이하에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 냉장고를 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 냉장고는 저장실(10a, 10b)이 마련된 본체(10)와, 본체(10)의 전면에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 회전하며 저장실(10a, 10b)을 개폐하는 한 쌍의 도어(20L, 20R)들을 포함한다.
또한, 도면으로 도시되어 있지 않으나 냉장고는 압축기, 응축기, 증발기 및 팽창밸브 등의 냉동사이클 구성요소들을 포함하여, 증발기에서 발생한 냉기를 저장실에 공급하도록 되어 있다.
저장실(10a, 10b)은 상하로 구획되어 상측이 냉장실(10a)을 형성하고 하측이 냉동실(10b)을 형성한다.
또한, 냉장고는 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이 냉장실(10a) 및 냉동실(10b)을 각각 상하로 구획하여 다양한 저장물들이 분리되어 보관될 수 있도록 하는 선반(11)들과, 외팔보 형태로 형성되며 저장실(10a, 10b)의 후면에 설치되어 선반(11)을 지지하는 선반 브래킷(12)들과, 선반 브래킷(12)의 후단이 장착되는 선반 장착 가이드(13)를 포함한다.
선반(11)은 대략 사각 평판 형상으로 형성되며 수평하게 배치되어 그 상면에 저장물이 올려진다. 선반(11)은 사각 링 형상의 프레임(11a)과, 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 형성되어 프레임(11a) 내측에 설치되는 사각 판 형상의 글래스판(11b)을 포함한다.
선반 브래킷(12)은 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 선반(11)이 안착되는 안착부(121)와, 안착부(121)의 후단으로부터 일체로 연장되며 상술한 선반 장착 가이드(13)에 장착되는 장착부(122)를 포함한다. 선반 브래킷(12)은 각 선반(11)의 양측 단부와 대응하는 한 쌍의 선반 브래킷(12)을 포함한다. 한 쌍의 선반 브래킷(12)들은 선반(11)의 양측 단부와 대응하도록 좌우로 서로 이격 배치되어 각 선반(11)의 양측을 지지한다.
안착부(121)는 전후 방향으로 연장되어, 안착부(121)의 상측에 선반(11)의 양측 단부가 안착된다.
장착부(122)는 그 후방측 상부로부터 하측으로 돌출된 걸림부(122a)와, 그 후방측 하부로부터 후방측으로 돌출된 삽입부(122b)를 포함한다.
선반 장착 가이드(13)는 상하로 연장되며, 서로 이격 배치된 두 선반 브래킷(12)들에 대응하도록 두 개가 좌우로 이격 배치된다.
선반 브래킷(12)에는 선반 브래킷(12)의 장착부(122)가 장착되는 장착홀(13a)들을 포함한다. 장착홀(13a)들은 복수개가 선반 브래킷(12)에 상하로 마련되어 선반 브래킷(12)의 장착 위치를 상하로 조절할 수 있다.
상술한 선반 브래킷(12)의 걸림부(122a)는 상하로 이웃한 두 장착홀(13a)들 중 상측 장착홀(13a)에 걸려 지지되고, 삽입부(122b)는 하측 장착홀(13a)에 삽입되어 선반 브래킷(12)의 좌우 유동을 방지한다.
선반 브래킷(12)은 장착부(122)의 강도를 보강하기 위한 보강부(123)를 포함한다. 보강부(123)는 장착부(122)의 후단으로부터 일체로 연장되며, 장착부(122)와 겹쳐지도록 접혀져 장착부(122)의 강도를 보강한다.
보강부(123)는 장착부(122)의 후단을 중심선(이하 A-A 라인이라 칭함)으로 하여 걸림부(122a)와 대칭되는 형상으로 형성되는 걸림 보강부(123a)와, 장착부(122)의 후단을 중심선(A-A 라인)으로 하여 삽입부(122b)와 대칭되는 형상으로 형성되는 삽입 보강부(123b)를 포함한다.
또한, 장착부(122)는 그 일측면으로부터 돌출된 결합돌기(122c)들을 포함하며, 보강부(123)는 결합돌기(122c)가 결합되는 결합홀(123c)들을 포함한다. 결합돌기(122c)와 결합홀(123c)은 상술한 A-A 라인을 중심선으로 서로 대칭되는 위치에 마련된다.
따라서, A-A 라인을 중심선으로 하여 보강부(123)를 접으면 걸림 보강부(123a)는 걸림부(122a)에 겹쳐지고, 삽입 보강부(123b)는 삽입부(122b)에 겹쳐진다.
따라서, 걸림부(122a)의 강도는 그 측면에 접한 걸림 보강부(123a)에 의해 보강되고, 삽입부(122b)의 강도는 그 측면에 접한 삽입 보강부(123b)에 의해 보강된다.
또한 상술한 바와 같이 보강부(123)를 장착부(122)와 겹쳐지도록 접는 과정에서 도 5 및 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이 결합돌기(122c)가 결합홀(123c)에 결합되어, 보강부(123)가 장착부(122)에 고정된다.
