  • the non-woven fabric to which the hydrophilizing agent is applied is bulky and low density; It is preferable from the point of nature, easiness of cutting, self-adhesiveness, hydrophilicity, water retention and the like. For that purpose, a large number of needle punches and water entanglements are punched from both sides so that the density is high and the breaking strength is high as in a conventional general non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric constituting fibers are oriented in the non-woven fabric thickness direction. It is not preferable to use a densified product, a product obtained by impregnating a non-woven fabric with an adhesive and solidifying it, or a product obtained by heat-pressing a non-woven fabric to fuse the fibers.

  • the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric are oriented in the plane direction (parallel to the plane direction) of the non-woven fabric (that is, non-woven fabric tape) and substantially oriented in the thickness direction of the non-woven fabric Preferably not.
  • the non-woven fabric is not entangled with the fiber web that forms the non-woven fabric by heat treatment to develop coil-like crimps in the component fibers, instead of being entangled, in the thickness direction. It is preferable to develop the entanglement of the direction and maintain the shape of the non-woven fabric. By orienting the coiled crimp in the non-woven fabric surface direction, it is possible to resist vertical compression of the non-woven fabric, so it is possible to maintain water retention for a long time.
  • the non-woven fabric is maintained by the entanglement of the coiled crimp, for example, by pulling the non-woven fabric in the length direction (fiber length direction), the entanglement of the coiled crimped fiber is easily removed, and the non-woven fabric shape collapses It can be confirmed by the fact that the nonwoven fabric is torn.
  • the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric are short fibers, and such fibers are oriented in the surface direction (parallel to the surface direction) of the non-woven fabric (that is, non-woven fabric tape).

Therefore, in the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment, entanglement of the coiled crimp is released by pulling in the length direction (that is, the orientation direction of the fiber having the coiled crimp), and the fibers are displaced. Description

Nonwoven tape for plant winding
The present invention relates to a non-woven tape for winding a plant and a plant using the non-woven tape.
Plants may be broken, such as broken or broken stems and creases, due to their own growth and some external force. For example, fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and melons are sometimes subjected to a work of attracting stems and buds during cultivation in horticultural facilities such as plastic greenhouses and cultivation using horticultural equipment such as columns. In this case, since the stems and bales are not strong, breakage such as breakage, tearing or breakage may occur easily.
When breakage occurs in the stems or brows, the growth rate of the plant may be stopped or the yield may be reduced due to the end of the damaged portion. As a result, many producers repair damaged parts.
As a repair method, generally, many methods of winding and fixing a damaged portion with a commercially available vinyl tape are employed. However, simply winding a vinyl tape often causes bending or shifting, so it is necessary to wind the vinyl tape in multiple layers while utilizing a splint to secure the damaged portion. In addition, when the vinyl tape wound around a plant is peeled off to rewind the vinyl tape, the adhesive of the tape may peel off the surface of the corresponding part. The exfoliation of the epidermis damages the necessary organs such as the conduit and the phlegm, and water and nutrients may not go from the wound to the tip and may die from the wound to the tip. Furthermore, since the vinyl tape is not breathable, the damaged part may not be repaired even though it is covered and fixed firmly.
Furthermore, even if the damaged portion of the stem or brow is repaired, if the vinyl tape is kept covered, the plant grows and becomes thick, and the vinyl tape bites into it. If this is left, that part will die. Therefore, it is necessary to loosen the vinyl tape after some time has passed. Thus, not only repair takes time and time, but repair work is difficult unless it is experienced and experienced.
As an alternative method to repair utilizing vinyl tape, a method has been proposed that uses a repair clip having a holding portion that holds down a stem or a beak (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-023838 (Patent Document 1)).
In addition, in order to protect the cut surface of cut flowers and plants from drying, or to prevent the joint of the graft from drying, cover the cut area and the joint area with a water holding member such as a water tank, tissue paper, gauze or absorbent cotton. There is known a method of fastening the periphery with a thread, a rubber, a wire or the like [Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-162230 (Patent Document 2)].
JP-A-9-157599 (Patent Document 3) uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive of a styrene-isoprene block copolymer system is applied to the surface of a substrate for bonding plants such as flower arrangement, It is stated that using the method there is no discoloration or decay of plants.
