Description

盖体及压力烹饪装置 技术领域
本发明涉及烹饪装置领域,更具体而言,涉及一种盖体,以及一种具有上述盖体的压力烹饪装置。
背景技术
目前的压力烹饪装置有采用电磁排气阀实现自动排气,产品通过电路控制方式改变电磁阀座内线圈的电流大小和/或方向,使得电磁阀座产生的磁场的大小或方向发生变化,实现对电磁阀的吸引和排斥,从而控制电磁排气阀打开过关闭。
该类产品为使面盖和锅盖配合间隙不超标,所采用的结构方案为:在锅盖和面盖间设置一个内盖,将电磁阀座固定在内盖上后再扣合面盖,然后将排气阀芯从顶部先穿过面盖、然后依次穿过电磁阀座、内盖、锅盖,最后通过螺母与锅盖固定,从而实现了将面盖拉紧的目的。
此方案中,面盖长期被排气阀芯拉紧,且因排气阀芯同面盖接触的面积较小,产品长时间工作后,面盖上装配排气阀芯的面会发生变形,致使面盖与排气阀芯接触面的周边凸起,凸起位置易将电磁阀盖顶起,致使电磁排气阀漏气,导致产品无法正常工作。可见现有产品结构方案仍有较大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术问题至少之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种尺寸小并可防止电磁排气阀漏气的盖体。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种具有上述盖体个压力烹饪装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明第一方面的实施例提供了一种盖体,用于压力烹饪装置,所述盖体包括锅盖、内盖、面盖和电磁排气阀,所述内盖安装在所述锅盖的外侧,所述面盖安装在所述内盖的外侧,所述电磁排气阀包括阀座、阀芯和阀盖,所述面盖上设有安装腔,所述安装腔的顶部和底部分别设有开口,所述阀座安装在所述安装腔内,所述阀座上具有安装孔,所述阀芯穿入所述安装孔内且两端分别伸出所述安装孔,所述阀芯的上端抵压在所述阀座的上端面,所述阀芯的顶端与所述阀盖配合连接,且所述阀盖能够相对所述阀芯运动,以使所述电磁排气阀打开或关闭;其中,所述阀芯的底端穿过所述安装腔的底部开口并与所述锅盖固定连接,所述安装腔的侧壁上设有向内侧凸出的限位筋,所述阀座的底端抵压所述限位筋的上端面,所述限位筋的下端面抵压所述锅盖或所述内盖。
本方案改变了阀座的安装方式,在面盖上设置安装腔,将阀座安装在安装腔内,并使阀盖底端可由安装腔的顶部开口进入安装腔内,消除了面盖隔在阀座和阀盖间的部分,也就决绝了相关技术中面盖与阀芯接触位置易变形的问题,可防止因面盖变形导致电磁排气阀漏气的问题发生,这样设计提高了产品排气的可靠性,提升了产品的质量。在此基础上,本方案在安装腔内设置限位筋,阀座的底端与限位筋抵触,以使阀座起到拉紧面盖的效果,从而减小面盖与锅盖的间隙,使面盖和锅盖的配合间隙符合设计标准。
并且由于阀座长期向下拉紧限位筋,若限位筋底部悬空,一段时间后,限位筋容易变形,使阀座下沉或倾斜,导致电磁排气阀位置出现漏气问题。为此本方案令限位筋的下端面抵靠锅盖或内盖,使限位筋得到支撑,以防止上述问题发生。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述安装腔内相对的两侧至少分别设置一个限位筋,所述安装腔两侧的限位筋之间形成长孔,所述阀座的径 向尺寸大于所述阀座的轴向尺寸,所述长孔的长度大于或等于所述阀座的径向尺寸,所述长孔的宽度大于或等于所述阀座的轴向尺寸且小于所述阀座的径向尺寸,以使所述阀座能够从所述面盖的底部穿过所述长孔进入所述安装腔。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述内盖上安装有电路板,所述阀座内具有线圈和电线,所述电线与所述线圈连接,所述电线的一端位于所述阀座的壳体之外,位于阀座的壳体之外的所述电线的一端与所述电路板连接。
阀座通过导线与安装在面盖上电路板连接,因此阀座需要由面盖底部安装到安装腔内,为此本方案令限位筋间形成用于安装阀座的长孔,长孔的长度大于或等于阀座的径向尺寸,长孔的宽度大于或等于阀座的轴向尺寸且小于阀座的径向尺寸,安装阀座时,先侧放阀座,使阀座的侧壁对准长孔,然后将阀座由下而上穿过长孔,使阀座进入安装腔,接着旋转阀座,令阀座底端朝向长孔,使限位筋可对阀座构成限位,从而将阀座固定在安装腔内。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述内盖上设有支撑部,所述支撑部与所述限位筋在所述锅盖上错开设置,所述阀座的底端一部分抵压所述限位筋,另一部分抵压所述支撑部的上端面,所述支撑部的下端面支撑在所述锅盖上。
