具体实施例一
如图1所示,其为本发明优选实施方案提供的一种实施环境示意图。该实施环境公开了一种刷牙结果呈现系统,包括牙齿模型100和牙刷基座200。
如图2所示,牙刷基座200包括外壳210,外壳210具有与外部牙刷连接的连接端211,外壳210内还设有用于采集用户刷牙行为数据的刷牙监控装置230和为该刷牙监控装置230供电的供电组件240,其中刷牙监控装置230的外围设有防止外部液体进入的防液套220。本实施例中,防液套220由包附套222和密封盖221组合成,包附套222和密封盖221可以相互分离以取出或装配刷牙监控装置230。
如图3所示,刷牙监控装置230包括:PCB板231,设于PCB板231上的电源输入端238、动作传感器232、存储元件235和第一数据交换器237。电源输入端238用于电连接供电组件240从而给刷牙监控装置230供电。动作传感器232用于监测用户刷牙行为过程从而得到行为数据,该行为数据包括刷牙时的运动轨迹、牙齿在同一区域的刷洗次数、刷牙过程中的刷洗力度和刷洗时间;存储元件235用于存储得到的行为数据;第一数据交换器237用于与外部设备或服务器进行通信连接,从而发送或接收数据,如对外发送行为数据。第一数据交换器 237优选采用低功耗蓝牙装置。
如图1、图4所示,牙齿模型100包括外壳110、装饰件150、执行元件、以及设于外壳110内的基体170,基体170上设有第二数据交换器171、微处理器176、比较器177和存储器178,存储器178内存储有预设标准数据。第二数据交换器171优选采用低功耗蓝牙,预设标准数据是指在正确刷牙动作下,通过刷牙监控装置230检测得到的行为数据。第二数据交换器171适于与第一数据交换器237建立通信连接,以接收第一数据交换器237发送的行为数据,比较器177适于将第二数据交换器171接收到的行为数据与预设标准数据比较得出比较结果,然后执行元件根据比较结果进行工作以呈现比较结果。具体地,在得出比较结果后,微处理器176将其转化为电信号,以控制执行元件的工作。本实施例中,执行元件包括发声装置180和发光体175。发光体175可以根据比较结果进行闪烁、发光、不发光或变化发光颜色,发声装置180可以根据比较结果进行工作(发出不同声音),以告知用户的刷牙情况。例如根据得到的比较结果,控制刷洗不充分的牙齿对应的发光体175发出不同颜色的光或者进行闪烁,以直观地告知用户此次刷牙过程中哪些牙齿刷洗不充分;发声装置180也可以通过发出声音对应地告知用户的刷牙结果(如哪颗牙齿刷洗不充分,此次刷牙表现优秀、良好、及格、不及格或得分等)或其他信息(如系统信息)。
如图1、图4所示,装饰件150和发声装置180设于外壳110的外表面,发声装置180选择为语音播放器。外壳110由第一壳体111和第二壳体112组成,第一壳体111和第二壳体112可相互分离以便在外壳110内装配其他部件。外壳110的外观可以设为各种形象(如卡通形状或生物形状),以吸引消费者。基体170上还设有上牙130和下牙140,上牙130和下牙140的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近,并且上牙130或下牙140的牙齿排列方式与乳牙或恒牙的排列方式相同。例如用户为幼童时,牙齿为乳牙,上牙130和下牙140的牙齿数量分别设为10颗,牙齿排列方式按照乳牙的排列方式;用户为儿童时,牙齿为恒牙,上牙130和下牙140的牙齿数量分别设为14颗,牙齿排列方式按照恒牙的排列方式;用户为成人时,牙齿为恒牙,上牙130和下牙140的牙齿数量分别设为16颗,牙齿排列方式按照恒牙的排列方式。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,外壳110不遮挡上牙130和下牙140。在其他实施例中,当外壳110遮挡上牙130或下牙140时,为便于用户观看到上牙130和下牙140,外壳110中遮挡上牙130或下牙140的部分采用透明或半透明材料制作。