According to the method described in Patent Document 1, depending on the thickness of the stem or mallet, a gap is generated between the stem and the holding portion, and the fixing effect of the damaged portion is not sufficient, so the repair effect is weak. Further, in the method described in Patent Document 1, since the clip is made of a synthetic resin, if a force is applied to the vicinity held by the clip due to the difference in rigidity with the stem and the spine, another damage is likely to occur in the stem and the stem. , It can not be a reliable repair method. Moreover, the method described in Patent Document 1 needs to remove the clip when the stems and brows grow and become thick, and the time-saving effect is not sufficient.
The method described in Patent Document 2 takes time to cover and bind a cut surface or the like. Furthermore, according to the method described in Patent Document 2, when the degree of binding of the yarn, rubber or wire is too strong, the plant is damaged and the plant is broken or withered. Conversely, when the degree of restraint is loose, the water retaining member may fall off or the water retaining member may be separated from the cut surface, and the purpose can not be achieved.
Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape described in Patent Document 3 has essentially no water absorbability, it can keep plant moisture for a long time even if it can be used as a temporary binding tape or as a binding tape in a place where water absorption is not required. Not suitable as a material to keep fresh for a long time. Moreover, the adhesive tape of patent document 3 has problems, such as a part of adhesive remaining in the stalk of a plant, when peeling off. Furthermore, the binding method using the adhesive tape described in Patent Document 3 requires an instrument such as a scissors or a knife to cut the tape, and can not be said to be a simple method.

(3) The non-woven tape has appropriate stretchability in the length direction, whereby the shape of the non-woven tape can follow the change of the shape due to the growth of the plant, without damaging the plant, In addition, the nonwoven fabric tape does not fall off naturally, and a gap does not occur between the cut surface of the plant and the like and the nonwoven fabric tape.
(4) A wound state can be fixed only by winding on a plant and overlapping non-woven tape surfaces, and further non-woven tape can be easily cut by winding the non-woven tape lightly in the length direction.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a non-woven garment winding non-woven tape for use in wrapping around garments, for tying up garments, for tying up garments, or for suspending garments.

<Nonwoven Tape for Plant Wrapping>
The non-woven tape for winding a plant according to the present invention is wound on a plant to cover a junction between cut parts of a plant, or a broken part or a teared part, or for fixing a plant or bonding of plants. It is a non-woven tape for winding a plant which is used. The non-woven tape may include a non-woven fabric and a hydrophilizing agent applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric.
Hereinafter, an embodiment is shown and a nonwoven fabric tape for plant winding of the present invention is explained.
First, an embodiment of the non-woven fabric constituting the non-woven fabric winding tape will be described.
In one embodiment, the non-woven fabric (in the case where the non-woven fabric tape is a non-woven fabric to which the hydrophilizing agent is applied, the non-woven fabric to which the hydrophilizing agent is applied) is bulky and low density; It is preferable from the point of nature, easiness of cutting, self-adhesiveness, hydrophilicity, water retention and the like.
Specifically, the non-woven fabric constituting the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant is preferably a low-density non-woven fabric whose density is suppressed to the range of 0.06 to 0.15 g / cm 3 . The density of the non-woven fabric is more preferably in the range of 0.07 to 0.11 g / cm 3 .
The density of the non-woven fabric is measured according to the method described in [Example].
In addition, even in the case where a hydrophilizing agent is applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric, there is almost no change in the density of the non-woven fabric before and after that.
In the non-woven fabric according to one embodiment, the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric are oriented in the plane direction (parallel to the plane direction) of the non-woven fabric (that is, non-woven fabric tape) and substantially oriented in the thickness direction of the non-woven fabric Preferably not. For that purpose, the non-woven fabric is not entangled with the fiber web that forms the non-woven fabric by heat treatment to develop coil-like crimps in the component fibers, instead of being entangled, in the thickness direction. It is preferable to develop the entanglement of the direction and maintain the shape of the non-woven fabric.
By orienting the coiled crimp in the non-woven fabric surface direction, it is possible to resist vertical compression of the non-woven fabric, so it is possible to maintain water retention for a long time.
The non-woven fabric is maintained by the entanglement of the coiled crimp, for example, by pulling the non-woven fabric in the length direction (fiber length direction), the entanglement of the coiled crimped fiber is easily removed, and the non-woven fabric shape collapses It can be confirmed by the fact that the nonwoven fabric is torn.
In one embodiment, in the non-woven fabric, the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric are short fibers, and such fibers are oriented in the surface direction (parallel to the surface direction) of the non-woven fabric (that is, non-woven fabric tape). The coiled crimps are maintained over the entire length, and the coiled crimps are intertwined to maintain the non-woven fabric shape.
