Description
本实用新型涉及一种电机端盖及其应用的电机。
如图1所示,现有的电机包括前端盖(1a)和后端盖(2a),前端盖(1a)和后端盖(2a)都包括底部和从底部边缘轴向拉伸的圆筒部,底部的中间轴向延伸出轴承座,底部与圆筒部围成安装定子和转子的空腔,圆筒部的端部设有开口,从圆筒部的端部向外伸出安装板(10a,20a),安装板(10a,20a)上分别设有装配孔(11a,21a)和安装孔(12a,22a),装配孔(11a,21a)用于前后端盖的安装,安装孔(12a,22a)用于与负载安装,装配孔(11a,21a)的中心、安装孔(12a,22a)的中心以及端盖的开口的中心在一条对角直线上,且安装板(10a,20a)比较宽,这样存在的问题是:
1)由于装配孔(11a,21a)和安装孔(12a,22a)分布的位置集中,导致安装板受力不均匀;
2)安装板(10a,20a)比较宽,平面度控制困难,导致两端盖配合不密封。
2)电机与负载通过安装板连接,安装板为金属材料,且安装板宽,容易将电机振动传递到负载,导致负载振动大。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机端盖及其应用的电机,既能节约材料,降低成本,又能解决电机振动容易传递到负载的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
本实用新型的第一个目的是提供一种电机端盖,包括一种电机端盖,包括底面和从底面边缘轴向拉伸的圆筒体,底面的中间轴向延伸出轴承座,底面与圆筒体围成安装定子与转子的空腔,圆筒体的端部设有第一开口,圆筒体的端部向外周延伸安装板,安装板上设有用于与另一端盖安装连接的装配孔,安装板
上还设有用于与负载安装连接的安装孔,在所述的安装板上设置有镂空孔。
上述所述的安装板的外形是四边形,装配孔和安装孔的个数分别为4个,安装孔位于安装板的四个对角处,所述的装配孔位于安装板的四条边的中部。
上述所述的镂空孔设置在装配孔和安装孔之间。
上述所述的镂空孔呈腰形,所述腰形是一端小一端大的形状,靠近装配孔的一端小于靠近安装孔的一端。
相邻的装配孔和安装孔之间设置一个镂空孔。
上述所述的镂空孔对称设置在第一安装板上。
从上述所述的安装板的边缘轴向折出翻边。
本实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种电机,包括前端盖、后端盖以及安装在两端盖里面的定子组件和转子组件,所述的前端盖是上述所述的电机端盖。
上述所述的后端盖包括底板和从底板边缘拉伸的圆筒部,底板与圆筒部围成空腔,底板中间轴向延伸出轴承座,圆筒部的端部形成第二开口,圆筒部的端部向外周折出圆环形的折边,折边向外周凸出凸耳,凸耳上设有与前端盖安装的配合孔,前端盖和后端盖通过螺钉或螺栓穿过装配孔和配合孔紧密安装在一起。。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)电机端盖,包括底面和从底面边缘轴向拉伸的圆筒体,底面的中间轴向延伸出轴承座,底面与圆筒体围成安装定子与转子的空腔,圆筒体的端部设有第一开口,圆筒体的端部向外周延伸安装板,安装板上设有装配孔和安装孔,装配孔用于与另一端盖的配合,安装孔用于安装负载,在所述的安装板上设置有镂空孔。这样的结构可以减少零件材料,降低成本,且能减少电机与四角处的安装孔的刚性连接,减少电机振动对客户负载的传递;同时可以改善安装板的平面度,与另一端盖的配合更严紧。
2)安装板的外形是四边形,装配孔和安装孔的个数分别为4个,安装孔位于安装板的四个对角处,所述的装配孔位于安装板的四条边的中部,安装孔和
装配孔分散设置,可以使安装板受力均匀,从而调整安装板的平面度,降低电机与外接设备的振动。
3)镂空孔设置在装配孔和安装孔之间,在减少零件材料的同时保证安装板的强度。
4)将镂空孔设置成呈腰形,所述腰形是一端小一端大的形状,靠近装配孔的一端小于靠近安装孔的一端,该结构与安装板的外形更配合,更能减少材料,降低成本,且更能减少电机与四角处的安装孔的刚性连接,减少电机振动对客户负载的传递;同时更能改善安装板的平面度,与另一端盖的配合更严紧。
5)从安装板的边缘轴向折出翻边,可以起到加强筋的作用,增强安装板的平面度和受力,防止安装板变形,保证端盖与端盖之间的紧密配合,同时也使得与负载的安装效果更好。
