一种电缆填料函组合板及安装方法,包括安装板(1),安装板(1)上开设有多个用于安装填料函的通孔(2),安装板(1)的背面上对应通孔(2)设置有用于防止填料函的六角螺母(3)转动的限位部(4)。使用该电缆填料函可实现对冷库的壁板同时穿设多条电缆,并且可通过调整通孔(2)数量满足穿设不同数量电缆的要求,安装板(1)背面上设置限位部(4)可有效地防止填料函在拧紧过程中填料函的六角螺母(3)跟随填料函本体转动而无法紧固的问题出现。

Description

一种电缆填料函组合板及安装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电缆安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种电缆填料函组合板及安装方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,电缆穿过冷库时需要使用冷库专用的电缆填料函组合板,但是现有的冷库专用的电缆填料函组合板是单个为主体,安装时需要对应每个填料函在冷库保温壁板上打一个孔来穿电缆,然后,每个电缆孔在安装填料函之前需要逐个灌注发泡材料以隔热,耗时较多。当穿设多条电缆时需要开设多个电缆孔及分别安装填料函,占用壁板空间较大,且需要较多的冷库专用的电缆填料函组合板。此外,开冷库的壁板上开设多个电缆孔安装电缆填料函组合板,操作复杂,且每个填料函安装时横竖较难对齐,影响冷库壁板的整体美观。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种电缆填料函组合板,其能够快速且方便的对冷库壁板穿设多条电缆,且外观美观。
本发明的另一个目的在于:提供一种电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,其操作方便,其能够快速的在冷库壁板上穿设多条电缆。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一方面,提供一种电缆填料函组合板,包括安装板,所述安装板上开设有多个用于安装填料函的通孔,所述安装板的背面上对应所述通孔设置有用于防 止所述填料函的六角螺母转动的限位部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述限位部为平行设置于所述通孔的两侧的限位板,位于所述通孔两侧的所述限位板沿所述通孔的轴线对称设置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,两个所述限位板之间的距离与所述六角螺母的对边距离相等。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述限位板远离所述安装板的一侧设置有用于防止所述六角螺母掉落的挡板。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述通孔下方设置有用于防止所述六角螺母从所述安装板的下方掉落的横隔板。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述限位板远离所述通孔的一侧设置有连接加强部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述安装板上开设有用于固定所述安装板的螺孔。
另一方面,提供一种电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,使用如上所述的电缆填料函组合板,包括以下步骤:
S10、将填料函安装于安装板上,并使所述填料函的六角螺母位于所述安装板的限位部内;
S20、将电缆穿设于所述填料函内;
S30、将安装板固定到冷库的壁板上;
S40、拧紧每个所述填料函。
作为一种优选的技术方案,还包括在所述壁板上开设用于穿设电缆及安装所述安装板的过孔。
作为一种优选的技术方案,在将所述安装板固定到所述壁板上前对所述过 孔内灌注发泡剂。
本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,使用本发明所述的电缆填料函可实现对冷库的壁板同时穿设多条电缆,并且可通过调整通孔数量满足穿设不同数量电缆的要求,安装板背面上设置限位部可有效的防止填料函在拧紧过程中填料函的六角螺母跟随填料函本体转动而无法紧固的问题出现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1~3所示,于本实施例中,本发明所述的一种电缆填料函组合板,包括安装板1,所述安装板1上开设有多个用于安装填料函的通孔2,所述安装板1的背面上对应所述通孔2设置有用于防止所述填料函的六角螺母3转动的限位部4。
通过在冷库的壁板上开设安装本发明所述的电缆填料函组合板的过孔,可实现开设一个孔洞即可穿设多条电缆的目的。其次,安装板1的背面上设置限 位部4可在安装填料函时限制电缆填料函的六角螺母3的转动,避免六角螺母3跟随填料函本体转动而无法紧固,方便对电缆填料函的安装和紧固,同时通过调整安装板1上开设的通孔2数量可满足不同数量的电缆穿设要求,并且只需通过在安装板1上按照要求对齐开设通孔2即可实现填料函的有效排布,实现对填料函的安装对齐。在安装过程中只需在冷库的壁板上开设一个过孔,方便实现电缆的快速穿设,以及方便控制多条电缆穿设的排布,实现外观上美观的要求。
具体的,安装板1上的通孔2数量及通孔2的位置排布可根据实际需要做出调整以满足不同数量电缆的穿设要求。
优选的,所述限位部4为平行设置于所述通孔2的两侧的限位板5,位于所述通孔2两侧的所述限位板5沿所述通孔2的轴线对称设置。
进一步的,两个所述限位板5之间的距离与所述六角螺母3的对边距离相等。
与六角螺母3的对边距离相等的两限位板5可起到对六角螺母3的限定作用,防止六角螺母3随填料函本体的转动而转动,进一步的,限位板5的距离可比六角螺母3的对边距离稍大,可便于六角螺母3的放置,加快工作效率。
进一步的,安装板1上的通孔2分别的横竖两个方向上对正,限位板5分别设置于横排的通孔2两侧或竖排的通孔2两侧,可更方便限位板5的设置,不需单独对每个通孔2分别设置限位板5,加快工作效率。
优选的,所述限位板5远离所述安装板1的一侧设置有用于防止所述六角螺母3掉落的挡板6。
挡板6的设置可在与安装板1垂直的方向上对六角螺母3进行限位,防止放置于限位板5之间的六角螺母3在安装板1安装到冷库的壁板上时从安装板1 上掉落,或者在安装填料函时填料函本体的安装将六角螺母3推离限位板5从而无法顺利的进行安装。
进一步的,所述通孔2下方设置有用于防止所述六角螺母3从所述安装板1的下方掉落的横隔板7。
在通孔2的下方设置的横隔板7可防止六角螺母3在安装板1安装到冷库的壁板上时由于重力的作用而从限位板5的下方掉落。
优选的,所述限位板5远离所述通孔2的一侧设置有连接加强部8。
在限位板5远离通孔2的一侧设置加强部可加强限位板5与安装板1之间的连接强度,保证限位板5对六角螺母3的有效固定。
进一步的,所述安装板1上开设有用于固定所述安装板1的螺孔9。具体的,可通过使用螺钉穿过所述螺孔9将安装板1固定到冷库的壁板上,方便实现对安装板1的固定。
优选的,两所述限位板5之间的距离可调,所述安装板1上沿其长度方向开设有两平行的长孔,所述限位板5通过螺栓与两所述长孔可滑动连接。
两限位板5在长孔中滑动可调整两限位板5之间的距离,同时可在调整合适两限位板5之间的距离后对限位板5进行固定,实现了本发明所述的电缆填料函组合板适用于不同的填料函,可对不同大小的六角螺母进行固定。
此外,本发明还提供了一种电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,使用如上所述的电缆填料函组合板包括以下步骤:
S10、将填料函安装于安装板1上,并使所述填料函的六角螺母3位于所述安装板1的限位部4内;
S20、将电缆穿设于所述填料函内;
S30、将安装板1固定到冷库的壁板上;
S40、拧紧每个所述填料函。
优选的,还包括在所述壁板上开设用于穿设电缆及安装所述安装板1的过孔。
进一步的,在将所述安装板1固定到所述壁板上前对所述过孔内灌注发泡剂。
详细的安装过程为:
1、根据需要穿设的电缆数量确定具有对应数量的通孔2的电缆填料函组合板;
2、在冷库的壁板上对应所述电缆填料函组合板开设用于穿设电缆的过孔;
3、将电缆填料函的六角螺母3拧下放置到通孔2后对应的限位部4内;
4、将电缆穿过电缆填料函的本体和电缆填料函组合板;
5、对过孔使用发泡剂进行灌注,使得所述过孔内的空间被发泡剂填充满;
6、利用螺钉将电缆填料函组合板安装至冷库的壁板上遮盖住所述过孔;
7、对每个填料函进行拧紧。

