所述货品存储单元10包括设置在第一机架120上的第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12,所述第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12均包括两条环形设置的链条。
所述第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12在电机的驱动作用下同步相向转动;所述第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12上分别均匀布设有多个第一置物板111和多个第二置物板121,在所述第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12同步转动过程中,其中一个所述第一置物板111和其中一个第二置物板121始终处于同一水平面上。
所述第一置物板111和第二置物板121相配合以共同承托所述货品70,随着所述第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12的同步转动,共同盛放有货品70的第一置物板111和第二置物板121从上到下运动,运动至所述第一传动链条组11或第二传动链条组12的最低点并分别向外侧继续运动,第一置物板111和第二置物板121逐渐分离;此时设置在所述货品存储单元10底部外侧的第一机架120上的所述第二限位开关90与此位置的第一置物板111相接触,与控制单元连接的货品存储单元10停止动作,货品70下落至所述第一输送单元20上,进行下一步工序。
具体为,当所述第一置物板111和所述第二置物板121转动至第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12的内侧时,所述第一置物板111和所述第二置物板121共同承托所述货品70;当所述第一置物板111和所述第二置物板121转动至第一传动链条组11和第二传动链条组12的最低位并向外侧继续转动时,所述第一置物板111和所述第二置物板121逐渐分离,所述货品70下落至所述第一输送单元20上。
所述第一输送单元20安装在第一机架120上且其设置在所述货品存储单元10的下方,所述第二输送单元30设置在所述第一输送单元20的侧边,且所述第二输送单元30的初始位A略低于所述第一输送单元20的设置位置,该设置方式便于货品70更容易地从第一输送单元20被逐渐输送到第二输送单元30上。
进一步地,所述第一输送单元20包括第一驱动辊21、第一传动辊22以及用于传动所述货品70的第一传动皮带23,所述第一传动皮带23包裹设置在所述第一驱动辊21和第一传动辊22的外侧,并在所述第一驱动辊21的驱动作用下运动。
所述第二输送单元30滑动安装在第二机架60上并可沿所述第二机架60进行上下往复运动,所述第二输送单元30可以使货品70从初始位A途经取货位B直接送至最高位C,以便于与所述打孔单元40配合对所述货品70进 行打孔。
所述第二输送单元30包括承托件31、包裹设置所述承托件31外的外壳以及皮带传送组件32,所述皮带传送组件32的初始位A略低于所述第一输送单元20的设置位置,所述承托件31半包裹设置在所述皮带传送组件32的外侧,所述承托件31的内侧设置一放置在所述皮带传送组件32上的货品70;所述承托件31的两侧与所述第二机架60滑动连接并在步进电机的驱动作用下沿所述第二机架60上下往复运动。所述承托件31的功能是盛放打孔时掉落在第二传送皮带30上的碎末;承托件31上还装配毛刷,用于刮第二传送皮带上的碎末,因此,所述承托件31需要定期进行清洗。
进一步地,在所述初始位A处还设有传感器和第三限位开关,所述传感器检测到由第一输送单元20输送的货品70进入第二输送单元30时,所述传感器将该信号反馈给单片机,所述单片机控制第一输送单元20中的第一电机停止转动,所述第一电机停止转动一定时间后,所述第二输送单元30中的第二电机也立即停止转动。所述第三限位开关用于限定第二输送单元30向下运动的最低位,当所述第二输送单元30运动至该最低位时,所述第三限位开关反馈信号至单片机并控制步进电机停止工作。
进一步地,所述皮带传送组件32包括第二驱动辊、第二传动辊以及用于传动所述货品70的第二传动皮带,所述第二传动皮带包裹设置在所述第二驱动辊和第二传动辊的外侧,并在所述第二驱动辊的驱动作用下运动,第二传送皮带和所述第一传动皮带23相互配合,将所述货品70从第一传送皮带23上逐渐过渡输送至第二传送皮带上。
进一步地,所述承托件31的两侧与所述第二机架60滑动连接的配合方式可通过以下几种方式实现,但并不限于以下方式:
所述承托件31通过步进电机驱动进行上下往复运动;具体为所述承托件31的一侧通过一滑块与安装在第二机架60上的螺杆61螺纹连接,所述螺杆61与步进电机连接,所述承托件31的另一侧通过另一滑块与所述第二机架 60滑动连接。
优选地,所述承托件31通过齿轮齿条驱动进行上下往复运动。
优选地,所述承托件31通过蜗轮蜗杆驱动进行上下往复运动。