如图4、图5所示,基体170上设置上牙130和下牙140的位置均设有牙床,每颗牙齿上对应地设有发光体175。作为优选实施例,基体170上设置上牙130的位置设有上牙床173,上牙130位于上牙床173上,上牙130对应的发光体175也设于上牙床173上;基体170上设置下牙140的位置设有下牙床172,下牙140位于下牙床172上,下牙140对应的发光体175也设 于下牙床172上。具体地,上牙床173包括PCB板1731和固定件1732,上牙130设于固定件1732上,发光体175设于PCB板1731上,发光体175通过闪烁、发光、不发光或发光颜色变化来显示用户的刷牙结果。同理,本实施例中,下牙140对应的发光体也按上牙130对应的发光体175的设置方案设置。
如图5所示,在本实施例中,上牙130和下牙140均采用可透光的材料制成,且上牙130和下牙140设为中空结构,该中空结构的上牙130和下牙140对应的发光体175设于牙床上并位于中空结构内,该发光体175发出的光能从该牙齿的透光处(透光部)射出。发光体175优选采用通电后自发光的材料制成、或经光照射后发光的材料制成,或者发光体175采用LED灯。本实施例中,发光体175选用三基色LED灯,该发光体175可以根据比较结果发出不同颜色的光或者进行闪烁或者发光或者不发光,以显示不同信息。例如:发光体175根据第二数据交换器171接收到的比较结果发出不同颜色的光,其中不同颜色的光对应不同刷洗面的刷洗结果或者不同颜色的光代表该牙齿的刷洗得分,从而对应地告知用户刷牙结果。
如图1所示,牙齿模型100与刷牙监控装置230在配套使用时,由于发光体175能按比较结果进行工作,所以在预知发光体175不同工作情况对应不同刷牙情况时,用户可以根据发光体175的工作情况,得知用户的刷牙情况。
本实施例中,动作传感器232包括加速度传感器、地磁传感器、接触传感器、计时器、陀螺仪和计数器。加速度传感器用于检测用户刷牙过程中牙刷的线性加速度;陀螺仪用于检测用户刷牙过程中牙刷与水平面的倾斜度;地磁传感器用于检测用户刷牙过程中牙刷的指定方向;接触传感器用于检测牙刷是否接触到牙齿;计时器用于计算用户刷牙的刷洗时间并且还可以同步网络时间,该刷洗时间可以是整个刷牙过程所花的时间,还可以是刷洗某一区域所花的时间;计数器用于计算用户刷牙过程中各牙齿区域的刷洗次数。
在其他实施例中,为节约制造成本,发光体175的设置方式还可以更改为一个发光体175对应两颗牙齿或三颗牙齿或四颗牙齿的方案,从而一个发光体175的工作情况代表了所对应的两颗牙齿或三颗牙齿或四颗牙齿的刷洗结果,如刷洗干净或不干净;另外,发光体175也可以更改为设置在牙齿的外表面。
在其他实施例中,还可以在每颗牙齿的各刷洗面均设置发光体175,此时每个发光体175的亮或灭即代表该刷洗面的刷洗情况,或者每个发光体175的颜色变化即代表该刷洗面的刷洗情况。如此,用户只需通过观察每个刷洗面上发光体175的工作情况就可以直观地知道此次刷牙结果。
为更好地解释刷牙结果呈现系统的工作原理,如图6所示,其示出了刷牙结果呈现方法的流程,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,刷牙监控装置230和牙齿模型100通过第一数据交换器237和第二数据交换器171建立通信连接。
步骤S102,刷牙监控装置230通过动作传感器232检测用户的刷牙动作行为得到行为数据。
步骤S103,刷牙监控装置230通过第一数据交换器237将检测到的行为数据发送至牙齿模型100。
步骤S104,牙齿模型100中的比较器177将接收到的行为数据与预设标准数据进行比较得出比较结果。
步骤S105,牙齿模型100中的执行元件根据比较结果进行工作,以呈现用户的刷牙结果(也相当于是呈现比较结果)。
在其他实施例中,预设标准数据还可以根据实际需要存储在刷牙监控装置230上。此时,刷牙监控装置230只要与牙齿模型100建立通信连接后,牙齿模型100就能读取存储在刷牙监控装置230中的预设标准数据。
在其他实施环境下,预设标准数据还可以根据实际需要存储在服务器上。此时,如图7所示,牙齿模型100只要与服务器400建立通信连接后,牙齿模型100就能读取存储在服务器400中的预设标准数据。牙齿模型100与服务器400建立通信连接的方式优选采用NB-IOT通信技术。
具体实施例二
