端的握持方式是不同的。例如,当用户利用移动终端对他人进行拍摄时,用户可利用单手或双手握持移动终端的边框部位,并使移动终端的摄像头对准他人,但无论是单手握持还是双手握持,用户握持移动终端进行调整的过程中手指是不触碰移动终端第一触控屏的(不包括拍摄触发操作)。而在用户利用移动终端进行自拍时,用户握持手的手指是触碰移动终端第一触控屏的,即用户可利用手指(例如中指和/或食指)在于摄像头相对侧设置的移动终端第一触控屏进行相应的控制操作。
因此,在本公开一具体实施例中,为了精确实现第一触控屏和第二触控屏的显示控制,确保当前开启的触控屏与用户的拍摄方式对应,在确定摄像头所获取的图像信息中包括人像信息之后,可检测用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作。并可基于检测结果控制对应的触控屏处于显示状态。
本公开实施例所涉及的第一控制操作具体可为触摸操作、点击操作、滑动操作等控制操作。
为了排除用户的误操作而导致开启错误的触控屏,确保触控屏显示控制的正确性,本公开实施例中还可以对检测到用户操作进行校验。
例如:
若检测到的触摸操作在第一触控屏上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,则可将该触摸操作确定为第一控制操作;
若检测到的滑动操作在第一触控屏上的滑动距离大于等于第三预设值, 则可将该滑动操作确定为第一控制操作;
若检测到的点击操作在第一触控屏上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值,则可将该点击操作确定为第一控制操作。等等。
本公开实施例中,可采用已有成熟技术来实现对用户在第一触控屏上的操作进行检测和识别。对此,本公开实施例并不特殊限制。
在本公开实施例中,若检测到用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作,则可确定用户在利用移动终端进行自拍操作,因此,可对应控制第二触控屏处于显示状态。
而在另一实施例中,若没有检测到用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作,则可确定用户在利用移动终端对他人进行拍摄,因此,可对应控制第一触控屏处于显示状态,并基于用户在移动终端上的控制操作进行拍摄。
步骤303,根据第一控制操作,开启第二触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像信息。
如上所述,若检测到用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作,则可确定用户在利用移动终端进行自拍操作,因此,可对应开启第二触控屏即控制第二触控屏处于显示状态以显示摄像头获取的图像信息,从而可方便用户基于第二触控屏所显示的图像进行拍摄方向和角度的调整。
步骤304,基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
在用户确定第二触控屏所显示的图像为所需拍摄图像时,可通过在移动终端上进行相应的控制操作例如触碰移动终端机身上所设置的物理按键或者第二触控屏所显示虚拟按键从而触发进行拍摄。
这样,本公开实施例提供的拍摄方法,通过判断摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;若图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作;根据第一控制操作,开启第二触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像信息;基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。从而可基于用户拍摄方式自动实现对设置于移动终端相对两个侧面的第一触控屏和第二触控屏的显示控制,方便用户利用移动终端进行自拍等拍摄操作。
本公开实施例中,第一触控屏和第二触控屏与移动终端显示控制主芯片的连接方式根据该主芯片的接口来确定,如果主芯片有两个显示屏接口,则 可将第一触控屏和第二触控屏分别接在两个接口上;如果主芯片只有一个接口,则可以通过一个接口切换器件连接第一触控屏和第二触控屏。图5是本公开实施例所涉及的第一触控屏和第二触控屏通过移动产业处理器接口切换器件(Mobile Industry Processor Interface Switch,MIPI switch)与主芯片连接示意图。本公开实施例中可基于图4所示连接关系实现触控屏的显示控制。
下面,对本公开实施例所提供的拍摄方法的一个具体实施例的实现过程进行详细的说明。
如图5所示,该过程具体可以包括:
步骤501,判断摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息。
在利用摄像头进行取景后,可提取摄像头取景时获取的图像信息,通过图像分析,判断该图像信息中是否包括人像信息。
通过对摄像头所获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息的分析确认,可以识别用户使用移动终端的拍摄方式,从而可以控制对应的触控屏处于显示状态。
若摄像头获取的图像信息中包括人像信息,则表明用户可能是在进行人物拍,也有可能是在进行景物拍摄,因此,后续可执行步骤502;
若摄像头获取的图像信息中不包括人像信息,则表明用户是在进行景物拍摄,而在景物拍摄时,移动终端中第一触控屏会朝向用户,第二触控屏和摄像头会对准景物,因此,后续可执行步骤505。
步骤502,判断人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值。
由于用户在进行人物拍摄时人像信息在整个图像中所占的比例较大,而用户在进行景物拍摄时,图像信息中人像信息所在比例比较小,因此,通过人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比的判断可有助于用户的拍摄方式的确定。
当人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比大于等于第一预设值,则可确定用户在进行人物拍摄,因此,后续可执行步骤503;
当人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比小于第一预设值,则可确定用户在进行景物拍摄,因此,后续可执行步骤505。
步骤503,检测用户在第一触控屏的第一控制操作。
若检测到第一控制操作即检测结果为是,则执行步骤504;若没有检测到第一控制操作即检测结果为否,则执行步骤505。
本公开实施例所涉及的第一控制操作具体可为触摸操作、点击操作、滑动操作等控制操作。

若检测到的点击操作在第一触控屏上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值,则可将该点击操作确定为第一控制操作,后续可执行步骤504,否则,执行步骤505。
步骤504,开启第二触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像信息。
若确定用户在第一触控屏上执行了第一控制操作,则表明用户当前进行的拍摄操作是利用移动终端进行自拍操作,即移动终端的摄像头对准用户自己,因此,可开启与摄像头同侧设置的第二触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像,方便用户利用面向自己的第二触控屏查看摄像头的取景内容。
后续可执行步骤506。
步骤505,开启第一触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像信息。
