- the present invention provides a control method for a multi-connected air conditioner, the method being applied to the multi-connected air conditioning system, the multi-connected air conditioning system including an outdoor unit and an indoor unit in parallel with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit One-to-one correspondence with the outdoor unit;
- the pipeline structure of the outdoor unit includes a gas-liquid separator 20, a compressor unit, an outdoor heat exchanger 30, a reversing valve 40, an electronic expansion valve 50, a high-pressure shut-off valve 60, and a low pressure
- the shutoff valve 70; the reversing valve is a four-way valve.
- the connection mode of the outdoor unit pipeline is a conventional connection manner in the art, as shown in FIG. 1 , and details are not described herein again.
- control method of the multi-connected air conditioner includes the following steps:
- Step S10 detecting whether the superheat of the outdoor unit reaches a target requirement
- the superheat of the outdoor unit reaches a target requirement to determine whether the compressor of the outdoor unit is in a normal working state.
- a target value it may be because the resistance of the pipeline through which the refrigerant flows is different or the load in the room is different, so that the superheat of the outdoor unit is too high, and the compressor of the outdoor unit is in an overload state.
- the flux of the refrigerant should be adjusted first so that the superheat of the outdoor unit reaches the target value.
- the refrigerant may flow into the compressor in a gas-liquid two-phase state, causing damage to the compressor; therefore, it is necessary to first reduce the refrigerant flux of the compressor. In order to prevent the refrigerant from flowing into the compressor with the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant, damage to the entire system. Only when the superheat of the outdoor unit reaches the target requirement, the next step is continued. Otherwise, the superheat of the compressor must be adjusted to meet the target requirement.
- Step S20 determining, when the superheat degree of the outdoor unit reaches the target requirement, whether a difference between an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system reaches a preset value;
- the difference between the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system reaches a preset value.
- the preset value may be set as needed.
- the difference between the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system is within a preset value, it indicates that the outdoor unit is at this time.
- the average exhaust gas temperature is not much different from the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system and is within an acceptable fluctuation range. At this time, it is not necessary to adjust the operation of the outdoor unit.
- the difference between the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system exceeds a preset value, it indicates that the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is deviated from the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system. It may affect the normal operation of the outdoor unit, so measures need to be taken to adjust its exhaust temperature to the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system.
- Step S30 comparing the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit with the average row of the outdoor unit system when the difference between the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system reaches a preset value The temperature of the gas;
- determining whether the average exhaust temperature of each of the outdoor units is greater than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system is to separately determine the average exhaust temperature of each outdoor unit and the average exhaust of the outdoor unit system. The temperature of each outdoor unit is judged to be independent.
- the average exhaust gas temperature of each of the outdoor units is an average value of exhaust temperatures of compressors in each of the outdoor units.
- the average exhaust temperatures of the three outdoor units are set to TP1, TP2, and TP3.
- Each outdoor unit includes two compressors.
- the exhaust temperatures of the compressors are TP1C1, TP1C2, and TP2C1.
- TP2 (TP2C1+TP2C2)/2
- TP3 (TP3C1+TP3C2)/2.
- the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system is an average value of the average exhaust temperatures of the three outdoor units.
- TP (TP1 + TP2 + TP3) / 3.
- Step S40 when the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is lowered; the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is low. The operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is increased at an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system.
- the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust temperature of the entire outdoor unit system, it indicates that the outdoor unit has less refrigerant at this time, and then the operating frequency of the compressor can be reduced by this time. To reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor in the outdoor unit.
- the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit at this time is equal to the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system.
- the average exhaust temperature of the compressor of the outdoor unit can be directly judged, and the exhaust gas temperature of each compressor and the average exhaust gas temperature of the compressor can be compared.
- the operating rate of the compressor is lowered to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
- the operating rate of the compressor is increased to increase the operating rate of the compressor.
- the average exhaust temperature of each of the outdoor units and the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit are compared first.
- the operating rate of all the compressors controlling the outdoor unit is lowered; when the average exhaust temperature of an outdoor unit is lower than
- the operating rate of all the compressors of the outdoor unit is controlled to increase.
- the operating frequency of the compressor can be increased by increasing the operating frequency of the compressor.
- the exhaust temperature of the compressor in the outdoor unit is lower than the average exhaust temperature of the entire outdoor unit system.
- the superheat degree of the outdoor unit reaches a target requirement; when the superheat degree of the outdoor unit reaches a target requirement, determining an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and an average exhaust of the outdoor unit system Whether the difference in temperature reaches a preset value; comparing the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit when a difference between an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit and an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system reaches a preset value a magnitude of an average exhaust temperature with the outdoor unit system; when the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is greater than an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system, reducing an operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit; When the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit is smaller than the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is increased.
