本申请的有益效果:
通过设置第一夹板和第二夹板,刮试片设于第一夹板和第二夹板之间,并使用第一弹性夹和第二弹性夹夹紧刮试片,以对喷口进行刮试以清洁,使用刮拭片不会产生污染并且对喷口基本没有磨损,并且不需要手拉直刮拭片,操作简便,效率高。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,本申请的清洁装置目的是对喷口301进行清洁,所述喷口301位于喷嘴尖端30的端部上,且喷口301沿喷嘴尖端其中一个方向延伸,喷口301内喷射相应物料以实现涂布等功能,喷嘴尖端30与喷嘴20连接,喷嘴尖端30形成倒锥形结构,喷口301开口方向向下。
请参考图3至图6,图3中省略了刮拭片40,本申请所采用的技术手段是将刮拭片40伸入刀口301内进行清洁,本申请一种较佳实施方式提供一种清洁装置10,所述清洁装置10包括刮拭片40、第一夹板101、第二夹板111、第一弹性夹104和第二弹性夹105,所述第一夹板101包括第一板体108、第一弯曲部106和第一端部107,所述第一弯曲部106在第一板体108和第一端部107之间弯曲延伸,所述第二夹板111包括第二板体119、第二弯曲部117和第二端部118,所述第二弯曲部117在第二板体119和第二端部118之间弯曲延伸,所述刮拭片40位于所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111之间,所述刮拭片40包括固定部41和清洁部42,通过所述第一弹性夹104的夹持力使得所述第一弯曲部106和所述第二弯曲部117保持相对夹紧状态,所述固定 部41被夹持在所述第一弯曲部106和所述第二弯曲部117之间,通过所述第二弹性夹105连接在所述第一端部107和所述第二端部118之间,以使所述第一板体108和所述第二板体119保持内夹状态,所述清洁部42位于所述第一板体108和所述第二板体119之间,所述清洁部42用于伸入所述喷口301,以通过所述第一板体108和所述第二板体119夹持所述喷嘴之尖端30,以及通过所述清洁装置10与所述喷口301之间的相对移动清洁所述喷口301。
本实施方式中,所述第一夹板101的第一板体108形状为矩形,当然,也可以为圆形、棱形等。夹紧时按压第一端部107和第二端部118,使第一板体108和第二板体119贴合喷嘴尖端30,当清洁完毕需要卸下时,再次按压第一端部107和第二端部118即可打开第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111。
本实施方式中,所述第一夹板101的材质可为不锈钢或耐磨塑料。一般的,金属材料和塑料均可以作为所述第一夹板101的材质,但是经过试验,不锈钢或耐磨塑料具有良好的强度、刚度、耐磨性和可靠性,是优选的材质。
第二夹板111可以采用与第一夹板101相似的结构,即所述第二夹板111包括第二板体119和沿所述第二板体119第二侧边弯曲的第二弯曲部118,所述第二弯曲部118与所述第一弯曲部107对应设置,且所述第一弯曲部107和所述第二弯曲部118的弯曲方向相背,使得所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111夹紧时的形状为轴对称的结构。采用本实施方式的第一夹板107和第二夹板111可以制作成相同的结构,只是在安装时将第一弯曲部和第二弯曲部相背即可,便于通用化。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3至图6,所述第一弯曲部106和所述第二弯曲部117的弯曲方向相背,所述第一弯曲部106朝向其弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第一连接扣109(因图中第一连接扣的位置被挡住,故以图中以第二夹板的标号109代表第一夹板101的第一连接扣,两者位置、形状和结构均类似),所述第二弯曲部117朝向其弯曲方向一侧面的边缘设有一对第二连接扣122,所述第一弹性夹104成对设置,并分别于所述第一弯曲部106和所述第二弯曲部117边缘两侧与所述第一连接扣109和所述第二连接扣122连接固定,所述第一弹性夹104初始状态对所述第一弯曲部106和所述第二弯曲部117具有夹持力。
本实施方式中,第一弹性夹104成对设置,为方便说明,位于一侧的第一弹性夹用标号104标识,另一侧的第一弹性夹用标号114标识,两者完全相同。第一连接扣109和第二连接扣122可以采用卡扣结构,也可以采用拉锁锁紧、螺丝固定等形式,本申请不限制其具体结构。第一弹性夹104保持夹紧状态,相当于形成一个支点,第一夹板101和第二夹板111以该支点可以转动。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3至图6,所述第一端部107背向所述第一弯曲部106弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第三连接扣(未图示),所述第二端部118背向所述第二弯曲部117弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第四连接扣(未图示),所述第二弹性夹105成对设置,并分别于所述第一端部107和所述第二端部118边缘两侧与所述第三连接扣和第四连接扣连接固定,所述第二弹性夹105初始状态对所述第一端部107和所述第二端部118具有拉伸力,所述第一弹性夹104和所述第二弹性夹105夹紧所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111,并使所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111之间具有间隙121,所述间隙121用于容纳所述刮拭片40。
