此外,本发明的新型真空包装机100可以使得包装袋4在包装不规则、大尺寸物体时更容易让袋口保持平整,从而更容易获得好的热封效果。
结合图2、图3和图5所示,优选地,挂袋机构3包括悬挂部件 31和挂袋部件32;悬挂件设于真空腔11的上部,挂袋部件32安装在悬挂部件31上;
挂袋部件32包括至少两个挂袋单元,至少两个挂袋单元中有一个或以上挂袋单元可相对悬挂部件31滑动;采用这种方式,一方面可以使得本发明实施例的真空包装机能够适应不同宽度的包装袋4;另一方面,包装袋4(及其包装的物体)在自身重力作用下,在竖直方向上会保持舒展;而且,由于至少两个挂袋单元中有一个或以上挂袋单元可相对悬挂部件31滑动,所以,通过调整可滑动的挂袋单元,可以使包装袋4的袋口在水平方向上也保持平整舒展,从而提高热封效果。
当然,如果本实用新型实施例的新型真空包装机100所封口的包装袋4的宽度是一定的,则挂袋部件32所包含的挂袋单元也可以都相对悬挂部件31固定。
结合图2、图3和5所示,优选地,悬挂部件31包括导轨311,导轨311固定在真空腔11的上部;挂袋部件32包括两个挂袋单元,记为第一挂袋单元321和第二挂袋单元322;第一挂袋单元321固定安装在导轨311上;第二挂袋单元322安装在导轨311上,且可相对导轨311做远离和靠近第一挂袋单元321的往复运动;采用这种方式,一方面可以使得挂袋机构3的结构简单,简化操作、提高使用便利性;另一方面也可降低真空包装机的成本。
结合图2、图3和5所示,优选地,第一挂袋单元321包括固定安装在导轨311上的第一挂钩3211;第二挂袋单元322包括滑动件、设于滑动件上用于竖直悬挂包装袋4的第二挂钩3221;滑动件安装在导轨311上,且可带动第二挂钩3221在导轨311上做远离和靠近第一挂钩3211的往复运动;这样可以使得本发明实施例的真空包装机在使用过程中操作简单、方便。
当然,根据设计和/或使用的不同需求,挂袋单元除了采用挂钩 的方式使包装袋4竖直设置外,也可采用其他的方式使包装袋4竖直设置,如采用夹子、吸盘等常见的夹紧、吸附的方式使包装袋4竖直设置,或者,也可以采用其他的部件对包装袋4进行悬挂、粘附等使包装袋4竖直设置。
结合图2、图3和5所示,优选地,滑动件为滑动件3222,导轨311的上表面设有锯齿3111,滑动件3222与导轨311上的锯齿3111相对的一侧设有弹片3223;弹片3223与导轨311上的锯齿3111相啮合,以使滑动件3222做直线往复运动;采用这种方式,一方面,在保证挂袋机构3结构简单,操作简单、使用便利性高的情况下,使得挂袋机构3能够适应不同宽度的包装袋4;另一方面,弹片3223与锯齿3111相啮合的配合方式,可以使得第一挂钩3211与第二挂钩3221的间隔调整到合适包装袋4后,使第二挂钩3221相对第一挂钩3211静止,从而最大限度地保证包装袋4的袋口在水平方向上保持平整舒展,提高热封效果。
结合图2和图3所示,本发明实施例的新型真空包装机100还包括热封机构5,热封机构5包括加热部件52和热封压条51,加热部件52设于真空腔11内,热封压条51设于真空盖2的内侧壁上并与加热部件52相对应,这样可以使得热封机构5对包装袋4的袋口的热款效果更好;
结合图2、图3和图4所示,为了最大限度地提高热封机构5对包装袋4的袋口的热款效果,优选地,本发明实施例的新型真空包装机100还包括安装在机体1上的水平伸缩机构6;水平伸缩机构6的伸缩端61安装有加热部件52,并能带动加热部件52做远离和靠近热封压条51的往复运动;当抽真空作业完成后,水平伸缩机构6可以带动加热部件52向热封压条51运动一定距离,从而使位于加热部件52与热封压条51之间的包装袋4被挤压的更紧。
结合图2、图3和图4所示,加热部件52包括加热器521,加热 器521设于真空腔11内并位于导轨311的下方,伸缩机构的伸缩端61设有用于安装加热器521的固定块62;
由于水平伸缩机构6在带动加热器521向热封压条51运动过程中,发热器在自身重力作用下可能会发生竖直方向的上下摆动,这样就会造成发热器与包装袋4的袋口发生位置偏移,最终影响热封效果。
所以,如图3和图4所示,优选地,加热部件52还包括限位组件522,限位组件522安装在加热器521与固定块62之间,以使加热器521与限位块在热封过程中相对静止。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的新型真空包装机100还包括抽真空机构7,抽真空机构7包括真空泵71、设于机体1上的抽气口72,抽气口72与真空腔11相通,真空泵71的吸气口与抽气口72联通。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的新型真空包装机100还包括控制单元8,控制单元8设于机体1上。优选地,控制单元8设于机体1的上表面,这样方便操作。当然,根据设计和使用要求等的不同,控制单元8也可设于机体1的侧面或下面。