- the method of the embodiment solves the problem in the multi-connected air conditioning system Due to the problem of uneven distribution of refrigerant, the exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit compressor is high or low, and the reliability of the multi-connected air conditioning system
- the step S40 includes:
- Step S41 determining whether the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than its minimum operating frequency when the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system;
- step S42 when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than the minimum operating frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is lowered.
- the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than its minimum operating frequency.
- the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit reaches the minimum operating frequency that can be reached, it indicates that the compressor of the outdoor unit can no longer reduce its operating frequency. Therefore, the reduction of the operating frequency of the compressor can be continuously controlled only when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit has not reached the minimum operating frequency.
- the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is controlled to lower the operating frequency to lower the exhaust temperature.
- the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system, it is determined whether the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than its minimum operating frequency; When the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than its minimum operating frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is lowered. The accuracy of the control of the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is improved, and the entire system is also protected.
- the method further includes:
- Step S410 when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than or equal to the minimum operating frequency of the compressor, determine the compressor of the outdoor unit whose average exhaust temperature is lower than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system. Whether the operating frequency is greater than its maximum operating frequency;
- Step S420 when the operating frequency of the compressor in which the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit is lower than the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system is less than the maximum operating frequency thereof, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is increased.
- the stability of the entire system can be controlled by changing the operating rate of other compressors. Specifically, it can be determined whether the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit whose average exhaust gas temperature is less than or equal to the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system is greater than its maximum operating frequency, if the operating frequency of the compressor is less than its maximum operating frequency , to increase the operating frequency of the compressor.
- a compressor can be arbitrarily selected for judgment, or one of the plurality of compressors can be set to give priority judgment.
- the operating frequency of the specified compressor is greater than its maximum operating frequency , then continue to judge the operating frequency of the next compressor, and so on.
- the embodiment when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than or equal to the minimum operating frequency of the compressor, the operating frequency of the current compressor cannot be directly controlled at this time, so the embodiment converts to control other rows.
- the operating rate of the compressor with a low gas temperature controls the stability of the entire system and improves the adaptability of the control.
- the step S40 includes:
- Step S43 determining whether the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than its maximum operating frequency when the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is lower than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system;
- Step S44 when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than its maximum operating frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is increased.
- the average exhaust temperature of the compressor of the outdoor unit is lower than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system, it is further determined whether the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than its maximum operating frequency.
- the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit reaches the maximum operating frequency that can be reached, it indicates that the compressor of the outdoor unit can no longer increase its operating frequency. Therefore, the increase in the operating frequency of the compressor can be continuously controlled only when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit has not reached the maximum operating frequency.
- the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is controlled to increase the operating frequency to increase the exhaust temperature.
- the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit when the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is lower than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system, it is determined whether the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than its maximum operating frequency; When the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is less than its maximum operating frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is increased. The accuracy of the control of the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is improved, and the entire system is also protected.
- the method further includes:
- Step S431 when the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is greater than or equal to its maximum operating frequency, determining that the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system Whether the operating frequency is greater than its minimum operating frequency;
- Step S432 when the operating frequency of the compressor in which the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit is higher than the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system is greater than the minimum operating frequency thereof, the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit is decreased.
- the current operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit reaches the maximum operating frequency that can be reached, it can no longer continue to increase its operating frequency. At this time, the operation of other compressors can be changed. Rate to control the stability of the entire system. Specifically, it can be determined whether the operating frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit whose average exhaust gas temperature is greater than or equal to the average exhaust gas temperature of the outdoor unit system is greater than its minimum operating frequency, if the operating frequency of the compressor is greater than its minimum operating frequency , reducing the operating frequency of the compressor.
- step S10 includes:
- Step S11 acquiring an exhaust temperature of each of the outdoor units
- Step S12 obtaining the lowest exhaust gas temperature in all the outdoor units according to the obtained exhaust gas temperature comparison
- Step S13 detecting whether the superheat of the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature reaches the target requirement.
- the exhaust gas temperature of each of the outdoor units is obtained, and then the lowest exhaust gas temperature among all exhaust gas temperatures is obtained according to the obtained exhaust gas temperature comparison, and the outdoor air temperature corresponding to the lowest exhaust gas temperature is further determined. Whether the superheat of the machine meets the target requirements. If the superheat of the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature can meet the target requirement, it indicates that the other exhaust gas temperature is higher than the superheat of the outdoor unit corresponding to the minimum exhaust temperature. Therefore, it is only necessary to determine whether the superheat of the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature has reached the target requirement.
- the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature by obtaining the lowest exhaust gas temperature among the exhaust temperatures of all the outdoor units, and determining whether the superheat of the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature reaches the target requirement, the outdoor unit corresponding to the lowest exhaust temperature When the superheat degree reaches the target requirement, it can be judged that the superheat of other outdoor units can reach the target requirement. It is not necessary to judge the superheat of all outdoor units, which improves the operation efficiency.
- the step S20 includes:
- Step S21 acquiring an average exhaust temperature of each of the outdoor units and an average exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit system
