Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine de fabrication (8) destinée à la production de cartouches jetables (1) pour cigarettes électroniques ; chaque cartouche jetable (1) présentant un boîtier tubulaire (2) qui contient une quantité (5) de tabac surmonté d'un tampon (6) de matériau filtrant. La machine de fabrication (8) présente : un tambour de fabrication (9) qui soutient au moins un groupe (11) d'assises (12), adaptée chacune pour recevoir un boîtier tubulaire (2) ; une première unité d'alimentation (17), qui alimente les boîtiers tubulaires correspondants (2) aux assises (12) ; une unité de remplissage (18) qui alimente dans chaque boîtier tubulaire (2) transporté par une première assise (12) une quantité correspondante (5) de tabac et une seconde unité d'alimentation (19) qui alimente à l'intérieur de chaque boîtier tubulaire (2) transporté par une première assise (12) un tampon correspondant (6) de matériau filtrant. La seconde unité d'alimentation (19) présente : un dispositif d'alimentation (66) qui alimente un groupe de pièces (65) de matériau filtrant ; un dispositif de coupe (67) qui transporte de manière cyclique une coupe transversale du groupe de pièces (65) de matériau filtrant afin de séparer un groupe respectif de tampons (6) de matériau filtrant depuis le groupe de pièces (65) de matériau filtrant ; et un dispositif de transfert (68) qui prélève le groupe de tampons (6) de matériau filtrant immédiatement après la coupe transversale et qui insère les tampons (6) de matériau filtrant dans les assises correspondantes (12).