如图8所示,其示出了另一种实施环境示意图。该实施环境公开了另一种刷牙结果呈现系统,其包括牙刷基座200和牙齿模型300。牙刷基座200的具体结构和功能描述可参考具体实施例一中牙刷基座的描述,在此不作赘述。
如图8、图9所示,牙齿模型300包括外壳310、支撑座320、装饰件350、运动装置360、显示屏390、执行元件、以及设于外壳310内的基体370,基体370上设有的第二数据交换器371、微处理器376、比较器377和存储器378,存储器378内存储有预设标准数据。运动装置360优选震动马达或摆动装置,运动装置360能带动外壳310相对于支撑座320运动。另外,当外壳310相对于支撑座320运动时,设于外壳310上的部件也相对支撑座320运动。第二数据交换器371适于与第一数据交换器237建立通信连接,以接收第一数据交换器237发送的行为数据。第二数据交换器371优选采用低功耗蓝牙,预设标准数据是指在正确刷牙动作下,通过刷牙监控装置230检测得到的行为数据。比较器377适于将第二数据交换器371接收到的行为数据与预设标准数据比较得出比较结果,然后执行元件根据比较结果进行工作以呈现比较结果。具体地,在得出比较结果后,微处理器376将其转化为电信号,以控制执行元件的工作。
本实施例中,执行元件包括发声装置380、动作元件374和发光体375。发光体375可以根据比较结果进行闪烁、发光、不发光或变化发光颜色,发声装置380可以根据比较结果进行工作(发出不同声音),以告知用户的刷牙情况。例如根据得到的比较结果,控制刷洗不充分的牙齿对应的发光体375发出不同颜色的光或者进行闪烁,以直观地告知用户此次刷牙过程中哪些牙齿刷洗不充分;发声装置380也可以通过发出声音对应地告知用户的刷牙结果(如哪颗牙齿刷洗不充分,此次刷牙表现优秀、良好、及格、不及格或得分等)或其他信息(如系统信息)。动作元件374也能根据比较结果进行工作,例如当某个牙齿刷洗不干净时,动作元件374带动其控制的并未刷洗干净的牙齿震动或向上移动或向下移动或水平移动,以直观地告知用户的刷牙情况。其中,动作元件374优选震动马达或弹簧组件或摆动装置(其摆动部分可设于中空结构内)。
如图8、图9所示,装饰件350、显示屏390和发声装置380设于外壳310的外表面,发声装置380选择为语音播放器。外壳310由第一壳体311和第二壳体312组成,第一壳体311和第二壳体312可相互分离以便在外壳310内装配其他部件。外壳310的外观可以设为各种形象以吸引消费者,如卡通形状或生物形状。基体上设有上牙330和下牙340,上牙330和下牙340的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近,并且上牙330或下牙340的牙齿排列与用户乳牙或恒牙的排列方式相同。例如用户为幼童时,牙齿为乳牙,上牙330和下牙340的牙齿数量分别设为10颗,牙齿排列方式按照乳牙的排列方式;用户为儿童时,牙齿为恒牙,上牙330和下牙340的牙齿数量分别设为14颗,牙齿排列方式按照恒牙的排列方式;用户为成人时,牙齿为恒牙,上牙330和下牙340的牙齿数量分别设为16颗,牙齿排列方式按照恒牙的排列方式。
如图8所示,在本实施例中,外壳310不遮挡上牙330和下牙340。在其他实施例中,当外壳310遮挡上牙330或下牙340时,外壳310中遮挡上牙330或下牙340的部分应采用透明或半透明材料制作,以便于用户观看到上牙330和下牙340。
如图9、图10所示,基体370上设置上牙330和下牙340的位置均设有牙床,每颗牙齿上对应地设有发光体375。基体370上设置上牙330的位置设有上牙床373,上牙330位于上牙床373上,上牙330对应的发光体375也设于上牙床373上;基体370上设置下牙340的位置设有下牙床372,下牙340位于下牙床372上,下牙340对应的发光体375也设于下牙床372上。具体地,上牙床373包括PCB板3731和固定件3732,发光体375设于PCB板3731上,上牙330设于固定件3732上。同理,本实施例中,下牙340对应的发光体也按上牙330对应的发光体375的设置方案设置。