따라서 보강부(123)를 장착부(122)에 고정하기 위한 용접 등의 작업을 생략할 수 있어, 장착부(122)의 보강이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 보강부(123)와 장착부(122)와 일체로 형성되어 서로 연결되어 있으므로, 보강부(123)가 별도로 형성될 경우에 비해 우수한 보강 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
상기에서 보강부(123)는 장착부(122)의 후단에서 연장되나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 보강부가 장착부의 상단 또는 하단으로부터 연장되도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
상기에서 결합돌기(122c)는 장착부(122)에 마련되고 결합홀(123c)은 보강부(123)에 마련되나, 반대로 결합돌기가 보강부에 마련되도록 하고, 결합홀이 장착부에 마련되도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 냉장고에 적용되는 선반 브래킷을 설명한다.
도 7에 도시한 바와 같이 선반 브래킷(14)은 선반이 안착되는 안착부(141)와, 안착부(141)의 후방측에 마련되며 저장실(10a, 10b)의 후면에 설치된 선반 장착 가이드(13)에 장착되는 장착부(142)와, 안착부(141)의 상단으로부터 일체로 연장되는 보강부(143, 144)를 포함한다.
보강부(143, 144)는 안착부(141)의 상단을 중심선(도 7의 C-C 라인)으로 안착부(141) 및 장착부(142)와 대칭되는 형상으로 형성된다. 보강부(143, 144)는 안착부(141)와 대칭되는 형상의 안착 보강부(143)와 장착부(142)와 대칭되는 형상의 장착 보강부(144)를 포함한다.
장착부(142)는 그 후방측 상부로부터 하측으로 연장된 걸림부(142a)와, 그 후방측 하부로부터 후방측으로 돌출된 삽입부(142b)를 포함한다.
장착 보강부(144)는 걸림부(142a)와 대칭되는 형상의 걸림 보강부(144a)와, 삽입부(142b)와 대칭되는 형상으로 형성되는 삽입 보강부(144b)를 포함한다.
안착부(141) 및 장착부(142)는 그 측면으로부터 돌출된 결합돌기(141a, 142c)들을 포함하며, 보강부(143, 144)는 결합돌기(141a, 142c)들과 대칭되는 위치에 마련된 결합홀(143a, 144c)들을 포함한다.
따라서, 보강부(143, 144)를 C-C 라인을 중심선으로 하여 접으면, 결합돌기(141a, 142c)들이 결합홀(143a, 144c)들에 결합된다. 그러므로 안착 보강부(143)가 안착부(141)의 측면에 결합되어 안착부(141)의 강도를 보강하고, 장착 보강부(144)가 장착부(142)의 측면에 결합되어 장착부(142)의 강도를 보강한다. 또한, 장착부(142)는 걸림부(142a) 및 삽입부(142b)를 포함하므로, 걸림 보강부(144a)에 의해 걸림부(142a)의 강도가 보강되고, 삽입 보강부(144b)에 의해 삽입부(142b)의 강도가 보강된다.
본 발명의 권리범위는 상기 설명한 특정 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 특허청구범위에 명시된 본 발명의 기술적 사상으로서의 요지를 벗어나지 아니하는 범위 안에서 당 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 수정 또는 변형 가능한 다양한 다른 실시예들도 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 저장실이 마련된 본체와,
    상기 저장실을 상하로 구획하는 선반과,
    상기 선반을 지지하는 선반 브래킷을 포함하며,
    상기 선반 브래킷은 상측에 상기 선반이 안착되는 안착부와, 상기 저장실에 장착되는 장착부와, 상기 선반 브래킷으로부터 일체로 연장되며 접혀져 상기 안착부와 상기 장착부 중 적어도 어느 하나와 겹쳐지는 보강부를 포함하는 냉장고.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 보강부는 상기 장착부의 후단으로부터 일체로 연장되며 접혀져 상기 장착부와 겹쳐지는 냉장고.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 장착부는 그 후방측 상부로부터 하측으로 돌출된 걸림부를 포함하며,
    상기 보강부는 상기 장착부의 후단을 중심선으로 상기 걸림부와 대칭되는 형상으로 형성되는 걸림 보강부를 포함하는 냉장고.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 장착부는 그 후방측 하부로부터 후방측으로 돌출된 삽입부를 포함하며,
    상기 보강부는 상기 장착부의 후단을 중심선으로 상기 삽입부와 대칭되는 형성으로 형성되는 삽입 보강부를 포함하는 냉장고.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 장착부와 상기 보강부 중 어느 하나에 마련된 결합돌기와,
    상기 장착부와 상기 보강부 중 다른 하나에 마련되어 상기 결합돌기가 결합되는 결합홀을 포함하는 냉장고.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 보강부는 상기 안착부의 상단으로부터 일체로 연장되며 접혀져 상기 안착부 및 상기 장착부와 겹쳐지는 보강부를 포함하는 냉장고.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 안착부 및 상기 장착부와 상기 보강부 중 어느 하나에 마련된 결합돌기와,
    상기 안착부 및 상기 장착부와 상기 보강부 중 다른 하나에 마련되어 상기 결합돌기가 결합되는 결합홀을 포함하는 냉장고.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 선반 브래킷은 상기 선반의 양측 단부와 대응하도록 서로 이격 배치된 한 쌍의 선반 브래킷을 포함하는 냉장고.
  9. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상하로 길게 연장된 선반 장착 가이드를 더 포함하며,
    상기 선반 장착 가이드는 상하로 마련된 복수의 장착홀들을 포함하는 냉장고.