6)在电机中,前端盖是采用本实用新型的电机端盖,后端盖包括底板和从底板边缘拉伸的圆筒部,底板与圆筒部围成空腔,底板中间轴向延伸出轴承座,圆筒部的端部形成第二开口,圆筒部的端部向外周折出圆环形的折边,折边向外周凸出凸耳,凸耳上设有与前端盖安装的配合孔,这样结构的后端盖与前端盖配合,可以解决折边与安装版平面度控制困难,两端盖配合不紧的问题。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:
如图2至图4所示,本实施例提供的是一种电机端盖,包括底面10和从底面10边缘轴向拉伸的圆筒体11,底面10的中间轴向延伸出轴承座,底面10与圆筒体11围成安装定子与转子的空腔,圆筒体11的端部设有第一开口12,圆筒体11的端部向外周延伸安装板13,安装板13上设有用于与另一端盖安装连接的装配孔14,安装板13上还设有用于与负载安装连接的安装孔15,在所述的安装板13上设置有镂空孔16。
本实施例所述的电机端盖可以减少零件材料,降低成本,且能减少电机与四角处的安装孔15的刚性连接,减少电机振动对客户负载的传递;同时可以改善安装板13的平面度,与另一端盖的配合更严紧。
所述的安装板13的外形是四边形,装配孔14和安装孔15的个数分别为4个,安装孔15位于安装板13的四个对角处,所述的装配孔14位于安装板13的四条边的中部。安装板13受力均匀,从而调整安装板13的平面度,降低电机与外接设备的振动。
所述的镂空孔16设置在装配孔14和安装孔15之间。在减少零件材料的同时保证安装板13的强度。
所述的镂空孔16呈腰形,所述腰形是一端小一端大的形状,靠近装配孔14的一端小于靠近安装孔15的一端。
相邻的装配孔14和安装孔15之间设置一个镂空孔16。
所述的镂空孔16对称设置在第一安装板13上。
从所述的安装板13的边缘轴向折出翻边17。翻边17可以起到加强筋的作用,增强安装板13的平面度和受力,防止安装板13变形,保证电机的端盖与端盖之间的紧密配合,同时也使得与负载的安装效果更好。
实施例二:
如图5至图9所示,本实施例提供的是一种电机,包括前端盖1、后端盖2以及安装在两端盖里面的定子组件和转子组件,所述的前端盖1是实施例一所述的电机端盖。
所述的后端盖2包括底板20和从底板20边缘拉伸的圆筒部21,底板20与圆筒部21围成空腔,底板20中间轴向延伸出轴承座,圆筒部21的端部形成第二开口22,圆筒部21的端部向外周折出折边23,折边23向外周凸出凸耳24,凸耳24上设有与前端盖1安装的配合孔25,前端盖1和后端盖2通过螺钉或螺栓穿过装配孔14和配合孔25紧密安装在一起。
本实施例所述的电机,后端盖2与前端盖1紧密配合,可以解决折边23与安装版13平面度控制困难,两端盖配合不紧的问题。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种电机端盖,包括底面(10)和从底面(10)边缘轴向拉伸的圆筒体(11),底面(10)的中间轴向延伸出轴承座,底面(10)与圆筒体(11)围成安装定子与转子的空腔,圆筒体(11)的端部设有第一开口(12),圆筒体(11)的端部向外周延伸安装板(13),安装板(13)上设有用于与另一端盖安装连接的装配孔(14),安装板(13)上还设有用于与负载安装连接的安装孔(15),其特征在于:在所述的安装板(13)上设置有若干个镂空孔(16)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机端盖,其特征在于:所述的安装板(13)的外形是四边形,装配孔(14)和安装孔(15)的个数分别为4个,安装孔(15)位于安装板(13)的四个对角处,所述的装配孔(14)位于安装板(13)的四条边的中部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机端盖,其特征在于:所述的镂空孔(16)设置在装配孔(14)和安装孔(15)之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种电机端盖,其特征在于:所述的镂空孔(16)呈腰形,所述腰形是一端小一端大的形状,靠近装配孔(14)的一端小于靠近安装孔(15)的一端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种电机端盖,其特征在于:相邻装配孔(14)和安装孔(15)之间设置一个镂空孔(16)。