Conventional common non-woven fabrics are, as described above, fixed with an adhesive to the fibers constituting them, or by partially fusing the fibers, or needle punching or hydroentanglement to the non-woven fabric To orient the fibers in the thickness direction of the non-woven fabric, thereby maintaining the form of the non-woven fabric. However, in such conventional non-woven fabrics, the fibers are firmly fixed so that they do not shift, and cutting of the non-woven fabric is achieved by cutting the fibers using a scissors or a knife.
On the other hand, in the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to this embodiment, since the non-woven fabric maintains the non-woven fabric shape by the entanglement of the coiled crimp, the entanglement of the coiled crimp of the fiber is not cutting of the non-woven fabric by cutting the fiber. The removal of the nonwoven fabric will result in the cutting of the nonwoven fabric. Therefore, in the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment, entanglement of the coiled crimp is released by pulling in the length direction (that is, the orientation direction of the fiber having the coiled crimp), and the fibers are displaced. The gap is enlarged and easily torn away. Therefore, according to the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment, the non-woven tape according to the present embodiment is wound around a plant without using a scissors or a knife like a conventional non-woven fabric. The nonwoven fabric tape can be easily torn off by pulling.
In addition, the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment is stretchable because the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric have a coil-like crimp. Therefore, by winding the nonwoven fabric tape according to the present embodiment while pulling slightly around the plant, a contraction force is generated, and the plant can be appropriately tightened and wound, and the nonwoven fabric tape may be dislocated or peeled off, or from the cut surface The non-woven tape does not peel off and the cut surface is not covered. Further, according to the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment, since the non-woven fabric tape follows the shape change of the covering portion due to the growth of the plant, the plant does not receive excessive tension. But the plants do not wither or break.
It is preferable that the surface of a nonwoven fabric is comprised with the fiber which has a coil-like crimp in the nonwoven fabric tape for plant winding which concerns on one Embodiment. When the surface of the non-woven fabric is composed of fibers having coil-like crimps, both coils are entangled by simply overlapping non-woven fabric tapes, so that self-adhesiveness can be obtained. Therefore, according to the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to the present embodiment, it is not always necessary to bind with a yarn, a cord or a wire from above the wound tape in order to prevent peeling as in the prior art.
A non-woven fabric composed of a fiber having a coiled crimp produces a web by the card method from the following composite fiber that will develop a coiled crimp by heat treatment, and then it is heated to develop a three-dimensional crimp It can be produced by a method.
In order to prevent the fibers from scattering during the heat treatment, only a small portion of fibers of the fiber web may be lightly entangled. For example, water is sprayed at a low temperature and a low pressure to such an extent that coiled crimp does not occur, and fibers are lightly entangled while keeping the fiber web wet, and then heating is performed to develop coiled crimp. May be
In the injection of low-temperature low-pressure water, it is preferable to use water having a water temperature of about 10 to 40 ° C. at such a low pressure that the entire web becomes wet. This treatment is different from the treatment method in which fibers are strongly entangled in the thickness direction of the non-woven fabric by high-pressure water flow to dramatically increase the strength of the web, as in the case of hydroentanglement non-woven fabrics. It is preferable that the treatment is light enough to suppress the problem.
During this treatment, by placing the non-woven fabric on a wire mesh or the like and spraying water, the fibers can be moved slightly to form a lattice pattern on the surface of the non-woven fabric. Such a grid-like pattern is formed by the difference in density of fibers. Such a lattice pattern can further improve the self-adhesiveness when the nonwoven fabrics are superposed. The size of the lattice pattern is preferably about 1 to 4 mm by the size of the lattice after the occurrence of the coiled crimp.
The heat treatment (crimping treatment by heating) may be dry heat treatment, but a method of treating with high temperature steam is preferable because coiled crimp can be uniformly developed to the inside of the non-woven fabric. Specific examples of the method for treating with high temperature steam include a method in which the produced fiber web or the low temperature low pressure water treated fiber web is subjected to high temperature steam treatment using a conveyor belt.
The fiber web is greatly shrunk due to the development of coiled crimp due to high temperature steam treatment. Therefore, it is preferable to overfeed the fed fibrous web and high temperature steam treatment. The overfeed ratio is preferably 120 to 400%, more preferably 150 to 350%, and still more preferably 200 to 300%, relative to the length of the target nonwoven fabric.
