Description

一种便携式超声波清洗机 技术领域
本实用新型属于超声波清洗机技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式超声波清洗机。
背景技术
超声波清洗是利用超声波发生器发出的高频振荡信号,通过换能器转换成高频机械振荡而传播到介质清洗溶剂中,超声波在清洗液中疏密相间的向前辐射,使液体流动而产生数以万计微小气泡,存在于液体中的微小气泡在声场的作用下振动。这些气泡在超声波纵向传播的负压区形成、生长,而在正压区,当声压达到一定值时,气泡迅速增大,然后突然闭合。在这种被称之为“空化”效应的过程中,气泡闭合可形成几百度的高温和超过1000个气压的瞬间高压,连续不断地产生瞬间高压就象一连串小“爆炸”不断地冲击物件表面,使物件的表面及缝隙中的不溶性污物迅速剥落,分散于清洗液中,当团体粒子被油污裹着而黏附在清洗件表面时,油污被乳化,固体粒子脱离,从而达到清洗件净化的目的。超声波清洗技术主要应用于机械、电子、光学、医药、电镀、涂装及真空镀膜前处理等行业。现有技术中绝大多数声波清洗机体积比较大,结构复杂,控制系统非常庞大,一般都是大中型设备,对于生活中常用的小物件如项链、手镯、戒指、耳环、表带、胸章、领带夹、眼镜等产品的清洗很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便携式超声波清洗机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种便携式超声波清洗机,包括上壳、下壳和支腿,所述上壳通过卡接件与下壳卡接连接,所述支腿卡接于下壳上,所述下壳的底部位于支腿的内侧设有封板,所述超声波 换能器位于清洗机机体的内部且固定于清洗机底部的底板上,所述超声波换能器上部设有导线套筒,且所述导线套筒内设有电线。
优选的,所述所述上壳的形状为半圆环形,且所述上壳上设有注密封胶孔和导线出孔。
优选的,所述所述支腿等角度对称设有四个,且所述支腿的底部设有防滑减震橡胶垫。
优选的,所述上壳与下壳的卡接处以及下壳和支腿的卡接处均设有密封胶圈。
优选的,所述下壳上固定设有插销,所述支腿上固定设有插槽,且插销插接于插槽上。
优选的,所述上壳和下壳的外表面均喷覆有环氧树脂抗腐蚀层。
本实用新型的技术效果和优点:该便携式超声波清洗机,对物品进行清洗,以清洗物品上的污渍,节水节电且清洗效果好,使用操作便捷,是一种能够便捷的对常用的小物件进行清洗同时不会对所清洗物件及清洗液造成二次污染的微型超声波清洗机,携带方便,机型小巧,结构设计合理,实用性强。

本实用新型提供了如图1-3所示的一种便携式超声波清洗机,包括上壳1、下壳2和支腿3,所述上壳1通过卡接件与下壳2卡接连接,所述支腿3卡接于下壳2上,所述下壳2的底部位于支腿3的内侧设有封板4,所述超声波换能器6位于清洗机机体的内部且固定于清洗机底部的底板上,所述超声波换能器6上部设有导线套筒9,且所述导线套筒9内设有电线10。
具体的,所述所述上壳1的形状为半圆环形,且所述上壳1上设有注密封胶孔8和导线出孔7。

工作原理,该便携式超声波清洗机,以“空化”效应为基础,对物件表面产生冲击,使物件的表面及缝隙中的不溶性污物迅速剥落,对物品进行清洗,以清洗物品上的污渍,节水节电且清洗效果好,使用操作便捷,是一种能够便捷的对常用的小物件进行清洗同时不会对所清洗物件及清洗液造成二次污染的微型超声波清洗机,携带方便,机型小巧,结构设计合理,实用性强。

  1. 一种便携式超声波清洗机,包括上壳(1)、下壳(2)和支腿(3),其特征在于:所述上壳(1)通过卡接件与下壳(2)卡接连接,所述支腿(3)卡接于下壳(2)上,所述下壳(2)的底部位于支腿(3)的内侧设有封板(4),所述超声波换能器(6)位于清洗机机体的内部且固定于清洗机底部的底板上,所述超声波换能器(6)上部设有导线套筒(9),且所述导线套筒(9)内设有电线(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式超声波清洗机,其特征在于:所述所述上壳(1)的形状为半圆环形,且所述上壳(1)上设有注密封胶孔(8)和导线出孔(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式超声波清洗机,其特征在于:所述所述支腿(3)等角度对称设有四个,且所述支腿(3)的底部设有防滑减震橡胶垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式超声波清洗机,其特征在于:所述上壳(1)与下壳(2)的卡接处以及下壳(2)和支腿(3)的卡接处均设有密封胶圈(5)。