阀座安装到位后,阀座底端一部分抵压面盖上的限位筋另一部分抵压内盖上的支撑部的上端面,从而通过阀座拉紧内盖和面盖,将内盖和面盖锁紧固定在锅盖上。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述安装腔底部具有阀座从所述面盖底部穿入所述安装腔的长孔,所述支撑部上设有避空孔,所述阀芯的底端穿过所述避空孔并与所述锅盖固定连接,所述支撑部容纳在所述长孔内。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述阀座与所述面盖之间设置有密封件进行密封。
本方案在阀座与面盖之间设置密封件,以密封阀座与面盖之间的缝隙,防止上述缝隙漏气。具体地,密封件包括密封圈。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述密封件套装在所述阀座上,所述阀座和所述安装腔侧壁间的间隙通过所述密封件密封,以使所述阀座与所述面盖之间形成密封。
本方案中,阀座上套装有密封件,密封件内侧与阀座挤压干涉,密封件的外侧与安装腔的侧壁挤压干涉,从而将阀座和安装腔侧壁间的间隙密封,防止阀座和安装腔侧壁间的间隙漏气。并且,密封件可提升阀座安装的稳定性,防止阀座在安装腔内晃动。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述阀芯的上端设有径向凸出的限位凸台,所述限位凸台抵压在所述阀座的上端面。
本方案中,阀芯设有限位凸台,通过限位凸台压紧固定阀座,这样设计阀座和阀芯间的装配结构简单,可提升产品的装配效率。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅盖上设有安装所述阀芯的连接孔,所述阀芯的底端穿过所述连接孔并通过紧固件与所述锅盖固定连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述阀芯的底端设有外螺纹,所述紧固件为螺母,所述阀芯的底端通过所述螺母固定在所述锅盖上。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述限位筋上或者限位筋之间形成有避让孔,所述内盖上设置有卡扣,所述卡扣穿过所述避让孔。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述阀座上端设置有环形凸筋,在安装所述面盖之前,所述阀座能够通过环形凸筋与所述卡扣扣合短暂固定在所述内盖上。
在盖体装配过程中,需要预先将阀座固定在内盖上,然后完成一些其它的装配工序,之后再将阀座从预固定位置取下,将其装配到最终的装配 位置,且阀座预装到内盖上后,有时需要翻转内盖进行后续装配工序,为此本方案为内盖和阀座设置了卡接结构,电磁阀座安装到内盖上时,内盖上的卡扣与阀座上的环形凸筋卡接,将电磁阀座有效固定,以保证内盖翻转时阀座不会掉落,从而防止连接电磁阀座的导线松脱或断裂。同时面盖限位筋与内盖卡扣对应的位置设有避让孔,卡扣能够穿过避让孔,以保证面盖限位筋不会内盖卡扣干涉。
在内盖翻转过程中电磁阀座易掉落,易导致连接电磁阀座的导线松脱或断裂,造成品质不良。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述电磁排气阀关闭时,所述阀盖的底端面与所述阀座的上端面相对。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述排气阀关闭时,所述阀盖的底端伸入所述安装腔的顶部开口。
这样设计消除了面盖隔在阀座和阀盖间的部分,缩短了阀盖和阀座的间距,改善了阀座内电磁线圈产生的磁场吸引和排斥阀盖效果,从而可适当减少线圈匝数,以缩小阀座尺寸,进而减小产品的整体尺寸,提升产品美观性,使产品的竞争力获得提升。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种压力烹饪装置,包括如本发明任一实施例提供的盖体和与所述盖体配合使用的锅体。
