请参图3和图4所示,所述智慧锁13包括具有沿其圆周方向间隔设置的锁紧片131的锁紧件132、位于所述锁紧件132外的锁紧套133。使用时,先将所述锁紧件132置于所述外管11与所述内管12的连接处,再将所述锁紧套133套设于所述锁紧件132外;拧紧所述锁紧套133时,所述锁紧片131收紧并将所述外管11与所述内管12沿径向锁紧,此时所述智慧锁13为锁紧状态,所述外管11与所述内管12相对固定,可以拖地;松动所述锁紧套133时,所述锁紧片131松开,所述智慧锁13为解锁状态,所述外管11与所述内管12可相对滑动和转动,可洗涤和甩干所述拖把头2。
请参图3~图8所示,所述驱动机构包括与所述操作端111相固定且位于所述内管12内的驱动轴14、设于所述内管12的内壁上的内螺纹15。 所述驱动轴14与所述内螺纹15配合将所述外管11的直线运动转化为所述内管12的旋转运动,从而带动所述拖把头2转动,实现洗涤和甩干。
请参阅图3和图4所示,具体地,所述外管11的顶部向中心收拢形成直径略小于所述外管11的直径的收拢部113,所述驱动轴14还包括设于其顶端且直径略大于所述收拢部113的直径的上限位圈141、位于所述上限位圈141下方且直径不大于所述收拢部113的收紧部142、位于所述收紧部142下端且直径略大于所述收拢部113直径的下限位圈143,所述收拢部113被限定在所述上限位圈141与所述下限位圈143之间使得所述驱动轴14与所述外管11相固定。
请参图4,图7和图8所示,所述驱动轴14具有固定于所述驱动轴14上的定齿轮144、套设于所述驱动轴14上且能够沿所述驱动轴14的长度方向靠近或远离所述定齿轮144的单向齿轮145,所述定齿轮144、所述单向齿轮145分别具有相互啮合的第一啮合齿1441、第二啮合齿1451,且所述单向齿轮145设有沿其径向向外凸伸且与所述内螺纹15相配合的若干凸齿1452。自所述操作端111下压所述外管11时,所述单向齿轮145靠近所述定齿轮144,所述第一啮合齿1441与所述第二啮合齿1451啮合使得所述单向齿轮145相对所述驱动轴14固定而不会绕所述驱动轴14旋转,所述凸齿1452向下移动时通过所述内螺纹15驱动所述内管12旋转,所述内管12带动所述拖把头2旋转;所述驱动机构将所述外管11的上下位移转化为所述内管12的旋转运动从而带动所述拖把头2旋转,实现洗涤和甩干。
所述驱动轴14上还具有限制所述单向齿轮145背离所述定齿轮144移动的限位片146,自所述操作端111向上提起所述外管11时,所述定齿轮144和所述限位片146均随所述驱动轴14向上移动,所述第二啮合齿1451与所述第一啮合齿1441分离至所述单向齿轮145与所述限位片146抵接时,所述限位片146带动所述单向齿轮145向上移动。
所述驱动机构还包括限位所述驱动轴14相对所述内管12上下移动的限位机构。所述限位机构包括设于所述内管12顶端的限位件147、设于所述驱动轴14上靠近所述操作端111的第一限位垫148、设于所述驱动轴 14上靠近所述定齿轮144的第二限位垫149,所述限位件147上设有供所述第一限位垫148和所述第二限位垫149之间的所述限位轴穿过的通孔。当向下压所述外管11时,所述驱动轴14向下移动至所述第一限位垫148与所述限位件147抵持时,所述外管11被限制不能再继续向下移动;当向上提起所述外管11时,所述驱动轴14向上移动至所述第二限位垫149与所述限位件147抵持时,所述外管11被限制不能再继续向上移动。优选地,所述第一限位垫148和所述第二限位垫149为缓冲性能较好的橡胶材质,且所述限位结构还可以包括设于所述第一限位垫148、所述第二限位垫149分别朝向所述限位件147的一侧的缓冲垫片140。
所述限位件147为能够与所述第一限位垫148和所述第二限位垫149配合的任何结构,本实施例中,所述限位件147为设于所述内管12顶端且密封其顶端开口的上端盖123,所述上端盖123上具有供所述第一限位垫148和所述第二限位垫149之间的所述限位轴穿过的通孔。于其他实施例中,也可以将所述内管12的顶部设置成可与所述第二限位垫149配合的限位件147,已达成相同的效果。
所述内螺纹15为连续的螺纹,因此所述凸齿1452沿所述内螺纹15转动时顺畅无杂音;其中连续的螺纹指的是所述内螺纹15沿上下方向、圆周方向均为连续的,中间无间隔;也即所述凸齿1452沿所述内螺纹15移动的过程中始终位于所述内螺纹15内。进一步地,所述内螺纹15包括第一螺纹151、位于所述第一螺纹151下方且与所述第一螺纹151平滑过渡的第二螺纹152,所述第一螺纹151的螺距大于所述第二螺纹152的螺距。下压所述外管11时,所述凸齿1452先与螺距较大的所述第一螺纹151配合驱动所述内管12旋转,启动力较小;当所述外管11相对所述内管12向下移动至所述凸齿1452与所述第二螺纹152配合时,所述内管12已经旋转起来,在所述内管12的旋转惯性下所述凸齿1452与所述第二螺纹152配合可以较为轻松地驱动所述内管12继续旋转。
洗涤所述拖把头2时,所述凸齿1452与所述第一螺纹151相配合驱动所述内管12旋转,转速小,可防止所述水溅出桶外。甩干时,自上向下移动的所述凸齿1452先与所述第一螺纹151相配合驱动所述内管12以较 小的速度旋转,可避免高速旋转的离心力把水甩出桶外,弄脏地面;所述凸齿1452再与所述第二螺纹152相配合驱动所述内管12以较大速度旋转,快速将水甩干。