如图10所示,本实施例中,上牙330和下牙340采用可透光的材料制成,且上牙330和下牙340都设为中空结构,该中空结构的上牙330和中空结构的下牙340各自对应的发光体375发 出的光可从中空结构的上牙330和中空结构的下牙340射出。发光体375优选采用通电后自发光的材料制成、或经光照射后发光的材料制成,或者发光体375采用LED灯。本实施例中,发光体375选用三基色LED灯,该发光体375可以根据比较结果发出不同颜色的光或者进行闪烁或者发光或者不发光,以显示不同刷牙情况信息。
另外,如图11所示,为增加用户刷牙情况的显示方案,在牙床上还设有动作元件374,动作元件374能根据比较结果进行工作。其中,动作元件374优选震动马达(图未示,可参考摆动装置的设置方案)或弹簧组件(如图10、图11所示)或摆动装置379(如图12所示,其摆动装置379设于上牙床373上且摆动部分位于中空结构内),动作元件374能根据比较结果带动其控制的牙齿上下震动或水平摆动。
如图10、图11所示,本实施例中,动作元件374选用弹簧组件,弹簧组件包括设于上牙床373上的固定件3732、凸柱3733、限位装置(图未示)和弹簧3741。上牙330和下牙340的中空结构内设有动作元件374的限位结构,限位结构用于限定弹簧组件与牙齿间的连接关系。具体地,凸柱3733设置在固定件3732上,弹簧3741套设于凸柱3733上并处于压缩状态;凸柱3733的侧壁上设有卡扣3734,凸柱3733设卡扣3734的一端插入至上牙330的中空结构内,并卡扣3734可扣合在中空结构的开口处形成限位结构。当得到的比较结果为某牙齿未刷干净时,限位装置动作从而为该牙齿解锁,弹簧3741恢复原状顶着该牙齿移动一预设位移,直到限位结构起到限位作用。限位装置优选电控顶针与凹槽的配合结构。
如图8所示,牙齿模型300与刷牙监控装置230在配套使用时,由于发光体375和动作元件374能按比较结果进行工作,所以在预知发光体375和动作元件374的不同工作情况对应不同刷牙情况时,用户可以根据发光体375和动作元件374的工作情况,得知用户的刷牙情况。在其他实施例中,为节约制造成本,发光体375和动作元件374的设置方式还可以更改为一个发光体375或一个动作元件374对应两颗牙齿或三颗牙齿或四颗牙齿的方案,从而一个发光体375或一个动作元件374的工作情况代表了对应的两颗牙齿或三颗牙齿或四颗牙齿的刷洗结果;另外,发光体375还可以更改为设置在牙齿的外表面(如图12所示)。
为更好地解释刷牙结果呈现系统的工作原理,如图13所示,其示出了刷牙结果呈现方法的流程,包括以下步骤:

步骤S205,牙齿模型300中的执行元件根据比较结果进行工作,以呈现用户的刷牙结果(也相当于是呈现比较结果)。
在其他实施例中,预设标准数据还可以根据实际需要存储在刷牙监控装置230上。此时,刷牙监控装置230只要与牙齿模型300建立通信连接后,牙齿模型300就能读取存储在刷牙监控装置230中的预设标准数据。
在其他实施例中(参考图7),预设标准数据还可以根据实际需要存储在服务器上。牙齿模型300只要与服务器建立通信连接后,牙齿模型300就能读取存储在服务器中的预设标准数据。需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的元器件大多是以功能单元的划分进行举例说明。在实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述元器件集成到一个功能单元或模块上,或将某个元器件的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。

Claims (64)
- 一种刷牙结果呈现方法,其特征在于:包括刷牙监控装置和牙齿模型,所述刷牙监控装置和牙齿模型建立通信连接,还包括以下步骤:a、所述刷牙监控装置检测用户的刷牙动作行为得到行为数据;b、所述刷牙监控装置将所述行为数据发送至所述牙齿模型;c、所述牙齿模型将检测到的所述行为数据与预设标准数据进行比较得出比较结果;d、所述牙齿模型中的执行元件按所述比较结果进行工作以呈现所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:在步骤c中,所述预设标准数据存储于所述牙齿模型上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:还包括服务器,在步骤c中,所述预设标准数据存储于所述服务器上,所述牙齿模型在与所述服务器建立通信连接后能读取所述预设标准数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:在步骤c中,所述预设标准数据存储于所述刷牙监控装置上,所述牙齿模型在与所述刷牙监控装置建立通信连接后能读取所述预设标准数据。