本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,由于其烟草段的构成材料中不含有发烟材料,不会产生由于发烟材料吸收水分而导致的外部包裹材料污染变形以及长时间存放可能产生的霉变;
2、本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支对贮藏存放环境条件要求较低,降低了生产成本;
3、本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支使用时无需点燃,大大减少了卷烟燃烧产生的有害烟气组分,更加安全、健康和环保;
4、本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支具有多种香味特征和特种功能,香味丰富,口感丰满。

以下将结合说明书附图对本发明的实施方式予以说明。需要说明的是,本说明书中所涉及的实施方式不是穷尽的,不代表本发明的唯一实施方式。以下相应的实施例只是为了清楚的说明本发明专利的发明内容,并非对对其实施方式的限定。对于该领域的普通技术人员来说,在该等实施例说明的基础上还可以做出不同形式的变化和改动,凡是属于本发明的技术构思和发明内容并且显而易见的变化或变动也在本发明的保护范围之内。

本发明的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,配合具有发烟功能的卷烟加热器具一起使用,在插入卷烟加热器具并且被加热之后,释放出香气。该香气与卷烟加热器具产生的气雾一起供抽烟者抽吸使用。
图1是本发明的一种典型实施例的轴向剖面结构示意图。如图1所示,本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支不含有用于产生气雾的发烟材料,该卷烟烟支包括依次同轴连接的烟草段1、支撑部件6和近唇段4,以及限制所述烟草段1、支撑部件6和近唇段4的外部包裹材料5。这里,本发明所称的“近唇段”并不意味着直接接触嘴唇,此表述不应当构成对本发明具体技术方案的限制。
本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支包括两个端部:上游端部和下游端部。术语“上游”和“下 游”用于关于用户在使用期间对烟支的抽吸方向来描述烟支的各元件或元件的部分的相对位置。在使用中,用户可以对下游端部抽吸,烟支产生的香气以及卷烟加热器具产生的气雾自上游向下游方向流动,并被吸入用户口中。
烟草段1可以包括芯部和包裹芯部的成形纸2。优选地,烟草段1的芯部材料为再造烟叶材料、原生态烟草材料或涂布的纸质材料。烟草段1经加热后,可以产生香味,提供抽吸者抽吸普通烟支类似的味道。
具体地,烟草段1的芯部由所述再造烟叶材料、原生态烟草材料或涂布的纸质材料切成的多个长条状薄片沿纵向聚集而成。本发明的长条状薄片具有大体平坦的表面。这里的“纵向”表示在烟支的上游端部和下游端部之间的方向。
图2是烟草段芯部展开示意图。烟草段1的芯部由长条状薄片7沿烟支纵向聚集而成。术语“薄片”表示该元件具有显著大于其厚度的宽度和长度。术语“聚集”用来描述长条状薄片大体平行于卷烟烟支的纵向轴线聚拢、集合。图3是烟草段芯部端面示意图,如图3所示,烟草段1的芯部的上游侧的端面9由多个长条状薄片7的处于同一平面的端部构成。
包括长条状薄片(烟草薄片)7的卷烟烟支与包括烟草材料碎片的卷烟烟支相比,能够显著降低烟支端部松散的风险,众所周知端部松散缘于烟支端部的烟草材料碎片的损失。烟支端部松散可能导致烟支与卷烟加热器(烟具)一起使用时卷烟加热器需要频繁清洁,并由此影响卷烟加热器的使用寿命。
此外,当卷烟加热器的加热元件插入包括烟草材料碎片的卷烟烟支或者从包括烟草材料碎片的卷烟烟支退出时会引起烟草材料碎片移动,这可能不利地导致需要频繁清洁卷烟加热器的加热元件以去除掉落的烟草碎片。而相反,当卷烟加热器的加热元件插入包括长条状烟草薄片的卷烟烟支或者从包括长条状烟草薄片的卷烟烟支退出时有利地不会引起烟草薄片移动。
另外,特定长度的长条状薄片的重量由薄片的密度、宽度及厚度决定,因此,特定长度的包括长条状薄片聚集而成的烟草段的卷烟烟支的重量可以通过控制长条状薄片的密度和尺寸而调节,这减小了相同尺寸的卷烟烟支之间重量的不一致性,与包括烟草材料碎片的卷烟烟支相比,降低了重量未在合格范围内的比率。