在判断摄像头获取的图像信息中不包括人像信息,或者人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比小于第一预设值,或者基于检测结果确定用户没有在第一触控屏上执行第一控制操作,则可确定用户在利用移动终端进行景物拍摄或者对他人进行拍摄。但无论是上述两种情况中的哪一种,此时用户的拍摄方式均是使移动终端第一触控屏面向用户,并使摄像头对准景物或他人。因此,可控制移动终端中的第一触控屏处于显示状态,以方便用户利用面向自己的 第一触控屏浏览摄像头所获取的图像内容。
步骤506,基于用户的控制操作进行拍摄。
在用户确定移动终端第一触控屏或第二触控屏所显示的图像为需要拍摄的图像时,可通过在移动终端上进行相应的控制操作例如触碰移动终端物理按键或者第二触控屏所显示虚拟按键从而触发进行拍摄。
上述本公开实施例提供的拍摄方法可基于用户拍摄方式自动控制移动终端中处于相对侧面的第一触控屏和第二触控屏中的一块触控屏处于显示状态,从而利用面向用户的触控屏显示摄像头所获取的图像,方便用户使用移动终端进行自拍等操作。
本公开实施例还提供了一种移动终端600,该移动终端600具体可包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏(如图1所示),设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏和摄像头(如图2所示),其中,第一侧面和所述第二侧面为移动终端相对的两侧。
如图6所示,该移动终端具体还可以包括:
判断模块610,用于判断摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;
检测模块620,用于若判断模块610判断出图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在第一触控屏上的第一控制操作;
开启模块630,用于根据检测模块620检测到的第一控制操作,开启第二触控屏显示摄像头获取的图像信息;
拍摄模块640,用于基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。

本公开实施例所涉及的第一控制操作具体可为触摸操作、点击操作、滑动操作等控制操作。

检测单元621:用于检测用户在第一触控屏上的触摸操作;
第二确定单元622,用于若检测单元621检测到的触摸操作在第一触控屏上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,将该触摸操作确定为第一控制操作。

本公开实施例提供的移动终端能够实现图1至图5的方法实施例中移动终端实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
上述本公开实施例提供的移动终端600可基于用户拍摄方式自动控制移动终端600中处于相对侧面的第一触控屏和第二触控屏中的一块触控屏处于显示状态,从而利用面向用户的触控屏显示摄像头所获取的图像,方便用户使用移动终端600进行自拍等操作。
本公开实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括处理器,存储器,存储在存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述本公开实施例所提供的拍摄方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述本公开实施例所提供的拍摄方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
图9是本公开另一个实施例的移动终端900的框图。图9所示的移动终端900包括:至少一个处理器901、存储器902、至少一个网络接口904、用户接口903、设置于移动终端900第一侧面的第一触控屏911、设置于移动终端900第二侧面的第二触控屏912和设置于移动终端900第二侧面的摄像头906。移动终端1000中的各个组件通过总线系统905耦合在一起。可理解,总线系统905用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。总线系统905除包括数据总线之外,还包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图9中将各种总线都标为总线系统905。
其中,用户接口903可以包括显示器、键盘或者点击设备(例如,鼠标,轨迹球(trackball)、触感板或者触摸屏等。
可以理解,本公开实施例中的存储器902可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),其用作外部高速缓存。通过示例性但不是限制性说明,许多形式的RAM可用,例如静态随机存取存储器(Static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic RAM,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(Synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(Double Data Rate SDRAM,DDRSDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(Enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(Synch link DRAM,SLDRAM)和直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus RAM,DRRAM)。本文描述的系统和方法的存储器1002旨在包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
在一些实施方式中,存储器902存储了如下的元素,可执行模块或者数据结构,或者他们的子集,或者他们的扩展集:操作系统9021和应用程序9022。
其中,操作系统9021,包含各种系统程序,例如框架层、核心库层、驱 动层等,用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务。应用程序9022,包含各种应用程序,例如媒体播放器(Media Player)、浏览器(Browser)等,用于实现各种应用业务。实现本公开实施例方法的程序可以包含在应用程序9022中。
在本公开实施例中,移动终端900还包括:存储在存储器902上并可在处理器901上运行的计算机程序,具体地,可以是应用程序9022中的计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器901执行时实现如下步骤:判断摄像头906获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;若图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在第一触控屏911上的第一控制操作;根据第一控制操作,开启第二触控屏912显示摄像头906获取的图像信息;基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
上述本公开实施例揭示的方法可以应用于处理器901中,或者由处理器901实现。处理器901可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器901中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器901可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本公开实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本公开实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器902,处理器901读取存储器902中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
