一种大件物流短距离传送装置,包括辊筒(1),辊筒(1)的外部套装有护套(2),护套(2)的外部套装有传送带(3),传送带(3)内镶嵌有承压板(4),承压板(4)两端的上表面固定连接有连接片(5),连接片(5)远离承压板(4)的一侧固定连接有弹簧(6),辊筒(1)的两端固定套装有连接轴(7),连接轴(7)的内侧固定连接有压力块(8),压力块(8)的顶部和底部均固定连接有气囊(9)。该大件物流短距离传送装置,通过设置的承压板(4)和弹簧(6),能够较好的将大件物流放上和运输过程中产生的重力进行分解,避免了大件物流直接放下对于传送装置的冲击,能够提高稳定性,同时可以降低大件物流短距离运输的成本,较好的保护大件物流的同时提高了效率。

Description

一种大件物流短距离传送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输技术领域,具体为一种大件物流短距离传送装置。
背景技术
物流的概念最早是在美国形成的,起源于20世纪30年代,原意为“实物分配”或“货物配送”。1963年被引入日本,日文意思是“物的流通”。20世纪70年代后,日本的“物流”一词逐渐取代了“物的流通”。
中国的“物流”一词是从日文资料引进来的外来词,源于日文资料中对"Logistics"一词的翻译“物流”。
中国的物流术语标准将物流定义为:物流是物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程中,根据实际需要,将运输、储存、装卸搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等功能有机结合起来实现用户要求的过程。
现在物流行业发展迅速,其中的种类正在进行详细的划分,主要分为生鲜和普通,按照大小分为大件和小件,大件物流相对于小件物流来说,对于人工和技术的要求更高,但是现在的传送带等装置主要是针对小件物流的,针对大件物流主要采取叉车和吊车运输,但是考虑到成本问题,采取传动装置较好,不过目前尚未有针对大件物流传动的装置。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种大件物流短距离传送装置,具备称重效果好,较为稳定的优点,解决了目前物流装置没有针对大件物流的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述一种大件物流短距离传送装置,具备称重效果好的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种大件物流短距离传送装置,包括辊筒,所述辊 筒的外部套装有护套,所述护套的外部套装有传送带,所述传送带内镶嵌有承压板,所述承压板两端的上表面固定连接有连接片,所述连接片远离承压板的一侧固定连接有弹簧,所述辊筒的两端固定套装有连接轴,所述连接轴的内侧固定连接有压力块,所述压力块的顶部和底部均固定连接有气囊。
优选的,所述传送带为尼龙帆布,所述承压板为玻璃纤维。
优选的,所述压力块为塑料,所述压力块为中空。
优选的,所述辊筒的数量为两个。
优选的,所述气囊的顶部有耐磨层。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种大件物流短距离传送装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该大件物流短距离传送装置,通过设置的承压块和弹簧,能够较好的将大件物流放上和运输过程中产生的重力进行分解,避免了大件物流直接放下对于传送装置的冲击,能够提高稳定性,同时可以降低大件物流短距离运输的成本,较好的保护大件物流的同时提高了效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种大件物流短距离传送装置,包括辊筒1,辊筒1的外部套装有护套2,护套2的外部套装有传送带3,传送带3内镶嵌有承压板4,承压板4两端的上表面固定连接有连接片5,连接片5远离承压板4的一侧固定连接有弹簧6,辊筒1的两端固定套装有连接轴7,连接轴7的内侧固定连接有压力块8,压力块8的顶部和底部均固定连接有气囊9。
传送带3为尼龙帆布,承压板4为玻璃纤维。
压力块8为塑料,压力块8为中空。
辊筒4的数量为两个。
气囊9的顶部有耐磨层。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
在使用时,将大件物流放置到传送带3上,外界动力带动辊筒1转动,将大件物流带动移动,同时设置的承压板4能够增强传送带3的韧性,并且设置的弹簧6可以在移动时,对力进行一定的分担,同时设置的气囊9可以保护传送带3,具备一定的缓冲作用。
综上所述,该大件物流短距离传送装置,通过设置的压力块8和弹簧6,能够较好的将大件物流放上和运输过程中产生的重力进行分解,避免了大件物流直接放下对于传送装置的冲击,能够提高稳定性,同时可以降低大件物流短距离运输的成本,较好的保护大件物流的同时提高了效率。

  1. 一种大件物流短距离传送装置,包括辊筒(1),其特征在于:所述辊筒(1)的外部套装有护套(2),所述护套(2)的外部套装有传送带(3),所述传送带(3)内镶嵌有承压板(4),所述承压板(4)两端的上表面固定连接有连接片(5),所述连接片(5)远离承压板(4)的一侧固定连接有弹簧(6),所述辊筒(1)的两端固定套装有连接轴(7),所述连接轴(7)的内侧固定连接有压力块(8),所述压力块(8)的顶部和底部均固定连接有气囊(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大件物流短距离传送装置,其特征在于:所述传送带(3)为尼龙帆布,所述承压板(4)为玻璃纤维。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大件物流短距离传送装置,其特征在于:所述压力块(8)为塑料,所述压力块(8)为中空。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大件物流短距离传送装置,其特征在于:所述辊筒(4)的数量为两个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大件物流短距离传送装置,其特征在于:所述气囊(9)的顶部有耐磨层。
