Description

一种火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构 技术领域
本发明属于火车或飞机内配件技术领域,特别是指一种火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构。
背景技术
随着火车技术的改进,高速列车中的座椅使用的是与飞机座椅相同或相似的结构,这在动车和高铁上是基本的配置,这样的座椅结构是在座椅的后背设置一个能够翻动的小桌板,以方便后排乘客能够放置水杯、电脑或食物等需要。
现有技术的小桌板包括有小桌板本体及连接支架,连接支架的一端与座椅活动连接,另一端与小桌板本体活动连接,在小桌板的上表面设置有一个圆形凹坑形的水杯放置部,以便于放置水杯,但是在实际的使用过程中,比如飞机在飞行过程中,遇到气流颠簸较大时,放置于水杯放置部的水杯因为该水杯放置部过浅而发生移动导致水杯倾倒,并且不能使水杯固定在小桌板上。
同样,在火车座椅上的小桌板,虽然火车在运行过程中,很少会有过于颠簸的现象,但是当前排乘客在移动座椅靠背时,座椅靠背与小桌板的距离会小于某些水杯的高度,而导致水杯倾倒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构,以解决现有技术的小桌板不能固定水杯及与某些水杯的高度相干涉而导致水杯倾倒的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构,包括小桌板本体,在所述小桌板本体上设置有一个水杯安装孔;
所述水杯安装孔的直径大于常规水杯的外径;
在所述水杯安装孔内设置有水杯夹持部;
在所述水杯安装孔的下端与所述小桌板本体接近处设置有水杯托持部;
所述水杯托持部与所述小桌板本体之间弹性活动连接。
在所述水杯安装孔的侧壁上设置有多个与所述小桌板本体平行的夹持弹簧安装孔,所述夹持弹簧安装孔的中线与所述小桌板本体的上表面平行。
所述水杯夹持部包括两个半圆形的第一夹持部及第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部相对组成圆环结构;
还包括夹持弹簧,所述夹持弹簧的一端插入一个所述夹持弹簧安装孔内,另一端与所述第一夹持部或第二夹持部连接。
所述水杯托持部包括托板及弹性连接部;所述托板为圆形平板结构,所述弹性连接部的一端与所述水杯安装孔的靠近下端的侧壁固定连接,所述弹性连接部的另一端与所述托板的侧板固定连接。
所述托板的直径小于所述水杯安装孔的直径,且所述弹性连接部的外径小于所述水杯安装孔的直径。
所述弹性连接部的外径自所述水杯安装孔至所述托板方向延伸时,所述弹性连接部的外径逐渐减小。
本发明的有益效果是:
本技术方案通过在现有小桌板上设置水杯安装孔,使得水杯在放置时,直接插入水杯安装孔内,并且通过水杯夹持部的夹持及水杯托持部的托举,保证了水杯的稳定性,同时,水杯的一部分插入到小桌板内,使得水杯的总高度相对小桌板上表面降低,能够满足小桌板与座椅调节的最小空间,防止在调整座椅靠背时碰翻水杯。

具体实施方式
以下通过实施例来详细说明本发明的技术方案,以下的实施例仅是示例性的,仅能用来解释和说明本发明的技术方案,而不能解释为是对本发明技术方案的限制。
本申请提供一种火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构,如图1至图3所示,包括小桌板本体1,在小桌板本体上设置有一个水杯安装孔2;在本申请中,小桌板本体与现有技术的小桌板的大小、形状及基本结构没有变化,仅是通过在原小桌板放置水杯的凹坑处进行了结构的改进。
水杯安装孔的直径大于常规水杯的外径,以保证水杯的下端能够插入到水杯安装孔内。
在水杯安装孔内设置有水杯夹持部5,用来夹持住插入的水杯的外壁,以保证水杯的固定,特别是当水杯的外径远小于水杯安装孔的直径时,水杯夹持部是固定水杯的主要部件。
在水杯安装孔的下端与小桌板本体接近处设置有水杯托持部,用于托住插入的水杯的下底部,在本申请中,水杯托持部是具有弹性的,在没有水杯7插入水杯安装孔时,水杯托持部收缩基本与小桌板的下表面平齐或有部分凸出;当水杯插入到水杯安装孔后,水杯的底部与水杯托持部的托板6相接触,水杯的重量会使得弹性连接部3被拉伸下移,弹性连接部被拉伸的长度与水杯的重量有关系,即水杯越重,弹性连接部被拉伸的越长。
水杯托持部与小桌板本体之间弹性活动连接。
在水杯安装孔的侧壁上设置有多个与小桌板本体平行的夹持弹簧安装孔,夹持弹簧安装孔的中线与小桌板本体的上表面平行。
水杯夹持部包括两个半圆形的第一夹持部及第二夹持部,第一夹持部与第二夹持部相对组成圆环结构,与插入的水杯的外壁的形状相配合。
还包括夹持弹簧4,夹持弹簧的一端插入一个夹持弹簧安装孔内,另一端与第一夹持部或第二夹持部连接。在本申请中,至少要包括有四个夹持弹簧,其中两个夹持弹簧与第一夹持部配合,另两个夹持弹簧与第二夹持部配合,在自由状态下,第一夹持部与第二夹持部被夹持弹簧推到形成内径最小的圆环;当插入水杯后,水杯对第一夹持部及第二夹持部形成挤压,压迫夹持弹簧收缩, 形成夹持力。

托板的直径小于水杯安装孔的直径,且弹性连接部的外径小于水杯安装孔的直径。
弹性连接部的外径自水杯安装孔至托板方向延伸时,弹性连接部的外径逐渐减小。

    所述水杯安装孔的直径大于常规水杯的外径;
    在所述水杯安装孔内设置有水杯夹持部;
    在所述水杯安装孔的下端与所述小桌板本体接近处设置有水杯托持部;
    所述水杯托持部与所述小桌板本体之间弹性活动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构,其特征在于,在所述水杯安装孔的侧壁上设置有多个与所述小桌板本体平行的夹持弹簧安装孔,所述夹持弹簧安装孔的中线与所述小桌板本体的上表面平行。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的火车或飞机座椅后背小桌板改进结构,其特征在于,所述水杯夹持部包括两个半圆形的第一夹持部及第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部相对组成圆环结构;
    还包括夹持弹簧,所述夹持弹簧的一端插入一个所述夹持弹簧安装孔内,另一端与所述第一夹持部或第二夹持部连接。
