Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de manipulation et de dépôt en continu de textiles techniques dans un outil de formage (66, 68, 76, 78). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : stocker au moins une bande de textile technique (18, 20) enroulée sur un rouleau de matériau (14, 16), presser le rouleau de matériau contre au moins une surface périphérique (24) d'une bande transporteuse sans fin (22), dérouler la bande de textile du rouleau de matériau par défilement de la bande transporteuse sans fin et par fixation temporaire de la bande de textile au moins sur une zone partielle sur l'au moins une surface périphérique (24), préformer la bande textile transportée par modification de la géométrie de l'au moins une surface périphérique sur une zone partielle de celle-ci dans sa direction périphérique, confectionner la bande textile transportée, déposer une bande de textile ou pièce découpée de bande de textile depuis l'au moins une surface périphérique jusque dans un outil de formage avec réalisation d'un mouvement relatif entre toute la bande transporteuse sans fin plus le rouleau de matériau et l'outil de formage. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif (10) permettant la mise en œuvre dudit procédé.
