一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及污水处理领域,具体涉及一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置。
背景技术
现有的污水过滤装置主要是通过过滤网来过滤,然而污水中含有许多较大的污尘,过滤时污尘会堆积在过滤网上,影响排水速度,影响过滤效果,并且现有的过滤装置的过滤性差,不能很好的对污水进行过滤。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置,包括密封筒体,密封筒体由上筒体和下筒体组成,下筒体截面面积大于上筒体的截面面积,上筒体顶部固定有电机,电机与上筒体内部的轴连接,轴的周壁上固定有搅拌叶片,轴底部设有一盲孔,盲孔内设有与其滑动配合的杆,杆顶部固定有挡块,挡块的截面为多边形且与盲孔贴合,杆的外端套有弹簧B,杆底部与螺旋块固定,螺旋块底部固定有板块,板块底部固定有多个清扫细丝,清扫细丝下端两个固定在上筒体内的孔板,孔板之间固定有过滤网A,上筒体上设有污水入口和泥土排出口,下筒体内固定有过滤网B,下筒体底部设有净化水出口,下筒体底部固定有弹簧A,弹簧A固定在底座上,上筒体上固定有振动器,上筒体与臭氧发生器连接,污水入口、泥土排出口和净化水出口上安装有阀门,污水入口内安装有单向阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是:设计合理,制作简单,通过电机旋转搅拌叶片来搅拌污水,可防止污尘颗粒下沉,防止过滤网A被堵塞,螺旋块在旋转过程中可让污水上下翻动,可使污水快速通过过滤网A得到净化,板块可与清扫细丝同时旋转,避免沉积的污尘颗粒堵塞过滤网A,振动器可促进污尘颗粒快速运动。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
如图1、图2所示,一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置,包括密封筒体,密封筒体由上筒体1和下筒体4组成,下筒体4截面面积大于上筒体1的截面面积,上筒体1顶部固定有电机5,电机5与上筒体1内部的轴6连接,轴6的周壁上固定有搅拌叶片7,轴6底部设有一盲孔,盲孔内设有与其滑动配合的杆20,杆20的外端套有弹簧B21,杆20底部与螺旋块23固定,螺旋块23底部固定有板块8,板块8底部固定有多个清扫细丝9,清扫细丝9下端两个固定在上筒体1内的孔板11,孔板11之间固定有过滤网A10,上筒体1上设有污水入口2和泥土排出口3,下筒体4内固定有过滤网B12,下筒体4底部设有净化水出口13,下筒体4底部固定有弹簧A14,弹簧A14固定在底座15上,上筒体1上固定有振动器16。上筒体1与臭氧发生器17连接,可净化污水。污水入口2、泥土排出口3和净化水出口13上安装有阀门19。污水入口2内安装有单向阀 18。
工作原理:本实用新型设计合理,制作简单,通过电机旋转搅拌叶片来搅拌污水,可防止污尘颗粒下沉,防止过滤网A被堵塞,螺旋块在旋转过程中可让污水上下翻动,可使污水快速通过过滤网A得到净化,板块可与清扫细丝同时旋转,避免沉积的污尘颗粒堵塞过滤网A,振动器可促进污尘颗粒快速运动,所以该装置可避免污尘颗粒沉积,提高了净化效率。

  1. 一种防止过滤网堵塞的污水过滤装置,其特征是,包括密封筒体,所述密封筒体由上筒体和下筒体组成,所述下筒体截面面积大于上筒体的截面面积,所述上筒体顶部固定有电机,所述电机与上筒体内部的轴连接,所述轴的周壁上固定有搅拌叶片,所述轴底部设有一盲孔,盲孔内设有与其滑动配合的杆,所述杆顶部固定有挡块,所述挡块的截面为多边形且与盲孔贴合,所述杆的外端套有弹簧B,所述杆底部与螺旋块固定,所述螺旋块底部固定有板块,板块底部固定有多个清扫细丝,所述清扫细丝下端两个固定在上筒体内的孔板,所述孔板之间固定有过滤网A,所述上筒体上设有污水入口和泥土排出口,所述下筒体内固定有过滤网B,所述下筒体底部设有净化水出口,所述下筒体底部固定有弹簧A,所述弹簧A固定在底座上,所述上筒体上固定有振动器,所述污水入口内安装有单向阀,所述上筒体与臭氧发生器连接,所述污水入口、泥土排出口和净化水出口上安装有阀门。