本实施方式中,参考第一连接扣109和第二连接扣122的说明,第三连接扣和第四连接扣的形状、结构和位置等均可与其相同。第二弹性夹105还包括另一侧的标号115的第二弹性夹,两者完全相同,只是为了描述方便采用不同的标号。第二弹性夹105向外拉伸,使第一夹板101和第二夹板111以第一弹性夹104为支点夹紧,第一板体108和第二板体119呈现贴合的趋势,以夹紧喷嘴尖端30的倒锥形表面。
本实施方式中,刮拭片40可以采用现有技术中的Film薄片,也可以使用其它非金属材料,例如采用塑料薄片,纸基薄片等,刮拭片40的厚度范围可以为0.08~0.12mm,优选厚度值为0.08、0.1和0.12mm。
本实施方式中,与刮拭片40的间隙121对应,所述间隙121的宽度范围为0.05~0.08mm。由于刮拭片40具有0.08~0.12mm的厚度,因此,需要设置间隙121的范围,经过试验,间隙121的值比刮拭片40的厚度值小0.03mm左右是较好的,可以即能让刮拭片40通过又不会切断或撕裂刮拭片40。例如,当刮拭片40的厚度为0.08mm时,优选的间隙为0.05mm;当刮拭片40的厚度为0.1mm时,优选的间隙为0.07mm;当刮拭片40的厚度为0.12mm时, 优选的间隙为0.08mm。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3和图7,所述第一弹性夹104包括一夹紧端1041、两个弯折部1042和两个连接端1043,所述夹紧端1041、所述弯折部1042和所述连接端1043依次连接,并且所述弯折部1042和所述连接端1043位于所述夹紧端1041两侧。
请参考图7,给出了一种第一弹性夹104的实施方式,需要说明的是,以第一弹性夹104为例说明,其他弹性夹可参考。第一弹性夹104包括夹紧端1041、弯折部1042和连接端1043,其中,夹紧端1041连接在成对设置的弯折部1042之间,连接端1043成对设置并连接至弯折部1042,使弯折部1042形成自夹紧端1041两端向中间弯折的结构,连接端1043与第一连接扣109固定。由于弯折部的弯折,使第一弹性夹104具有更大的弹性,加强了弹性夹的受力能力,对第一夹板101和第二夹板111的夹紧更稳定。进一步的,在连接端1043与弯折部1042连接的另一端还具有一定挠性,可以弯曲以进一步卡紧第一连接扣109,使连接更稳固。
请参考图8,给出了另一种第一弹性夹104的实施方式,与图6所示的实施例基本相同,区别在于,连接端1041弯折形状为呈弧形或扇形。
请参考图9,给出了另一种第一弹性夹104的实施方式,与图6所示的实施例基本相同,区别在于,连接端1041为向内弯曲的弧形,弯折部1042为向内弯曲的弧形,使第一弹性夹104的弹性更大。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3和图5,所述第一夹板101上设有擦拭片102,所述擦拭片102位于所述第一板体101表面与所述喷嘴尖端30贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端30。进一步的,所述擦拭片102为多个且在所述第一夹板101上沿所述第一板体108并垂直于所述第一端部107的方向等间距间隔设置。
本实施方式中,擦拭片102的作用为将喷嘴尖端30上的液体等异物擦拭下来,可以对喷嘴进行更加全面的清洁。擦拭片102为可拆卸设置,便于及时进行更换。擦拭片102的材质可以为软性橡胶、棉质材料等。擦拭片102间隔设置,节约擦拭片用量,也便于更换。可以理解的,第二夹板111上也可以设置擦拭片112,其结构及布置可参考第一夹板101上的擦拭片102。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3和图5,由于第一夹板101被第二夹板111挡住,为便于描述,采用第二夹板111的序号进行说明,所述第一夹板101上设有导流槽116,所述导流槽116位于所述第一板体108向所述第一弯曲部106过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
本实施方式中,可以理解的,第二夹板111上也可以设置导流槽116,导流槽116可以为贯穿所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111的表面的开口槽,此时,导流槽116可以设置为多个且间隔布置,可减少对所述第一夹板101和所述第二夹板111的切削,使其保留适当的强度;也可以不贯穿以凹槽的形式设置在第一夹板101的内表面,使其形成隐形结构。
一种实施方式中,请参考图3和图5,所述第一夹板上设有手持部103,所述手持部103位于所述第一夹板101外表面,便于用手操作所述清洁装置10移动。进一步的,所述手持部103设于所述第一板体108外表面,形成平面或凹凸不平的形状,且表面具有纹路。
本实施方式中,手持部103设置在所述第一夹板101相对外表面,且可以设置为多个,例如,再设置另一手持部113,以便于双手操作,形状可以为圆形,设置纹路便于工作人员用手压住以在刀具上往复移动进行清洁。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请一种较佳实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方式的全部或部分流程,并依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种清洁装置,用于清洁喷嘴,所述喷嘴之尖端设有连通所述喷嘴内外的喷口,其中,所述清洁装置包括刮拭片、第一夹板、第二夹板、第一弹性夹和第二弹性夹,所述第一夹板包括第一板体、第一弯曲部和第一端部,所述第一弯曲部在第一板体和第一端部之间弯曲延伸,所述第二夹板包括第二板体、第二弯曲部和第二端部,所述第二弯曲部在第二板体和第二端部之间弯曲延伸,所述刮拭片位于所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板之间,所述刮拭片包括固定部和清洁部,通过所述第一弹性夹的夹持