在本实施例中,存储于存储器21中的所述丰富微信客户标签的系统20还可以被分割为一个或者多个程序模块,所述一个或者多个程序模块被存储于存储器21中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为处理器22)所执行,以完成本申请。
例如,图2示出了所述丰富微信客户标签的系统20第一实施例的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述丰富微信客户标签的系统20可以被分割为二维码生成模块201、显示模块202、信息获取模块203、微信客户数据库204、标签丰富模块205。以下描述将具体介绍所述程序模块201-205的具体 功能。
二维码生成模块201用于生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;
显示模块202用于在客户终端通过扫描二维码关注企业微信公众号后,显示填写客户信息的对话框和赠品信息;
信息获取模块203用于接收客户在对话框内填写的客户信息;
微信客户数据库204用于通过通讯平台对接微信接口,获取微信端保存的客户信息并转存,每个所述客户信息对应一个客户ID,且每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集;
标签丰富模块205用于通过将微信客户数据库204和企业已有客户数据库的比对,用企业已有客户数据库中的客户标签补充微信客户数据库204中相同客户的标签。
本实施例中,所述丰富微信客户标签的系统20通过吸引潜在客户关注微信公众号来获取客户信息,基于微信用户之间具有较高的黏性,使得企业通过微信平台能获取更多有价值的客户。
而由于通过微信平台获取的客户信息比较有效,而且其中不乏与企业已有客户数据库中的客户相重复,因此通过本系统20在微信获客的基础上,还通过企业已有客户数据库中的客户的标签去丰富微信客户数据库中的客户的标签,使得利用微信平台也能实现差异化营销推送,提高营销的成功率。
又例如,图3示出了本申请电子装置中丰富微信客户标签的系统另一实施例中标签丰富模块的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述标签丰富模块205进一步被细化分割为客户集选取子模块2051、标签预设子模块2052、标签选取子模块2053、筛选子模块2054、标签去重子模块2055、标签合并子模块2056。
其中,程序模块2051-2056所实现的功能如下:
客户集选取子模块2051用于从微信客户数据库中获取一个客户集;
标签预设子模块2052用于预设选取待筛选标签所在的维度;
标签选取子模块2053用于在预设的维度上获取所述从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签作为待筛选标签,并将所述待筛选标签发送至筛选子模块;
筛选子模块2054用于根据接收到的所述待筛选标签,从所述企业已有客户数据库中筛选出具有所述待筛选标签的客户集;
标签去重子模块2055用于将筛选出的客户集中的与所述从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签去重;
标签合并子模块2056用于将去重后的筛选出的客户集中的标签与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的客户ID进行关联,然后覆盖微信客户数据库中原有的客户集并保存。
其次,本申请还提出一种丰富微信客户标签的方法。
在第一实施例中,如图4所示,所述丰富微信客户标签的方法步骤如下:
S1、获取客户信息:当客户终端通过扫描二维码关注企业微信公众号后,显示填写客户信息的对话框,接收客户在对话框内填写的客户信息,为每个所述客户信息对应一个客户ID,且每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集保存至微信端;
S2、建立微信客户数据库:通过通讯平台对接微信接口,获取微信端保存的客户信息并转存至微信客户数据库;
S3、丰富客户ID上所关联的标签:通过将微信客户数据库和企业已有客户数据库的比对,用企业已有客户数据库中的客户标签补充微信客户数据库中相同客户的标签。
本实施例中,借助微信平台发布企业微信公众号吸引客户关注并填写客户信息,其获取客户信息的成本低、数量大;再通过企业已有客户数据库中的标签为微信客户数据库中相同的客户进行标签丰富,以使企业通过微信公 众号得以针对客户的定位推送差异化的营销信息,进而提高营销的成功率。
在第二实施例中,如图5所示,基于第一实施例,所述步骤S1进一步包括如下分步骤:
S11、生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;
S12、将所述二维码进行广告投放,在客户扫描所述二维码以关注所述企业微信公众号时,向所述客户推送赠品信息;
S13、在客户索取所述赠品时,通过企业微信公众号接收客户所填写的基本信息;
S14、微信端为每个客户分配一个客户ID,且为每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集进行保存。
本实施例中,所述包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码主要通过外部媒介渠道进行广告投放,通常还会配以扫描二维码关注微信公众号以获赠品的宣传,以吸引客户扫描二维码。当客户关注企业微信公众号后,首次会无差异地推送赠品信息,吸引客户进一步填写其客户信息来获取赠品,比如要求客户填写姓名、性别、年龄和手机号码等参与获取赠品活动,为方便赠品的发放,赠品通常不会是实物类的,比如话费、红包等。当然,如果赠品为实物,需要邮寄才能获取,还可以要求客户填写邮寄地址。
另外,随着手机号码实名制的推行,仅通过手机号码通常便可准确识别客户身份,因此,所述客户的客户信息中,可仅将手机号码设为必填项。
本实施例中,所述标签具体包括所述客户关注所述企业微信公众号的关注时间,所述关注时间由微信端自动记录生成;此外,所述标签还包括从客户填写的客户信息中提出的关键词,比如客户填写的手机号码、性别等。
在第三实施例中,如图6所示,基于第二实施例,所述步骤S2进一步包括如下分步骤:
S21、设置获取微信端保存的客户集的时间;
S22、通过通讯平台对接微信接口;
S23、根据设置的时间定期获取微信端保存的客户集,并将所述客户集转存到所述微信客户数据库中。
本实施例中,所述获取微信端保存的客户集的时间通常在系统正式使用前便预设好的。
在第四实施例中,如图7所示,基于第三实施例,所述步骤S3进一步包括如下分步骤:
S31、从微信客户数据库中获取一个客户集,并选取所述客户集中的一个标签作为待筛选标签;
S32、用待筛选标签与企业已有客户数据库中的标签进行比对;
S33、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集,若是则执行步骤S34,若否则执行步骤S39;
S34、将企业已有客户数据库中具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集取出;
S35、将从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签与企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的标签逐个进行比对;