综上,本发明的新型真空包装机100与现有技术相比,具有如下
有益效果:
由于在机体1内沿其高度方向竖向设置有使包装袋4竖向放置的真空腔11,且在该真空腔11的上部设有挂袋机构3,所以本发明的真空包装机在对包装袋4进行封装时,包装袋4是竖直放置的,包装袋4的袋口通过挂袋机构3位于真空腔11的上部位置处,这样就使得当包装袋4包装的产品是流动性物体时,不用担心流动性物体从包装袋4的袋口外泄,从而使得本发明的真空包装机相比于现有技术的真空包装机,能够对装有更多流动性物体的包装袋4进行封装;
此外,本发明的新型真空包装机100可以使得包装袋4在包装不规则、大尺寸物体时更容易让袋口保持平整,从而更容易获得好的热 封效果。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型真空包装机,用于对包装袋(4)进行封口,其特征在于,包括机体(1)、真空盖(2)和挂袋机构(3);所述机体(1)内设置有使包装袋(4)竖向放置的真空腔(11),所述真空盖(2)设于所述机体(1)上并与所述真空腔(11)相对应,所述挂袋机构(3)设于所述真空腔(11)的上部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,所述挂袋机构(3)包括悬挂部件(31)和挂袋部件(32);
    所述悬挂件设于所述真空腔(11)的上部,所述挂袋部件(32)安装在所述悬挂部件(31)上;
    所述挂袋部件(32)包括至少两个挂袋单元,所述至少两个挂袋单元中有一个或以上挂袋单元可相对所述悬挂部件(31)滑动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,所述悬挂部件(31)包括导轨(311),所述导轨(311)固定在所述真空腔(11)的上部;所述挂袋部件(32)包括两个挂袋单元,记为第一挂袋单元(321)和第二挂袋单元(322);所述第一挂袋单元(321)固定安装在所述导轨(311)上;所述第二挂袋单元(322)安装在所述导轨(311)上,且可相对所述导轨(311)做远离和靠近所述第一挂袋单元(321)的往复运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,所述第一挂袋单元(321)包括固定安装在所述导轨(311)上的第一挂钩(3211);所述第二挂袋单元(322)包括滑动件(3222)、设于所述滑动件(3222)上用于竖直悬挂包装袋(4)的第二挂钩(3221);所述滑动件(3222)安装在所述导轨(311)上,且可带动所述第二挂钩(3221)在导轨(311)上做远离和靠近所述第一挂钩(3211)的往复运动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,所述滑 动件(3222)为滑块,所述导轨(311)的上表面设有锯齿(3111),所述滑块与所述导轨(311)上的锯齿(3111)相对的一侧设有弹片(3223);所述弹片(3223)与所述导轨(311)上的锯齿(3111)相啮合,以使所述滑块做直线往复运动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,还包括热封机构(5),所述热封机构(5)包括加热部件(52)和热封压条(51),所述加热部件(52)设于所述真空腔(11)内,所述热封压条(51)设于所述真空盖(2)的内侧壁上并与所述加热部件(52)相对应。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述机体(1)上的水平伸缩机构(6);所述水平伸缩机构(6)的伸缩端(61)安装有所述加热部件(52),并能带动所述加热部件(52)做远离和靠近所述热封压条(51)的往复运动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,所述加热部件(52)包括加热器(521)和限位组件(522);所述伸缩机构的伸缩端(61)设有用于安装所述加热器(521)的固定块(62);
    所述限位组件(522)安装在所述加热器(521)与所述固定块(62)之间,以使所述加热器(521)与所述限位块在热封过程中相对静止。
  9. 如权利要求1或2或6所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,还包括抽真空机构(7),所述抽真空机构(7)包括真空泵(71)、设于所述机体(1)上的抽气口(72),所述抽气口(72)与所述真空腔(11)相通,所述真空泵(71)的吸气口与所述抽气口(72)联通。
  10. 如权利要求1或2或6所述的新型真空包装机,其特征在于,还包括控制单元(8),所述控制单元(8)设于所述机体(1)上。
