穿戴物品指的是能够穿戴于人身上的衣服、鞋子、帽子和围巾等,不同的人对于穿戴物品有着不同的喜好,并且穿戴物品在被穿戴一段时间后可能会出现污渍、破损和掉色等情况。以鞋子为例,不同的人对鞋子的喜好各不相同,如男士多数喜欢深色的鞋子,而女士多数喜欢浅色艳丽的鞋子,鞋子在被穿戴一段时间后,鞋子的内部和表面会被污渍附着或者出现破损、掉色等情况。在一些特殊的场合中,需要对鞋子进行信息记录。比如,在洗鞋店中,需要对不同用户的鞋子进行清洗,在清洗之前,一般需要对用户信息(主要包括名字、性别和取放时间等)和鞋子信息(主要包括鞋子的品牌、款式、面料、颜色、尺码、脏污程度等)进行登记,从而更有针对性地进行鞋子的清洗。又比如、在鞋子的专卖店中,可以对用户购买的鞋子进行信息登记,从而通过对鞋子的信息收集了解用户的喜好和不同鞋子的受欢迎程度,从而更有针对性地为用户推荐鞋子并且及时了解市场需求。
随着大数据技术的不断发展和普及,可以对穿戴物品应用自动采集、分析处理、信息储存等方式来代替以往的纯人工记录,从而在方便生活的同时能够提高工作效率,从而利用信息技术更好地为用户服务。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的穿戴物品信息采集系统和方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了实现穿戴物品的自动化信息采集和利用,本发明提供了一种穿戴物品信息采集系统,该穿戴物品信息采集系统包括:信息采集装置,其用于采集穿戴物品的原始 信息;处理装置,其与信息采集装置通信,用于接收信息采集装置采集到的原始信息以及从原始信息中提取穿戴物品的特征信息。
在上述穿戴物品信息采集系统的优选技术方案中,信息采集装置是图像采集装置,原始信息是穿戴物品的图像信息。
在上述穿戴物品信息采集系统的优选技术方案中,信息采集装置包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的转盘和摄像头,转盘用于承载穿戴物品,摄像头用于在转盘带动穿戴物品转动的过程中拍摄穿戴物品的图像信息。
在上述穿戴物品信息采集系统的优选技术方案中,信息采集装置还包括连接到转盘并用于驱动转盘转动的驱动器。
在上述穿戴物品信息采集系统的优选技术方案中,转盘设置在壳体的内底部,摄像头设置在壳体的内顶部,摄像头与转盘的位置相对固定。
在上述穿戴物品信息采集系统的优选技术方案中,穿戴物品是鞋子。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过自动采集穿戴物品的原始信息并提取特征信息,可以对穿戴物品的多个信息进行分析和储存,从而通过自动的方式及时记录用户的穿戴物品的信息。以鞋子为例,在对用户的鞋子进行清洗之前,可以对鞋子的原始信息进行采集并对诸如鞋子的脏污程度、脏污位置、破损程度和破损位置等特征信息进行提取,从而能够对鞋子实现更有针对性的清洗,同时提前记录上述鞋子的破损信息有助于使用户提前了解鞋子的破损情况,避免使用户认为是在清洗鞋子的过程中造成鞋子的破损,从而避免纠纷的发生,在实现鞋子清洗的同时能够更好地为用户服务,提高用户体验。仍以鞋子为例,在对用户售卖鞋子的过程中及时对鞋子的尺码、款式、类别、颜色和品牌等特征信息进行记录,可以了解用户的喜 好,从而可以更有针对性地为用户进行鞋子的推荐,同样可以提高用户体验。相比于人工记录的方式,通过本发明的穿戴物品信息采集系统,可以极大地提高工作效率,提高信息记录的准确性,并且实现了利用信息技术更好地为用户服务。
进一步地,通过图像采集装置采集穿戴物品的图像信息,从而可以通过图像识别的方式提取穿戴物品的图像信息上的特征信息。在一种优选的方案中,采集穿戴物品的图像信息的过程中使穿戴物品处于转动状态,从而可以对穿戴物品进行全方位、多角度的图像采集,使穿戴物品的图像采集无死角,从而在穿戴物品的图像信息中能够提取更多的特征信息,进而更全面地了解用户的需求,更好地为用户开展后续的服务。
更进一步地,通过存储装置对穿戴物品的原始信息和特征信息进行存储可以便于用户数据的储存,从而便于将上述的穿戴物品的信息进行调用和分析,从而更方便地了解用户需求和市场需求。并且上述的原始信息和特征信息优选采用数据包的形式进行存储,从而可以将所有用户的不同穿戴信息进行分块存储,便于在后续的工作中对用户穿戴信息进行分析和调用。
