L'invention a trait à un système et un procédé de diagnostic et de traitement assistés par la médecine chinoise traditionnelle à distance, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à recevoir des informations de compte d'un utilisateur et à se connecter après la vérification de l'exactitude des informations de compte de l'utilisateur (S11) ; à envoyer une demande médicale à distance à un serveur médical à distance (S12) ; à établir une connexion de communication entre un terminal intelligent et un poste de travail de médecin attribué par le serveur médical à distance (S13) ; à recevoir des informations de diagnostic et de traitement acceptés en provenance du poste de travail de médecin (S14) ; à recevoir des informations de symptômes entrées par l'utilisateur sur une interface d'acquisition d'informations de symptômes (S15) ; à recevoir des informations de signes physiques de médecine chinoise traditionnelle acquises par un dispositif d'acquisition de signes physiques de médecine chinoise traditionnelle (S16) ; à envoyer les informations de symptômes de l'utilisateur et les informations de signes physiques de médecine chinoise traditionnelle au poste de travail de médecin (S17) ; à recevoir des informations de diagnostic et de traitement de l'utilisateur envoyées par le poste de travail de médecin (S18) ; et à afficher les informations de diagnostic et de traitement de l'utilisateur sur une interface d'affichage de résultat de diagnostic et de traitement (S19). Le procédé permet un diagnostic et un traitement de la médecine chinoise traditionnelle à distance au moyen d'Internet.