烟草段1的芯部材料中施加有烟草提取物、颗粒状或粉末状烟草材料、或香精香料中的一种或多种。其中,烟草提取物包括但不限于:云烟净油,津巴布韦净油,巨豆三烯酮,甲基环戊烯醇酮,大马酮,紫罗兰酮,二氢猕猴桃内酯等。香精香料包括但不限于:薄荷香精,苹果香精,玫瑰花香香精等一种或多种混合。另外,芯部材料为通过造纸法而形成的薄片材料。本发明中,向部材料芯施加的物质中不包括发烟材料/发烟剂。公知地,该发烟材料包括 但不限于:多元醇及其混合物。多元醇例如丙二醇、三甘醇、丁二醇以及甘油等。
优选地,烟草段1具有至少5毫米的外径,可以具有在约5毫米~约10毫米之间的外径,进一步地在约6毫米~约8毫米之间的外径。在优选实施例中,烟草段1具有7毫米+/-10%的外径。
烟草段1可以具有在约10毫米与约22毫米之间的长度。在一个实施例中,烟草段可以具有约15毫米的长度。在优选实施例中,烟草段1具有约18毫米的长度。
优选地,烟草段1是大体圆柱形的。
支撑部件6设置在烟草段1的相邻下游侧。支撑部件6可以由任何适当的材料或材料的组合构成。例如,支撑部件6的材料可以是醋酸纤维丝束、食品级塑料、生物可降解塑料、或者全植物提取物材料。其中,食品级塑料或生物可降解塑料具体例如是聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)、聚ε-己内酯(PCL)、二氧化碳共聚物、水溶性PVA、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)等。
支撑部件6可以是沿其轴向具有贯通孔的管状部件(空芯型支撑部件)。在优选实施例中,支撑部件6是中空醋酸纤维丝束管。贯通孔具有至少1毫米的直径,在优选实施例中,贯通孔具有1毫米或1.5毫米的直径。
支撑部件6优选地具有与烟草段1的外径近似相等的外径。
优选地,支撑部件6具有至少5毫米的外径,可以具有在约5毫米~约10毫米之间的外径,进一步地在约6毫米~约8毫米之间的外径。在优选实施例中,支撑部件6具有7毫米+/-10%的外径。
支撑部件6可以具有在约5毫米与约30毫米之间的长度。在优选实施例中,支撑部件6可以具有约15或20毫米的长度。
在卷烟加热器的加热元件插入到本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的烟草段时,需要用户施加一些力,来克服烟草段对加热元件的插入的阻力。这可能损坏烟支的烟草段和/或卷烟加热器的加热元件。
另外,在卷烟加热器的加热元件插入烟支的烟草段期间力的施加可能使烟草段在烟支中移动。这可能导致卷烟加热器的加热元件不充分地插入到烟支的烟草段中,从而导致烟草段的不均匀和低效加热。
在优选的实施例中,支撑元件6构造成阻止卷烟加热器的加热元件插入烟支的烟草段时烟草段向下游移动。这可以保证卷烟加热器的加热元件充分地插入到烟支的烟草段中,避免烟草段的不均匀和低效加热。
支撑元件6的贯通孔构造成用户抽吸时香气和/或气雾自上游向下游流动的气流通道。同 时,当卷烟加热器的加热元件插入烟支的烟草段时如有烟草段部分向下游移动,该贯通孔可起到容纳该移动的烟草部分的作用。
近唇段4设置在支撑部件6的相邻下游侧,并且位于加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的下游端部处。近唇段4可以包括芯部和包裹芯部的成形纸。优选地,近唇段4的芯部为醋酸纤维材料。
近唇段4优选地具有与烟草段的外径近似相等的外径。
近唇段4具有至少5毫米的外径,可以具有在约5毫米~约10毫米之间的外径,进一步地在约6毫米~约8毫米之间的外径。在优选实施例中,近唇段4具有7毫米+/-10%的外径。
近唇段4可以具有在约5毫米与约20毫米之间的长度。在优选实施例中,近唇段4可以具有约10或15毫米的长度。
图1所示的实施例中,近唇段4是实芯的。图4示出了实芯近唇段的端面10。
优选地,近唇段4还可以设置有增加香味的单元。该增加香味的单元可以是内部含有液体的球状物、或具有烟草本香味道或其他特征香的颗粒状或粉末状材料。其中,具有烟草本香味道的颗粒状材料是通过将云烟净油、津巴布韦净油、巨豆三烯酮、甲基环戊烯醇酮、大马酮、紫罗兰酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯等调配的溶剂,施加到烟叶、烟梗等颗粒或粉末上制成的。具有其他特征香的颗粒状材料是通过将薄荷香精、苹果香精、玫瑰花香香精等一种或多种混合调配的溶剂施加到烟叶、烟梗等颗粒或粉末上制成的。
