Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a control system, method, and work vehicle of a work vehicle.
  • the work vehicle may perform work of excavating the surface layer of the path by repeating forward and reverse on a certain path. For example, the work vehicle starts digging and advances from a digging start position on the path. After excavating to a certain extent, the work vehicle carries the soil to the dump site. Thereafter, the work vehicle reverses and returns to a position retracted from the digging start position. Then, the work vehicle moves forward and starts digging again from the next digging start position.
  • the selection of the digging start position affects the work efficiency.
  • selection of an appropriate drilling start position requires skilled experience, and it is not easy for an unskilled operator to select a suitable drilling start position.
  • the controller sequentially moves the digging start point of the target profile on the work ground in calculation, and determines the digging start point to be an appropriate load for the working machine by calculation using the successive approximation method. Is described.
  • the operation load of the controller for the successive approximation method for calculating the digging start point may be excessive.

  • the controller determines the target return distance from the distance of the excavation area, and determines the target return distance from the predetermined reference position and the return position as the excavation start recommended position. Since the distance of the excavation area is a distance defined in the target parameter data as the area to be excavated, it is possible to determine an appropriate position for excavation start as the excavation start recommended position. Further, the controller determines the target return distance from the predetermined reference position and the returned position as the digging start recommended position. Therefore, the computational load on the controller can be reduced.

Description

位置センサ31は、GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)レシーバ32と、IMU 33と、を備える。GNSSレシーバ32は、例えばGPS(Global Positioning System)用の受信機である。
Z = Zn - Z_offset    (1)
例えば、UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)による空撮測量を用いてよい。