When heat treatment with high temperature steam is performed, the heated steam can penetrate to the inside of the fiber web, and coil crimp can be uniformly generated from the front surface to the back surface. On the other hand, in the case of dry heat treatment, only the surface of the fiber web may be intensively heated to develop crimps, and coiled crimp may not be sufficiently developed on the inside or the back side of the fiber web.
The high temperature steam injection is preferably a method of injecting high temperature steam from orifices of 0.2 to 0.5 mm in diameter arranged at intervals of 1 to 2.5 mm in the width direction of the fiber web to be supplied. The pressure and temperature of the high temperature steam are preferably in the range of 0.2 to 1.5 MPa and the range of 80 to 120 ° C., respectively.
As a fiber which will express coil-like crimp by heat processing, the composite fiber in which several resin in which heat contraction rates differ formed the layer structure is mentioned. Among them, the fiber is preferably a composite fiber having a cross-sectional shape of a side-by-side type or an eccentric core-sheath type. Moreover, it is preferable that several resin from which thermal contraction rate differs is polyester resin from which thermal contraction rate differs.
Since the composite fiber is made of a polyester resin, even if the non-woven fabric holds moisture, it is possible to suppress the change in shape of the coil-like crimp of the composite fiber and to maintain self-adhesiveness and bulkiness. .
As a combination of polyester resins having different heat shrinkage rates, polyethylene in which one resin is polyethylene terephthalate homopolymer and the other resin is copolymerized with isophthalic acid, sodium sulfoisophthalate, diethylene glycol and / or butanediol, etc. The combination which is a terephthalate is mentioned as a suitable example. Such composite fibers may be referred to as latently crimpable fibers because they exhibit coiled crimps by the above-described heat treatment.
The average fineness of the conjugate fiber is preferably 1 to 5 dtex, more preferably 1.5 to 4 dtex. When the average fineness of the composite fiber is too small, it may be difficult to develop a clean coiled crimp. When the average fineness of the composite fiber is too large, the fiber becomes rigid, and it may be difficult to develop a clean coiled crimp also.
The average fiber length of the conjugate fiber is preferably 20 to 70 mm, more preferably 30 to 60 mm. If the average fiber length of the composite fiber is too short, intermingling of the fibers may be insufficient, and it may be difficult to obtain strength and stretchability. Conversely, when the average fiber length of the composite fiber is too long, it is difficult to form a fiber web having a uniform basis weight, and when the crimp is developed, the fibers interfere with each other to form a beautiful coiled crimp. Expression may be impeded.
In order to make the fiber into a web, it is desirable that the fiber have a mechanical crimp number of about 5 to 15/25 mm. However, at such a level of mechanical crimp, it is difficult to obtain a non-woven fabric which is bulky and has excellent non-woven fabric shape retention. In the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant according to one embodiment, the average number of coil crimps (average number of coiled crimps developed by heating) is preferably about 25 to 120/25 mm. By having such a number of coiled crimps, bulkiness, stretchability and self-adhesiveness suitable for a plant winding non-woven tape can be easily obtained.
The number of mechanical crimps and the average number of coil crimps are measured according to the method described in [Examples].
The average radius of curvature of the developed coiled crimp circle is preferably 30 to 200 μm, and more preferably 50 to 150 μm. The average radius of curvature is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
The average pitch (average crimp pitch) of the coiled crimped coils is preferably 0.01 to 0.3 mm, and more preferably 0.03 to 0.2 mm. The average pitch is measured according to the method described in [Example].
The non-woven fabric (the non-woven fabric to which the hydrophilizing agent is to be applied) preferably has a stress at 50% elongation of 1 to 10 N / 50 mm width. The stress at 50% elongation is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
The non-woven fabric (the non-woven fabric to which the hydrophilizing agent is to be applied) preferably has a thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 mm, more preferably 0.8 to 2.5 mm.
The thickness of the non-woven fabric is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
In addition, even when a hydrophilizing agent is applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric, there is almost no change in the stress and thickness at 50% elongation of the non-woven fabric before and after that.
Next, the hydrophilizing agent will be described.
A hydrophilizing agent may be applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric constituting the non-woven tape. By providing a hydrophilizing agent, it is possible to enhance the water retention and the water absorbability of the non-woven tape.