烟草段1、支撑部件6和近唇段4由外部包裹材料5限制。该外部包裹材料可以由任何适当的材料或材料的组合形成。在一个实施例中,外部包裹材料5为卷烟纸。卷烟纸5的下游端部部分还可以由接装纸带例如水松纸3限制。也可以将成形纸、卷烟纸及水松纸均视为外部包裹材料。
本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支可以具有在约5毫米~约10毫米之间的外径,进一步地在约6毫米~约8毫米之间的外径。在优选实施例中,卷烟烟支具有7毫米+/-10%的外径。
本发明的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支具有约30毫米~60毫米之间的总长度。在优选实施例中,卷烟烟支具有约48毫米的总长度。
图5是本发明另一种实施例轴向剖面结构示意图。本实施例在此仅对与图1所示实施例不同之处进行详细说明,本实施例与图1所示实施例的相同之处不再赘述。在该优选实施例中,加热不燃烧卷烟烟支包括烟草段1、支撑部件6和爆珠近唇段12。实芯近唇段的近似中央位置设置有爆珠(由黑色圆点表示),即增加香味的单元(含有液体的球状物),从而形成爆珠近唇段12。当然这里也可以设置其他珠状香味材料,该珠状香味材料在受热的状态下可以产生香味。该珠状香味材料还可以被设置成需要使用者在吸烟前将其挤破从而释放香气的方式,从而满足用户的多样需求。
图6是本发明又一种实施例轴向剖面结构示意图。本实施例在此仅对与图1所示实施例不同之处进行详细说明,本实施例与图1所示实施例的相同之处不再赘述。在该优选实施例中,加热不燃烧卷烟烟支包括烟草段1、支撑部件6和空芯型近唇段13。该空芯型近唇段13为在其轴向具有贯通孔的中空管状部件(第二管状部件)。优选地,贯通孔的直径可以是3mm。图7是空芯型近唇段端面示意图,空芯型近唇段端面的近似中央位置设置所述贯通孔,其中图7(a)示出了圆形贯通孔的空芯型近唇段端面14,图7(b)示出了齿轮型贯通孔的空芯型近唇段端面11。在另外的实施例中,近唇段也可以是由外部包裹材料限制的一段空腔。
图8是本发明再一种实施例轴向剖面结构示意图。本实施例在此仅对与图1所示实施例不同之处进行详细说明,本实施例与图1所示实施例的相同之处不再赘述。在该优选实施例中,加热不燃烧卷烟烟支包括烟草段1、多腔体式容器段(支撑部件)15和近唇段4。本实施例中,支撑部件是可使气流从其通过的容器。该容器可以包括单腔体容器和多腔体容器。容器大体呈圆柱形,并具有一个以上通气孔以使气流在上游和下游之间的方向上穿过该容器。具体地,在单腔体时,通气孔可以设置在容器的两侧端面上(即上游侧端面和下游侧端面),以使得空气能够穿过该单腔体。在多腔体时,通气孔可以设置在容器的两侧端面上(即上游侧端面和下游侧端面)以及各腔体之间的隔壁上,以使得空气能够穿过各个腔体而在上下游方向上自由流动。图8示出了多腔体式容器段15的轴向剖面结构。图9是多腔式容器段的替代实施例的轴向剖面结构示意图,其中16为单腔体容器段,17为三腔体容器段。
优选地,腔体式容器的材料可以是聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)、聚ε-己内酯(PCL)、二氧化碳共聚物、水溶性PVA、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)等食品级塑料或生物可降解塑料,或者全植物提取物材料。
进一步地,容器(支撑部件)中还可以设置有产生香味的颗粒和/或起到降温作用的颗粒。这时,容器的通气孔的直径设置为小于其所容纳的功能性部件的粒径从而该功能性部件不会从通气孔漏出。当单腔体容器时,可以将产生香味的颗粒与起到降温作用的颗粒混合放在一起。当多腔体容器时,可以将产生香味的颗粒与起到降温作用的颗粒分开放置在不同的腔体中。
优选地,起到降温作用的颗粒例如是聚乙二醇(PEG8000)或含结晶水的盐类。
优选地,容器(15,16,17)的厚度可以为0.5mm。所述通气孔的直径可以为0.5mm。
图10是本发明另外一种实施例轴向剖面结构示意图。本实施例在此仅对与图1所示实施例不同之处进行详细说明,本实施例与图1所示实施例的相同之处不再赘述。在该优选实施例中,加热不燃烧卷烟烟支包括烟草段1、纸质空腔段(支撑部件)18和近唇段4。本实施例中,支撑部件可以为纸质空腔段,即为由外部包裹材料限定的一段空腔18。进一步地,该 纸质空腔段18中还可以设置有增加香味的颗粒或起到降温作用的颗粒。本实施例通过采用纸质空腔段,使得烟支结构更简单,制造成本更低廉。
