Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de rétroaction de qualité de composant de boîtier décodeur, le procédé consistant à : déterminer un composant défectueux lors de la maintenance d'un boîtier décodeur qui présente un défaut lors d'une utilisation ultérieure, acquérir l'identifiant du composant et l'envoyer à un emplacement de stockage désigné, puis calculer, au niveau de l'emplacement de stockage désigné, le nombre de fois qu'un défaut se produit pour chaque composant, et déterminer, selon le nombre de fois qu'un défaut se produit, si la qualité de chaque composant satisfait une exigence, si la qualité d'un composant ne satisfait pas l'exigence, remplacer le composant en temps opportun. En fournissant en continu des problèmes de qualité de composant se produisant lors d'une utilisation ultérieure par des utilisateurs, la présente invention évite un taux de défaillance excessivement élevé de ces boîtiers décodeurs fabriqués à un stade ultérieur, ce qui garantit la qualité des boîtiers décodeurs et satisfaisait aux exigences de l'utilisateur.