Examples of the hydrophilizing agent applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric include polyester resins; higher alcohols; higher fatty acids; ethylene oxide adducts such as alkylphenols; alkyl phosphate salts; alkyl sulfates and the like. Among them, when the fiber constituting the non-woven fabric is a polyester resin, it can be held long on the surface of the non-woven fabric, so the hydrophilizing agent preferably contains a polyester resin, and more preferably contains a hydrophilic polyester resin. Preferably, it is further preferable to include a hydrophilic polyester polyether block copolymer.
Examples of hydrophilic polyester polyether block copolymers include aromatic dicarboxylic acids such as terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid as acid components, and fats such as ethylene glycol, butanediol and diethylene glycol as diol components. Preferably, polyester polyether block copolymers formed from a group diol and polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 600 to 4,000 are used. The proportion of polyether chains in the copolymer is preferably 40 to 80% by weight, based on 100% by weight of the entire copolymer.
As such a hydrophilic polyester polyether block copolymer, SR-1000, SR-1800, SR-6200, SR-5000 manufactured by Takamatsu Oil & Fats Co., Ltd., Nispol PR manufactured by Nikka Co., Ltd., There may be mentioned, for example, Petitners 3000 manufactured by Kitahiro Chemical Co., Ltd. The adhesion amount of the hydrophilizing agent to the fiber (nonwoven fabric) is preferably 0.1 to 2.0% by weight with respect to 100% by weight of the fiber (nonwoven fabric).
The hydrophilizing agent may be applied to one surface of the non-woven fabric, or may be applied to both surfaces. The hydrophilizing agent may also be present inside the non-woven fabric.
The hydrophilizing agent can be applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric by a method of applying a liquid containing a hydrophilizing agent to the surface of the non-woven fabric, a method of impregnating at least a part of the non-woven fabric with a liquid containing a hydrophilizing agent.
The non-woven fabric of the plant winding non-woven tape is composed of a composite fiber having a coiled crimp and is bulky (small in density), so it can have high water absorbability and high water retention (water retention).
In addition, the high water absorbability and high water retention ability (water retention ability) that can be exhibited by non-woven tapes for winding around a plant are also attributed to this hydrophilizing agent when the hydrophilizing agent is applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric. From the viewpoint of enhancing water absorption and water retention, it is preferable that the resin constituting the composite fiber and the resin contained in the hydrophilizing agent be the same type.
The water absorbency of the plant winding non-woven tape can be evaluated by measuring the water absorption rate (wicking test method). The water absorption speed of the plant winding non-woven tape is preferably 5 seconds or less, more preferably 2.5 seconds or less, and still more preferably instantaneously absorbing water.
The water absorption rate of the plant winding non-woven tape is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
The water retention of the plant winding non-woven tape can be evaluated by measuring the water retention rate. The water retention rate of the plant winding non-woven tape is preferably 370% or more, and more preferably 500% or more.
The water retention rate of the plant winding non-woven tape is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
From the viewpoint of stretchability, easiness of cutting, self-adhesiveness, etc., the recovery rate after 30% elongation of the non-woven fabric tape for plant winding is preferably 70% or more, and more preferably 80% or more.
The recovery rate after 30% elongation of the plant winding non-woven tape is measured according to the method described in [Examples].
Since non-woven tapes for plant winding are used by winding around plants (for example, flowers, stems of trees, bushes, trunks, branches, roots, leaves, etc.), greenish or brownish coloring is made. For example, it is preferred that the dye is dyed green or brown. Of course, when it is wound on a plant for decoration, it may be colored to a color other than green, such as red, pink, purple, orange, yellow, blue and the like. In order to color the non-woven fabric for plant winding, it is possible to use a non-woven fabric to which a coloring agent is added as the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric itself.
The plant winding non-woven tape can, for example, be dyed in an attractive color for certain pests. In the past, a relatively large amount of insecticide was required because the whole plant was sprayed with the insecticide to control specific pests. However, when using a non-woven tape for winding a plant onto a color that has an attractive effect for a specific pest, the amount of insecticide used can be reduced by spraying the pesticide on the insect pest collected on the non-woven tape for winding a plant. It will be possible to control pests while reducing it. As a result, it tends to be easy to reduce environmental load and improve food safety. For example, thrips tend to be attracted to the pink.
In the case of dyeing, it is preferable to dye at a temperature of 100 ° C. or less, more preferably 90 ° C. or less, because the coiled crimp of the non-woven fabric may disappear if the dyeing temperature is too high.
As a dye, the dye which can dye the fiber which comprises a nonwoven fabric is used suitably. As a dye which can dye the fiber which consists of polyester-type resin, the dispersion dye for acetate fiber is mentioned, for example.
