现有技术中业务员的筛选分配通常是从总公司的数据平台导入电话号码以及其它相关信息,并根据业务员所负责的行政区域或业务员的兴趣爱好分配至相应的坐席,此种分配方式具有普遍性,不能反映业务员的真正需求,也不能根据业务员自身的业务能力以及业务特点有针对性的筛选分配,无法使业务水平较高的业务员进一步提升产能,也无法帮助业务水平一般甚至较低的业务员提高业务能力。另外,现有技术中坐席激活业务员的方式一般是从系统中随机抽取一定数量的待激活的业务员进行随机激活,没有根据每个坐席名下已激活业务员以及工作量进行选取激活,易导致某些坐席激活的某些类别的业务员比例偏差较大,从而降低坐席的服务水平。

本申请本申请为了实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有业务员筛选激活的系统,所述筛选激活系统可被至少一个处理器所执行,以实现如下步骤:
步骤01,获取待筛选业务员的属性信息,所述属性信息包括待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识和属性标签。
步骤02,根据待筛选业务员的属性标签计算相应业务员的属性值,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,并形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据。
步骤03,按照预设的分配策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行分配,按预设的激活策略对分配后的业务员进行激活。
本申请所能达到的技术效果如下:
根据业务员的业绩、业务量以及响应时间计算业务员的综合评分,并根据该综合评分的范围对业务员进行优先级分类,筛选出高优先级的业务员,并进行有针对性的分配和激活,有利于进一步提升高优先级业务员的价值以及挖掘不同优先级业务员的业务潜力,另外,通过一定的分配策略和激活策略有利于将不同优先级的业务员更有针对性的分配至相应的坐席,提高坐席资源的有效利用率,实现坐席资源的优化配置。

实施例一
请参阅图1,本实施例的业务员筛选激活方法包括以下步骤:
步骤01,获取待筛选业务员的属性信息,所述属性信息包括待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识和属性标签。
其中,业务员的相关信息被存储在业务员数据库中,通过信息采集模块采集数据库中的业务员属性信息,所述属性信息包括业务员的唯一识别标识和属性标签,所述唯一识别标识可以为业务员的身份证号、电话号码或业务系统编码,该唯一识别标识为所属业务员区别其它业务员的身份标识,后续的筛选、分配激活操作中均以该唯一识别标识作为基础,所述属性标签包括业务员的业绩、业务量以及响应时间,该属性标签通过数据库中的统计模块对每个业务员过去一年内的业绩、业务量以及响应时间统计计算得到,其中业绩为业务员过去一年所完成的保单总额,业务量为业务员过去一年的新增及保有的客户总量,响应时间为业务员针对派发的业务量第一次反馈的时间间隔,所述业务员的属性标签与其相应的唯一识别标识相匹配,共同构成了业务员的属性信息。
该步骤中的属性标签从多个角度体现每个业务员的业务能力,以该属 性标签作为变量计算每个业务员的综合评分,并根据该综合评分对业务员进行分类,使业务员的分类能够体现其业务需求以及业务能力,达到有针对性、有效的分类。
步骤02,根据待筛选业务员的属性标签计算相应业务员的属性值,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,并形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述业务员的属性值为业务员的综合评分,所述综合评分用于对业务员进行优先级分类,综合评分大于第一阈值的优先级为A级,综合评分介于第一阈值与第二阈值之间的优先级为B级,综合评分小于第二阈值的优先级为C级,所述A级、B级、C级为业务员的分类标识,所述第一阈值大于第二阈值,所述优先级高低顺序为A级>B级>C级。
在该实施例中,根据每个业务员的综合评分进行优先级分类,提高了对业务员分类的准确性,有利于筛选出业务水平较好的业务员优先分配激活,使其更有效率的开展业务活动、提高业务能力。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述综合评分可通过如下公式计得到:

在该实施例中,通过业务员综合评分函数计算每个业务员的综合评分,综合考虑了影响业务员业务能力的主要因素以及各个主要因素的影响权重,得到的综合评分具有客观性和针对性,有利于评价业务员的业务能力,并为后续的业务工作的拓展提供基础。
该实施例中,第一阈值、第二阈值可通过统计待筛选业务员的综合评分的分布趋势图进行确定,其中根据该第一阈值、第二阈值划分的A级业务员的比例不高于20%,B级业务员的比例不低于50%。
步骤03,按照预设的分配策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行分配,按预设的激活策略对分配后的业务员进行激活。