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型包括基体、设于该基体上的上牙和下牙,所述上牙或/和下牙的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近。
- 根据权利要求5所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述基体的外表面设有外壳,所述外壳设为卡通形状或生物形状,所述外壳不遮挡所述上牙和下牙,或者所述外壳中遮挡所述上牙或下牙的部分采用透明或半透明材料制作。
- 根据权利要求5所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型上设有发光体,在步骤d中,所述牙齿模型通过该发光体的闪烁、发光、不发光或变化发光颜色来显示用户的刷牙结果。
- 根据权利要求7所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述发光体对应一颗或两颗或三颗或四颗所述牙齿,所述上牙或下牙的牙齿排列与用户乳牙或恒牙的排列方式相同。
- 根据权利要求7所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述上牙或下牙设为中空结构并且具有透光部,该中空结构的牙齿对应的所述发光体发出的光能从所述透光部射出。
- 根据权利要求9所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述基体上设置所述上牙的位置设有上牙床,所述基体上设置所述下牙的位置设有下牙床,所述上牙位于所述上牙床上,所述下牙位于所述下牙床上,所述中空结构的牙齿对应的所述发光体设于牙床上并位于所述中空结构内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述发光体由通电后自发光的材料制成、或由经光照射后发光的材料制成或为LED灯,所述发光体设置在所述牙齿的外表面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一颗所述牙齿的各刷洗面均设有所述 发光体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型上设有动作元件,在步骤d中,所述牙齿模型通过该动作元件带动其控制的所述牙齿震动或向上移动或向下移动或水平移动,以显示用户的刷牙结果。
- 根据权利要求13所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述动作元件对应控制一颗或两颗或三颗或四颗所述牙齿的运动,所述上牙或下牙的牙齿排列与用户乳牙或恒牙的排列方式相同。
- 根据权利要求13所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述上牙或下牙设为中空结构,所述基体上设置所述上牙的位置设有上牙床,所述基体上设置所述下牙的位置设有下牙床,所述上牙位于所述上牙床上,所述下牙位于所述下牙床上,所述中空结构的牙齿对应的所述动作元件有一部分位于所述中空结构内。
- 根据权利要求15所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述动作元件设于牙床上,至少一个所述动作元件包括震动马达或弹簧组件或摆动装置,所述震动马达中的震动部分位于所述中空结构内或者所述弹簧组件中限定弹簧组件与牙齿连接关系的限位结构位于所述中空结构内或者所述摆动装置的摆动部分位于所述中空结构内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:至少一个所述动作元件包括震动马达或弹簧组件或摆动装置。