力使得所述第一弯曲部和所述第二弯曲部保持相对夹紧状态,所述固定部被夹持在所述第一弯曲部和所述第二弯曲部之间,通过所述第二弹性夹连接在所述第一端部和所述第二端部之间,以使所述第一板体和所述第二板体保持内夹状态,所述清洁部位于所述第一板体和所述第二板体之间,所述清洁部用于伸入所述喷口,以通过所述第一板体和所述第二板体夹持所述喷嘴之尖端,以及通过所述清洁装置与所述喷口之间的相对移动清洁所述喷口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一弯曲部和所述第二弯曲部的弯曲方向相背,所述第一弯曲部朝向其弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第一连接扣,所述第二弯曲部朝向其弯曲方向一侧面的边缘设有一对第二连接扣,所述第一弹性夹成对设置,并分别于所述第一弯曲部和所述第二弯曲部边缘两侧与所述第一连接扣和所述第二连接扣连接固定,所述第一弹性夹初始状态对所述第一弯曲部和所述第二弯曲部具有夹持力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一端部背向所述第一弯曲部弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第三连接扣,所述第二端部背向所述第二弯曲部弯曲方向一面的边缘设有一对第四连接扣,所述第二弹性夹成对设置,并分别于所述第一端部和所述第二端部边缘两侧与所述第三连接扣和第四连接扣连接固定,所述第二弹性夹初始状态对所述第一端部和所述第二端部具有拉伸力,所述第一弹性夹和所述第二弹性夹夹紧所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板,并使所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板之间具有间隙,所述间隙用于容纳所述刮拭片。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一弹性夹包括一夹紧端、两个弯折部和两个连接端,所述夹紧端、所述弯折部和所述连接端依次连接,并且所述弯折部和所述连接端位于所述夹紧端两侧。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述刮拭片的厚度范围为0.08~0.12mm,所述间隙的宽度范围为0.05~0.08mm。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有擦拭片,所述擦拭片位于所述第一板体表面与所述喷嘴尖端贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有擦拭片,所述擦拭片位于所述第一板体表面与所述喷嘴尖端贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有擦拭片,所述擦拭片位于所述第一板体表面与所述喷嘴尖端贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有擦拭片,所述擦拭片位于所述第一板体表面与所述喷嘴尖端贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有擦拭片,所述擦拭片位于所述第一板体表面与所述喷嘴尖端贴合位置,用于擦拭所述喷嘴尖端。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其中,所述擦拭片为多个且在所述第一夹板上沿所述第一板体并垂直于所述第一端部的方向等间距间隔设置。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有导流槽,所述导流槽位于所述第一板体向所述第一弯曲部过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有导流槽,所述导流槽位于所述第一板体向所述第一弯曲部过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
  14. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有导流槽, 所述导流槽位于所述第一板体向所述第一弯曲部过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
  15. 如权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有导流槽,所述导流槽位于所述第一板体向所述第一弯曲部过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
  16. 如权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有导流槽,所述导流槽位于所述第一板体向所述第一弯曲部过渡位置,用于疏导清洁所述刀具流出的液体。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有手持部,所述手持部位于所述第一夹板外表面,便于用手操作所述清洁装置移动。
  18. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有手持部,所述手持部位于所述第一夹板外表面,便于用手操作所述清洁装置移动。
  19. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述第一夹板上设有手持部,所述手持部位于所述第一夹板外表面,便于用手操作所述清洁装置移动。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的清洁装置,其中,所述手持部设于所述第一板体外表面,形成平面或凹凸不平的形状,且表面具有纹路。