作为本发明的加热不燃烧的卷烟烟支的另外一种实施方案,所述近唇段可以替换为设置在所述烟草段和所述支撑部件之间,且所述烟草段、近唇段和支撑部件的端面依次同轴的连接在一起。所述烟草段,近唇段和支撑部件可以由外部包裹材料(例如卷烟纸、成形纸或者水松纸等)将其同轴的包裹在一起,从而形成一种杆棒形的结构。在该实施方案中,所述烟草段和近唇段之间,以及/或所述近唇段与支撑部件之间也可以根据需要设置有额外的支撑段或者功能段,在这种请情况下,烟支各段的端面依次同轴的连接在一起。
显然,本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,该卷烟烟支不含有用于产生气雾的发烟材料,所述卷烟烟支包括依次同轴连接的烟草段、支撑部件和近唇段,以及限制所述烟草段、支撑部件和近唇段的外部包裹材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述烟草段的芯部材料为再造烟叶材料、原生态烟草材料或涂布的纸质材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述烟草段的芯部由所述再造烟叶材料、原生态烟草材料或涂布的纸质材料切成的多个长条状薄片沿纵向聚集而成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述烟草段的芯部的上游侧的端面由所述多个长条状薄片的处于同一平面的端部构成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述烟草段的芯部材料中施加有烟草提取物、颗粒状或粉末状烟草材料、或香精香料中的一种或多种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述支撑部件的材料是醋酸纤维丝束、食品级塑料、生物可降解塑料、或者全植物提取物材料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述支撑部件是沿其轴向具有贯通孔的第一管状部件,或由所述外部包裹材料限制的一段空腔、或可使气流从其通过的容器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述容器包括单腔体容器和多腔体容器。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述容器具有通气孔,以供气流在上游和下游之间的方向上通过所述容器。
  10. 根据权利要求7~9中任一项所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述容器中设置有产生香味的颗粒和/或起到降温作用的颗粒。
  11. 根据权利要求10或所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述容器的所述通气孔的直径设置为小于其所容纳的所述功能性部件的粒径从而所述功能性部件不会从所述通气孔漏出。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述近唇段的芯部为醋酸纤维材料。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述近唇段设置有增加香味的单元。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述增 加香味的单元是内部含有液体的球状物、或具有烟草本香味道或其他特征香的颗粒状或粉末状材料。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述近唇段是实芯的、或沿其轴向具有贯通孔的第二管状部件、或由外部包裹材料限制的空腔。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述近唇段可以设置在所述烟草段和所述支撑部件之间,且所述烟草段、近唇段和支撑部件的端面依次同轴连接在一起。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的不含发烟材料的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述烟草段和支撑部件之间,以及/或所述支撑部件与近唇段之间还设置有额外的支撑段或者功能段,烟支各段的端面依次同轴连接在一起。
