本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，具体地说是一种具有自清洗和反洗防跑料装置的过滤器。它包括罐体，罐体内装有滤料，罐体上装有搅拌装置，其特征是：搅拌装置的密封盘根下端装有不锈钢滤网筒，滤网筒内的搅拌轴上装有尼龙刷，尼龙刷紧贴滤网筒内壁。所述的尼龙刷为4-5个，上、下交错排列。在过滤器反洗、搅拌装置对核桃壳滤料进行搅拌的同时，尼龙刷随着搅拌轴一起转动，对滤网筒内壁附着的油污等污物进行自清洗，被清洗掉的污物随着反洗水从反洗水排放口排出。本实用新型结构简单、操作维护方便、过滤器进出水顺畅，它彻底解决原有的核桃壳过滤器的反洗防跑料装置因堵塞而造成的进、出水不畅，水质不易达标的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，具体地说是一种具有自清洗和反洗防跑料装置的过滤器。
背景技术
在石化、钢铁行业处理含油污水的工艺系统中一般采用核桃壳过滤器，核桃壳过滤器主要由壳体、搅拌机、核桃壳滤料、反洗防跑料装置等组成。污水由设备进水口进入设备内部，含油污水通过滤层使油和悬浮物不断的截住，过滤后的清水由设备底部收水器进行收集通过设备的出水口排进清水管。由于滤料不断被污染，设备内部阻力不断增大，当压力在原压力基础上增高0.05MPa时，设备内部的滤料需进行反冲洗。即反冲洗水由设备的出水口进入，通过反洗防跑料装置由设备的进水口排出，通过搅拌实现反洗滤料的目的，通过数分钟的冲洗，设备从新进入工作状态。目前核桃壳过滤器的反洗防跑料装置均由DN80-100的不锈钢筛管组合而成，不具备自清洗的功能，出水筛管极易被油污、杂质堵塞，导致水质极易超标。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有核桃壳过滤器的缺陷，提供一种具有自清洗和反洗防跑料装置的过滤器，它彻底解决原有的核桃壳过滤器的反洗防跑料装置因堵塞而造成的进、出水不畅，水质不易达标的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括罐体，罐体内装有滤料，罐体上装有搅拌装置，其特征是：搅拌装置的密封盘根下端装有不锈钢滤网筒，滤网筒内的搅拌轴上装有尼龙刷，尼龙刷紧贴滤网筒内壁。所述的尼龙刷为4-5个，上、下交错排列。在过滤器反洗、搅拌装置对核桃壳滤料进行搅拌的同时，尼龙刷随着搅拌轴一起转动，对滤网筒内壁附着的油污等污物进行自清洗，被清洗掉的污物随着反洗水从反洗水排放口排出。
本实用新型结构简单、操作维护方便、过滤器进出水顺畅，它彻底解决原有的核桃壳过滤器的反洗防跑料装置因堵塞而造成的进、出水不畅，水质不易达标的问题。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括罐体1，罐体1内装有滤料2，罐体1上装有搅拌装置3，搅拌装置3的密封盘根4下端装有不锈钢滤网筒5，滤网筒5内的搅拌轴上装有尼龙刷6，尼龙刷6紧贴滤网筒5内壁。所述的尼龙刷为4-5个，上、下交错排列。在过滤器反洗、搅拌装置对核桃壳滤料进行搅拌的同时，尼龙刷随着搅拌轴一起转动，对滤网筒内壁附着的油污等污物进行自清洗，被清洗掉的污物随着反洗水从反洗水排放口排出。

1.一种具有自清洗和反洗防跑料装置的过滤器，它包括罐体，罐体内装有滤料，罐体上装有搅拌装置，其特征是：搅拌装置的密封盘根下端装有不锈钢滤网筒，滤网筒内的搅拌轴上装有尼龙刷，尼龙刷紧贴滤筒内壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自清洗和反洗防跑料装置的过滤器，其特征是：所述的尼龙刷为4-5个，上、下交错排列。