- 根据权利要求13所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:还包括按权利要求7或8或9或10或11或12中所描述的方案进行设置的发光体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的呈现方法,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型上设有发声装置,该发声装置能根据所述比较结果进行工作,以告知用户刷牙结果。
- 一种刷牙结果呈现系统,其特征在于:包括刷牙监控装置和牙齿模型,所述刷牙监控装置包括动作传感器、存储有预设标准数据的存储器和第一数据交换器,所述牙齿模型包括比较器、执行元件和第二数据交换器,所述动作传感器用于检测用户的刷牙动作行为得到行为数据;所述第一数据交换器适于与所述第二数据交换器建立通信连接并向所述牙齿模型发送所述行为数据,所述牙齿模型在与所述刷牙监控装置建立通信连接后能读取所述预设标准数据;所述比较器适于将所述第二数据交换器接收到的所述行为数据与所述预设标准数据比较得出比较结果;所述执行元件用于按所述比较结果进行工作以呈现所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求20所述的呈现系统,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型包括基体、设于该基体上的上牙和下牙,所述上牙或/和下牙的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近。
- 根据权利要求21所述的呈现系统,其特征在于:所述基体的外表面设有外壳,所述外壳 设为卡通形状或生物形状,所述外壳不遮挡所述上牙和下牙,或者所述外壳中遮挡所述上牙或下牙的部分采用透明或半透明材料制作。

- 一种刷牙结果呈现系统,其特征在于:包括刷牙监控装置和牙齿模型,所述刷牙监控装置包括动作传感器和第一数据交换器,所述牙齿模型包括比较器、执行元件、存储有预设标准数据的存储器和第二数据交换器,所述动作传感器用于检测用户的刷牙动作行为得到行为数据;所述第一数据交换器适于与所述第二数据交换器建立通信连接并向所述牙齿模型发送所述行为数据;所述比较器适于将所述第二数据交换器接收到的所述行为数据与所述预设标准数据比较得出比较结果;所述执行元件用于按所述比较结果进行工作以呈现所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求35所述的呈现系统,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型包括基体、设于该基体上的上牙和下牙,所述上牙或/和下牙的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近。
- 根据权利要求36所述的呈现系统,其特征在于:所述基体的外表面设有外壳,所述外壳设为卡通形状或生物形状,所述外壳不遮挡所述上牙和下牙,或者所述外壳中遮挡所述上牙或下牙的部分采用透明或半透明材料制作。

- 一种刷牙结果呈现系统,其特征在于:包括刷牙监控装置、服务器和牙齿模型,所述刷牙监控装置包括动作传感器和第一数据交换器,所述牙齿模型包括比较器、执行元件和适于与所述第一数据交换器建立通信连接的第二数据交换器,所述动作传感器用于检测用户的刷牙动作行为得到行为数据;所述第一数据交换器适于向所述牙齿模型发送所述行为数据;所述服务器用于存储预设标准数据并且所述服务器适于与所述第二数据交换器进行通信连接,所述牙齿模型在与所述服务器建立通信连接后能读取所述预设标准数据;所述比较器适于将所述第二数据交换器接收到的所述行为数据与所述预设标准数据比较,得出比较结果;所述执行元件用于根据所述比较结果进行工作以呈现所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求50所述的呈现系统,其特征在于:所述牙齿模型包括基体、设于该基体上的上牙和下牙,所述上牙或/和下牙的牙齿数量与用户牙数量相近。