本发明第二方面实施例提供的压力烹饪装置,具有本发明第一方面任一实施例提供的盖体,因此该压力烹饪装置具有上述任一实施例提供的盖体的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。具体地,所述压力烹饪装置包括电压力锅和压力电饭煲等。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1至图11所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供了一种盖体,用于压力烹饪装置,盖体包括锅盖1、内盖2、面盖3和电磁排气阀,内盖2安装在锅盖1的外侧,面盖3安装在内盖2的外侧,电磁排气阀包括阀座4、阀芯5和阀盖6,面盖3上设有安装腔31,安装腔31的顶部和底部分别设有开口,阀座4安装在安装腔31内,阀座4上具有安装孔40,阀芯5穿入安装孔40内且两端分别伸出安装孔40,阀芯5的上端抵压在阀座4的上端面,阀芯5的顶端与阀盖6配合连接,且阀盖6能够相对阀芯5运动,以使电磁排气阀打开或关闭;其中,阀芯5的底端穿过安装腔31的底部开口并与锅盖1固定连接,安装腔31的侧壁上设有向内侧凸出的限位筋311,阀座4的底端抵压限位筋311的上端面,限位筋311的下端面抵压锅盖1或内盖2。
本方案改变了阀座4的安装方式,在面盖3上设置安装腔31,将阀座4安装在安装腔31内,并使阀盖6底端可由安装腔31的顶部开口进入安装腔31内,消除了面盖3隔在阀座4和阀盖6间的部分,也就决绝了相关技术中面盖3与阀芯5接触位置易变形的问题,可防止因面盖3变形导致电磁排气阀漏气的问题发生,这样设计提高了产品排气的可靠性,提升了产品的质量。在此基础上,本方案在安装腔31内设置限位筋311,阀座4的底端与限位筋311抵触,以使阀座4起到拉紧面盖3的效果,从而减小面盖3与锅盖1的间隙,使面盖3和锅盖1的配合间隙符合设计标准。
并且由于阀座4长期向下拉紧限位筋311,若限位筋311底部悬空,一段时间后,限位筋311容易变形,使阀座4下沉或倾斜,导致电磁排气阀位置出现漏气问题。为此本方案令限位筋311的下端面抵靠锅盖1或内盖2,使限位筋311得到支撑,以防止上述问题发生。
如图4和图5所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,安装腔31内相对的两侧至少分别设置一个限位筋311,安装腔31两侧的限位筋311之间形成长孔312,阀座4的径向尺寸F大于阀座4的轴向尺寸H,长孔312 的长度L大于或等于阀座4的径向尺寸F,长孔312的宽度S大于或等于阀座4的轴向尺寸H且小于阀座4的径向尺寸F,以使阀座4能够从面盖3的底部穿过长孔312进入安装腔31。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,内盖2上安装有电路板,阀座4内具有线圈和电线,电线与线圈连接,电线的一端位于阀座4的壳体之外,位于阀座4的壳体之外的电线的一端与电路板连接。
阀座4通过导线与安装在面盖3上电路板连接,因此阀座4需要由面盖3底部安装到安装腔31内,为此本方案令限位筋311间形成用于安装阀座4的长孔312,长孔312的长度大于或等于阀座4的径向尺寸,长孔312的宽度大于或等于阀座4的轴向尺寸且小于阀座4的径向尺寸,安装阀座4时,如图10和图11所示,先侧放阀座4,使阀座4的侧壁对准长孔312,然后将阀座4由下而上穿过长孔312,使阀座4进入安装腔31,接着旋转阀座4,令阀座4底端朝向长孔312,使限位筋311可对阀座4构成限位,从而将阀座4固定在安装腔31内。
如图8和图9所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,内盖2上设有支撑部21,支撑部21与限位筋311在锅盖1上错开设置,阀座4的底端一部分抵压限位筋311,另一部分抵压支撑部21的上端面,支撑部21的下端面支撑在锅盖1上。