其中,所述分配策略包括按照预定的时间间隔从待激活数据中选取预定数量的业务员数据进行分配处理,其中所述预定数量的业务员中A级的业务员比例不低于第三阈值,C级的业务员比例不低于第四阈值。激活策略包括根据已激活的业务员优先级比例设定激活的优先级顺序,如已激活的A级业务员比例较高的坐席可选择B>A>C或B>C>A的激活顺序,并根据现有的任务量选择日激活数量以及激活的起始时间。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述预定的时间间隔根据实际数据分配到激活之间的时间间隔进行调整,如实际数据分配到激活之间的时间间隔为Ts,所述预定的时间间隔可为T+30s,所述预定数量可按照待激活数据量的20%-30%的比例进行选取。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述第三阈值的范围为10-20%,优选第三阈值 为15%,所述第四阈值的范围为20-30%,优选第四阈值为25%。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述分配策略还包括将预定数量的业务员分配至高优先级的坐席,所述坐席的优先级按其名下已激活业务员的比例以及空闲时间划分,已激活的业务员的比例高于预定阈值且坐席空闲时间比例低于预定阈值时,所述坐席为高优先级,优先将所述预定数量的业务员分配至所述高优先级坐席。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述坐席名下已激活业务员的比例高于80%且坐席空闲时间比例低于30%的为高优先级坐席。
实施例二
参阅图2,示出了业务员筛选激活方法的另一实施方式,对数据库中的业务员按照是否主动进线咨询,将数据库中待激活的业务员分为两类,其中未主动进线咨询的按实施例一所述的筛选激活方法进行处理,主动进线咨询的业务员按如下步骤进行筛选激活:
S01,获取待筛选业务员的属性信息,所述属性信息包括待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识和属性值。
其中,待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识同实施例一中所述,在此不再赘述,所述属性值为系统根据业务员主动进线咨询的内容进行自动评分得到的,如业务员咨询的内容涉及有确定的目标客户、预约下次沟通的时间,则该类业务员的属性值较高。
S02,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,筛选出重点业务员。
其中,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,筛选出重点业务员,具体包括对每个业务员设定星级标签,该星级标签为分类标识,包括1-5星级标签,3-5星标签为重点业务员,除了星级标签外,重点业务员还设有目标客户量标签 和客户评分标签,目标客户量标签为系统根据进线咨询业务员的咨询内容确定的目标客户数目,客户评分标签为该业务员以往客户给出的综合满意度评分。
S03,对筛选出的重点业务员进行分配并激活。
系统间隔一定时间激活该重点业务员,并将已激活的业务员分配到坐席,系统优先激活具有3-5星标签的业务员。
其中业务员主动进线咨询包括通过电话进线、多媒体IM进线、APP预约,通过电话进线和多媒体IM进线的业务员由坐席根据咨询的内容给其设定标签,通过APP预约进线咨询,只要通过APP预约,系统自动激活该业务员。
在该实施例中,在对业务员根据属性值进行分类前,对数据库中待筛选的业务员根据是否主动进线咨询进行初级筛选,从而筛选出属性值较高的业务员,该类业务员属于重点业务员的概率较高,从概率较高的业务员中筛选重点业务员一方面有利于缓解实施例一中待筛选激活业务员的数量过大,另一方面,因为业务员通过业务员的主动进线咨询,坐席能够更好的了解业务员目前的业务情况并根据所咨询的内容确定是否属于重点业务员范畴,简化了后续的筛选激活流程,提高业务员筛选的效率。
实施例三
参阅图3,示出了一种业务员筛选激活系统,在本实施例中,业务员筛选激活系统被分割成一个或多个程序模块,一个或者多个程序模块被存储于存储介质中,并由一个或多个处理器所执行,以完成本申请。本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序本身更适合描述业务员筛选激活系统在存储介质中的执行过程,以下描述将具体介 绍本实施例各程序模块的功能:
采集模块201,用于从业务员数据库中采集待筛选业务员的属性信息,包括业务员的基本信息以及业务信息,并将采集到的信息发送至缓存模块202。
缓存模块202,用于临时存储待筛选业务员的属性信息,并将待筛选业务员的属性信息发送至分类模块203。所述缓存模块用于存储信息采集模块201从业务员数据库中采集到的业务员的属性信息,并将该属性信息发送至分类模块203。
分类模块203,用于接收缓存模块202发送的待筛选业务员的属性信息,并对待筛选业务员进行优先级分类,形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据,所述分类模块将所述待激活业务员发送至处理模块204。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述分类模块包括计算子模块2031和分类子模块2032,所述计算子模块2031用于根据业务员的属性标签计算其属性值,所述分类子模块2032用于根据属性值对业务员进行优先级分类。所述计算子模块2031预先存储有多个计算公式,并根据实际的计算变量选择对应的计算公式,并将计算结果输出至分类子模块2032,所述分类子模块2032设有多个分类策略,通过选择相应的分类策略对业务员进行优先级分类。
处理模块204,用于接收待激活数据中的业务员信息,并按照预设的分配策略和激活策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行激活。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述处理模块包括分配子模块2041和激活子模块2042,所述分配子模块2041用于将待激活数据中的业务员分配至坐席,所述激活子模块2042用于对经过分配的业务员进行激活。所述分配子模块2041中设有预设的分配策略,所述待激活数据中的业务员被发送至分配子模 块2041后,系统自动根据预设的分配策略对该部分数据进行分配,并将分配结果发送至激活子模块2042,激活子模块2042接收到分配数据后自动根据预设的激活策略对相应的业务员进行激活处理,并将激活的业务员信息发送至坐席呼出模块,待坐席呼出。
