Description

固定装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定装置,特别是一种能够一次固定多个工件的固定装置。
背景技术
在CNC加工的工程中需将多个工件首先固定于夹具上,再将夹具固定于加工固定装置上,且加工后需将工件从夹具上拆卸下来,操作繁琐,效率低。同时,人工于夹具上拆装工件,劳动强度大且效率低。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种无需夹具且拆装工件效率高的固定装置。
一种固定装置,用于固定多个工件,该固定装置包括基座及至少一个固定机构,该基座包括基板及设置于该基板上的固定板,每个该固定机构包括固定驱动件、支撑件、杠杆、连接件、固定件及按压件,该固定驱动件及该支撑件设置于该基板上,该支撑件位于该固定驱动件和该固定板之间,该杠杆枢接于该支撑件上且该杠杆的一端与该固定驱动件相枢接,该连接件一端枢接于该杠杆远离该固定驱动件的一端,该固定件包括底板及两个侧板,该底板设置于该固定板上,两个该侧板为该底板的相对两个边缘沿朝向该底板的同一侧垂直延伸而成,每个该侧板上开设有抵持斜面,该连接件远离该杠杆的一端滑动地穿过该固定板和该底板且与该按压件相连 接,该按压件上开设有两个抵压斜面,两个该抵压斜面能够与两个该侧板的抵持斜面相配合,该固定驱动件驱动该杠杆绕该支撑件转动以带动该连接件移动,该连接件带动该按压件靠近或者远离该底板以使每个抵压斜面将相应的该工件的部分抵压固定至相应的该抵持斜面上或者释放相应的该工件。

请同时参阅图1和图3,基座10包括基板11、至少一个支撑杆12及固定板13。基板11大致呈矩形。至少一个支撑杆12设置于基板11上。固定板13设置于至少一个支撑杆12远离基板11的一端上。固定板13大致呈矩形,其包括第一表面131及与第一表面131相对的第二表面132。固定板13上开设有至少一个凹槽133及至少一个穿设孔134。至少一个凹槽133开设于第一表面131上且均匀分布于第一表面131上。每个穿设孔134贯穿开设于相应的凹槽133的底面上且位于相应的凹槽133的底面的大致中央位置。本实施例中,支撑杆12的数量为两个,凹槽133和穿设孔134的数量都为四个,但不限于此。

使用时,每个固定机构20的固定驱动件21驱动杠杆23绕支撑件22转动以带动枢接件24和连接件25移动。连接件25带动按压件27靠近固定件26的底板261以使每个抵压斜面271将相应的工件的部分抵压固定至相应的抵持斜面2621上,从而对工件进行固定。反之,连接件25带动按压件27远离固定件26的底板261以使每个抵压斜面271远离相应的抵持斜面2621上,从而将固定的工件释放。
基座10包括基板11、至少一个支撑杆12及固定板13,但不限于此,在其它实施例中,至少一个支撑杆12可以去除,固定板13直接架设于基板11上,并不影响基座10及固定板13支撑整个固定装置100。
每个固定机构20包括固定驱动件21、支撑件22、杠杆23、连接件25、固定件26及按压件27,但不限于此,在其它实施例中, 枢接件24可以去除,连接件25的枢接部252直接枢接于杠杆23远离固定驱动件21的一端,并不影响杠杆23带动连接件25移动。
固定装置100通过将在固定驱动件21和按压件27之间设置杠杆23从而增加按压件27的按压力,提高了固定工件的稳定性。同时,通过在固定件26的每个侧板262上设置抵持斜面2621,并在按压件27上设置与相应的抵持斜面2621配合的抵压斜面271,按压件27靠近或者远离固定件26的底板261以使每个抵压斜面271将相应的工件的部分抵压固定至相应的抵持斜面2621上或者释放相应的工件200,操作简单且效率高。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种固定装置,用于固定多个工件,该固定装置包括基座及至少一个固定机构,该基座包括基板及设置于该基板上的固定板,其特征在于:每个该固定机构包括固定驱动件、支撑件、杠杆、连接件、固定件及按压件,该固定驱动件及该支撑件设置于该基板上,该支撑件位于该固定驱动件和该固定板之间,该杠杆枢接于该支撑件上且该杠杆的一端与该固定驱动件相枢接,该连接件一端枢接于该杠杆远离该固定驱动件的一端,该固定件包括底板及两个侧板,该底板设置于该固定板上,两个该侧板为该底板的相对两个边缘沿朝向该底板的同一侧垂直延伸而成,每个该侧板上开设有抵持斜面,该连接件远离该杠杆的一端滑动地穿过该固定板和该底板且与该按压件相连接,该按压件上开设有两个抵压斜面,两个该抵压斜面能够与两个该侧板的抵持斜面相配合,该固定驱动件驱动该杠杆绕该支撑件转动以带动该连接件移动,该连接件带动该按压件靠近或者远离该底板以使每个抵压斜面将相应的该工件的部分抵压固定至相应的该抵持斜面上或者释放相应的该工件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该基座还包括至少一个支撑杆,至少一个该支撑杆设置于该基板上,该固定板设置于至少一个该支撑杆远离该基板的一端上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该固定板包括第一表面及与该第一表面相对的第二表面,该固定板上开设有至少一个凹槽,至少一个该凹槽开设于该第一表面上且均匀分布于该第一表面上,该底板设置于相应的该凹槽的底面上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该固定板上还开设有至少一个穿设孔,每个该穿设孔贯穿开设于相应的该凹槽的底面上且位于相应的该凹槽的底面的中央位置,该底板上贯穿开 设有通孔,该通孔位于该底板的中央位置且与相应的该穿设孔相对应。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该连接件包括杆体及设置于该杆体一端的枢接部,该枢接部枢接于该杠杆远离该固定驱动件的一端,该杆体滑动地穿过相应的该穿设孔和相应的该通孔,该按压件设置于该杆体远离该枢接部的一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于:每个该固定机构还包括枢接件,该枢接件枢接于该杠杆远离该固定驱动件的一端,该枢接部枢接于该枢接件远离该杠杆的一端。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该按压件上贯穿开设有固定孔,该固定孔用于收容该杆体远离该枢接部的一端以将该按压件固定于该杆体上。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该固定板的第一表面上还设有至少两个凸台,每两个该凸台分别位于相应的该凹槽的相对两侧,每个该凸台用于放置相应的该工件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该固定驱动件为直线气缸。