本实施例中,所述内管12包括内壁设有内螺纹15的第一内管121、套设于所述第一内管121外的第二内管122,所述第二内管122比所述第一内管121长,所述拖把头2固定于所述第二内管122上。一方面,所述第一内管121比所述第二内管122的制备工艺复杂且成本高,通过所述第二内管122与所述第一内管121的配合设置可以缩短所述第一内管121长度至需要的长度即可,降低成本。另一方面,通过所述第二内管122兼顾所述内管12的外观,可以减少或省去所述第一内管121的外壁美观化的处理工艺,降低了所述第一内管121的工艺难度。
具体地,所述第一内管121包括内设有第一螺纹151的上内管1211、内设有第二螺纹152的下内管1212,且所述上内管1211与所述下内管1212被设计为第一螺纹151与所述第二螺纹152平滑对接,使得所述内螺纹15沿上下方向形成完整的连续的螺纹。
另外,所述内管12还包括位于所述第二内管122固定所述拖把头2的一端的端盖123,可以防止洗涤水、灰尘等进入所述内管12内。所述端盖123与所述第二内管122上均设有沿径向向内凸伸的定位条124,便于与所述拖把头2定位安装。
请参图1和图2所示,所述拖把杆1还包括套设于所述外管11的操作端111的上杆16、固定连接所述上杆16与所述外管11的固定锁161。连接时先调节所述外管11伸入所述上杆16内的长度至合适的长度,在旋紧所述固定锁161将两者固定。另外,所述上杆16远离所述外管11的一端还具有操作手柄162,方便使用。
综上所述,本发明的拖把100将螺距较大的第一螺纹151设置于螺距较小的第二螺纹152上方,洗涤所述拖把头2时,所述凸齿1452与所述第一螺纹151相配合驱动所述内管12旋转,转速小,可防止所述水溅出桶外。甩干时,自上向下移动的所述凸齿1452先与所述第一螺纹151相配合驱动所述内管12以较小的速度旋转,可避免高速旋转的离心力把水甩 出桶外,弄脏地面;所述凸齿1452再与所述第二螺纹152相配合驱动所述内管12以较大速度旋转,快速将水甩干。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拖把,包括拖把杆及拖把头,所述拖把杆包括外管、于所述外管内滑动的内管、连接所述外管与所述内管的智慧锁、驱动所述内管相对所述外管转动和滑动的驱动机构;其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括与所述外管相固定且位于所述内管内的驱动轴、设于所述内管的内壁上的内螺纹,所述驱动轴具有固定于所述驱动轴上的定齿轮、套设于所述驱动轴上且能够沿所述驱动轴的长度方向靠近或远离所述定齿轮的单向齿轮,所述单向齿轮设有沿其径向向外凸伸且与所述内螺纹相配合的若干凸齿,所述螺纹包括第一螺纹、位于所述第一螺纹下方且与所述第一螺纹平滑过渡的第二螺纹,所述第一螺纹的螺距大于所述第二螺纹的螺距。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括限位所述驱动轴相对所述内管上下移动的限位机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述限位机构包括设于所述内管顶端的限位件、设于所述驱动轴上靠近所述操作端的第一限位垫、设于所述驱动轴上靠近所述定齿轮的第二限位垫,所述限位件上设有供所述第一限位垫和所述第二限位垫之间的所述限位轴穿过的通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述驱动轴上还具有限制所述单向齿轮背离所述定齿轮移动的限位片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述内管包括内壁设有内螺纹的第一内管、套设于所述第一内管外的第二内管,所述第二内管比所述第一内管长,所述拖把头固定于所述第二内管上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述内管还包括位于所述第二内管固定所述拖把头的一端的端盖。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述内螺纹为连续的螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述外管的顶部向中心收拢形成收拢部,所述驱动轴还包括设于其顶端且直径大于所述收拢部直径的上限位圈、位于所述上限位圈下方且直径不大于所述收拢部的收紧 部、位于所述收紧部下方且直径大于所述收拢部直径的下限位圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述智慧锁包括具有沿其圆周方向间隔设置的锁紧片的锁紧件、位于所述锁紧件外的锁紧套。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的拖把,其特征在于:所述拖把杆还包括套设于所述外管一端的上杆、固定连接所述上杆与所述外管的固定锁。