如图7所示,所述打孔单元40设置在所述第二输送单元30的上方,当所述第二输送单元30沿所述第二机架60运动至最高位B时,所述打孔单元40完成对放置在所述第二输送单元30上的货品70的打孔。所述第二机架60上还设有一与所述打孔单元40相邻设置的第一限位开关80。当所述货品70抵接到所述定位罩42时,所述定位罩42会继续往上运动,当所述定位罩42刚开始运动时,就会触动到所述第一限位开关80。所述第一限位开关80的作用是:当所述定位罩42触碰到所述第一限位开关80时,所述电机开始工作并对所述货品70进行打孔;所述第一限位开关80反馈信号至单片机,并反馈信号至步进电机,所述第二输送单元30继续往上移动50mm,该距离设置可以根据实际需要进行调节。
所述打孔单元40包括电机41,所述电机41安装在所述第二机架60的一面板62上;当放置有货品70的所述第二输送单元30运动至所述最高位B时,所述电机41中的钻头对所述货品70进行钻孔;所述最高位B为动态位,其取决于所述货品70的大小。
所述打孔单元40还包括定位罩42,所述定位罩42通过一可伸缩导杆43安装在所述面板62上,在所述可伸缩导杆43上还套设一弹簧431。所述弹簧431起缓冲作用。当所述定位罩42触动到所述第一限位开关80时,所述第二输送单元30会继续往上走一定距离(该距离根据实际需要可灵活选择),此工位设置的弹簧431作用于向下移动的货品70,并将其弹至初始位置。
所述打孔单元40附近的第二机架60上还设有安全限位开关,所述安全限位开关用于防止设备意外情况发生,在任何情况下,当所述第二输送单元30触碰到该安全限位开关时,步进电机立即停止工作。
如图8至图9所示,所述定位罩42的下方设有一凹陷部421,所述凹陷 部421与所述货品70的上部匹配设置。在打孔过程中,所述货品70的上部抵接在所述凹陷部421上,在第二输送单元30的输送作用下,所述定位罩42连同第二输送单元30一起上升,直至打孔结束后停止。
进一步地,所述凹陷部421上还设有一海绵体44。在打孔的过程中,会有部分残渣附着在钻头上,海绵体44用于吸附液体,残渣会随钻头进入定位罩42的上部凹槽中,该设置保证了钻头的清洁,又避免了因附着过多残渣而影响电机41的打孔操作,工作人员可以根据实际情况定期更换海绵体44并对所述定位罩42进行清洗。在本实施例中,所述海绵体44亦可更换为高纤维的布等。
所述取货单元50设置在所述第二输送单元30初始位A和最高位B之间的取货位C处的第二机架60上。上述打孔完成后的货品70被第二输送单元30输送至该取货单元50。
所述取货单元50优选为一设置在所述取货位C的取货口51,所述取货口51设置在所述第二机架60上的安装门板上。
进一步地,所述取货位C还设有一传感器,所述传感器优选为红外传感器,当检测到打孔完成的货品时,控制单元提醒顾客自取货品。
进一步地,所述售货机还包括一壳体100,所述壳体100的底部设有四个万向轮101,可以根据需要将售货机移动至需要的位置,移动便捷。
进一步地,所述售货机的顶部安装控制单元的电控柜110。
进一步地,所述售货机还设有制冷系统,所述制冷系统对所述售货机内的货品70进行低温存储,保持货品70的新鲜度并延长保证期。
在本实施例中,所述货品70优选为椰子。
本发明自动化程度高、可将椰子等货品的自动打孔和自动售货功能集合在一起,实用性强,可应用于火车站,汽车站,医院,工厂,商场,景区等公共场地;本发明中第一输送单元和第二输送单元相配合,实现了货品从货品存储单元向打孔单元的转运,所述配合方式衔接性好、输送货品的稳定 性强;本发明中第二输送单元和打孔单元相配合实现了货品的定位打孔,配合度高、打孔效果佳;本发明中的冷藏系统可对售货机内部的空间进行冷藏保温,保持椰子的新鲜度并适当延长保质期;因此,本发明具有广阔的市场应用前景。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种自动售货机,其特征在于,
    包括货品存储单元(10)、第一输送单元(20)、第二输送单元(30)、打孔单元(40)以及取货单元(50);
    所述第一输送单元(20)设置在所述货品存储单元(10)的下方,
    所述第二输送单元(30)设置在所述第一输送单元(20)的侧边,且所述第二输送单元(30)的初始位A与所述第一输送单元(20)处于同一水平面;
    所述第二输送单元(30)滑动安装在第二机架(60)上并可沿所述第二机架(60)进行上下运动;
    所述打孔单元(40)设置在所述第二输送单元(30)的上方,当所述第二输送单元(30)沿所述第二机架(60)运动至最高位B时,所述打孔单元(40)对放置在所述第二输送单元(30)上的货品(70)进行打孔;
    所述取货单元(50)设置在所述第二输送单元(30)初始位A和最高位B之间的取货位C处的第二机架(60)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,
    所述货品存储单元(10)包括设置在第一机架(120)上的第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12),所述第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)在电机的驱动作用下同步相向转动;
