Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoulder assist device, and more particularly, to a shoulder assist device that can be easily worn, can be adjusted in length according to the wearer's physical condition, and has a shoulder To an auxiliary device.
- the shoulder joint is the joint between the shoulder bone and the upper arm, which is also called the shoulder in a narrow sense. It is a synovial joint formed by the contact between the concave of the shoulder bone and the head of the upper arm. It is a core part connected from the torso to the arm.
- the shoulders are composed of multiple joints and have the largest range of motion (range of motion) in our body and the furthest away from the hand. Therefore, the shoulder functions to send the hand to a wide space, thereby enabling various operations. In particular, it plays an important role in sending the hand away from the body or sending it back to the body or head. If an abnormality occurs in the shoulder joint, the driving force required to exercise is weakened or precise exercise becomes difficult.
- the shoulder joint When the shoulder joint is injured, it is plastered with gypsum according to its degree of injury, or it is suspended by a shoulder aid or shoulder strap made of metal and plastic to prevent arm sagging or subluxation of the shoulder joint.
- a shoulder aid or shoulder strap made of metal and plastic to prevent arm sagging or subluxation of the shoulder joint.
- this method keeps the arm in close contact with the body, it causes not only joint formation that hardens the shoulder when it is fixed for a long time, but also the armpit or the ring is tightly attached to the cast or shoulder auxiliary device, .
- the abduction angle of the shoulder greatly influences the recovery of the injury.
- the abduction angle of the shoulder is 40 to 50 °
- the shoulder joint is stabilized in the scapula with no tension on the muscles or ligaments around the shoulder Dislocation can be prevented by putting.
- the center of gravity of the arm is located at the head portion of the ulna inside the heel, so that the nerves and blood vessels passing through the ulnar head are pressed.
- Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2017-0085380 discloses an orthosis body mounted on a waist and a shoulder of a patient, a fixed foam attached and fixed to a waist portion of the orthosis body, A shoulder brace is disclosed that includes an arm support that is secured to the stationary foam and secured to the sore shoulder by an arm and inserted against the arm using air.
- the present invention has been devised to solve all of the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an osteotomy apparatus that can be easily worn, abduction and abduction of the shoulder joint, internal rotation and external rotation of the elbow joint, It is easy to use because it is possible to adjust the length of the forearm, upper arm and trunk according to the shoulder of the wearer, and the range of motion of the shoulder joint and elbow can be limited or controlled according to the wearer's shoulder. It has its purpose.
- Arm wrapped around upper arm A body which is wrapped around the side of the body; Main joints with forearm and forearm; And a shoulder portion to which the upper arm portion and the torso portion are fastened.
- the upper arm portion is formed on the outer side of the shoulder portion with the rotation ring formed, and the rotation ring is formed with the projections and grooves alternating with each other along the inner peripheral surface.
- the present invention it is easy to wear, abduction and extinction of the shoulder joint are possible, the inner and outer rotation of the elbow can be performed, and it can be worn on various body sizes and the length of the forearm, It is possible to use it easily and it is possible to restrict or control the range of motion of the shoulder joint and the elbow according to the wearer's shoulder condition, so that the shoulder and arm can be safely protected.