可以理解的是,本文描述的这些实施例可以用硬件、软件、固件、中间件、微码或其组合来实现。对于硬件实现,处理单元可以实现在一个或多个专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSP Device,DSPD)、可编程逻辑设备(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)、现场可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、通用处理器、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、用于执行本申请功能的其它电子单元或其组合中。
对于软件实现,可通过执行本文所述功能的模块(例如过程、函数等)来实现本文所述的技术。软件代码可存储在存储器中并通过处理器执行。存储器可以在处理器中或在处理器外部实现。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器901执行时还可实现如下步骤:识别摄像头906获取的图像信息中包括的人像信息;判断人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值;当占屏比大于等于第一预设值时,确定图像信息中包括人像信息。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器901执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏911上的触摸操作;若检测到的触摸操作在第一触控屏911上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,将该触摸操作确定为第一控制操作。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器901执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏911上的滑动操作;若检测到的滑动操作在第一触控屏911上的滑动距离大于等于第三预设值,将该滑动操作确定为第一控制操作。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器901执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏911上的点击操作;若检测到的点击操作在第一触控屏911上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值,将该点击操作确定为第一控制操作。
移动终端900能够实现前述实施例中移动终端600实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例所提供的移动终端900可基于用户拍摄方式自动控制移动终端900中处于相对侧面的第一触控屏911和第二触控屏912中的一块触控屏处于显示状态,从而利用面向用户的触控屏显示摄像头906所获取的图像,方便用户使用移动终端900进行自拍等操作。
图10是本公开另一个实施例的移动终端1000的结构示意图。具体地,图10中的移动终端1000可以为手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、或车载电脑等。
图10中的移动终端1000包括射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路1010、存储器1020、输入单元1030、显示单元1040、设置于移动终端1000第二侧面 的摄像头1050、处理器1060、音频电路1070、WiFi(Wireless Fidelity)模块1080、电源1090、设置于移动终端1000第一侧面的第一触控屏1011、设置于移动终端1000第二侧面的第二触控屏1012。
其中,输入单元1030可用于接收用户输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与移动终端1000的用户设置以及功能控制有关的信号输入。具体地,本公开实施例中,该输入单元1030可以包括触控面板1031。触控面板1031,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板1031上的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板1031可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给该处理器1060,并能接收处理器1060发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板1031。除了触控面板1031,输入单元1030还可以包括其他输入设备1032,其他输入设备1032可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
其中,显示单元1040可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动终端1000的各种菜单界面。显示单元1040可包括显示面板1041,可选的,可以采用LCD或有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板1041。
应注意,触控面板1031可以覆盖显示面板1041,形成触摸显示屏,当该触摸显示屏检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1060以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1060根据触摸事件的类型在触摸显示屏上提供相应的视觉输出。
触摸显示屏包括应用程序界面显示区及常用控件显示区。该应用程序界面显示区及该常用控件显示区的排列方式并不限定,可以为上下排列、左右排列等可以区分两个显示区的排列方式。该应用程序界面显示区可以用于显示应用程序的界面。每一个界面可以包含至少一个应用程序的图标和/或 widget桌面控件等界面元素。该应用程序界面显示区也可以为不包含任何内容的空界面。该常用控件显示区用于显示使用率较高的控件,例如,设置按钮、界面编号、滚动条、电话本图标等应用程序图标等。
其中处理器1060是移动终端1000的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在第一存储器1021内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在第二存储器1022内的数据,执行移动终端1000的各种功能和处理数据,从而对移动终端1000进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1060可包括一个或多个处理单元。
