Abstract
본 발명은 나노섬유 기반 장기간 초대 간세포 배양시스템 및 배양방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 초대 간세포 배양시스템은 나노섬유로 이루어진 지지체를 사이에 두고 인간 초대 간세포와 간 비실질세포를 이격시켜 직접 공배양하지 않고 간접적으로 공배양함으로써 증식성이 낮은 초대 간세포를 장기간 본래의 생리활성을 유지하도록 in vitro 상에서 3차원 세포배양을 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 초대 간세포 배양시스템은 간조직 유사 환경으로서 고가의 혈청을 사용하지 않고 저가의 비용으로 손쉽게 초대 간세포를 배양할 수 있으며, 간 약물대사효소(시토크롬 P450 효소) 유도 및 억제를 통한 약물-약물 간 상호작용 분석, 간 수송체의 기능적 업테이크(uptake) 분석 및 약물 유도 간 손상 분석 등 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있다.