S36、判断企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中是否具有与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签,若是则执行S37,若否则执行步骤S39;
S37、将从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签去重;
S38、将去重后的从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中标签与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的客户ID进行关联,以形成具有丰富标签的客户集,并将所述具有丰富标签的客户集覆盖微信客户数据库中被获取的 客户集进行保存;
S39、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否还有未与所述待筛选标签相比对的客户集,若是则执行步骤S32,若否则结束。
优选地,由于手机号码通常便可准确识别客户身份,因此这里所述待筛选标签优选为客户的手机号码。
下面以通过微信平台获取客户,并对获取的客户的标签进行丰富后,实现差异化营销推送为例,具体说明其流程步骤:
1、通过微信公众号获取客户信息
1.1、生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;1.2、将二维码通过外部媒介渠道进行广告投放,并配以扫描二维码关注微信公众号以获赠品的宣传;1.3、客户关注企业微信公众号之后,首次无差异推送获取赠品的宣传方式;1.4、引导客户至少填写手机号码以获取赠品;1.5、微信端将客户的关注时间和填写的包括手机号码在内的客户信息作为标签与给客户分配的客户ID进行关联保存在微信端。
2、建立微信客户数据库
2.1、预设获取微信端保存的客户集的时间;2.2、通过通讯平台对接微信接口;2.3、将微信端保存的客户集转存到企业服务器上,形成微信客户数据库。
3、丰富客户ID上所关联的标签
以丰富客户集A中的客户ID所关联的标签为例具体说明,包括:
3.1、将选取待筛选标签所在的维度预设为手机号码;3.2、从微信客户数据中获取代表所述客户A的客户集A,所述客户集A中包括客户ID和与之关联的所有标签;3.3、获取客户集A中的具体手机号码作为待筛选标签;3.4、将客户集A中的具体手机号码与企业已有客户数据库中的客户集的手机号码一一比对,并将具有与该客户集A中的具体手机号码相同手机号码的客户集A’取出;3.5、将客户集A’中的各标签与客户集A中各标签进行逐个 比对,并将相同的标签从客户集A’中去除,以得到客户集A”;3.6、将客户集A”中标签与客户集A的客户ID进行关联得到客户集a,用客户集a覆盖微信客户数据库中的客户集A进行保存。
4、划分客户类型
4.1、将丰富标签后的微信客户数据库中的客户集根据标签进行分组。
5、制定营销方案
5.1、对应不同组别的客户,编辑不同的活动方案;5.2、对应不同组别的客户,编辑不同的推送活动方案的时间。
6、推送活动方案
6.1根据制定的营销方案,分别向不同组别的客户发送活动方案。
此外,本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有所述丰富微信客户标签的系统20,该丰富微信客户标签的系统20被一个或多个处理器执行时实现上述丰富微信客户标签的方法或电子装置的操作。
虽然以上描述了本申请的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本申请的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本申请的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本申请的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、获取客户信息:当客户终端通过扫描二维码关注企业微信公众号后,显示填写客户信息的对话框,接收客户在对话框内填写的客户信息,为每个所述客户信息对应一个客户ID,且每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集保存至微信端;
    S2、建立微信客户数据库:通过通讯平台对接微信接口,获取微信端保存的客户信息并转存至微信客户数据库;
    S3、丰富客户ID上所关联的标签:通过将微信客户数据库和企业已有客户数据库的比对,用企业已有客户数据库中的客户标签补充微信客户数据库中相同客户的标签。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括如下分步骤:
    S11、生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;
    S12、将所述二维码进行广告投放,在客户扫描所述二维码以关注所述企业微信公众号时,向所述客户推送赠品信息;
    S13、在客户索取所述赠品时,通过企业微信公众号接收客户所填写的基本信息;
    S14、微信端为每个客户分配一个客户ID,且为每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集进行保存。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述客户信息至少包括客户的手机号码。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括如下分步骤:
    S21、设置获取微信端保存的客户集的时间;
    S22、通过通讯平台对接微信接口;
    S23、根据设置的时间定期获取微信端保存的客户集,并将所述客户集转存到所述微信客户数据库中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述标签包括:所述客户关注所述企业微信公众号的关注时间,以及所述客户填写的客户信息中的关键词。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括如下分步骤:
    S31、从微信客户数据库中获取一个客户集,并选取所述客户集中的一个标签作为待筛选标签;
    S32、用待筛选标签与企业已有客户数据库中的标签进行比对;
    S33、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集,若是则执行步骤S34,若否则执行步骤S39;
    S34、将企业已有客户数据库中具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集取出;
    S35、将从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签与企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的标签逐个进行比对;
    S36、判断企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中是否具有与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签,若是则执行S37,若否则执行步骤S39;
    S37、将从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签去重;
