Abstract
위치 정보를 제공하는 전자 장치 및 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 문서의 다양한 실시예들에 따른 전자 장치는, 통신 모듈, 상기 통신 모듈과 동작이 가능하도록 연결된 프로세서 및 상기 프로세서와 동작이 가능하도록 연결된 메모리를 포함하고, 상기 메모리는, 실행 시에, 상기 프로세서로 하여금, 제1 전자 장치의 위치를 확인하기 위한 제1 확인 요청을 제2 전자 장치로부터 수신하고, 상기 수신된 제1 확인 요청을 상기 제1 전자 장치로 전송하고, 상기 전송된 제1 확인 요청에 대응하는 제1 확인 응답이 상기 제1 전자 장치로부터 수신되는지 여부를 판단하고, 상기 판단에 기초하여, 상기 메모리에 저장된 상기 제1 전자 장치의 제1 위치 정보를 상기 제2 전자 장치에 전송하는 인스트럭션들을 포함하고, 상기 제1 위치 정보는, 상기 제1 확인 요청이 수신된 시점 이전에 상기 제2 전자 장치로부터 수신된 제2 확인 요청에 따라 상기 제1 전자 장치로부터 전송된 위치 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