再进一步地,采用云端服务器对穿戴物品的信息进行分析处理和数据存储,可以节约本地服务器的空间,避免本地服务器由于数据过多而影响信息的分析处理效率和数据存储效率,并且可以实现用户资源的共享和交互,从而将所有用户的穿戴物品的信息进行集中处理和分析,从而及时地了解用户的市场需求。
又进一步地,本发明的处理装置能够基于穿戴物品的特征信息构建穿戴物品对应的3D模型,从而实现用户穿戴信息的立体式分析处理和数据存储,并且可以对该3D模型进行编辑和查看,从而可以更加直观地查看用户的穿戴物品的信息。
此外,本发明还基于上述的穿戴物品信息采集系统提供了一种穿戴物品信息采集方法,通过该方法可以实现穿戴物品的信息采集、分析处理、数据存储以及三维建模,从而实现利用机器代替人工来记录用户的穿戴物品的信息和需求,在提高工作效率的同时可以提高信息记录的准确性,从而更好地为用户开展后续的服务。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“内”是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术提出的为了实现穿戴物品的自动化信息采集和利用,本发明提供了一种穿戴物品信息采集系统和方法,旨在提供一种可以对穿戴物品实现自动信息采集、分析处理、数据存储以及三维建模的系统和方法,从而实现利用机器代替人工来记录用户的穿戴物品的信息和需求,在提高工作效率的同时可以提高信息记录的准确性,从而更好地为用户开展后续的服务。
具体地,本发明提供了一种穿戴物品信息采集系统,该穿戴物品信息采集系统包括:信息采集装置,其用于采集穿戴物品的原始信息;处理装置,其与信息采集装置通信,用于接收信息采集装置采集到的原始信息以及从原始信息中提取穿戴物品的特征信息。其中,原始信息可以为穿戴物品的图像信息,通过对图像信息的采集来提取图像信息中的特征信息。又或者,原始信息还可以为用户对穿戴物品描述的声音信息,通过对声音信息的识别来提取用户描述过程中的特征信息。本领 域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地选取原始信息的类别和具体形式,只要通过原始信息的采集能够反映穿戴物品并能够实现特征信息的提取即可。此外,特征信息包括穿戴物品的尺寸、款式、类别、颜色、品牌、脏污位置、脏污程度、破损位置、破损程度等,通过对上述特征信息的提取,可以了解用户的需求,并为用户更好地开展后续的服务。
需要说明的是,在本发明的技术方案中,穿戴物品可以为上衣、裤子、裙子、外套、鞋子、帽子、围巾、腰带、书包、手表和腕饰等任何能够穿戴于人体上的服饰或者设备,即只要能够通过本发明的穿戴物品信息采集系统实现信息采集即可,这种穿戴物品具体结构、形式或者类型的改变并不偏离本发明的技术方案。
下面以信息采集装置是图像采集装置,采集的原始信息为穿戴物品的图像信息,穿戴物品是鞋子为例,详细地阐述本发明的技术方案。
在一种优选的实施例中,如图1所示,该穿戴物品信息采集系统包括图像采集装置,该图像采集装置包括壳体1以及设置在壳体1内的转盘2和摄像头3,转盘2用于承载鞋子,摄像头3用于在转盘2带动鞋子转动的过程中拍摄鞋子的图像信息。通过转盘2的转动可以带动鞋子进行转动,从而通过摄像头3实现对鞋子的多角度全方位图像采集。在实际的应用中,可以使转盘2始终处于转动状态,然后摄像头3通过视频录像或者照片连拍的方式对转盘2上的鞋子进行图像采集,又或者使转盘2处于间隔式转动,即每转动一个角度停顿一次,然后通过摄像头3对处于停顿状态的鞋子进行拍摄采集图像。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置摄像头3对鞋子的采集方式,只要通过摄像头3能够实现对鞋子的全方位采集即可。
此外,图像采集装置还包括连接到转盘2并用于驱动转盘2转动的驱动器。通过驱动器可以带动转盘2转动,其中,驱动器优选为电机,即通过电机输出的旋转驱动力带动转盘2转动。当然,这并不是限制性的,驱动器还可以采用其他能够实现转动输出的机构,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置驱动器的结构,只要通过驱动器能够实现驱动转盘2转动即可。