实施例四
参阅图6所示,本实施例提供一种电子装置。是本申请电子装置一实施例的硬件架构示意图。本实施例中,所述电子装置2是一种能够按照事先设定或者存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备。例如,可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式计算机、机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器(包括独立的服务器,或者多个服务器所组成的服务器集群)等。如图所示,所述电子装置2至少包括,但不限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器21、处理器22、网络接口23、以及实现业务员筛选激活的系统20。其中:
所述存储器21至少包括一种类型的计算机可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器21可以是所述电子装置2的内部存储模块,例如该电子装置2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器21也可以是所述电子装置2的外部存储设备,例如该电子装置2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器21还可以既包括所述电子装置2的内部存储模块也包括其外部 存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器21通常用于存储安装于所述电子装置2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如所述业务员筛选激活系统20的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器21还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器22在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器22通常用于控制所述电子装置2的总体操作,例如执行与所述电子装置2进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,所述处理器22用于运行所述存储器21中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的业务员筛选激活的系统20等。
所述网络接口23可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口23通常用于在所述电子装置2与其他电子装置之间建立通信连接。例如,所述网络接口23用于通过网络将所述电子装置2与外部终端相连,在所述电子装置2与外部终端之间的建立数据传输通道和通信连接等。所述网络可以是企业内部网(Intranet)、互联网(Internet)、全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、4G网络、5G网络、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Wi-Fi等无线或有线网络。
需要指出的是,图6仅示出了具有部件21-23的电子装置,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的部件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的部件。
在本实施例中,存储于存储器21中的所述业务员筛选激活的系统20还可以被分割为一个或者多个程序模块,所述一个或者多个程序模块被存储于存储器21中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为处理器22)所执行,以完成本申请。
例如,图3示出了所述实现业务员筛选激活的系统20第一实施例的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述基于业务员筛选激活的系统20可以被划分为采集模块201、缓存模块202、分类模块203以及处理模块204。其中,本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述所述业务员筛选激活的系统20在所述电子装置2中的执行过程。所述程序模块201-204的具体功能在实施例三中已有详细描述,在此不再赘述。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有所述业务员筛选激活的系统20,该业务员筛选激活系统20被一个或多个处理器执行时实现上述业务员筛选激活的方法或电子装置的操作。