  1. 一种电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,包括安装板,所述安装板上开设有多个用于安装填料函的通孔,所述安装板的背面上对应所述通孔设置有用于防止所述填料函的六角螺母转动的限位部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,所述限位部为平行设置于所述通孔的两侧的限位板,位于所述通孔两侧的所述限位板沿所述通孔的轴线对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,两个所述限位板之间的距离与所述六角螺母的对边距离相等。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,所述限位板远离所述安装板的一侧设置有用于防止所述六角螺母掉落的挡板。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,所述通孔下方设置有用于防止所述六角螺母从所述安装板的下方掉落的横隔板。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,所述限位板远离所述通孔的一侧设置有连接加强部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,所述安装板上开设有用于固定所述安装板的螺孔。
  8. 一种电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,使用如权利要求1至7任一项所述的电缆填料函组合板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、将填料函安装于安装板上,并使所述填料函的六角螺母位于所述安装板的限位部内;
    S20、将电缆穿设于所述填料函内;
    S30、将安装板固定到冷库的壁板上;
    S40、拧紧每个所述填料函。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述壁板上开设用于穿设电缆及安装所述安装板的过孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电缆填料函组合板的安装方法,其特征在于,在将所述安装板固定到所述壁板上前对所述过孔内灌注发泡剂。