在一种可能的情形中,转盘2设置在壳体1的内底部,摄像头3设置在壳体1的内顶部,摄像头3与转盘2的位置相对固定,即, 通过壳体1顶部的摄像头3对转盘2上的鞋子进行图像采集。关于这点,需要指出的是,通过使摄像头3与转盘2的位置相对固定,本发明可以使鞋子的图像尺寸(即,鞋子在图像中的大小)与实际尺码之间产生严格的对应关系,从而能更方便地根据拍摄到的图像来确定鞋子的真实尺码。就此而言,本发明可以在确定了摄像头3与转盘2的相对位置(包括距离和角度)之后,例如以查询表的形式预先存储各种图像尺寸与鞋子尺码之间的映射关系,从而方便后续进行特征信息的高效提取。当然,上述的转盘2以及摄像头3的设置位置仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置摄像头3以及转盘2的实际安装位置,并且摄像头3的数量并不限于一个,也可以通过多个摄像头3对转盘2上的鞋子进行全方位图像采集,只要通过摄像头3以及转盘2的位置设置能够实现对鞋子进行全方位地图像采集即可。
优选地,穿戴物品信息采集系统还包括存储装置,原始信息和特征信息存储在存储装置中。通过存储装置可以对鞋子的图像信息和从图像信息中提取的诸如鞋子的尺码、款式、类别、颜色、品牌、脏污位置、脏污程度、破损位置、破损程度等特征信息进行存储,从而便于在后续的工作中对用户的鞋子信息进行分析和调用。其中,存储装置可以为本地存储,也可以为云端存储,也可以为本地存储和云端存储同时进行以便根据网络情况灵活选择存储设备,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置存储装置的存储类型,只要通过存储装置能够实现对鞋子的图像信息和特征信息进行存储即可。此外,上述中鞋子的图像信息和特征信息优选为以数据包的形式存储在存储装置中。当然,这并不是限制性的,鞋子的图像信息和特征信息还可以通过其他的存储方式进行存储,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置存储装置的存储方式,只要通过存储装置能够实现对鞋子的图像信息和特征信息进行存储即可。
优选地,穿戴物品信息采集系统还包括云端服务器,云端服务器包括处理单元和存储单元,处理单元构成处理装置4,存储单元构成存储装置。也就是说,在采集完鞋子的图像信息后,通过通信传输的方式将图像信息传输给云端的处理单元,该处理单元能够对鞋子的图像信息进行特征信息提取,然后再通过信号传输的方式将鞋子的图像信息和特征信息传送给存储单元进行信息数据存储。当然,对图像信息的分析 处理以及提取特征信息的工作还可以在本地进行,即通过本地的处理单元对鞋子的图像信息进行处理分析以及特征信息提取。再或者,还可以通过云端的处理单元和本地的处理单元协同对鞋子的图像信息进行分析处理以及特征信息提取,这样设置的好处是可以避免网络信号不好而影响特征信息的提取操作。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置处理单元的类型和处理方式,只要通过处理单元能够实现对鞋子的图像信息进行分析处理以及特征信息提取即可。
需要进一步指出的是,在实际应用中,可以通过对鞋子的图像信息的分析处理而提取鞋子的多个特征信息。如上所述,在对鞋子的尺码进行特征提取时,可以通过摄像头到鞋子之间的距离以及拍摄角度进行计算,并结合该款鞋子本身的信息从而得出被拍摄鞋子的尺码信息。再或者,在对鞋子的品牌进行识别时,可以通过对鞋子整个图像信息中的标识的形状特征进行识别,并且与该款鞋子的品牌标识进行特征比对,在该标识的形状特征与品牌标识相吻合时可以判定该款鞋子属于该品牌,如果该标识的形状特征与品牌标识不吻合可以判定该款鞋子不属于该品牌,从而可以继续比对,直至得出最终的品牌判定结果。又或者,在对鞋子的颜色的特征信息进行提取时,可以与多种颜色数据进行比对,从而识别出与鞋子的颜色匹配的颜色特征信息。又或者,在对鞋子的脏污位置进行特征信息提取时,可以从存储装置的原始数据库中调取与该鞋子相对应的原始信息,从而通过比对的方式找出与该鞋子的原始信息不同的特征部分,从而确定鞋子的脏污位置。与提取鞋子的脏污位置特征信息相似地,鞋子的破损位置的特征信息提取也可以采用上述的方法,而对鞋子的脏污程度以及破损程度的特征信息提取还可以辅助加入对鞋子的轮廓线比对的方式,通过轮廓线的偏移程度可以判断鞋子的脏污程度以及破损程度。当然,上述中对鞋子的特征信息的提取方式只是示例性的,并不能作为某一种特征信息提取方式的限定,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中采用任何方式对鞋子的特征信息进行提取,只要能够实现对鞋子的特征信息进行提取即可。