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种业务员筛选激活方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤01,获取待筛选业务员的属性信息,所述属性信息包括待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识和属性标签;步骤02,根据待筛选业务员的属性标签计算相应业务员的属性值,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,并形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据;步骤03,按照预设的分配策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行分配,按预设的激活策略对分配后的业务员进行激活。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务员筛选激活方法,其特征在于,步骤02中的所述属性值为业务员的综合评分,根据待筛选业务员的综合评分对业务员进行优先级分类,其中,综合评分大于第一阈值的优先级为A级,综合评分介于第一阈值与第二阈值之间的优先级为B级,综合评分小于第二阈值的优先级为C级,所述A级、B级、C级为业务员的分类标识,所述第一阈值大于第二阈值,所述优先级高低顺序为A级>B级>C级。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务员筛选激活方法,其特征在于,步骤03中的分配策略包括按照预定的时间间隔从待激活数据中选取预定数量的业务员数据进行分配处理,其中所述预定数量的业务员中A级的业务员比例不低于第三阈值,C级的业务员比例不低于第四阈值。
- 根据权利要求4所述的业务员筛选激活方法,其特征在于,步骤03中的分配策略还包括将预定数量的业务员分配至高优先级的坐席,所述坐席的优先级按其名下已激活业务员的比例以及空闲时间划分,已激活的业务员的比例高于预定阈值且坐席空闲时间比例低于预定阈值时,所述坐席为高优先级,优先将所述预定数量的业务员分配至所述高优先级坐席。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务员筛选激活方法,其特征在于,步骤03中的激活策略包括根据已激活的业务员优先级比例设定激活的优先级顺序,并根据现有的任务量选择日激活数量以及激活的起始时间。
- 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其特征在于,所述存储器用于存储可被所述处理器执行的业务员筛选激活系统,所述业务员筛选激活系统包括:采集模块,用于从业务员数据库中采集业务员的属性信息;缓存模块,用于临时存储待筛选业务员的属性信息,并将待筛选业务员的属性信息发送至分类模块;分类模块,用于接收缓存器发送的待筛选业务员的属性信息,并对待筛选业务员进行优先级分类,形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据,所述分类模块将所述待激活业务员发送至处理模块;处理模块,用于接收待激活数据中的业务员信息,并按照预设的分配策略和激活策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行激活。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述分类模块包括计算子模块和分类子模块,所述计算子模块用于根据业务员的属性标签计算其属性值,所述分类子模块用于根据属性值对业务员进行优先级分类。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括分配子模块和激活子模块,所述分配子模块用于将待激活数据中的业务员分配至坐席,所述激活子模块用于对经过分配的业务员进行激活。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有业务员筛选激活的系统,所述筛选激活系统可被至少一个处理器所执行,以实现如下步骤:步骤01,获取待筛选业务员的属性信息,所述属性信息包括待筛选业务员的唯一识别标识和属性标签;步骤02,根据待筛选业务员的属性标签计算相应业务员的属性值,根据属性值对业务员进行分类,并形成每个业务员的分类标识,所述待筛选业务员的识别标识和分类标识匹配形成业务员的待激活数据;步骤03,按照预设的分配策略对待激活数据中的业务员进行分配,按预设的激活策略对分配后的业务员进行激活。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,步骤02中的所述属性值为业务员的综合评分,根据待筛选业务员的综合评分对业 务员进行优先级分类,其中,综合评分大于第一阈值的优先级为A级,综合评分介于第一阈值与第二阈值之间的优先级为B级,综合评分小于第二阈值的优先级为C级,所述A级、B级、C级为业务员的分类标识,所述第一阈值大于第二阈值,所述优先级高低顺序为A级>B级>C级。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,步骤03中的分配策略包括按照预定的时间间隔从待激活数据中选取预定数量的业务员数据进行分配处理,其中所述预定数量的业务员中A级的业务员比例不低于第三阈值,C级的业务员比例不低于第四阈值。
- 根据权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,步骤 03中的分配策略还包括将预定数量的业务员分配至高优先级的坐席,所述坐席的优先级按其名下已激活业务员的比例以及空闲时间划分,已激活的业务员的比例高于预定阈值且坐席空闲时间比例低于预定阈值时,所述坐席为高优先级,优先将所述预定数量的业务员分配至所述高优先级坐席。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,步骤03中的激活策略包括根据已激活的业务员优先级比例设定激活的优先级顺序,并根据现有的任务量选择日激活数量以及激活的起始时间。