In the case of carrying out dyeing, from the viewpoint of holding coiled crimps of the non-woven fabric, when applying the hydrophilizing agent to the surface of the non-woven fabric, simultaneously applying the hydrophilizing agent to the non-woven fabric and dyeing the non-woven fabric preferable. For example, application of the hydrophilizing agent to the non-woven fabric and dyeing of the non-woven fabric can be performed simultaneously by performing dyeing using a staining solution (a solution containing a dye) to which the hydrophilizing agent has been added.
Dyeing (and application of a hydrophilizing agent) can be carried out by a method of applying a dyeing solution to the surface of the above-mentioned non-woven fabric, a method of impregnating at least a part of the non-woven fabric with a dyeing solution, or the like.
A process for adjusting the shape may be performed on the obtained non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant. For example, the obtained non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant may be slit to adjust the length in the width direction. The width of the tape after slitting is preferably 10 to 50 mm, more preferably 15 to 40 mm. Of course, after slitting, dyeing or hydrophilization may be performed.
Plant winding non-woven tapes are less susceptible to temperature and have good resistance to abrasion. Therefore, the non-woven fabric tape for plant winding can be used well outdoors and indoors for a long period such as several months to one year. Moreover, the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant can be rewound any number of times. Therefore, even when dirt adheres to the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant, it tends to be easy to maintain the wound state of the non-woven tape for winding a plant.
Plant winding non-woven tapes have excellent stretchability and tend to be superior to conformability. Therefore, the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant tends to be well maintained in a wound state without peeling off due to the growth of a plant. Also, when wrapping a tape with low conformity such as vinyl tape, when the stem of the plant grows and the stem becomes thick, the stem of the plant is tightened, squeezing the plant's conduit or phlegm, and withering the plant There is. However, since the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant can expand and contract in accordance with the thickness of the stem even if the stem of the plant is thick, such a problem tends not to occur.
In addition, when cutting plants, it is possible to promote the growth of new shoots by holding the soil and a water tank that wraps the cut. As described above, the plant winding non-woven tape has high water absorption and high water retention water absorption. Therefore, the non-woven tape for winding a plant can be used as a substitute for such a water tank or soil.
<Plant wound with nonwoven fabric tape for plant winding>
As described above, the non-woven tape for winding a plant is, as described above, a cut portion such as a stem, a stem, a trunk, a branch, a root, or a leaf of a plant (a junction (joint) between cut portions of a plant) It is used for covering wounded parts (broken parts or teared parts) such as mosses, trunks, branches, roots and leaves, or for fixing plants or tying plants together.
A non-woven tape for winding a plant can also be used to prevent cutting of a plant (which may be a cut flower) or a joint of a graft from drying, or to hold a bouquet or the like. In this case, the plant on which the non-woven tape for winding a plant is wound can be a cut flower, a plant equipped with a graft, a bouquet or the like.
The wound state can be fixed only by winding the non-woven tape for plant winding around the plant one or more times and superposing the tape after winding on the tape surface before winding. Furthermore, it is also possible to cover all the axes of trees and flowers by spiral winding around the axes of trees and flowers.
By pulling the excess portion in the fixed state, the entanglement of the coil-like crimp of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric is easily released, and a gap can be generated between the fibers and the tape can be torn off. Although the cut portion after being torn becomes uneven in fiber length, such irregularness makes it difficult to determine which is the end, and brings about a natural beauty to the winding state. Peeling from the cutting portion can be suppressed.
Examples of plants that can be covered or repaired with the non-woven tape for winding a plant, such as tomato, cucumber, eggplant, melon, watermelon, paprika and other fruits, broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, celery, green onion And leafy vegetables such as leaky, radishes, turnips, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes and other root vegetables; roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, eustaceans, gerberas and the like.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view schematically showing a plant winding non-woven tape wound around a joint (seam). The graft 3 is attached to the trunk of the raw wood 2 of FIG. 1 and the plant winding non-woven tape 1 is wound around the joint to complete the graft.
FIG. 2: is the schematic which shows typically the state which wound the nonwoven fabric tape for plant winding around the stem and cut end of a plant. The non-woven fabric tape 1 for winding a plant is wound around a stem 5 in which a plurality of plants (cut flowers) 4 are bundled, and the cut surface is also covered with the same tape. Cover the cutting surface with light tension and wrap around the stem of the plant, then wrap it to a suitable height and partially wrap it in place, and pull the tape to cut it. The winding state can be fixed by overlapping on the Then, water is supplied by applying moisture to the wound tape.