优选地,处理装置4还能够基于特征信息构建鞋子的3D模型。通过对多种特征信息的提取,可以基于提取到的特征信息进行重新组合并建立3D模型,从而实现鞋子3D模型的存储、编辑和查看。当然, 在实际应用中,也可以通过上述特征信息进行3D模型的锁定,从而直接调用出与之对应的3D模型。
在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种穿戴物品信息采集方法,该穿戴物品信息采集方法包括:采集穿戴物品的原始信息;从原始信息中提取穿戴物品的特征信息。基于该穿戴物品信息采集方法可以实现利用机器代替人工来记录用户的穿戴物品的信息和需求,在提高工作效率的同时可以提高信息记录的准确性,从而更好地为用户开展后续的服务。
在一种优选的实施例中,如图2所示,仍然以鞋子为例,该穿戴物品信息采集方法包括以下步骤:
S1:使鞋子转动;
S2:对鞋子进行图像信息采集;
S3:对鞋子的图像信息进行特征信息提取;
S4:存储原始信息和特征信息;
S5:基于鞋子的特征信息构建鞋子的3D模型。
在上述的方法中,步骤S1和S2可以依次进行,也可以同时进行,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置步骤S1和S2的执行方式,只要通过该执行方式的设置实现鞋子的图像信息的采集即可。
优选地,“提取穿戴物品的特征信息”以及“存储原始信息和特征信息”的操作在后台或云端进行。即,对应于前述的提取特征信息和存储原始信息和特征信息可以在本地进行,也可以在云端进行,在此就不一一赘述。
此外,步骤S5可以选择性地执行,同时步骤S5可以在步骤S4之前、之后或者同时执行,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置步骤S5的执行方式以及是否执行。此外,构建鞋子的3D模型的操作也可以选择在后台或者云端进行。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述穿戴物品信息采集系统包括:
    信息采集装置,其用于采集穿戴物品的原始信息;
    处理装置,其与所述信息采集装置通信,用于接收所述原始信息以及从所述原始信息中提取穿戴物品的特征信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集装置是图像采集装置,所述原始信息是穿戴物品的图像信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集装置包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的转盘和摄像头,所述转盘用于承载穿戴物品,所述摄像头用于在所述转盘带动穿戴物品转动的过程中拍摄穿戴物品的图像信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集装置还包括连接到所述转盘并用于驱动所述转盘转动的驱动器。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述转盘设置在所述壳体的内底部,所述摄像头设置在所述壳体的内顶部,所述摄像头与所述转盘的位置相对固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的穿戴物品信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述穿戴物品是鞋子。

    从所述原始信息中提取穿戴物品的特征信息。
