Description

一种静电聚尘设施 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烟尘净化技术领域,具体涉及一种静电聚尘设施。
背景技术
在铜铝铁等各种金属熔炼加工期间会产生大量的金属和其它非金属烟尘,必须按装除尘设施。原有的除尘方法是,熔炼炉产生的烟尘经过回收装置经烟道进入布袋除尘房,由布袋除尘箱后的引风机抽引、含烟尘废气通过布袋,将大部分烟尘内的颗粒隔离在布袋内。待布袋上存留的灰尘较多时轮换到备用布袋除尘房。
此前使用设备存在着很大缺陷:因各品种金属材料熔点和沸点不同,以及各种因素影响,有部分颗粒物细于除尘布的丝缝,造成这些颗粒物不能被布袋隔离,穿透布袋,污染环境。且过去的布袋除尘箱,通入的烟尘只是简单通过布袋上的细网过滤,使烟尘在布袋内壁上很快的堆积,烟尘颗粒达到峰值状态而需要人工手摇或机械清理灰尘清灰的时间间隔断。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、除尘效果提高的工业炉窑废气除尘增效装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种静电聚尘设施,包括:箱体、布袋、鼓风机,多个布袋顶端并列悬挂于箱体上壁,箱体下层一端设有一进风口,箱体下层上安装有一鼓风机且紧靠进风口处,鼓风机前端设有一用于碰撞挤压烟尘微粒产生静电的挡板,箱体的上层另一端设有一出风口,出风口连接输气管一端,输气管另一端设有一引风机;利用鼓风机的强风力作用推送烟尘中微小颗粒物使前方挡板碰 撞挤压、摩擦使微型颗粒产生静电正负相吸附作用,使之烟尘颗粒物迅速增大,减少了向上而进入布袋内部的烟尘颗粒量,延迟了烟尘颗粒达到峰值状态而需要清灰的时间间隔,两次清灰的时间间隔延长到二十四小时。
进一步地,布袋上设有紧挨的丝缝,布袋上的丝缝用于过滤烟尘中的微小颗粒。
再进一步地,箱体上层的底部设有聚尘槽,聚尘槽主要用于收集烟尘中受静电作用而增大体积,受重力作用而下降的烟尘颗粒。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、除尘效果好的环保设施的装置,主要是通过摩擦产生静电相吸附加重,重力沉降的方式,经过鼓风机强力推送烟尘中微小颗粒物与前方挡板碰撞挤压、摩擦使微型颗粒产生静电而相互吸附,使颗粒变大,重力增大而沉降在箱体下层,减少了向上而进入布袋内部的烟尘颗粒量,延迟了烟尘颗粒达到峰值状态而需要清灰的时间间隔,两次清灰的时间间隔延长到二十四小时,大幅度提高了除尘效果和除尘设备的利用率,降低了清理灰尘的工作强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。

进一步地,布袋2上设有紧挨的丝缝,布袋2上的丝缝用于过滤烟尘中的微小颗粒。
再进一步地,箱体上层的底部设有聚尘槽6,聚尘槽主要用于收集烟尘中受静电作用而增大体积,受重力作用而下降的烟尘颗粒。
本实用新型的工作原理:烟尘通过烟道进入箱体1内,再经过鼓风机3强力推送烟尘中微小颗粒物与前方挡板7碰撞挤压、摩擦使微型颗粒产生静电而相互吸附,使颗粒变大,重力增大而沉降在箱体下层,减少了向上而进入布袋2内部的烟尘颗粒量,延迟了烟尘颗粒达到峰值状态而需要清灰的时间间隔,经吸风机的吸力作用而带动烟尘往布袋2外运动,烟尘通过布袋2内壁的细缝过滤,阻挡于布袋2内部的颗粒不断累积重量加大而通过手摇而降沉到下层,被净化后的烟尘通过引风机而吸向外部。

  1. 一种静电聚尘设施,其特征在于:包括:箱体、布袋、鼓风机,所述多个布袋并列悬挂于箱体上壁,所述箱体下层一端设有一进风口,所述箱体下层上安装有一鼓风机且紧靠进风口处,所述鼓风机前端设有一用于碰撞挤压烟尘微粒产生静电的挡板,所述箱体的上层另一端设有一出风口,所述出风口连接输气管一端,所述输气管另一端设有一引风机。
