接着参阅图3,该图为本发明的洗衣机的支撑结构的结构示意图。如图3所示,支撑结构4包括设置于控制面板2上的支撑板41和设置于顶盖1上的卡扣42,其中,支撑板41上设置有与卡扣42匹配对接的孔结构43。并且支撑板41包括支撑区段411和连接区段412,支撑区段411能够与顶盖1相抵接,从而对顶盖1形成支撑作用,进而避免顶盖1产生凹陷;连接区段412与支撑区段411相连,用于将支撑板41固定至控制面板2上。换言之,在支撑结构4安装到位的情况下,顶盖1能够通过支撑板41得到进一步的支撑作用,从而极大程度地避免了顶盖1的中部容易产生凹陷的问题。
进一步地,在支撑结构4安装到位的情况下,设置于顶盖1上的卡扣42与设置于控制面板2的支撑板41上的孔结构43相卡合,使得顶盖1与控制面板2能够通过支撑结构4形成连接关系,从而极大程度地增加了顶盖1与控制面板2之间的连接强度,进而有效防止了顶盖1与控制面板2之间容易产生较大缝隙的问题。同时,顶盖1还可以通过卡扣42迅速固定到位,从而节省了装配人员不断调整缝隙的时间,进而极大程度地提高了洗衣机的装配效率。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,虽然本优选实施例是结合所述第一支撑件为设置于控制面板2上的支撑板41,所述第二支撑件 为设置于顶盖1上的卡扣42时的情况来进行描述的,但是,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件显然还可以设置成其他结构,即在实际使用的过程中,技术人员可以根据实际情况自行设定支撑结构4的具体结构,只要支撑结构4能够对顶盖1和控制面板2同时起到支撑和连接的作用即可。
接着参阅图4、图5、图6和图7对本发明的洗衣机的导流部进行详细描述;其中,图4是本发明的洗衣机的顶盖的结构示意图;图5是本发明的洗衣机的顶盖的第一局部示意图;图6是本发明的洗衣机的顶盖的第二局部示意图;图7是本发明的洗衣机的顶盖的第三局部示意图。具体地,所述导流部包括引导槽11以及分别设置在引导槽11两端的通孔12和挡水筋13,所述导流部能够引导液体沿避开所述控制电路电气件的方向流动。
进一步地,引导槽11包括槽底111以及分别设置在槽底111两侧的第一挡边112和第二挡边113。引导槽11的槽底111为斜面,所述斜面设置为左低右高,参阅图1,控制面板2的左端设置有洗涤剂盒21,即所述斜面以朝向洗涤剂盒21的方向向下倾斜。通孔12设置在引导槽11的最低位置,以便引导槽11能够将液体汇集到通孔12中;并且通孔12与洗涤剂盒21相连通,从而使得引导槽11中的液体能够通过通孔12排至洗涤剂盒21中。
另外,引导槽11远离洗涤剂盒21的一端,即引导槽11的右端还设置有挡水筋13。由于引导槽11的右端较左端高,并且引导槽11的右端还设置有挡水筋13,因此,流至引导槽11中的液体能够被所述斜面迅速引至引导槽11的左端并通过通孔12流出。参阅图1,控制面板2内部的右侧设置有与操作面板22相连通的控制电路,所述控制电路由多个电气件连接构成,将引导槽11中的液体引至远离所述控制电路的一侧流出能够有效防止外部的液体接触到电气件而损坏控制电路的问题,从而对所述控制电路起到有效的保护作用,增加了所述洗衣机的可靠性。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,以上描述的有关导流部的技术方案仅是一个优选技术方案,在实际使用的过程中,技术人员还可以结合洗衣机的不同结构特征自行设定导流部的具体结构,只要所述导流部能够引导液体沿避开所述电气件的方向流动即可。换言之, 引导槽11靠近所述电气件的一端设置成高于远离所述电气件的一端,使得流入引导槽11中的液体能够汇集至远离所述电气件的一端流出,从而进一步加强了所述洗衣机的防水效果,增强了所述洗衣机的可靠性。
至此,已经结合附图描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括顶盖和控制面板,所述顶盖与所述控制面板之间设置有支撑结构,
    所述支撑结构设置为与所述顶盖和所述控制面板分别接触以防止所述顶盖向下凹陷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述支撑结构设置为与所述顶盖和所述控制面板分别连接,以防止所述顶盖和所述控制面板之间出现缝隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括:
    第一支撑件,其设置于所述顶盖和所述控制面板中的一个;
    第二支撑件,其设置于所述顶盖和所述控制面板中的另一个;
    其中,所述第一支撑件设置为与所述顶盖和所述控制面板分别接触;
    所述顶盖通过所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的匹配连接与所述控制面板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二支撑件为设置于所述顶盖上的卡扣,
    所述第一支撑件为设置于所述控制面板上的支撑板,且所述支撑板上设置有与所述卡扣匹配对接的孔结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述控制面板的长度方向的一端设置有电气件,并且所述顶盖上设置有导流部,所述导流部能够引导液体沿避开所述电气件的方向流动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述导流部包括引导槽以及设置于所述引导槽上的通孔;
    所述引导槽设置为能够使流入所述引导槽中的液体汇集至所述通孔;
    所述通孔设置为能够将汇集至所述通孔的液体沿避开所述电气件的 方向排出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述引导槽包括槽底以及设置于所述槽底两侧的挡边,
    所述通孔设置于所述槽底的最低位置,以便使流入所述引导槽中的液体汇集至所述通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机还包括洗涤剂盒,所述通孔与所述洗涤剂盒相连通,以便将所述引导槽中的液体排至所述洗涤剂盒内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述引导槽的槽底为斜面,所述斜面沿朝向所述洗涤剂盒的方向向下倾斜,所述通孔设置于所述引导槽靠近所述洗涤剂盒的一端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述导流部还包括挡水筋,所述挡水筋设置于所述引导槽远离所述洗涤剂盒的一端。