    S38、将去重后的从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中标签与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的客户ID进行关联,以形成具有丰富标签的客户集,并将所述具有丰富标签的客户集覆盖微信客户数据库中被获取的客户集进行保存;
    S39、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否还有未与所述待筛选标签相比对的客户集,若是则执行步骤S32,若否则结束。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的丰富微信客户标签的方法,其特征在于,所述待筛选标签为客户的手机号码。
  8. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其特征在于,所述存储器上存储有可被所述处理器执行的丰富微信客户标签的系统,所述丰富微信客户标签的系统包括:
    二维码生成模块,用于生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;
    显示模块,用于在客户终端通过扫描二维码关注企业微信公众号后,显示填写客户信息的对话框和赠品信息;
    信息获取模块,用于接收客户在对话框内填写的客户信息;
    微信客户数据库,用于通过通讯平台对接微信接口,获取微信端保存的客户信息并转存,每个所述客户信息对应一个客户ID,且每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集;
    标签丰富模块,用于通过将微信客户数据库和企业已有客户数据库的比对,用企业已有客户数据库中的客户标签补充微信客户数据库中相同客户的标签。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述标签丰富模块包括如下子模块:
    客户集选取子模块,用于从微信客户数据库中获取一个客户集;
    标签预设子模块,用于预设选取待筛选标签所在的维度;
    标签选取子模块,用于在预设的维度上获取所述从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签作为待筛选标签,并将所述待筛选标签发送至筛选子模块;
    筛选子模块,用于根据接收到的所述待筛选标签,从所述企业已有客户数据库中筛选出具有所述待筛选标签的客户集;
    标签去重子模块,用于将筛选出的客户集中的与所述从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签去重;
    标签合并子模块,用于将去重后的筛选出的客户集中的标签与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的客户ID进行关联,然后覆盖微信客户数据库中原有的客户集并保存。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有丰富微信客户标签的系统,所述丰富微信客户标签的系统可被至少一个处理器所执行,以实现以下步骤:
    S1、获取客户信息:当客户终端通过扫描二维码关注企业微信公众号后,显示填写客户信息的对话框,接收客户在对话框内填写的客户信息,所述客户信息至少包括客户的手机号码,为每个所述客户信息对应一个客户ID,且每个客户ID在一个或多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集保存至微信端;
    S2、建立微信客户数据库:通过通讯平台对接微信接口,获取微信端保存的客户信息并转存至微信客户数据库;
    S3、丰富客户ID上所关联的标签:通过将微信客户数据库和企业已有客户数据库的比对,用企业已有客户数据库中的客户标签补充微信客户数据库中相同客户的标签。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括如下分步骤:
    S11、生成包含有企业微信公众号信息的二维码;
    S12、将所述二维码进行广告投放,在客户扫描所述二维码以关注所述企业微信公众号时,向所述客户推送赠品信息;
    S13、在客户索取所述赠品时,通过企业微信公众号接收客户所填写的基本信息;
    S14、微信端为每个客户分配一个客户ID,且为每个客户ID在一个或 多个维度上匹配至少一个标签以形成一个客户集进行保存。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述客户信息至少包括客户的手机号码。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括如下分步骤:
    S21、设置获取微信端保存的客户集的时间;
    S22、通过通讯平台对接微信接口;
    S23、根据设置的时间定期获取微信端保存的客户集,并将所述客户集转存到所述微信客户数据库中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述标签包括:所述客户关注所述企业微信公众号的关注时间,以及所述客户填写的客户信息中的关键词。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括如下分步骤:
    S31、从微信客户数据库中获取一个客户集,并选取所述客户集中的一个标签作为待筛选标签;
    S32、用待筛选标签与企业已有客户数据库中的标签进行比对;
    S33、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集,若是则执行步骤S34,若否则执行步骤S39;
    S34、将企业已有客户数据库中具有与所述待筛选标签相匹配的标签的客户集取出;
    S35、将从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签与企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的标签逐个进行比对;
    S36、判断企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中是否具有与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签,若是则执行S37,若否则执行步骤S39;
    S37、将从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中的与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的标签相同的标签去重;
    S38、将去重后的从企业已有客户数据库中取出的客户集中标签与从微信客户数据库中获取的客户集中的客户ID进行关联,以形成具有丰富标签的客户集,并将所述具有丰富标签的客户集覆盖微信客户数据库中被获取的客户集进行保存;
    S39、判断企业已有客户数据库中是否还有未与所述待筛选标签相比对的客户集,若是则执行步骤S32,若否则结束。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述待筛选标签为客户的手机号码。