The non-woven tape for winding a plant may be provided with an anionic surfactant to inhibit the growth of various bacteria, or may contain an agent serving as a nutrient for plants, or both of them It may be included.
<Method for covering a junction between broken parts of a plant, or a broken part or a broken part, or fixing a plant or tying plants together>
Another aspect according to the present invention is a method for covering a junction between broken parts of a plant, or a broken part or a teared part, or for fixing plants or tying plants together, The above-mentioned non-woven tape for winding a plant is wound around a plant.
The above-mentioned non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant can be impregnated with at least one agent selected from the group consisting of a germicide, an insecticide, an attractant and water. The impregnation may be carried out before or after winding the non-woven tape for plant winding onto the plant. Alternatively, at least one agent selected from the group consisting of a bactericide, an insecticide, an attractant and water can be applied to the plant before the plant winding non-woven tape is wound on the plant.
When a non-woven tape for winding a plant is impregnated with a bactericide and wound around a wound of a plant, or when a non-woven tape for winding a plant is wound around a plant after applying the bactericidal agent to a wound of a plant, simply apply the bactericide to a wound of a plant In this case, the bactericidal agent tends to be retained as compared with the case where it does, and the curative effect tends to be high. This may be caused by transpiration / evaporation or flow due to wind or water, which does not remain in the wound if the germicide is simply applied to the wound of the plant, but the plant winding non-woven tape is wound around the plant. It is thought that this is because the bactericide tends to remain in the wound.
The concentration of the biocidal agent impregnated in the non-woven fabric tape for winding on a plant or applied to a wound of a plant can be adjusted by mixing it with water or the like so as not to adversely affect the plant if it remains.
When a non-woven tape for winding a plant is impregnated with an insecticide and then wound around a plant, or when a non-woven tape for winding a plant is wound around a plant after applying the insecticide to the plant, a pest that walks and moves without flying It can control insects). Since walking insects usually breed on the ground and travel along the stems of plants and cause damage by scraping plant shoots, leaves, stems of flowers, etc., such walking insects travel along the stems of plants. Can also be suppressed. In addition, by using the non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant, which is dyed in a color having an attractive effect on the specific pest described above, it is possible to more efficiently control the insects gathered on the non-woven tape for winding a plant.
When a non-woven tape for plant wrapping is impregnated with an attractant and wound on a plant, or when a non-woven tape for winding a plant is wound on a plant after applying the attractant to a plant, collect pests that can not be attracted by a specific color. It becomes possible.
As described above, the plant winding non-woven tape has high water absorption and high water retention water absorption. Therefore, by impregnating the non-woven tape for plant wrapping with water and wrapping it around the plant, the supply of water to the joints between the cut parts of the plant or the broken part or the teared part is maintained for a relatively long time. It tends to be quick to heal wounds of plants.
In addition, when plastic tape is wound to heal wounds and broken mouths of plants, since the plants grow after completely repairing wounds and broken mouths, such healing is given priority and plant growth is delayed. Tend to be However, non-woven tapes for winding around plants tend to make healing and growth compatible with each other, and naturally tend to grow so that the harvest time will not be delayed even if the growth should be delayed by such a healing period. .
The non-woven fabric tape for plant winding wraps the junctions and broken parts of the cut parts of the plant and the tear-off portion in a cross shape (cross shape) to strengthen the wound more strongly or splice the non-woven tape for plant winding When used to support the upper part of the junction, repair is quicker and plants tend to grow thicker. In addition, even when the joint is fixed by suspending it from above with a non-woven tape for winding a plant, no load of stems, branches, fruits, etc. is applied to the joint, and healing of the plant is accelerated and it tends to grow well. It is in.
In addition, when a non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant is wound around a joint, a broken part, or a broken part between cut parts of a plant, healing tends to be faster when wound relatively strongly than when wound relatively weakly.
The non-woven tape for winding a plant can be applied not only to plants of the solanaceous family such as tomato but also to plants of the family Cucurbitaceae such as cucumber, plants for horticulture, and flowers.

Hydrophilizing agent: Puchinas 3000 (hydrophilic polyester polyether block copolymer) manufactured by Kitahiro Chemical Co., Ltd. The staining solution contains the hydrophilizing agent at a concentration of 7% by weight based on the weight of the non-woven fabric.