阀座4安装到位后,阀座4底端一部分抵压面盖3上的限位筋311另一部分抵压内盖2上的支撑部21的上端面,从而通过阀座4拉紧内盖2和面盖3,将内盖2和面盖3锁紧固定在锅盖1上。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,安装腔31底部具有阀座4从面盖3底部穿入安装腔31的长孔312,支撑部21上设有避空孔211,阀芯5的底端穿过避空孔211并与锅盖1固定连接,支撑部21容纳在长孔312内。
如图2至图4所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,阀座4与面盖3之间设置有密封件7进行密封。
本方案在阀座4与面盖3之间设置密封件7,以密封阀座4与面盖3之间的缝隙,防止上述缝隙漏气。具体地,密封件7包括密封圈。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,密封件7套装在阀座4上,阀座4和安装腔31侧壁间的间隙通过密封件7密封,以使阀座4与面盖3之间形成密封。
本方案中,阀座4上套装有密封件7,密封件7内侧与阀座4挤压干涉,密封件7的外侧与安装腔31的侧壁挤压干涉,从而将阀座4和安装腔31侧壁间的间隙密封,防止阀座4和安装腔31侧壁间的间隙漏气。并且,密封件7可提升阀座4安装的稳定性,防止阀座4在安装腔31内晃动。
如图2至图4所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,阀芯5的上端设有径向凸出的限位凸台51,限位凸台51抵压在阀座4的上端面。
本方案中,阀芯5设有限位凸台51,通过限位凸台51压紧固定阀座4,这样设计阀座4和阀芯5间的装配结构简单,可提升产品的装配效率。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,锅盖1上设有安装阀芯5的连接孔,阀芯5的底端穿过连接孔并通过紧固件与锅盖1固定连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,阀芯5的底端设有外螺纹,紧固件为螺母8,阀芯5的底端通过螺母8固定在锅盖1上。
具体地,阀芯5和阀座4的装配过程如下:先侧放阀座4,使阀座4的侧壁对准安装腔31底端的长孔312,然后将阀座4由长孔312穿过,为方便密封件7安装腔31,通常在设计时令安装腔31顶部敞开,将穿过长孔312的阀座4由安装腔31顶端穿出,然后将密封件7套装到阀座4上,接着再将阀座4由安装腔31顶端竖直装入安装腔31内可以先将阀座4竖直安装到安装腔31内再安装密封件7,使限位筋311可对阀座4构成限位,随后令阀芯5底端依次穿过安装腔31顶端开口、阀座4安装孔40、内盖2支撑部21避空孔211、锅盖1连接孔,直至阀芯5限位凸台51与阀座4顶端抵触,最后通过螺母8锁紧阀芯5,使阀芯5拉紧阀座4,再由阀座4拉 紧面盖3。
如图5所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,限位筋311上或者限位筋311之间形成有避让孔3111,内盖2上设置有卡扣,卡扣穿过避让孔3111。
如图4所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,阀座4上端设置有环形凸筋,在安装面盖3之前,阀座4能够通过环形凸筋41与卡扣扣合短暂固定在内盖2上。
在盖体装配过程中,需要预先将阀座4固定在内盖2上,然后完成一些其它的装配工序,之后再将阀座4从预固定位置取下,将其装配到最终的装配位置,且阀座4预装到内盖2上后,有时需要翻转内盖2进行后续装配工序,为此本方案为内盖2和阀座4设置了卡接结构,电磁阀座4安装到内盖2上时,内盖2上的卡扣与阀座4上的环形凸筋41卡接,将电磁阀座4有效固定,以保证内盖2翻转时阀座4不会掉落,从而防止连接电磁阀座4的导线松脱或断裂。同时面盖3限位筋311与内盖2卡扣对应的位置设有避让孔3111,卡扣能够穿过避让孔3111,以保证面盖3限位筋311不会内盖2卡扣干涉。
在内盖2翻转过程中电磁阀座4易掉落,易导致连接电磁阀座4的导线松脱或断裂,造成品质不良。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,电磁排气阀关闭时,阀盖6的底端面与阀座4的上端面相对。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,排气阀关闭时,阀盖6的底端伸入安装腔31的顶部开口。

