Abstract
본 발명은 3차원 세포배양 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세포배양 용기는 하판(120); 상기 하판의 상측에 구비되는 둘 이상의 기둥(110)으로 이루어진 배리어부; 상기 배리어부의 개방된 단부를 마감하는 상판(130); 상기 상판의 일측에 구비된 하나 이상의 세포시료 주입 가이드부(220);를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 구성에 의한 본 발명은 세포를 포함하는 시료를 가이드부에 의지하여 안정적으로 정확한 위치에 주입할 수 있으며, 상판과 다수개의 기둥이 적정량의 시료를 손쉽고 균일하게 주입할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 함으로써 실험자의 작업을 용이하게 하는 한편, 일정 간격의 기둥부가 젤 형태의 시료가 외부로 빠져나가지 못하도록 하는 배리어 역할을 하고 외부 셀에 있는 배지와 물질교환을 할 수 있도록 공간을 개방하는 역할을 함으로써 안정적인 세포배양을 할 수 있다.