Dyes: YELLOW-DR, RED-DR and BLIE-DR, which are DR series dyes manufactured by Kiwa Chemical. The dyeing solution is YELLOW-DR, RED-DR and BLUE-DR as a disperse dye which has a grass color close to that of acetate fibers, respectively, about 10% by weight, about 0.6% by weight, and about 3% by weight of the non-woven fabric. It contains in the concentration which becomes%.
Staining temperature x staining time: 85 ° C x 30 minutes
It was 589% when the water retention rate of the obtained non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant was measured. Moreover, when the water absorption speed was measured, it absorbed water instantly.
The recovery after 30% elongation of the non-woven fabric tape for plant winding was 97%.
In addition, although the temperature condition recommended of Pita Nurse 3000, manufactured by Kitahiro Chemical Co., Ltd., which is a hydrophilizing agent used, is 120 ° C. or higher, when the dyeing temperature exceeds 100 ° C., the coiled crimp of the non-woven fabric disappears. Staining was performed at 85 ° C. for 30 minutes. Although the adsorption amount varies because the temperature is below the appropriate temperature, there is a possibility that not all 7% of the added hydrophilizing agent adsorbs, but because it absorbed water instantaneously in the water absorption rate test, the adsorption amount sufficient to have hydrophilicity It can be said that the adsorption amount is within the range of 1 to 7% by weight with respect to the weight of the non-woven fabric.
The obtained plant winding non-woven tape is made into a tape shape with a width of about 25 mm and a length of about 1 m, and the tips of two rods considered as branches of plants are wound five times in a coupled state, and these rods are fixed. did. A wooden rod having a diameter of 7.2 mm, a length of 176 mm, and a weight of 6.6 g was used as a bar that appeared to be a branch.
Next, the bar connected with the non-woven tape was fixed on the lower side at an oblique angle of 45 degrees with respect to the ground. When water was applied to the connection part, water was absorbed instantly. Misalignment or loosening of the non-woven fabric tape at the connection, bending of the rod at the connection, and water retention were observed after 8 hours. As a result, there was no deviation or loosening of the non-woven tape, and no bending of the rod at the connecting portion was observed. The non-woven tape was kept moist and wet.
In addition, using the obtained non-woven fabric tape for winding a plant, each portion was spirally wound around the broken stem of the tomato so as to form a fivefold winding. The tape was joined only by winding, and the winding state was not released. The wound end could be easily torn off by pulling in the tape length direction. The torn-off end had a shape in which the number of fibers decreased toward the end because the lengths of the ejected fibers were uneven. Then, when the torn-off end was stacked on the tape surface before winding, it was joined and integrated so that the winding did not peel off and even the position of the end was not known. The stretchability of the non-woven tape was not changed by the application of water, and the wound state was not loosened by water.
 <実施例2>
Example 2
A nonwoven fabric was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the fabric weight was 60.3 g / m 2 . The obtained non-woven fabric had a thickness of 0.71 mm and a density of 0.09 g / cm 3 . This nonwoven fabric was bulky.
Further, in the obtained non-woven fabric, the average pitch of the coil, the average radius of curvature of the coiled crimp circle, and the stress at 50% elongation were 0.03 mm, 52 μm, and 7 N / 50 mm, respectively.
The surface of the obtained non-woven fabric was photographed with an electron microscope (100 ×). Furthermore, the cross section in the thickness direction was photographed with an electron microscope (100 ×). As a result, in the obtained non-woven fabric, it is observed that each fiber is crimped uniformly and substantially in a coil shape in the thickness direction and is oriented while expressing a coil substantially parallel to the surface direction of the non-woven fabric did it.

As a result, there was no deviation or loosening of the non-woven tape, and no bending of the rod at the connecting portion was observed. The non-woven tape was kept moist and wet.
Grafting of vines was performed using the obtained non-woven tape for winding a plant. That is, the cut surface of the grapevine (root stock) and the cut surface of the new kind of grape branch (earwood) are combined, wrapped around the bonded portion so that the non-woven tape is fivefold, maintained at 30 ° C. Water was applied to the junction three times during the day and evening.
The winding was extremely easy and the winding end could be easily torn off by pulling in the tape length direction. The ends were joined by overlapping the torn ends on the tape surface before winding, and the winding did not peel off. And in this state, between about 10 days, the space between the rootstock and the scion filled up, and the two organizations were connected. During this time, the winding state did not loosen and the water retention did not decrease.