本公开实施例中,移动终端1000还包括:存储在存储器1020上并可在处理器1060上运行的计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器1060执行时实现如下步骤:判断摄像头1050获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;若图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在第一触控屏1011上的第一控制操作;根据第一控制操作,开启第二触控屏1012显示摄像头1050获取的图像信息;基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器1060执行时还可实现如下步骤:识别摄像头1050获取的图像信息中包括的人像信息;判断人像信息在图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值;当占屏比大于等于第一预设值时,确定图像信息中包括人像信息。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器1060执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏1011上的触摸操作;若检测到的触摸操作在第一触控屏1011上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,将该触摸操作确定为第一控制操作。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器1060执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏1011上的滑动操作;若检测到的滑动操作在第一触控屏1011上的滑动距离大于等于第三预设值,将该滑动操作确定为第一控制操作。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器1060执行时还可实现如下步骤:检测用户在第一触控屏1011上的点击操作;若检测到的点击操作在第一触控屏1011上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值,将该点击操作确定为第一控制操作。
移动终端1000能够实现前述实施例中移动终端600实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例所提供的移动终端1000可基于用户拍摄方式自动控制移动终端1000中处于相对侧面的第一触控屏1011和第二触控屏1012中的一块触控屏处于显示状态,从而利用面向用户的触控屏显示摄像头1050所获取的图像,方便用户使用移动终端1000进行自拍等操作。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种拍摄方法,应用于移动终端,所述移动终端包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏,设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏和摄像头,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面为移动终端相对的两个侧面,所述拍摄方法包括:
    判断所述摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;
    若所述图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作;
    根据所述第一控制操作,开启所述第二触控屏显示所述摄像头获取的图像信息;
    基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息的步骤,包括:
    识别所述摄像头获取的图像信息中包括的人像信息;
    判断所述人像信息在所述图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值;
    当所述占屏比大于等于第一预设值时,确定所述图像信息中包括人像信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作的步骤,包括:
    检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的触摸操作;
    若检测到的触摸操作在所述第一触控屏上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,将所述触摸操作确定为第一控制操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作的步骤,包括:
    检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的滑动操作;
    若检测到的滑动操作在所述第一触控屏上的滑动距离大于等于第三预设值,将所述滑动操作确定为第一控制操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作的步骤,包括:
    检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的点击操作;
    若检测到的点击操作在所述第一触控屏上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值,将所述点击操作确定为第一控制操作。
  6. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括设置于第一侧面的第一触控屏,设置于第二侧面的第二触控屏和摄像头,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面为移动终端相对的两侧,所述移动终端还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述摄像头获取的图像信息中是否包括人像信息;
    检测模块,用于若所述判断模块判断出所述图像信息中包括人像信息,检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的第一控制操作;
    开启模块,用于根据所述检测模块检测到的所述第一控制操作,开启所述第二触控屏显示所述摄像头获取的图像信息;
    拍摄模块,用于基于用户的第二控制操作进行拍摄。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述判断模块包括:
    识别单元,用于识别摄像头获取的图像信息中包括的人像信息;
    判断单元,用于判断所述识别单元识别的人像信息在所述图像信息中的占屏比是否大于等于第一预设值;
    第一确定单元,当所述判断单元判断所述占屏比大于等于第一预设值时,确定所述图像信息中包括人像信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述检测模块包括:
    检测单元:用于检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的触摸操作;
    第二确定单元,用于若所述检测单元检测到的触摸操作在所述第一触控屏上的触摸时间大于等于第二预设值,将所述触摸操作确定为第一控制操作。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述检测模块包括:
    检测单元,用于检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的滑动操作;
    第二确定单元,用于若所述检测单元检测到的滑动操作在所述第一触控屏上的滑动距离大于等于第三预设值时,将所述滑动操作确定为第一控制操作。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述检测模块包括:
    检测单元,用于检测用户在所述第一触控屏上的点击操作;
    第二确定单元,用于若所述检测单元检测到的点击操作在所述第一触控屏上的点击次数大于等于第四预设值时,将所述点击操作确定为第一控制操作。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括:处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的拍摄方法的步骤。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的拍摄方法的步骤。