    所述面盖(3)上设有安装腔(31),所述安装腔(31)的顶部和底部分别设有开口,所述阀座(4)安装在所述安装腔(31)内,所述阀座(4)上具有安装孔(40),所述阀芯(5)穿入所述安装孔内且两端分别伸出所述安装孔,所述阀芯的上端抵压在所述阀座的上端面,所述阀芯(5)的顶端与所述阀盖(6)配合连接,且所述阀盖(6)能够相对所述阀芯(5)运动,以使所述电磁排气阀打开或关闭;
    其中,所述阀芯(5)的底端穿过所述安装腔(31)的底部开口并与所述锅盖(1)固定连接,所述安装腔(31)的侧壁上设有向内侧凸出的限位筋(311),所述阀座的底端抵压所述限位筋(311)的上端面,所述限位筋的下端面抵压所述锅盖或所述内盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述安装腔内相对的两侧至少分别设置一个限位筋,所述安装腔两侧的限位筋之间形成长孔(312),所述阀座(4)的径向尺寸大于所述阀座(4)的轴向尺寸,所述长孔(312)的长度大于或等于所述阀座(4)的径向尺寸,所述长孔(312)的宽度大于或等于所述阀座(4)的轴向尺寸且小于所述阀座(4)的径向尺寸,以使所述阀座(4)能够从所述面盖的底部穿过所述长孔(312)进入所述安装腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述内盖上安装有电路板,所述阀座内具有线圈和电线,所述电线与所述线圈连接,所述电线的一端位于所述阀座的壳体之外,位于阀座的壳体之外的所述电线的一端与所述电路板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述内盖上设有支撑部,所述支撑部与所述限位筋在所述锅盖上错开设置,所述阀座的底端一部分抵压所述限位筋,另一部分抵压所述支撑部的上端面,所述支撑部的下端面支撑在所述锅盖上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述安装腔底部具有阀座从所述面盖底部穿入所述安装腔的长孔,所述支撑部(21)上设有避空孔(211),所述阀芯(5)的底端穿过所述避空孔(211)并与所述锅盖(1)固定连接,所述支撑部容纳在所述长孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述阀座与所述面盖之间设置有密封件进行密封。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述密封件套装在所述阀座(4)上,所述阀座(4)和所述安装腔(31)侧壁间的间隙通过所述密封件(7)密封,以使所述阀座与所述面盖之间形成密封。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述阀芯(5)的上端设有径向凸出的限位凸台(51),所述限位凸台(51)抵压在所述阀座(4)的上端面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的盖体,其特征在于,
    所述锅盖(1)上设有安装所述阀芯(5)的连接孔,所述阀芯(5)的底端穿过所述连接孔并通过紧固件与所述锅盖(1)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述限位筋上或者限位筋之间形成有避让孔(3111),所述内盖上设置有卡扣,所述卡扣穿过所述避让孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述阀座上端设置有环形凸筋(41),在安装所述面盖之前,所述阀座能够通过环形凸筋与所述卡扣扣合短暂固定在所述内盖上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述电磁排气阀关闭时,所述阀盖(6)的底端面与所述阀座的上端面相对。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述排气阀关闭时,所述阀盖(6)的底端伸入所述安装腔(31)的顶部开口。
  14. 一种压力烹饪装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的盖体和与所述盖体配合使用的锅体。
