一种纺织用清洗结构 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种纺织用清洗结构。
背景技术
纺织布料在生产过程中,需要使用清洗装置对其进行清洗操作,清洗结构是清洗装置的重要组成部分之一,传统的清洗结构,清洗效率低下,从而延长了清洗装置的持续工作时间,缩短了清洗装置的使用寿命,增加了清洗装置的检修频率,增加成本的同时降低了工作效率,给使用者的使用带来不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种纺织用清洗结构,解决了清洗结构清洗效率低下的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种纺织用清洗结构,包括电机箱,所述电机箱的内腔固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴贯穿电机箱的顶部并固定连接有传动装置,所述传动装置顶部的两侧均固定连接有受力轴,所述受力轴的表面套设有转筒,所述传动装置的顶部固定连接有限位装置,所述电机与外设的控制器电性连接。
所述传动装置包括传动外壳,所述传动外壳的内壁设置有传动齿牙,所述传动外壳上镶嵌有受力盘,所述电机的输出轴与受力板的底部固定连接,所述受力盘上分别通过转轴活动连接有中心齿轮和边缘齿轮,所述边缘齿轮的数量为两个且边缘齿轮分别与中心齿轮和传动齿牙啮合,所述边缘齿轮与受力轴的底端固定连接,所述中心齿轮的顶部与限位装置的底部 固定连接。
所述限位装置包括顶板,所述顶板底部的两侧均固定连接有金属杆,所述金属杆的表面套设有底板,所述底板上活动连接有限位轴,所述限位轴的表面套设有限位筒,所述限位轴的底端与中心齿轮的顶部固定连接。
优选的,所述传动装置的两侧均通过固定杆与电机箱的表面固定连接。
优选的,所述金属杆的底端镶嵌有金属球,且金属球与传动外壳的表面接触。
优选的,所述限位轴的表面套设有限位环,所述限位环顶部的两侧均镶嵌有限位球,且限位球与底板的底部接触。
本发明提供了一种纺织用清洗结构。具备以下有益效果:该纺织用清洗结构,通过传动装置和限位装置的改良,加强了清洗结构的清洗效率,从而缩短了清洗装置的持续工作时间,延长了清洗装置的使用寿命,减少了清洗装置的检修频率,降低成本的同时提高了工作效率,方便了使用者的使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种纺织用清洗结构,包括电机箱1,电机箱1的内腔固定连接有电机2,电机2的输出轴贯穿电机箱1的顶部并固定连接有传动装置3,传动装置3的两侧均通过固定杆7与电机箱1的表面固定连接,传动装置3顶部的两侧均固定连接有受力轴4,受力轴4的表面套设有转筒5,传动装置3的顶部固定连接有限位装置6,电机2与外设的控制器电性连接。
传动装置3包括传动外壳33,传动外壳33的内壁设置有传动齿牙32,传动外壳33上镶嵌有受力盘35,电机2的输出轴与受力板35的底部固定连接,受力盘35上分别通过转轴活动连接有中心齿轮31和边缘齿轮34,边缘齿轮34的数量为两个且边缘齿轮34分别与中心齿轮31和传动齿牙32啮合,边缘齿轮34与受力轴4的底端固定连接,中心齿轮31的顶部与限位装置6的底部固定连接。
限位装置6包括顶板64,顶板64底部的两侧均固定连接有金属杆66,金属杆66的底端镶嵌有金属球68,且金属球68与传动外壳33的表面接触,金属杆66的表面套设有底板67,底板67上活动连接有限位轴61,限位轴61的表面套设有限位环63,限位环63顶部的两侧均镶嵌有限位球62,且 限位球62与底板67的底部接触,限位轴61的表面套设有限位筒65,限位轴61的底端与中心齿轮31的顶部固定连接。
工作时,将布料缠绕于其中一个转筒5上并将布料的一端穿过限位装置6并固定于另一个转筒5上,通过外设的控制器控制电机2转动,电机2的转动带动受力盘35相对于传动外壳33转动,同时在中心齿轮31和边缘齿轮34的作用下使得受力轴4自传的同时围绕着限位装置6转动,受力轴4的自传使得布料在两个转筒5之间缠绕,以此进行清洗操作。
综上所述,该纺织用清洗结构,通过传动装置3和限位装置6的改良,加强了清洗结构的清洗效率,从而缩短了清洗装置的持续工作时间,延长了清洗装置的使用寿命,减少了清洗装置的检修频率,降低成本的同时提高了工作效率,方便了使用者的使用。

  1. 一种纺织用清洗结构,包括电机箱(1),其特征在于:所述电机箱(1)的内腔固定连接有电机(2),所述电机(2)的输出轴贯穿电机箱(1)的顶部并固定连接有传动装置(3),所述传动装置(3)顶部的两侧均固定连接有受力轴(4),所述受力轴(4)的表面套设有转筒(5),所述传动装置(3)的顶部固定连接有限位装置(6),所述电机(2)与外设的控制器电性连接;
    所述传动装置(3)包括传动外壳(33),所述传动外壳(33)的内壁设置有传动齿牙(32),所述传动外壳(33)上镶嵌有受力盘(35),所述电机(2)的输出轴与受力板(35)的底部固定连接,所述受力盘(35)上分别通过转轴活动连接有中心齿轮(31)和边缘齿轮(34),所述边缘齿轮(34)的数量为两个且边缘齿轮(34)分别与中心齿轮(31)和传动齿牙(32)啮合,所述边缘齿轮(34)与受力轴(4)的底端固定连接,所述中心齿轮(31)的顶部与限位装置(6)的底部固定连接;
    所述限位装置(6)包括顶板(64),所述顶板(64)底部的两侧均固定连接有金属杆(66),所述金属杆(66)的表面套设有底板(67),所述底板(67)上活动连接有限位轴(61),所述限位轴(61)的表面套设有限位筒(65),所述限位轴(61)的底端与中心齿轮(31)的顶部固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用清洗结构,其特征在于:所述传动装置(3)的两侧均通过固定杆(7)与电机箱(1)的表面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用清洗结构,其特征在于:所述金属杆(66)的底端镶嵌有金属球(68),且金属球(68)与传动外壳(33)的表面接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用清洗结构,其特征在于:所述限位轴(61)的表面套设有限位环(63),所述限位环(63)顶部的两侧均镶嵌有限位球(62),且限位球(62)与底板(67)的底部接触。
