Abstract

Un aparato para el procesamiento de la información (10b) incluye: un obtentor de voz (11) que obtiene la voz de un usuario; un primer controlador (12b) el cual, cuando el primer controlador (12b) reconoce que la voz obtenida por el obtentor de voz (11) es una primera palabra de activación, da salida a una señal correspondiente a la primera palabra de activación; y un segundo controlador (13b). En el primer proceso de transmisión de voz en el cual la señal de voz de la voz obtenida por el obtentor de voz (11) se transmite a servidor en la nube VPA (120b), el primer controlador (12b) determina si dar salida a una señal de voz correspondiente a la segunda palabra de activación para el segundo controlador (13b) con base en un nivel de prioridad predeterminado, cuando el primer controlador (12b) reconoce que la voz obtenida por el obtentor de voz indica la segunda palabra de activación para hacer que el segundo controlador (13b) inicie un segundo proceso de transmisión de voz.