    所述第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)上分别均匀布设有多个第一置物板(111)和多个第二置物板(121),在所述第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)同步转动过程中,其中一个所述第一置物板(111)和其中一个第二置物板(121)始终处于同一水平面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,安装在第一机架(120)上的所述第一输送单元(20)包括第一驱动辊(21)、第一传动辊(22)以及用于传动所述货品(70)的第一传动皮带(23),所述第一传动皮带(23)包裹设置在所述第一驱动辊(21)和第一传动辊(22)的外侧,并在所述第一驱动辊(21)的驱动作用下运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动售货机,其特征在于
    当所述第一置物板(111)和所述第二置物板(121)转动至第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)的内侧时,所述第一置物板(111)和所述第二置物板(121)共同承托所述货品(70);
    当所述第一置物板(111)和所述第二置物板(121)转动至第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)的最低位并向外侧继续转动时,所述第一置物板(111)和所述第二置物板(121)逐渐分离,所述货品(70)下落至所述第一输送单元(20)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2或4所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述第一传动链条组(11)和第二传动链条组(12)均包括两条环形设置的链条。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,
    所述第二输送单元(30)包括承托件(31)、包裹所述承托件(31)设置的外壳以及皮带传送组件(32),
    所述皮带传送组件(32)的初始位A略低于所述第一输送单元(20)的设置位置,
    所述承托件(31)半包裹设置在所述皮带传送组件(32)的外侧,所述承托件(31)的内侧设置一放置在所述皮带传送组件(32)上的货品(70);
    所述承托件(31)的两侧与所述第二机架(60)滑动连接并驱动组件的驱动作用下沿所述第二机架(60)上下往复运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述驱动组件为步进电机,所述承托件(31)通过设置在第二机架(60)步进电机驱动进行上下往复运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述承托件(31)的一侧通过一滑块与安装在第二机架(60)上的螺杆(61)螺纹连接,所述螺杆(61)与步进电机连接,所述承托件(31)的另一侧通过另一滑块与所述第二机架(60)滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述打孔单元(40)包括电机(41),所述电机(41)安装在所述第二机架(60)的一面板(62)上;当放置有货品(70)的所述第二输送单元(30)运动至所述最高位B时,所述电机(41)中的钻头对所述货品(70)进行钻孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述打孔单元(40)还包括定位罩(42),所述定位罩(42)通过一可伸缩导杆(43)安装在所述面板(62)上,在所述可伸缩导杆(43)上还套设一弹簧(431)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述定位罩(42)的下方设有一凹陷部(421),所述凹陷部(421)与所述货品(70)的上部匹配设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述凹陷部(421)上还设有一海绵体(44)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述第二机架(60) 上还设有一与所述打孔单元(40)相邻设置的第一限位开关(80)。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述取货单元(50)包括一设置在所述取货位C的取货口(51),所述取货口(51)设置在所述第二机架(60)上的安装门板上。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括第二限位开关(90),所述第二限位开关(90)设置在所述货品存储单元(10)底部外侧的第一机架(120)上。
